My diploma work is theoretical. It consists of four chapters. First chapter deals with the area of social work, its goals and paradigms. Furthermore, it deals with the relationship of social work and other disciplines and theories relevant to social work. Second chapter is devoted to psychotherapy and its determination, to psychotherapy in the history of human thinking and also to goals. Third chapter examines the therapeutic relationship from the perspectives of major therapeutic doctrines. The last chapter deals with ethics, the code of ethics and ethics in the psychotherapeutic relationship. In the second half of this chapter are described more important concepts that are closely linked to both - ethics and psychotherapy.

The target of this diploma work is to show the establishment of a bank branch from the stage of planning to the day when it is open for clients. To do so I have used both fictitious data (in view of the ČSOB strategy) and methods and procedures used in practice.

Detta examensarbete beskriver dator- och nätverkssäkerhet. Syftet med detta examensarbete är att undersöka den interna nätverkssäkerheten på en gymnasieskola. Speciellt viktigt att undersöka är de kriterier skolan har, om kriterierna uppfylls och på vilket sätt dessa kan testas. Tester utfördes gällande säkerhetsprogramvaran för att säkerställa att den verkligen var säker mot intrång. Tester genomfördes även för att kontrollera att elevdatorerna hade ett BIOS-lösenord närvarande, att eleverna hade lagringsutrymme på servern men inte kunde överskrida lagringskvoten, och att eleverna var lokala administratörer på en bärbar klientdator. Ansvarig IT-tekniker på gymnasieskolan tillhandahöll information om hur nätverket var tänkt att se ut utifrån klientanvändarnas perspektiv. En experimentell metod användes för att fastställa om skolans interna nätverk var skyddat mot interna hot. Referenser från internet, såsom artiklar och databaser, har använts. Även böcker och muntlig kommunikation har använts som referenser. Efter vår analys av gymnasieskolans interna nätverkssäkerhet, konstateras att eleverna inte kan utföra otillåtna åtgärder inom det interna datornätverket som resultat av felkonfigurationer eller sårbarheter som har upptäckts av denna analys. En genomgång av den fysiska säkerheten gällande gymnasieskolans datornätverk och en genomgång av den externa säkerheten i nätverket föreslås.

Denna rapport beskriver utvecklandet av en applikation till operativsystemet Android. Här sätts utvecklingen av applikationen i förhållande till god användbarhet och hantering av resurser på en mindre plattform. En server med tillhörande databas kommunicerar med applikationen som klient. De båda utgör tillsammans helheten i ett system designat för bokningsbolaget Current and Able, verksamt i Sverige, som önskar presentera sitt utbud av exklusiva varor och tjänster direkt till fans av bolagets artister.   I projektet avhandlas grundläggande klasser och komponenter för utveckling av applikationer till Android och hur de bäst samverkar för att optimera användandet av resurser. Java användes huvudsakligen som programmeringsspråk. På serversidan utvecklades ett gränssnitt i PHP mot en MySQL databashanterare. / This study describes the development of an application for the operating system Android. We consider the developing of the application in relation to a good user experience and the managing of resources on a smaller device. A server with an appurtenant database communicates with the application as a client. Together they constitute a unity in a system designed to serve Current and Able, a managing and booking music agency in Sweden, who whishes to offer their supply of goods and services to the fans of their related artists.   In this project we deal with basic classes and components regarding development of Android applications and how they interact to achieve the best possible performance when using system resources. Java was the main programming language used. On the server side we developed a graphical user interface in PHP, targeting a MySQL database management system.

DigiExam är ett Edtech företag med huvudfokus kring digital kunskapskontroll och som utvecklar en plattform för digitala prov. Fördelen med digital kunskapskontroll är att lärare kan minimera den tid det tar att skapa och administrera prov samt att elever får tillgång till verktyg som både kan underlätta och effektivisera deras skrivande. Digitala prov kräver någon form av mjukvara för att vara möjligt. I DigiExams fall så tillhandahölls till en början fyra klienter för fyra möjliga operativsystem för att göra prov. Två utav klienterna var säregna medan de resterande två baserades på samma kodbas. För att minimera utvecklingstiden men även utvecklingskostnaden så valde man att ta fram en så kallad cross platform-klient. Denna klient skulle göra det möjligt att ha stöd för fyra olika operativsystem men basera applikationen på samma kodbas. Arbetet visar att det är fullt möjligt att skapa cross platform-klienter som baseras på webbteknologi och som kan använda operativsystemets fulla potential.  Resultatet blev en applikation som implementerade samma funktionalitet som de tidigare Mac OSX och Windows-klienterna, men som baserades på samma källkod som iPad- och Chromebook-klienterna. / DigiExam is an Edtech company with main focus on digital assessment. The company develops a platform that enables schools to minimize administrative overhead for teachers and enables students to use tools to help and improve their writing during an exam. In order to be able to take a test on a computer or tablet, the student needs to have some kind of software installed for digital exams. DigiExam used to have four clients for four operative systems. Two of the clients were based on the same source code while the other two were unique which made implementation and maintenance of features unnecessarily costly and time consuming. To deal with these issues the company decided to develop a cross platform-client which enables the developers to use one base source code for all clients and operative systems. The cross platform client developed in this dissertation proves that it is possible to create an application based on web technology and that uses the operative systems full potential. This dissertation gives an example how a cross platform client can be developed and resulted in client for Mac OSX and Windows that shares the same base source code as the Chromebook and iOS clients.

An increasing number of applications are becoming more or less network based today. The traditional architecture for network based applications is client-server, but as usage of download services are going up, so is the Peer-to-Peer architecture. This report is a comparison between the Peer-to-Peer and client-server model, and can serve as a basis when a decision between them needs to be taken. In the report, the performance between the different architectures is compared in different contexts. Our basis is a general implementation of both architectures in a test that is derived from a previous report. On top of this, the performance of the different architectures are measured, implemented in a gaming-context. This way, we are trying to give the reader as an objective and informative picture of the different architectures as possible. The tests that have been done shows a different situation than that of the general view, which is that client-server is the preferred model.

Våld och hot från klienter inom socialtjänsten är vanligt förekommande visar en stor andel tidigare forskning. Forskning angående relationens betydelse för uppkomsten av detta fenomen är däremot svårare att finna. Vi har valt att undersöka socialarbetares syn på relationens betydelse för socialt arbete och om den kan påverka uppkomsten av hot och våld inom socialtjänsten. Studien är genomförd i två kommuner i Sverige, respondenterna består av 11 stycken socialarbetare inom försörjningsstöd och en enhetschef. Detta är en kvalitativ undersökning där vi använt oss av semistrukturerade intervjuer. Relationen lyfts som det primära inom de socialkontor vi studerat och våra respondenter menar att utan en god relation blir arbetet mycket svårt att genomföra. Respondenterna menar att en god relation byggs genom empati, förståelse, ödmjukhet och kommunikation samt en tydlighet i vilken roll socialarbetaren befinner sig igenom sitt arbete och sitt uppdrag som myndighetsperson. Resultatet av denna studie tyder på vikten av en god och professionell relation i arbetet med människor och hur viktigt det är att rikta mer forskning mot relationens betydelse.

Resumé Theme of this thesis is legal relationship attorney - client and their mutual rights and obligations. I focused on the current legal regulation contained in the Act No. 85/1996 Coll., advocacy law, and related legal regulations, primarily in professional regulation published by Czech bar association. My objective was to try to give all- embracing explanation of this theme even though I realised this theme and all its aspects is too extensive to be explained completely. This thesis is divided into six parts, which are further systematically divied into chapters. First part gives basic historical review of development of legal regulation of advocacy since ancient Rome. Second part gives definitions of the most important terms of this thesis - attorney and client, with evident orientation on legal regulation of conditions which must fulfil a person in orded to become an attorney. Third part deals with possible methods of constitution of legal relationship between attorney and client (to conclude a contract or to be appointed by court or to be designated by Czech bar assosiation) and related attorney's obligation to refuse to plead client in certain situations as well as termination of this relationship. ABSTRACT: The aim of this thesis is to gain insight aversive feelings experienced by therapists to the clients. Determine the causal characteristics of aversive feeling and their processing. The task is to examine whether there are links between the detected phenomena. The method of data collection, are interviews with a group of psychotherapists. When analyzing the responses I used qualitative methodology, specifically the Strauss and Corbin's grounded theory. The work is divided into theoretical part and empirical part. The theoretical part describes aspects affecting the therapeutic process, as well as forms of aversive feelings and their possible consequences on the therapeutic relationship. In the empirical part are presented and interpreted data obtained from interviews, which are analyzed. The main results include: aversive feelings experienced by the therapists include helplessness, frustration, anger, and frustration, exhaustion, disgust, fear and threats, abuse and failure. The thesis is focused on the internal relationship between the lawyer and the client. Although this topic was already processed many times, I believe that, in particular, in the context of the current case law and the amendment of certain provisions, this work may contribute to the better understanding of this topic. The thesis is systematically divided into six chapters. In the first chapter, there is outlined the nature of this relationship and stressed out the importance of mutual trust. To further break down the individual rights and obligations in detail, it is necessary to outline the formation of the relationship between solicitor and client first. It is important to note that the specific obligations imposed on lawyer legislation even before the formation of the legal relationship. Under the conditions described in the first chapter, the lawyer has a duty to refuse to provide legal services to the client, which can be considered as the pre-contractual obligation.
