Thesis deals with the topic of managerial competence in small and medium-sized companies. The theoretical part describes typology of companies, divides them according to their size, structure and explains in more detail the concept of the manager and his personal characteristics. After that I focus mostly on the previously mentioned competencies, types of competencies, their development, use in past and also characteristics. The end of the theoretical part is dedicated to the competency model. Practical part of the thesis is based on interwievs, by which I am trying to ascertain the views of small and medium-sized companies on issues of competence and their need and importance for managers.

The subject of this text is the management of talent development. The aim of a dissertation was to identify what skills abilities are supposed from Talents in organizations what is suitable to develop in trainings by talents what method of development is most effective for talents and what we should consider hen we set up talent management in organization. The history of talent management manners and current interpretation of keywords are analysed in theoretical part. The hypotheses were set up to current problems and were verified by standard manners in organizations and at the university. The hypotheses have passed successful only for typical circumstances where the talents usually are. The most important knowledge are two new trends in talent management. The first is business coaching like combined method of development for talents is most effective manner of talent development. The second knowledge says that talent management set up of talent management depends on level of systematic work in organization.

Title: Testing of motor competencies of 6th grade elementary school students using the MOBAK test Objectives: The aim of this work was to analyze the level of motor competencies of 6th graders using a MOBAK 5-6 test battery. Based on the analysis of the obtained results, the aim was to identify shortcomings and suggest the possibility of positive influence in school practice. At the same time, the aim was to verify the suitability of this test battery in school physical education. Methods: The research group consisted of a total of 144 students in the 6th grade of primary school (81 boys and 63 girls). Test results were obtained using 8 MOBAK motor tests (category 5-6). The first 4 tests form the category Movement with an object and the next 4 tests form the category Self-movement. The test results themselves were supplemented by data obtained by the method of questioning. Students' parents filled in questionnaires about their children's sports activities. Students were divided into groups according to gender, leisure activities and sports activities with their parents, and within this division their results were compared. The subject of my graduation theses is „Proposal and Apply into Practice of a System of Learning Organization“. Because of high competitive conduct in the marketplace and continual progress in all of branches, the continual improving is very important for all companies. Many of workers are often irreplaceable. And company is becoming very vulnerable in the case of his inability or leaving. This problem can be solved by transformation of „a learning organization“. It is the complicated process, when is necessary to change an organization structure, to analyse current working stations and to analyse real organization´s requirements (personal audit). Coessential part is an actual description of working stations, determination and evaluation single worker´s competences and fulfilment evaluation. By establishing „a system of a learning organization“ we can get a target for future and also we put aside a risk so-called „irreplaceable worker“. A practical part is targeted on research. The main instruments are questionnairies and interview. The questionnairies are targeted on worker´s satisfaction, competence and evaluation. Gained information can be used for comparation with the previous research and as a base for a proposal. A theoretical part is targeted on methodology that deals with evaluation of workers and also with components of „a system of learning organization“. It means a methodology of working station´s analyse, determination and evaluation single worker´s competences, methodology 360° etc. The purpose of this work is to propose and apply of „a system of a learning organization“.

Det her studie undersøger hvordan man finder frem til den bedst mulige løsning, når man udfordrer sine egne kompetencer i et kunstnerisk projekt. Gennem en redegørelse af begrebet Innovation opstilles en række modeller, der illustrere den innovative proces og kreative tænkning. Undersøgelsen belyser Schumpeter’s definition af innovation, Wegge’s senere definition af samme, Edward de Bono’s Six Thinking Hats og Dobbeltdiamantmodellen. I resultatet gennemgås processen af gennemførelsen af et innovativt interaktivt videomapping projekt. Helt lavpraktisk vises der, hvordan de forskellige metoder tages i brug, og hvordan de er med til at skubbe arbejdsprocessen videre. Konkrete eksempler på de tekniske overvejelser og prototyper udstilles, så det er tydligt at se, hvordan de er blevet eksekveret. Til sidst diskuteres der hvorvidt metoderne er en hjælp eller hinder til at gennemføre et innovativt projekt og om de samme metoder og modeller ville fungere, hvis implementeret i et projekt, som skulle udføres af en større gruppe.

Title: Verbal expressions of students UK FTVS in the role of teacher within the subject Theory and Basics of Swimming Didactics Objectives: The aim of the thesis is to evaluate the verbal level of students of 2nd year of UK FTVS in the role of swimming teacher in the didactic outputs of the subject Theory and Basics of Swimming Didactics through the agency of analysis of the audio recording in duration of 15 minutes. The persons with higher pedagogical practice in swimming lessons were compared with persons with basic swimming education. Methods: The research focused on the analysis of verbal expression of swimming teacher. For data collection we used participating observation and analysis of audio recordings. The transcription method allowed recording the occurrence of the linguistic and paralinguistic aspects of verbal expression. The frequency of phenomena was observed on individual participants and groups of students with different levels of swimming education and practice. Comparisons between groups were performed using average values and expressed as a percentages in graphs. Results: The verbal expressions of the students did not go without serious verbal offences.
