Do ponto de vista psicanalítico, do qual parte este trabalho, essas questões parecem ganhar uma maior complexidade, visto que se fala sob a égide do inconsciente. O presente trabalho explora a questão “Quem sou?”, com o objetivo de compreender de que forma pode-se conferir uma mínima estabilidade e coerência ao Eu, que permita responder à tal questão, ao completar a frase “Eu sou...”. Para tanto, foram utilizadas obras de Freud e de Lacan, juntamente a outros autores pós-freudianos, bem como autores oriundos de outras áreas de saber, como a sociologia, antropologia e história. A hipótese que permeou e guiou esta dissertação é de que o sujeito constrói uma ficção, isto é, produz algo da ordem de uma invenção, para buscar dar conta da mutabilidade e instabilidade características do Eu. Aborda-se a importância da rememoração; a falta de sentido da história do sujeito, que poderá tecê-lo em uma ficção; a questão da verdade nessa ficção; o que se pode chamar “reedições da ficção do Eu” e ainda, aquilo que se repete nessas versões. Chegamos à proposta de que a construção de uma ficção convoca o sujeito a brincar com a palavra, reinventar a si mesmo, encontrar uma repetição que demanda o novo. _________________________________________________________________________________________________ ABSTRACT / Existential questions constantly afflict individuals during their life, such as, knowing who they are, where they come from, what is their destiny, or what is the meaning of their life. From a psychoanalytical perspective, which supports this work, these questions gain more complexity, once they are under the aegis of the unconscious. This work explores the question “Who am I?”, aiming to understand how it is possible to provide a minimum stability and coherence to the Ego, so that the individual is capable of completing the sentence “I am...”. For this purpose, this study scrutinizes theories developed by Freud and Lacan, alongside with other post-freudians authors, and authors from different fields of knowledge, such as sociology, anthropology and history. The hypothesis that permeated and guided this dissertation is that the subject builds a fiction, that is, something related to an invention, which seeks to cope with the Ego’s typical mutability and instability. The present paper explores the importance of narrative and remembrance; the lack of meaning of the subject’s history; its truth; what can be named “re-editions of the Ego’s fiction”; as well as what is repeated in those different versions. Finally, it proposes that the construction of a fiction invites the subject to play with the words, to reinvent themselves, to seek a repetition that demands something new.

Partimos do fato de que o acesso ao inconsciente está fortemente atrelado à experiência, em especial à experiência de linguagem. Assim, recorremos à origem da psicanálise para observar como seu fundamento está vinculado ao movimento freudiano que chamamos de um descolar-se da posição do mestre. Ressaltamos as noções de realidade psíquica, de transferência e de repetição. Em relação aos ensinos de Lacan, observamos que o tensionamento entre o posicionamento do mestre e o do psicanalista se torna explícito e, para balizar a discussão nesse campo, colocamos em evidência a relação entre o sujeito e o Outro, a ordem dos significantes, e as operações de alienação e separação. / This research aims to approach the fundamentals of the psychanalytic experience, from the theory of Freud and Lacan, with the goal of analyzing the position of the analyst in relation to the positioning of the master. We set off from the fact that the access to the unconscious is strongly linked to experience, especially the experience of language. Thus, we turn to the origin of psychoanalysis, in order to observe how its foundation is linked to the Freudian movement that we call a detachment of the position of the master. We emphasize the notions of psychic reality, transfer and repetition. In regards to Lacan’s teachings, we observed that the tension between the position of the master and that of the psychoanalyst becomes explicit, and to mark out the discussion in this field, we highlighted the relationship between the subject and the Other, the order of signifiers, and the operations of alienation and separation.

Para isso, parte-se do silêncio fundante e des(estruturante) na constituição do sujeito diante da emergência das formas de impossibilidade e resistência à linguagem pela escuta na clínica fonoaudiológica, de onde através de casos clínicos, buscamos o aporte para discutir o silêncio no plano teórico, desde sua inscrição no registro real e simbólico da experiência psíquica. Este percurso se dá com base nos conceitos teóricos da psicanálise, mais especificamente sob orientação lacaniana, privilegiando as noções de Sujeito, Discurso e Desejo do Outro, Real e Objeto a. Pretendemos discutir o estatuto de cada modalidade conceitual articulando-as aos silêncios que atravessam o fazer fonoaudiológico elencados a partir de vinhetas clínicas, na busca de evidências que indiquem os efeitos, as marcas que o silêncio fundante e constitutivo possa provocar no sujeito. Para além dos considerados distúrbios de linguagem, surge o questionamento que motivará esta investigação: Qual a relação, qual a implicação do silêncio fundante e (des)estruturante na constituição do sujeito? / The purpose of this dissertation is to discuss the silence on the subject constitution from the lacanian psychoanalysis perspective. To achieve this, we start from the founding silence and (de)structuring on the subject constitution facing the emergency of resistance and inability ways to language, by listening in the speech clinic, where through clinical cases we seek the input to discuss the silence in the theory, from its inscription in real and symbolic record of psychic experience. This route will be based in the theoretical concepts of psychoanalysis, more specifically, in the lacanian theory, prioritizing the Subject concepts, Discourse and Desire of the Other, Real and Object- a. We intend to discuss the statute of each conceptual modality, linking them to the silence which goes through the listed speech work from the clinical vignettes, seeking the evidences which indicate the effects and the marks that the founding constitutive silence can cause to the subject. Beyond the speech disorders, a questioning which instigates investigation arises: what is the relation, what is the implication of the founding and (de)structuring silence in the subject constitution?

Resumo: Este trabalho traz uma reflexão sobre contribuições de dois campos à Educação Matemática. O primeiro é a psicanálise de orientação Lacaniana, da qual extraímos o conceito de transferência. O segundo é a filosofia Hegeliana da qual capturamos o primeiro momento lógico do conceito: o Ser. Estes campos são entrelaçados ao longo do movimento da demonstração, isto é, a subjetivação da demonstração, que chamamos Demonstração. Propomos como prática educacional a sessão integrada, lugar em que a transferência pedagógica é considerada um fator fundamental na constituição do sujeito aprendente, enquanto aquele que elabora a Demonstração. / Abstract: This work brings a reflection upon contributions of two fields to Mathematical Education. From Lacanian psychoanalysis we extract the concept of transference. From Hegel’s philosophy we capture the first logic moment of the concept: the Being. These lines are intertwined along the proof’s move, that is, the subjectivation of the proof, named Proof. Trata-se de tomar esse momento da elaboração teórica lacaniana como um momento de mudança em que a noção de real, entendida como uma dimensão mais além do simbólico, subverte o poder que este até então desfrutava. O registro do simbólico, ou seja, o campo da linguagem fundado na noção de significante, foi, na psicanálise lacaniana, até então, o lugar em que as determinações mais essenciais da subjetividade se estabeleciam. Mas o surgimento da noção de das Ding implica uma subversão teórica que faz girar os registros em jogo, colocando o que é da ordem de um real mais além do simbólico no lugar de primazia. Examina-se, também, aquilo que na teoria lacaniana elaborada anteriormente ao Seminário 7 pode ser pensado como esboço, antecipação ou antecedente dessa noção de real como das Ding. Neste sentido, a noção da mãe como caprichosa e arbitrária constitui-se num dos antecedentes mais significativos. Buscou-se também apresentar as referências freudianas mais essenciais usadas por Lacan na construção dessa noção. Chega-se, assim, à noção de das Ding a partir de uma problemática que envolve as noções freudianas de princípio de prazer e princípio de realidade. Das Ding pertence ao princípio de realidade, mas, ao mesmo tempo, é o que persiste enigmaticamente velado nesse princípio. Em seguida, pretendeu-se apresentar a estrutura de vazio que define esse real como das Ding. A noção de sublimação, em seu caráter problemático, fornece o modelo da instauração do vazio no mundo humano e revela a dimensão da Coisa sob a forma da essência mesma desse humano. Por fim, conclui-se que o final do tratamento analítico deve ser pensado como uma forma do sujeito reinventar a vida após os efeitos do encontro com o real. ________________________________________________________________________________ ABSTRACT / This work is focused on the statute of real as das Ding with The Seminary, book 7: the psychoanalysis ethic as a frame of reference. It is intented to see the elaboration of the lacanian theory as a moment of change, in which the notion of real, assumed as a dimension beyond the symbolic, subverts the power that it held before. The symbolic registry, a language domain based on the signifier, was back then, in lacanian psychoanalysis, the locus where the most primary determinations of subjectivity established themselves. But the arise of the notion of das Ding points to a theoretical subversion that makes the actual registries turn, making the real unbound to symbolic take place instead. The idea of a draft, anticipation or antecedent of this notion of real as das Ding, considered in advance to Seminary 7, is also looked over. In this way, the clue of an arbitrary and methodical mother stands for one of the main antecedents. Another intention is to evidence the foremost freudian references used by Lacan in his elaboration of that conception. As a result, the notion of das Ding is reached coming out of the principle of pleasure and the principle of reality. Das ding belongs to the principle of reality, although it keeps simultaneously and enigmaticly veiled underneath it. Thereafter, the structure of the empty that defines this real as das Ding is pointed. The notion of sublimation, in its problematic aspect, provides the model of instauration of the empty in the human atmosphere and reveals the dimention of the Thing accordingly to the shape of this human root itself. In conclusion, it is conceived that the analytical treatment ending must be took in as a way of the patient remake life after the consequences of the meeting with real.

Esta denominação implica na concepção de um sujeito falante, que se constitui simultaneamente à linguagem e traz à baila a subjetividade do sujeito-professor e do sujeitoaprendiz. Para vislumbrarmos como essa subjetividade se presentifica na relação de sala de aula de LE, buscamos, através da análise de enunciados, investigar de que maneira os mecanismos de metáfora, metonímia e heteronímia operam na aquisição/aprendizado de LM e de LE, a partir dos trabalhos de Jakobson, Lacan e De Lemos. Recorremos, também, à Análise do Discurso de linha francesa para exemplificarmos como as formações discursivas, do professor e do aluno, são demarcadas pela ideologia que assinala uma relação dissimétrica, segundo Pêcheux, do professor na interpretação do erro/lapso dos enunciados de aprendizes, na aquisição/aprendizado de LE. A partir do diálogo entre as teorias de aquisição da linguagem e da concepção de sujeito da Análise do Discurso e da Psicanálise, esperamos desconstruir o olhar dado ao erro na concepção tradicional, gerativista, estruturalista e comunicativa no processo de awuisição/aprendizado de Inglês, como língua estrangeira / Abstract: This research is aimed to question the methodological and theoretical notion of what is traditionally understood by error in the language acquisition process of the mother tongue (first language) and English, as a second language. We also propose to those phenomena the notion of slip of the tongue, based on concepts by Freud and Lacan. The comprehension of errors as slips of the tongue implies a subject-speaker that is built simultaneously to the language. This fact brings up to the scene the subjectivity of the subject-teacher and the subject-student. In order to see the way this subjectivity is revealed in the second language class, through out the presentation of some statements, we will show how the metaphor, metonymy and heteronymy mechanisms operate on the acquisition of the first and the second languages, based on Lacan, Jakobson and De Lemos. In addition to that, we will be using the Discourse Analysis, the French theory, to illustrate how the discoursive formations of the teacher and the students are marked by the ideology which shows a dissimetric relation, according Pêcheux, in the teacher' s interpretation of students'assertions of errors/slips, on the acquisitionllearning of the second language. Não há garantias para o sujeito que ama; o relacionamento com o outro é uma tentativa de busca da felicidade, mas também é ao amar que o sujeito se torna mais suscetível ao sofrimento. A psicanálise aponta para esse paradoxo desde Freud e Lacan lança mão do paradoxo como figura de linguagem possível para falar de amor. O principal aforisma lacaniano sobre o tema é amar é dar o que não se tem, mas, para chegar até esse ponto de seu ensino, Lacan se debruçou sobre inúmeras questões ao longo de seus seminários. Desse modo, o objetivo deste trabalho foi investigar o uso que Jacques Lacan fez do paradoxo para falar sobre o amor. A Análise do Discurso Pêcheutiana (AD) contribuiu para elucidar a interpelação do indivíduo em sujeito e a identificação com formações discursivas dominantes sobre o amor, sendo essa identificação fundadora de uma unidade imaginária. Visto que algumas obras de arte foram utilizadas para ilustrar a relação entre amor e paradoxo, foi a partir da AD que tais obras foram analisadas e incorporadas aos resultados. Além disso, essa metodologia indiciária auxiliou na interpretação do percurso empreendido por Lacan, principalmente no seminário VIII no qual ele se utiliza do texto O Banquete, de Platão, para relacionar, por exemplo, o conceito de falta com o tema do amor, análise esta cuja compreensão foi fundamental para o cumprimento do objetivo proposto neste trabalho. Foi possível então apontar, como um dos principais resultados dessa análise, que o objeto que o sujeito busca no desejo, em suas mais variadas formas, nunca é aquilo que ele encontra. Essa falta é central na relação de objeto, do ponto de vista psicanalítico, uma vez que a frustração inerente a essa busca faz do dom algo mais importante do que a presença ou ausência do objeto em si, pois o que está realmente em questão é o amor daquele que pode fazer do objeto um dom. Dessa forma, existe algo para além da relação amorosa, que falta a ela e só pode ser oferecido enquanto falta. É só quando algo falta ao amor, tornando-o imperfeito e diferente de uma fusão, que ele pode acontecer entre dois sujeitos que nunca, já que são sujeitos, poderiam passar a ser um só ou a desejarem a mesma coisa. Conclui-se, portanto, que em uma sociedade capitalista que valoriza investimentos lucrativos e seguros, amar significa mergulhar em vulnerabilidade e encarar a falta constitutiva que esburaca qualquer tentativa de controle e escancara impossibilidades. Iluminar o caráter paradoxal do amor é uma alternativa para defendê-lo dos discursos securitários que acabam matando as chances que a experiência amorosa tem de trazer algum sentido à vida / There is no guarantee for the subject that loves; The relationship with the other is an attempt to seek happiness, but it is also in loving that the subject becomes more susceptible to suffering. Psychoanalysis points to this paradox since Freud and Lacan uses the paradox as a possible figure of speech to talk about love. The main Lacanian aphorism on the subject is \"to love is to give what you do not have,\" but to get to that point of his teaching, Lacan dwells on countless questions throughout his seminars. Thus, the purpose of this work was to investigate Jacques Lacan\'s use of the paradox to talk about love. The Pêcheutian Discourse Analysis (AD) contributed to elucidate the subject\'s interpellation into subject and the identification with dominant discursive formations on love, being this identification founder of an imaginary unit. Since some works of art were used to illustrate the relation between love and paradox, it was from AD that such works were analyzed and incorporated into the results. In addition, this indexing methodology helped to interpret Lacan\'s course, especially in Seminary VIII in which he uses Plato\'s text \"The Banquet\" to relate, for example, the concept of lack with the theme of love, An analysis whose understanding is fundamental for the accomplishment of the objective proposed in this work. It was then possible to point out, as one of the main results of this analysis, that the object that the subject seeks in desire, in its most varied forms, is never what he finds. This lack is central to the object relationship from the psychoanalytic point of view, since the frustration inherent in this search makes the gift something more important than the presence or absence of the object itself, because what is really in question is the love of one who can make the object a gift. In this way, there is something beyond the love relationship, which is lacking in it and can only be offered while lacking. It is only when something is lacking in love, making it imperfect and different from a fusion, that it can happen between two subjects who never, since they are subjects, could become one or desire the same thing. In conclusion, therefore, in a capitalist society that values lucrative and secure investments, to love means to plunge into vulnerability and to face the constitutive lack that bursts any attempt of control and opens impossibilities. To illuminate the paradoxical character of love is an alternative to defend it from security speeches that end up killing the chances that the love experience has to bring some meaning to life

Partindo do conceito de interpretação, o objetivo desse estudo é promover possíveis articulações entre duas disciplinas indiciárias, a análise do discurso pechêutiana (AD) e a psicanálise lacaniana. Os trabalhos de Pêcheux em AD e os de Lacan em psicanálise trazem uma posição distinta para conceitos cruciais desta pesquisa. Utilizou-se também os trabalhos de Authier-Revuz sobre a heterogeneidade discursiva, teoria na qual se articulam AD e psicanálise, sobretudo nas questões referentes ao Outro e a produção do discurso. Junto à teoria, adotou-se a análise de narrativas orais de ficção com o intuito de apontar como a interpretação em AD e em psicanálise podem contribuir para o avanço do paradigma indiciário e também para fazer retornar na análise de dados a teoria, numa constante checagem de conceitos. Viu-se, nas análises realizadas, uma junção de conceitos centrais destas duas disciplinas tais como ideologia, desejo, inconsciente e Outro. Há ainda, pontos onde a AD avança e a psicanálise pára. A AD deixa de lado o inconsciente e concentra-se no papel social do sujeito e de seu dizer, porém sabe-se que a questão do inconsciente é apenas deixada de lado, mas sempre está presente nos trabalhos de Pêcheux (como no caso dos dois esquecimentos). Já a psicanálise, por sua vez, deixa de lado o que é externo ao discurso, não contemplando o papel exercido pela ideologia sobre o sujeito, por exemplo. Tais constatações apontam para uma harmonia entre a interpretação em AD e em psicanálise, que têm como produto final o chamado analista psicanalítico-discursivo. Esse novo analista se utiliza de pontos de aproximação entre a AD e a psicanálise posicionando-se diante de um discurso que é marcado pelos deslizes do sujeito do inconsciente e do sujeito da ideologia. Conclui-se assim que não há o nascimento de uma nova teoria. O que há é uma nova postura teórica que visa dar aos dados em ciências humanas e, particularmente àquelas que se ocupam do dizer, um modo mais \"completo\" de se abordar questões ligadas ao desejo do sujeito e sua posição na sociedade em que vive. Um modo mais \"completo\" que se vê sem dúvida incompleto, tão incompleto quanto os sujeitos e dizeres que analisamos. / The aim of this work is to promote possible connections between two indiciary disciplines, the Pêcheux\'s discourse analysis (DA) and the Lacan-oriented psychoanalysis, departing from the interpretation concept. The works of Pêcheux in DA and Lacan in psychoanalysis bring a distinct position to crucial concepts of this research. It was also used the Authier-Revuz\'s works about discursive heterogeneity, in which DA and psychoanalysis articulate, especially in questions referring to the Other and the production of discourse. Along with the theory, we adopted the analysis of oral fiction narratives with the intention to point the contribution of the interpretation in DA and in psychoanalysis for the advance of the indiciary paradigm and also to return in the analysis from data to theory, in a constant check-up of concepts. It was seen, in the analysis, a junction of central concepts of these two disciplines such as ideology, unconscious, desire and the Other. There are points where the DA advances and the psychoanalysis stops. The DA leaves aside the unconscious mind and concentrates in the social part of the subject and what he says, however it is known that the question of the unconscious mind is only left aside, but is always present in the Pêcheux\'s works (as on the two forgetting incidents). The psychoanalysis on the other hand leaves aside what is external to the discourse, not contemplating the part exerted by the ideology on the subject, for example. Such statements point to a harmony between the interpretation in DA and in psychoanalysis, having as final product the psychoanalytical-discursive analyst. This new analyst uses points of approach between DA and psychoanalysis positioning himself in front of a discourse that is marked by the slips of the subject of the unconscious and of the subject of the ideology. Therefore, there\'s no birth of a new theory, but a new theoretical position that aims to give to the data in Human Sciences and, particularly to the studies about the discourse, \"a more complete\" way of approaching the questions linked to the subject\'s desire and his position in the society where he lives. A \"more complete\" way that is without a doubt incomplete, as incomplete as the subjects and the discourses we analyze.

Este trabalho de pesquisa tem como objetivo evidenciar a relação \"inconsciente da psicanálise\" e \"inconsciente da ideologia\", a partir dos modos de produção do conhecimento de trabalhadores da área da saúde e dos modos de produção do conhecimento acerca de seus trabalhos. Durante este trabalho, considerando alguns impasses teóricos, conceituamos \"modernidade líquida\" e \"insegurança\" e, com esses conceitos, juntamente com os conceitos de \"religiosidade\" e de enfrentamento \"da morte na realidade\", traçamos contrapontos teóricos para a atualização do mal-estar na cultura moderna. Assim, de acordo com os pressupostos de Baumen (2008), da análise de discurso pêcheuxtiana e de sua interface com a psicanálise lacaniana, o foco deste trabalho é encontrar os ,,giros discursivos no mais de gozar\", lugares nos quais a dor encontra seu caminho nos registro do simbólico, isto é, o mais de gozar e a entrada ou permanência no simbólico é a saída para a dor e o sofrimento que o trabalho na área da saúde pode causar ao trabalhador que se considera impotente diante do usuário que requer atendimento e atenção. Para atingir o objetivo maior deste trabalho, propusemos a escansão de algumas destas construções em análises preliminares dos dados por meio de recortes e sequências discursivas na produção de um dos sujeitos, tentativa de construção teórica em análise do discurso, para a qual cada passo na direção de uma certeza implica em um retrocesso. Considerando o contraponto entre as formações discursivas privilegiadas por nós, a do discurso oficial dominante, e a outra, constituída por tentativas de resistência e/ou reiteração dos sujeitos, com relação a esse discurso, constatamos que o foco do discurso oficial dominante é um e o do trabalhador, ao tratar do serviço que presta na área da saúde, é outro. É nesse ponto que nos encontramos ao tentar aproximar as discrepâncias ou evidenciar as reproduções apesar delas aparecerem superficialmente como resistência ou como discurso da resistência ou ainda como marcas evidências de resistência. Os corpora são formados pelas diretrizes que orientam o trabalho em saúde, encontrados em manuais do Ministério da Saúde sobre as políticas de consolidação do Sistema Único de Saúde e nas leis e diretrizes da saúde pública, em particular a Lei 8080/90; e pela produção discursiva dos trabalhadores. A observação desses materiais favoreceu a análise das marcas linguísticas encontradas na entrevista, o que permitiu o recalque da subjetividade como trabalho da ideologia, desdobrando em outros sentidos singulares, na tentativa de homogeneizar o dizer. Com essa base teórica e metodológica, foi possível evidenciar o trabalho da ideologia no discurso dos sujeitos envolvidos com a ilusão de que o trabalho é uma redenção, um meio para acessar um benefício maior e para alcançar a felicidade e a realização. Em suma, mobilizamos os quatro discursos fundamentais na psicanálise, para apontar que, no discurso capitalista, a ausência da barra da impossibilidade discursiva pode colocar, entre outros objetos, a religião e a religiosidade como mercadorias acessíveis ao sujeito desejante e ao consumidor na modernidade. / This research aims at evidencing the relation \"unconsciousness of psychoanalysis\" and \"unconsciousness of ideology\", based on the production of knowledge of healthcare professionals and on the production of knowledge regarding their tasks. During this research, considering some theoretical deadlocks, we have conceptualized \"liquid modernity\" and \"insecurity\" and, having these concepts along with the concepts of \"religiousness\" and the treatment of \"death in reality\", we have drafted theoretical counterpoints to update uneasiness in modern culture. Therefore, according to the assumptions of Baumen (2008) regarding Pêcheux\"s discourse and its interface with the Lacanian psychoanalysis, the aim of this study is to find the ,,linguistic turns in the surplus-joiussance\", places where the pain finds its way in the registers of symbolic. In other words, the surplus-joiussance and the entry or permanence in the symbolic is the way out for all the pain and sorrow caused by daily healthcare tasks to the workers, who consider themselves powerless when dealing with users who need help and attention. In order to reach the major aim of this study, we have proposed the scansion of some of these constructions in preliminary data analysis through discourse sequences and cuttings in the production of one of the subjects, an attempt of theoretical construction in discourse analysis, where every step taken towards certainty implies some regression. Considering the counterpoint between the discourse formations privileged by us - one from dominant official discourse, and the other one built by attempts of resistance and/or reiteration of the subjects - regarding this discourse, we have verified that the focus of the dominant official discourse is different than the focus of the worker when dealing with healthcare service. That is where we find ourselves when trying to bring discrepancies together or to evidence reproductions in spite of the fact that they appear superficially as resistance or as discourse of resistance, or even as evidence marks of resistance. The corpora are composed of guidelines that regulate healthcare services - which can be found in manuals of the Ministry of Health regarding the consolidation policies of the Brazilian Unified Health System (SUS) and in public health laws and guidelines, particularly in the Law 8080/90 -, and of the discourse production of workers. The observation of these materials has stimulated the analysis of linguistic marks found in the interview. This has enabled the repression of subjectivity as a role of ideology, unfolding other singular senses, in an attempt to homogenize the speech. Considering this theoretical and methodological basis, it was possible to evidence the role of ideology in the discourse of subjects involved in the illusion that work is redemption, a way to access a greater benefit and to reach happiness and achievement. Finally, as a whole, we have mobilized the four fundamental discourses of psychoanalysis to indicate that in the capitalist discourse, the absence of the bar of discourse impossibility can classify religion and religiousness, among other objects, as accessible products to the willing subject and to the consumer in modern days.

The proposed work was a theoretical study drawn from 15 years of Lacanian clinical practice with cancer terminally ill patients. It aims to identify the main Lacanian operators such as unconscious, desire and structure of the subject, which help in the analytical hearing of the story of people living a somatic finitude so they can rebuild the signifying chains that constitute them as a unique subject. To illustrate the possibility of expansion of Lacanian concepts it was used the "vignettes" of clinical cases, resulted from the Lacanian practice of the author. To support this work, at first, it was chosen, along with Freud and Jacques Lacan and their original works, authors that are reference for Lacanian psychoanalysis formation and Lacanian psychoanalysis and others who have the practice in caring for people with cancer and hospitalization. Then it was chosen some authors who are national and international reference in the study of death and terminality, making a description of the phenomenon of death. It arises as critical, the listening to the reason that each subject gives to the illness, since this explanation will assign a subjective sense, allowing the construction of a meaning. The unconscious is timeless and in front of the Real time is replaced by a new dimension for the individual, with the precipitation of the unconscious subject. Narrowing of time can give rise to a demand for giving a meaning to the life lived. What enables the analysis to occur is the handling of transference, in the grounds of ethical and technical procedures and the analyst's desire and for this to occur it is not necessary a perfect setting. The urgency can be seen as an opportunity for a new position of the subject towards his own questions, enabling him to build new outlets for his subjective troubles. We conclude that it up to the psychoanalyst who falls within the emergency clinic to be sustained by concepts of the demands of the attendance that will need to be presented in words, because it refers to a bet on the subject, seeking to modify the emergency situation where the subject is devoid of words, by entering him again in the signifying chain / O presente trabalho pretende refletir a respeito das possibilidades do atendimento da psicanálise lacaniana diante da terminalidade na clínica de urgência. A proposta de trabalho foi realizar um estudo teórico, a partir de uma prática clínica lacaniana de 15 anos junto a pessoas vivendo o estado terminal do tratamento oncológico. Objetiva-se apontar os principais operadores lacanianos como inconsciente, desejo e estruturação do sujeito, que auxiliam na escuta analítica da história de pessoas vivendo a finitude somática de forma que elas possam reconstruir as cadeias Dignificantes que as constituem como sujeitos singulares. Para ilustrar esta possibilidade de ampliação dos conceitos lacanianos utilizou-se "vinhetas" de casos clínicos, fruto da prática lacaniana da autora. Para fundamentar este trabalho, em um primeiro momento foram escolhidos, além de Freud e Jaques Lacan com suas obras originais, autores que são referência na formação da psicanálise lacaniana e outros que são psicanalistas lacanianos com prática no atendimento a pessoas com câncer e atendimento hospitalar. Depois foram escolhidos alguns autores que são referência nacional e internacional no estudo sobre a morte e terminalidade, fazendo uma descrição do fenômeno da morte. Coloca-se como fundamental escutar o porquê que cada sujeito confere ao seu adoecimento, pois esta explicação lhe atribuirá um sentido subjetivo, possibilitando a construção de uma Dignificação. O inconsciente é atemporal e frente ao aparecimento do Real o tempo passa a ter uma nova dimensão para o sujeito, havendo a precipitação do sujeito do inconsciente O estreitamento do tempo, pode fazer surgir a demanda por dar um significado à vida que se viveu. O que possibilita que a análise ocorra é o manejo da transferência, nos fundamentos éticos dos procedimentos técnicos e no desejo do analista e para que isto ocorra não é necessário um setting ideal. A urgência pode ser vista como uma oportunidade para um novo posicionamento do sujeito diante de suas questões, fazendo com que construa novas saídas para seus impasses subjetivos. Conclui-se que cabe ao psicanalista que se insere na clínica da urgência estar sustentado pelos conceitos da clínica da demanda que precisará ser apresentada em palavras, pois se refere a uma aposta no sujeito, buscando modificar a situação de urgência onde o sujeito está desprovido de palavras, inserindo-o novamente na cadeia significante
