Elevers dokumentation och reflektion av arbetsprocessen i textilslöjd : Hur visar elever sitt lärande i arbetsprocessen i textilslöjd? / Pupils´documentation and reflection of work in the textile crafts. : How do pupils show their learning in the work process in textile crafts?

Mauritzon, Kristina January 2013 (has links)

Application of the reactivity method on KSU TRIGA fuel

Alshogeathri, Saqr Mofleh January 1900 (has links)
Master of Science / Department of Mechanical and Nuclear Engineering / Jeremy Roberts / The reactivity method is an indirect nondestructive technique to estimate integral burnup in fuel elements. In this method, the assumption is made that reactivity worth of a fuel element is a known function of burnup, often a linear relationship. When a fuel element burns, reactivity is reduced due to depletion of fissile actinides and generation of neutron-absorbing fission products. Currently, there is a lack of experimental data to verify the current composition of the KSU TRIGA (Training Research Isotopes General Atomics) fuel. Moreover, the KSU TRIGA Mark II staff method of estimating burnup is admittedly inaccurate due to its simple approximations. This work presents the positive period technique as convenient method use only the excess reactivity of the KSU core to compute reactivity via the inhour equation. Period measurements are determined via extraction and manipulation of the time dependent power data in the measurements. MCNP and Serpent modeling codes are both used extract the neutron kinetics parameters necessary in the inhour equation. Seven axial discretization of the KSU fuel was modeled, which minimizes the reactivity biases as function of burnup. Moreover, two unit cell models of the KSU TRIGA fuel were investigated. Modeled reactivity worths were computed using the KCODE in MCNP for comparative analysis. The burnup steps using two power peaking factor methods were developed to account for the biases introduced initial burnup of fuel prior to installation at KSU. By using the error distribution given by the two method to generate 200 test cases of the burnup steps can yield to reactivity worths as a function of burnup with quantifiable uncertainties. Finally, the results suggest that validation from another nondestructive technique such as gamma spectroscopy is necessary to asses the reactivity biases observed for higher burnup fuel elements due to unknown radial orientations. This work ultimately supports the production of a high-fidelity model of the KSU reactor.

Motivation i struktur : Hur min övningsmotivation har påverkats av en strukturerad övnings rutin / Motivation in structure : How my motivation for practice has been affected by a structured practice routine

Foschi, Gabriel January 2024 (has links)
This self-study is about how my motivation for practice is affected by a clearer practice structure. The purpose of the study is to, from the phenomenological perspective, show whether I and my practice have been affected by structuring my practice sessions. The background to the study comes from the fact that I want to gain greater insight into my practice, how I am affected by being motivated or not, what the reasons for my motivation may be, and that i want to be able to help future students find good methods for practice. As a method for the study, I have used video and audio recording as well as logbook writing. These methods form the basis of the study and it is the analysis of these that accounts for the results and discussion of this work.

No. of bitstreams: 1 ANA TERESA DISSERTACAO publicacao BDTD mar_2016.pdf: 2857425 bytes, checksum: 9a91d73aeb94da0e22e833edfb684505 (MD5) Previous issue date: 2015-12-10 / The discomfort caused by the contradictions between medical education and health work, opened the "secret door" by which usually starts the pedagogical reflection in the University: the questioning of the teaching work. Such considerations led the author of this research to experience a new archetype for the developed teaching a medical school stage at the Oeste Paulista University (UNOESTE). In essence, the experience focused on the use of the logbook to the development and learning record and wealth of first impressions about its use (observed by the teacher and verbalized by the students), associated with the interest of other teachers in their construct it raised the desire to investigate this phenomenon. Therefore this research began to be developed in the Master's program in Education of the Oeste Paulista University in order to analyze the academic and social relevance of the logbook as teaching and learning procedure and more specifically, to characterize the constituent principles of the logbook, unveiling its potential to the process of teaching and learning and identify possible weaknesses in its implementation / execution. The choice of a qualitative approach of phenomenological nature of action- research type became natural, wherein the scenario of the research was to own classroom and demonstrations were studied in the logic of the involved subjects (53 students and the mediator teacher, who is the participating researcher). The data from a questionnaire with students impressions about the phenomenon, from the analysis of produced documents by the students and from teacher observation, categorized according to content analysis from Bardin, the logbook had substantiated its significance as a “hybrid” teaching and learning procedure seated in the precepts of active methodology, teaching and learning collaborative, endowed with academic magnitude (process of teaching and learning is dialogic, contextualized, reflective, developed in a warm educational way in a relatively short time) and also social (students with real experience of the working world in health, seizing reality in a critical perspective of knowledge and events). These results qualify the logbook as an interesting methodological option for a training process that understands the medical function as a social phenomenon that seeks to safeguard the life preserving the human of life.

Klassisk musik på gehör : En fenomenologisk självstudie / Classical music by ear : A phenomenological self-study

Söderqvist, Fanny January 2016 (has links)
The purpose of this self-study is to explore and describe the experiences of studying a classical peace by ear. The perspective is the phenomenological life-world perspective. Starting point was a classical piece for violin which I practiced for a period of 9 weeks. The piece was practiced 3 times each week and all sessions were documented in a logbook. Once a week the pratice occasions was also filmed for video observation. The result is based on the patterns which appeard during the analysis and are presented in three phases: First phase-Practice strategies, Second phase-Difficulties and Third phase-Solutions. A discussion about experiences of learning a classic piece by ear, learning strategies and changes in the life-world are made in the last chapter.

Hur börjar nästa vers? : En självobservationsstudie i memorering av  sångtext ur ett hermeneutiskt perspektiv / How does the next verse begin? : A self-observation study of memorizing song lyrics from a hermeneutic perspective

Paulsson Karlsson, Sandra January 2017 (has links)
The purpose of this self study was born out of an assumption I have made of myself, that I find it difficult to learn song lyrics by heart and perform them by heart. From a hermeneutic perspective the study takes a deep dive into my learning process whilst learning song lyrics. The study is documented by video and logbook writing, where I learn two songs by heart. The analysis results are summarized in four themes based on my research questions: strengths in the rehearsal process, interpreted as empathy of the text where I create inner pictures and stories, and weaknesses in the rehearsal process, interpreted as practice strategy and playing the piano, as well as a comparison between using pre-recorded music or not, a comparison focusing on the purpose of pre-recorded music and its consequences for me; consequently that the pre-recorded music was used as a confirmation for correct pronunciation of the lyrics. The discussion debates the interpretation of the results against the background literature and previous research.

Stanovení vzorců selektivního chování rybářů ve statistikách českého rekreačního rybolovu / Stanovení vzorců selektivního chování rybářů ve statistikách českého rekreačního rybolovu

Jankovský, Martin January 2011 (has links)
Methods for detecting patterns of angler selective fishing behaviour in the long term recreational fishery statistics are presented in this Ph.D. Thesis. The motivating idea is that mainly different anglers' fishing preferences or attitudes towards particular fish species obstruct applying anglers' catches data for ongoing use in ichthyology research. Better recognising angler selectivity is therefore judged to be the key point from the viewpoint of fish and fishery sciences. Methods affecting angler behaviour can be directly applied by other specialists, e.g. social scientists. The thesis consists of five papers two of which are published (paper 1, 2), other two of which are accepted for publishing (paper 3, 4) and the last of which (paper 5) is in the status of manuscript before submitting. In the first two papers the role of common carp catches is focused. By using multivariate techniques it is studied if the increased exploitation of carp increases also the exploitation of other fish species. Time series of carp catches serve as an explanatory variable, other species catches through the same time are processed as independent variables. According to expectations the positive effect of carp catches on those of the other species was approved at the river section with the highest expected density...

: En självstudie i avslappningens påverkan på saxofonövning / Play it again and try to be relaxed this time! : A self-study in the effects of relaxation in relation to saxophone excercise

Blom, Emanuel January 2019 (has links)
The purpose of this study is to examine determinants of stress and tension in my own saxophone playing. I experience relaxation as a method to counteract practicing saxophone in a tense state. The study is based on the following research question: How can relaxation enhance physical and mental awareness, and solve habitual tension in playing the saxophone? From a phenomenological perspective, I have examined both physical and mental experiences that appeared during and after completed relaxation- and saxophone exercise, through a logbook. Physical and mental states were examined in relation to both my increased abilities of relaxation and my saxophone playing in general. Furthermore, the results section goes further into depth of how an increased awareness concerning bodily and mental experience decreased physical and mental stress. Moreover, the implications of the present study presents how my saxophone practice and musical performances changed in line with the relaxation intervention over time. The results are linked to previous research and other relevant literature in the discussion chapter. Finally, suggestions on further research is presented.
