Baigiamajame magistro darbe nagrinėjama statybos sektoriaus ekonominės makroaplinkos vertinimo svarba investiciniam sprendimui priimti. Tiek investicinis sprendimas, tiek aplinka, kurioje bus investuojama analizuojama remiantis investicijų projektų ideologija. Apžvelgiama projektų ir investicijų projektų samprata, nustatoma aplinkos ir aplinkos įvertinimo svarba investiciniam sprendimui priimti, išanalizuojami projektų statybos sektoriuje ypatumai ir pateikiama investicinės aplinkos tyrimo schema. Baigiamajame darbe atliktas statybos sektoriaus ekonominės makroaplinkos tyrimas, nustatyti statybos sektoriui reikšmingiausi ekonominės makroaplinkos veiksniai. Išanalizuoti statybos įmonių galutinį rezultatą atspindintys finansiniai duomenys ir santykiniai rodikliai. Įvertinta statybos sektoriaus makroaplinkos įtaka statybos įmonių veiklos rezultatams. Remiantis atliktais tyrimais ir gautais rezultatais, pateikiamos baigiamojo darbo išvados ir siūlymai. / The aim of final thesis is to analyze the importance of economic environment assessment for investment decision making. Both the investment decisions and the investment environment are analyzing the basic ideology of investment projects. Here are reviewing the concept of the projects and the investment projects and are determining the importance of the environment and its assessment for investment decision making. Here are analyzing the importance of project in the construction sector and the scheme of environment‘s investigation is submited. At the end of the master work there is an investigation of construction sector‘s economic macro environment and the most important economic macro environment‘s factors have determined. The finance data and comparative financial indexes of construction companies have shifted. The economic macro environment influence to final result of construction companies has been evaluated. On the basis of investigation and it‘s results, the final work conclusions and suggestions are presented.

During the past few decades, the sport industry has experienced immense pressure to commercialise its operations and conform to traditional business practices (Chadwick 2009:191). With this evolution from a pure leisure activity to a multimillion dollar industry, it has become evident that the unique characteristics and deeply rooted historical culture of sport pose significant challenges for the sport manager during the process of commercialisation and the application of strategic management. The aim of this study was to analyse the current business environment of Cycling South Africa (CyclingSA) in such a way that the factors in the micro-environment, market environment and macro-environment that impact on the organisation‟s strategic decisions could be identified. The results should allow sport organisations to engage more effectively in strategic management by focusing on factors that influence the sport organisation‟s business environment in particular. A survey of CyclingSA members‟ perceptions of the organisation‟s current effectiveness in the business environment revealed a strong focus on financial and marketing elements. The study also found that factors such as loyalty programmes, talent identification and sport science support, safety in the physical environment, antidoping regulations, transformation and black economic empowerment and environmental friendly practices play a key role in CyclingSA‟s business environment. It is evident from the study that sport organisations, with specific reference to CyclingSA, should engage in strategic management by adapting traditional business principles to suit each organisation‟s unique needs. / Business Management / M. The aim of this diploma thesis was to analyse market opportunities of a given company. To reach this aim, I made own evaluation of the macro environment using STEP analysis, using Porter{\crq}s model I analysed the micro environment, and for the company assessment financial analysis and marketing mix were used. I have made a summary of all my findings and created SWOT analysis, in which I identified strenghts and weaknesses of the company, as well as its opportunities and threats.

It's followed by the practical part, which translates the theory of strategic analysis into the practice, analyzes modern trends and via the synthesis method it achieves the objective of this thesis: to specify strategic recommendations for Skoda Auto and to verify the hypotheses specified in the beginning.

Syfte: Syftet är att redovisa den nuvarande verkligheten av mellanstora konsertarrangörer i Stockholm Stad. Genom en analys av intressenter, nätverk och omvärldsfaktorer som kan påverka organisationen så vill vi tillföra en bredare förståelse av hur de samverkar med en utvecklande miljö.  Metod: Vår metod är aktör-nätverksteorin, där empirin har framtagits via semistrukturerade intervjuer och insamling av källkritiskt utvald sekundär data.  Sammanfattning: Mellanstora konsertarrangörer i Stockholm ingår i ett flertal olika nätverk, varav samtliga aktörer inom dessa nätverk har individuella intressen gentemot konsertarrangörens verksamhet. Nätverkens betydelse är väldigt stor för konsertarrangörerna då de organisationer som de samarbetar med har resurser som korrelerar med konsertarrangörens syfte; till exempel artister. Nätverken och dess aktörers intressen är dock dynamiska och föränderliga vilket problematiserar definieringen av dessa nätverk och intressenter. Detta beror på att konsertarrangörerna ständigt jobbar med att etablera och underhålla nätverk. Den omvärld som de mellanstora konsertarrangörerna ingår i har dessutom andra aktörer vars intresse ligger för Stockholms stads utveckling. Dessa intressen korrelerar inte alltid med konsertarrangörernas och på grund av den mångfald av intressen som stadens politiker och myndigheter behöver beakta skapas konflikter som i dagsläget skapat en väldigt aktuell debatt om Stockholms kulturliv. / Purpose: The purpose is to present a current view of the reality in being a middle sized concert organizer in Stockholm. By analyzing their stakeholders, network connections and external factors that can affect their organizations, we want to contribute with a broader understanding of how they cooperate in a environment that is constantly evolving.  Method: Our method for this essay is the actor-network-theory (ANT) in which we have chosen to collect our empiricism through semi structured interviews and secondary data with thoroughly criticised sources.  Summary: Middle sized concert organizers in Stockholm interacts in many different networks in which all of the included actors have individual interests in collaborations with the organizer. Working with networks is very important for the concert organizer because of the resources that is essential for the organizers purpose; artists is an good example. The networks and the different interests are difficult to define and map out because of the complexity that comes with their dynamics. They are dynamic because concert organizers are continuingly working with establishing new networks as well as maintaining the current ones. The environment that the midsized concert organizers are acting in also includes other actors in which the interests lies within the development of Stockholm. These interests doesn’t always correlate with the concert organizers. And because of the massive amount of interests that Stockholms politicians and other authorities have to take in consideration, conflicts are created. This is something that has led to a big debate about the culture development in Stockholm.

The Photovoltaic Industry is at a crossroads for change. Improving the sustainability of this complex system requires a thorough understanding of the entire life cycle of the solar module production. The product life cycle is thereby divided into the value added steps of raw material extraction, outsourced production, in-house production, operation, and recycling. Furthermore, the following report distinguishes between social, ecological, and economic sustainability. The report offers a compacted matrix with all parts of sustainability and each life cycle stage in order toshow companies of the photovoltaic industry the sensible areas. This should be a first step for improving the sustainability in the whole life cycle of a solar module.

The object of research – cooperative “Daržovių centras”. The subject of research – promotion and forces having influence on it. The aim of the work – to prepare promotion strategy for cooperative “Daržovių centras”. The tasks: 1) to estimate forces, influencing marketing and promotion strategy in organization; 2) to analyze theoretical aspects of promotion instrumentality and define relations between them; 3) to identify promotion strategy stages; 4) to analyze environmental forces, influencing promotion; 5) to analyze forces influencing promotion inside organization; 6) to summarize influence of all forces and to prepare the model of promotion strategy. Methods of research – analyses and synthesis of literature, analyses of statistical data, half-structured interview, questionnaire poll, graphics, PEST analyses, SWOT analyses, portfolio analyses. Having analyzed theoretical aspects of strategic marketing management and made empirical research, it was find out the influence of different forces, affecting promotion strategy in cooperative „Daržovių centras“ and prepared the model of promotion strategy.

For this thesis I chose PRIOR ČESKÁ REPUBLIKA, s.r.o., the second company I focused on was the OD Andy, s.r.o. I focused mainly on their management, organization, economy, human resources and then I also analyzed the macro environment of these companies. For this step I used the STEP analyses.
