Temos problema ir aktualumas. Daugelis organizacijų tyrėjų bei sociologų atliko tyrimų, susijusių su organizacijos kultūros suvokimu, jos įtaka verslo sėkmei, darbuotojų pasitenkinimui darbu ir kita. Tačiau, analizuodami naujausią literatūrą ir ypatingai apžvelgę Lietuvoje atliktus organizacijos kultūros tyrimus, atrandame tik keletą skirtingų organizacijos kultūros vertinimų, o tai rodo, kad ši sritis nėra visapusiškai ištirta ir kiekvienas naujas tyrimas yra vertingas. Taip pat, atsižvelgiant į tai, kad iki šių dienų teigiama ar neigiama konfliktų reikšmė, išlieka vienu prieštaringiausių dalykų, naudinga yra apjungti organizacijos kultūros ir konfliktų valdymo studijas į vieną ir pažiūrėti ar egzistuoja abipusis ryšys tarp jų. A Psicologia Organizacional evoluiu ao longo de sua história para compreender os fenômenos sobre a relação do homem, trabalho e organizações, tendo sido influenciada em sua prática por fatos de ordem social, política e econômica. Ao contribuir com soluções técnicas, o psicólogo organizacional consolidou seu espaço como uma profissão corresponsável pelo desenvolvimento das organizações e pela melhoria das condições de trabalho dos indivíduos. A transformação ocorrida na sociedade a partir do desenvolvimento das tecnologias da tele informação, resultou no aumento da competitividade entre as organizações e por consequência, na necessidade de revisar continuamente os modelos de carreira, estrutura, relações com stakeholders e estratégias. Os psicólogos organizacionais se adaptaram a esse contexto, e assumiram a responsabilidade por um número cada vez maior de processos, atividades e funções, e passou a ocupar posições com maior influência. Diante disso, o objetivo da dissertação foi refletir sobre quais são as possibilidades para a atuação do psicólogo organizacional, considerando as mudanças que ocorreram na sociedade nas últimas décadas e impactaram nas organizações. Para cumprir esse objetivo, um levantamento bibliográfico serviu para reconstruir a história da atuação dos psicólogos em organizações até os dias atuais, identificando três principais enfoques para a Psicologia Organizacional: gestão de pessoas, saúde do trabalhador e cultura organizacional. Através de uma reflexão sistemática, as possibilidades de atuação do psicólogo organizacional em cada um dos enfoques foram sintetizadas. Constatou-se que a valorização do fator humano na sociedade trouxe como demanda para organizações a capacidade de diagnosticar e intervir em questões e interesses dos indivíduos. Soma-se o fato que os psicólogos organizacionais passaram a adotar uma postura menos técnica, e mais baseada em relacionamentos, colaborando como um intermediador entre a organização e os demais stakeholders. Para envolver-se em questões mais complexas, é necessário que o psicólogo amplie seu entendimento sobre as estratégias da organização e o conhecimento em outras ciências, para colaborar de maneira mais eficiente no trabalho em equipes multidisciplinares e potencializar as possibilidades para o futuro da profissão / Organizational Psychology has evolved bound to the understanding of the relationship between man, work and organizations and has been applied under the influence of social, political and economic events. By contributing with technical solutions, organizational psychologists consolidated their role as professionals co-responsible for organizational development and the improvement of working conditions. The transformation of society after tele information technologies fostered competition among organizations and created the need for continuous updating of careers, structures, stakeholders relationships and strategies. The organizational psychologists coped with that new context and took over a wider span of processes, activities and tasks, thus increasing their influence through higher positions. . The objective of the present work was the scanning of possibilities of performance organizational psychologists found within the changes in society in the last decades and their impact in organizations. To achieve this objective, a bibliographical review was produced to rebuild the history of organizational psychologists from earliest days to the present, out of which three major subjects were found: people management, worker welfare and organizational culture. Through a systematic analysis, the possibilities for organizational psychologist performance on each one of the three major subjects were drawn. The appreciation of the human subjects in society brought the identification and mediation of needs and values of employees as an imperative to organizations. Besides, organizational psychologists have adopted a less technical attitude and preferred a relationship-based posture. That meant an evolution to an intermediary collaborator between organization and other stakeholders. To be able to get involved on more complex matters, it is necessary that psychologists broaden their understanding about organization strategies, and improve the knowledge in other disciplines, to collaborate more effectively within multidisciplinary teams thus enhancing the possibilities of development of their profession

<p>Bakgrund: Sjuksköterskor är genom författningar ålagda att utföra sitt arbete i enlighet med vetenskap och beprövad erfarenhet. Omvårdnadsforskning har ökat i omfattning men resultaten har inte omsatts i praktisk användning i lika stor utsträckning. Betydelse har sjuksköterskans inställning, typ av ledarskap, organisationens förväntningar men också traditionen av att inte betrakta sjuksköterskeyrket som akademiskt.</p><p>Syftet med studien var att undersöka dels avdelningschefers, dels sjuksköteskors/barnmorskors inställning till forskningsanvändning samt att undersöka om skillnader fanns i utbildningsnivå, ledningsstöd och forskningsanvändning.</p><p>Metoden var en beskrivande och jämförande tvärsnittsundersökning. Respondenterna bestod av samtliga avdelningschefer (n=50) anställda på tre landstingsdrivna akutsjukhus i Mellansverige och samtliga sjuksköterskor (n=284) på vårdavdelningar på ett av dessa sjukhus. Svarsfrekvens 79% respektive 63%. En enkät bestående av delar av etablerade instrument samt frågor utarbetade av författarna användes. Data bearbetades statistiskt i SPSS, icke- parametriska test valdes eftersom data var på ordinalskalenivå.</p><p>Resultatet av undersökningen visade att sjuksköterskor med utbildning i omvårdnadsvetenskap ≥ 40 poäng hade mer positiv inställning till forskning och utveckling inom omvårdnad. Fler sjuksköterskors faktiska forskningsanvändning ökade om avdelningschefen hade en positiv inställning. Ingen skillnad i sjuksköterskors inställning till forskning och utveckling inom omvårdnad kunde ses i förhållande till om avdelningschefens inställning var positiv eller negativ. Avseende ledningsstöd hade avdelningschefer och sjuksköterskor skilda uppfattningar om vilket stöd som fanns tillgängligt. The extent of nursing research has increased but the implementation of research results in nursing practice has not increased to the same degree. Important in this context are the nurses’ attitudes, type of leadership, organizational expectations and also the tradition of not viewing the nursing as an academic profession.</p><p>The aim of the study was to investigate nurse managers’, nurses’/midwives’ attitudes towards research and development within nursing, and to study if there were differences in level of education, management, support and utilisation of research.</p><p>Method: The design was a descriptive, cross-sectional study using parts from an established instrument (questionnaire) completed with questions constructed by the authors. The respondents were all nurse managers (n=50) in three county council hospitals in a province in mid-Sweden and all nurses (n=284) in the wards of one of the hospitals. The response rate was 79% respectively 63%. Data were analysed with the software Statistical Package for Social Sciences, SPSS. Non-parametric tests were used to analyse the ordinal data.</p><p>The results of the study showed that nurses with an education in nursing science comprising 40 or more (Swedish) credit points had a more positive attitude towards research and development within nursing. The nurses’ actual research use increased if the nurse manager had a positive attitude towards research and development within nursing. No difference in nurses’ attitudes towards research and development within nursing could be seen in relation to whether the nurse manager had a positive or negative attitude. With regard to management support the nurse managers and nurses had different opinions about the availability of support. For example, 47 % of the nurses believed that the nurse managers support nurses who want to develop the nursing care while 87 % of the nurse managers believed so.</p><p>Conclusion: The results indicate that when the nurse manager has a positive attitude towards research and development within nursing, and when nurses have an education of at least 40 credit points in nursing science, the possibility for nurses to work with research related activities increases.</p>

Gemenskapens betydelse och betydelsen av gemenskap : - En kvalitativ studie om gemenskap och organisationskultur i arbetslivet

I denna kvalitativa studie har vi valt att undersöka hur gemenskap bildas och underhålls på en arbetsplats med syfte att söka förståelse för gemenskap i förhållande till framförallt företagskultur samt grupper och roller ur ett socialpsykologiskt perspektiv. Vi har genom en hermeneutisk ansats och kvalitativa intervjuer tagit fram ett empiriskt material som gett oss en bild av den upplevda gemenskapen på ett större företag. För att analysera denna empiri har vi använt oss av en teoretisk definition av gemenskap, Goffmans dramaturgiska teori samt teorier om grupper och organisationskultur. Vad som framkommit är att gemenskap och trivsel är viktiga för välmåendet bland de anställda. Resultatet visar även på att gemenskapen på företaget kan förbättras genom större engagemang från ledningen. / In this qualitative study, we have chosen to explore how community is formed and maintained in a workplace with a view to seeking understanding of the community in relation to groups, roles, identity and culture from a social psychological perspective. With a hermeneutical approach and qualitative interviews we have developed an empirical material that has given us a picture of the perceived community in a larger company. In order to analyze the empirical data we have used a theoretical definition of community, Goffman's dramaturgical theory and theories of groups and organizational culture. What has emerged is that sense of community is important for the well-being among employees. The result also shows that the Community of the company can be improved by greater commitment from management.

En levande organisation : En studie om rekrytering och organisationskultur / A living organization : A study on recruitment and organization culture

Syftet med uppsatsen är att försöka få en inblick i hur viktigt det anses vara att en nyanställd ”matchar” en organisation i form av personlighet och värderingar, snarare än att denne besitter rätt yrkeskunskaper. Syftet är även att utreda om det finns en existerande organisationskultur på ett industriföretag, samt hur genomgående denna kultur verkar vara. Avslutningsvis har författarna försökt utreda hur nya medarbetare socialiseras in i den undersökta organisationens kultur. Resultaten är baserade på tre gruppintervjuer med operativ personal, intervjuer med två personer från organisationens ledningsgrupp, samt intervjuer med två olika rekryteringsföretag. Resultaten pekar på att en ”match” med organisationen upplevs vara viktig när det gäller grundläggande värderingar, men att olika personligheter uppskattas mer än lika egenskaper hos nyanställda. Resultaten tyder även på att socialiseringsprocessen kan ha en större betydelse för en upplevd samstämmighet med organisationen, än vad en tillämpad P-O- fit vid rekryteringen kan tänkas bidra till. / The purpose with this study is to achieve a deeper knowledge and understanding for the perceived importance of using a Person-Organization fit in recruitment. The study also aims to investigate a possible existing organizational culture in an industrial company, and how concistent this culture seems to be throughout the organization. The authors have also tried to gain knowledge on how new employees are indroduced into this culture. The results are based on three group interviews with operational personnel, interviews with two persons from the manegerial group, and interviews with two recruitment firms. The results indicate that a Person-Organization fit is perceived to be important when it comes to some basic values. However, different personalities are more desirable within the investigated organization concerning recruits. Results also indicate that the socialization process, rather than an applied Person-Organization fit, might have a larger significance for a perceived congruence between personal and organizational values.

Daugelis kultūros tyrinėtojų sutinka, kad organizacijos kultūra yra vienas reikšmingų būdų siekti organizacijos vadybos. Tačiau Lietuvos organizacijų vadovai veiklai skatinti ir plėtoti šį svarbiausią valdymo įrankį - organizacijos kultūrą - retai pasitelkia. Šio darbo tyrimo objektas - organizacijos „Natūralios medicinos centras“ darbuotojų kultūrinės charakteristikos ir jų atspindys organizacijos kultūroje. Tyrimo tikslas - nustatyti organizacijos „Natūralios medicinos centras“ kultūrines charakteristikas pagal G.Hofstede išskirtas kultūrines dimensijas, jų priklausomybę nuo demografinių veiksnių ir remiantis šiomis charakteristikomis adaptuoti jas pagal W.G. Ouchi kultūros modelį. Tyrimo duomenų analizė parodė, kad remiantis G.Hofstede tyrimo metodika, tirtoje organizacijoje išryškėjo tokia kultūrinių charakteristikų priklausomybė: labai maža galios distancija - (-14,56); polinkis į kolektyvizmą - 38,38; ry���kus vyriškumas - 127,38; mažas neapibrėžtumo vengimas - (- 84,88) ir vidutinė ilgalaikė orientacija- 64,06. Kultūrinių skirtumų požymiai, kuriuos nustatė G. Hofstede, leidžia nustatyti tiriamos organizacijos akcentuojamas vertybes ir įvertinti kultūrinių grupių panašumus bei skirtumus priklausomai nuo demografinių veiksnių. Todėl tyrimas parodė, kad svarbu organizacijos kultūrą nagrinėti subkultūrų atžvilgiu. Atsižvelgiant į išryškėjusias organizacijos narių kultūrines nuostatas remiantis W.G. Ouchi kultūros modeliu, organizacija „Natūralios medicinos... [toliau žr. visą tekstą] / Foreign scholars have proved that organization culture is one of the major factors of performing organization management. However, managers of Lithuanian enterprises rarely employ this core tool of management, i.e. organization culture in order to promote and develop the enterprise’s activity. The subject of this exploration is the cultural characteristics of the employees of the enterprise Natūralios medicinos centras and their reflection in the organization culture. The aim of the exploration is to identify the cultural characteristics of the enterprise Natūralios medicinos centras on the grounds of the cultural dimensions singled out by Hofstede and their dependence on demographical factors so that to adapt the characteristics on the basis of the cultural model by Ouchi. Analysis of the exploration data has shown that on the grounds of the exploration method by Hofstede, the explored organization manifests the following dependence of cultural characteristics: very small power distance – (– 14.56); aptitude to collectivism – 38.38; prominent masculinity – 127.38; minor avoidance of indefiniteness – (– 84.88) and medium/ long-term orientation – 64.06. Marks of cultural differences established by Hofstede allow identifying the emphasized values of the explored organization and to assess similarities and differences of cultural groups on the basis of demographic factors. The work is devoted to the problem of learning organization. The objective of the work is to evaluate if the chosen company actually is learning organization and to identify the areas in which the company is close to this concept and what action should be taken to become a learning organization. A questionnaire survey was mainly used for this evaluation. In the end strong and weak sides of the chosen company are introduced and a recommendation is proposed which should lead to creating a learning organization.
