Research object: parents attitudes towards vocational orientation service in the secondary school.
Research aim: to discover parents attitudes towards vocational orientation service in the secondary school.
Research objectives:
• To define how parents who have 8th – 12th grades children are informed about vocational information sources and services lent in secondary school;
• To find out expression of parents attitudes towards vocational orientation services at school;
• To educe parents opinion about effectiveness of vocational orientation service at school. Research methods:
• Quantitative research (questionnaire)
• Statistical data analysis
Conclusions:
Parents’ awareness about vocational orientation services at school is not sufficient. It is a lack between supply and demand of vocational orientation services. Only half of 61 established vocational information places are allocated at schools and parents are not enough informed about such services at school.
The most part of respondents have adequate understanding about vocational orientation aim, quality and timeliness. In most respondents view vocational orientation activities at school are not efficient and fall short of children requirements. According to the research data there are not enough vocational orientation activities for children and parents at school.

In the current Final Paper Work the role of colleges in vocational counseling has been analysed.
Object of the research - vocational counseling in the college.
Purpose of the research - to investigate the attitude of the college executive staff towards vocational counseling.
Tasks of the research:
ü To investigate the importance of vocational counseling in the context of life long learning;
ü To review the site of colleges in the educational system;
ü To carry out the research of the attitude of the executive staff in the college;
ü To summarize the results of the research and to provide with the practical recommendations for improvement of vocational counseling.
In conformity with the research results it is aimed to substantiate (negate) the hypothesis that colleges largely do not use completely all opportunities of vocational counseling.

Profesijos pasirinkimas yra viena aktualiausių problemų, nuo kurios tinkamo sprendimo priklauso žmogaus asmeninė gerovė. Todėl labai svarbu, kad jau pats pirmasis moksleivio apsisprendimas būtų sąmoningas, tikslingas, kad jaunuolis suprastų, jog adaptacija darbo pasaulyje ir asmenybės vidinė harmonija priklauso nuo tinkamo apsisprendimo. Dabar, kai vis labiau integruojamės į Europos Sąjungą, jaunimui susidaro vis didesnės galimybės laisvai pasirinkti profesiją, tačiau tuo pačiu padidėja jaunimo individualios kompetencijos ir asmeninės atsakomybės reikšmė.

It is very important that the first pupil’s decision would be aware and purposeful, and youngster would understand that adaptation in the world of job and individuality depends on the right decision. V. Sparčiai besivystant mokslui, didėjant gamtamokslinių specialybių poreikiui ir jų svarbai šiuolaikinėje visuomenėje, atsiranda spraga ieškant specialistų užpildant šios srities darbo rinką. Pastarąjį dešimtmetį pradėtas skirti nemažas dėmesys neformaliam bei ikiprofesiniam ugdymui mokyklose, kuris padeda moksleiviams sėkmingai pasirinkti tolimesnes studijas bei įsitvirtinti darbo rinkoje pasirenkant jiems tinkamas specialybes.
Šiame darbe norėjome nustatyti gamtamokslinio neformalaus ugdymo ir mokinių ikprofesinio pasirinkimo sąsajas. Šiam tikslui pasiekti išsikėlėme tris uždavinius: 1) Atskleisti mokinių ikiprofesinį konsultavimą. 2) Išsiaiškinti mokinių, pasirinkusių gamtamokslinius būrelius, lankymo motyvus. 3) Išsiaiškinti mokinių ikiprofesinį konsultavimą ir lankomų gamtamokslinių būrelių sąsajas.
Kadangi ikiprofesinis konsultavimas nors ir ne visose mokyklose, bet vyksta, norėdami žinoti vienos ar kitos srities įtaką profesijų pasirinkimui reikėtų atlikti tyrimus panašius kaip šis.Tuo metu turėtume pilną vaizdą apie Lietuvos ikiprofesinio ugdymo daromą įtaką, ir žinotume kokio tipo ikiprofesinam ugdymui reikėtų daugiau skirti dėmesį atsižvelgiant į jo teikiamą naudą.
Šiam tikslui pasiekti ir išsikeltiems uždaviniams įgyvendinti pasirinkome anketavimo metodą kurio metu buvo apklausta 60 mokinių.

That’s why there is some difficulties to full fill that kind working places. In recent ten years schools started to pay more attention to informal and to vocational guidance in schools. These kind of teaching helps for school children to select further studies and profession success.
In this work we wanted to test the connection ways of informal nature science education and vocational guidance in school. For this propos we hypothesize three hypotheses: 1) reveal schoolchildren vocational guidance. 2) To find out attendance motivation schoolchildren who selected nature science clusters. 3) Find out schoolchildren vocational guidance and attended nature science correlations.
Vocational guidance is not at all schools. If we wanted to find out influence of some ranges to profession selection we should do some researches like that. Than we have had a full view about influence of Lithuanian vocational guidance at schools. Than we could see what type of vocational guidance needs more attention according to his offered benefit.

Lietuvos Respublikos Konstitucija, įstatymai bei kiti norminiai aktai įpareigoja išskirtinį dėmesį skirti specialiųjų poreikių vaikų ir paauglių ugdymui. Todėl neįgaliesiems nuo pat vaikystės turi būti skirtas reikiamas pedagogų, medikų ir psichologų dėmesys, kad jie būtų ugdomi ir pagal savo galimybes įgytų profesijas bei adaptuotųsi darbo rinkoje. Žmogaus ugdymas darbu yra vienas svarbiausių asmenybės formavimo elementų, todėl vienas iš aktualiausių šiandieninių uždavinių tenka ir specialiųjų poreikių turinčių mokinių ugdymui, jų socializacijai ir natūraliai integracijai į visuomenę.
Šiame baigiamajame magistro darbe nagrinėjami neįgaliųjų moksleivių darbinio ugdymo pagrindai, požiūris į lygių galimybių užtikrinimą, nes kuo didesnis dėmesys bus skiriamas neįgaliųjų darbiniam ugdymui ir profesiniam orientavimui, tuo platesnės taps jų ateities galimybės sėkmingai įsilieti į visuomeninį gyvenimą.
Iškelta hipotezė, kad nuolatinis dėmesys darbinei veiklai ir profesiniam orientavimui skatina specialiųjų poreikių turinčių mokinių motyvaciją ir atveria jiems naujas galimybes integruotis į darbo rinką.
Anketinės apklausos ir struktūrizuoto interviu metodais buvo atliktas tyrimas, kurio tikslas – ištirti specialiųjų poreikių turinčių vaikų darbinį ugdymą, kaip profesinio orientavimo veiksnį.
Tyrime dalyvavo 50 specialiosios mokyklos pedagogų bei 100 specialiųjų poreikių turinčių mokinių tėvų.
Svarbiausios empirinio tyrimo išvados:
• Tyrime pasitvirtino kelta prielaida, kad mokiniai... Therefore the disabled must receive due attention from the educators, medics and psychologists from the childhood in order to be educated, be able to acquire occupations according to their capabilities and adapt themselves in the work market. Career education is one of the most important elements of personality formation for a person, so one of the most relevant tasks today is, as well, the education of the schoolchildren having special needs, their socialization and natural integration to society.
The final master paper analyses the fundamentals of the career education for the disabled schoolchildren, the approach to the security of equal opportunities, for the more attention will be paid to the career education and careers counseling of the disabled, the more wide-ranging their future possibilities to successfully accede to the public life.
Hypothesis: regular attention for working activity and professional orientation motyvates the school children having special needs and opens them new opportunities integrate themselves to the job market.

The labour market today meets with the situation with steadily decreasing demand for unskilled labour force and the increasing demand for qualified specialists.
