Programa Educativo a través de música ambiental y mensajes auditivos para mejorar la Asepsia en el desempeño profesional de trabajadores de Salud

Este estudio examina y evalúa los efectos educativos que es capaz de proporcionar una herramienta poco usada cual es la transmisión de mensajes auditivos insertados dentro de música ambiental propalada en un ambiente de trabajo. El proceso enseñanza aprendizaje entre la población d e trabajadores de salud es una categoría especial y muy sensible, en ella es menester la educación continuada y perenne pues cualquier deficiencia de aprendizaje tiene un costo elevado dado que se trabaja con el bien más preciado de la sociedad y del individuo cual es su vida y la calidad de la misma. En este trabajo se propalan mensajes entre el personal asistencial: médicos, enfermeros y técnicos de enfermería de la Unidad de Cuidados Intensivos del Hospital Nacional "Daniel A. Carrión" de la Provincia Constitucional del Callao. Empleando como instrumento un equipo de sonido en circuito cerrado, audible sólo en los ambientes de la Unidad de Cuidados Intensivos, se emite durante un turno de seis horas, de 8:00 a 14:00 horas, mensajes dirigidos a promover el aprendizaje y el refuerzo de los cambios hacia la conducta objetivo de estudio: buen comportamiento aséptico e higiénico representado por : “lavarse las manos”. Estos mensajes, diferentes pero con un mismo objetivo, se emiten cada diez minutos durante seis horas diarias teniendo como cortina para su transmisión un fondo musical de tipo instrumental no clásico, el cual se detiene sólo en el momento de emitir el mensaje. El trabajo se realiza en un período de seis meses durante los cuales se observa y registra la frecuencia de la conducta objetivo emitida por el personal en las diferentes etapas del estudio, al final del cual y luego del análisis de datos, se obtuvieron los resultados esperados: incrementar la conducta de asepsia en el 100% del personal en estudio. Palabras Claves: Mensaje, Conducta, Asepsia, Personal Asistencial, Unidad de Cuidados Intensivos. / --- This study examines and evaluates the educational effect that a not veryused message transmission tool is able to provide: the auditory message inserted in the background music aimed at hospital attendance personnel. In this case, the Intensive Care Unit doctors, nurses and technicians of the Daniel A. Carrión Hospital, located in Callao Region. The learning-teaching process among the sanitary labour force is a special and sensitive category in which continuous and uninterrupted education is necessary, since every learning failure has a high cost due to the most valuable social good you are working with, the human life. The field work involves using a closed-circuit sound equipment, just audible in The environment of the Intensive Care Unit during six hours, from 8:00 to 14:00 hours, aimed at promoting the learning and reinforce the changes in the behavior objective of this study: hands washing. These messages, different but with the same goal, were emitted daily, every ten minutes during six hours. Non- classical instrumental music was used as background music, which stopped only when the message was emitted. The field work was on throughout a six-month period, in which it was observed and registered how often the objective personnel behaviour was executed in the different study stages. Finally, with the data analysis, the final report is hereby submitted in accordance with the expected outcomes: the aseptic behavior improvement in the one hundred percent of the personnel. The aim of this dissertation is to describe and analyse individual stages of a civil process for the protection of personal integrity. The civil process is a unique stream, within which there is a protection of personal rights offered to individuals. Immaterial damage caused by unauthorized interference in such important personal right such as rights of personal integrity without doubt are, is often correctly replaced only by the judicial decision. For this reason, it requires knowledge of both the substantive civil law, which underlines the protection of the rights of personal integrity, as well as civil procedure law, in which the substantive law is being implemented. The content of this dissertation is the analysis of the various parts of the judicial process from filing an action for protection of personal integrity to the court's decision, enforcement and execution in matters of protection of personal integrity. The dissertation illustrates the complex picture into the issues of civil proceedings in the matters of protection of personal integrity and quotes directly from court decisions in each of the stages of the proceedings. Variations on a Theme: Forty years of music, memories, and mistakes

How did music play a consistent role through various memories? In this memoir, I look at the sweet, the traumatic and troubling. I use specific songs as connections to lost loved ones. I pin the power of music to the loss of three important people in my life: my sister, father, and mother. Who were their musical touchstones? Did I share them? Did music run through them as it has always run through me? The memoir is sandwiched by a brief extended metaphor that props up the conceit that we are entering a live concert performance. It is billed as a "letter to a lost loved one" because it is indeed meant to address that lost one, my sister, my guide. In the opening section I've lost my voice. I eventually reclaim it and vow that I will perhaps meet my sister at some point in the future.

Accepting an End-User License Agreement (EULA) may imply that the company has the permission to gather any personal information, without having to ask for the end-users permission again as the information is already being stored in the database of the company. Young women is today one of the groups that is sharing, publishing and consuming the most information on social media. For that reason it is intreguing to study how young women are relating to the personal integrity on social media. The study concludes that there is a wide variation of how the women relates to integrity on the social media.

Resiliencia y autoconcepto personal en indultados por terrorismo y traición a la patria residentes en Lima [Artículo] / Resilience and personal self-concept in pardons for terrorism and treason in Lima

El periodo de violencia política en el Perú dejó una serie de secuelas psicosociales que afectaron en mayor medida a cierto grupo de la población. A los indultados por los delitos de terrorismo y traición a la patria se les reconoció como legalmente inocentes después de pasar años en prisión. Objetivo: Describir la relación entre la resiliencia y el autoconcepto personal en indultados por el delito de terrorismo y traición a la patria, quienes son parte de la población afectada por la violencia política en el Perú. Método: La muestra está conformada por 34 indultados y se les administró la Escala de Resiliencia (ER) y el Cuestionario de Autoconcepto Personal (APE). Resultados: Se encuentra una correlación positiva significativa y de magnitud moderada entre resiliencia y el componente Autorrealización e Integridad del autoconcepto personal (r = .657, p < .001). Conclusiones: La elaboración emocional de la vivencia de los indultados necesita ser trabajada para poder integrarla con las percepciones positivas. / The period of political violence in Peru left a series of psychosocial consequences that affected a certain group of the population to a greater extent. Those pardoned for the crimes of terrorism and treason were recognized as legally innocent after spending years in prison. Objective: To describe the relationship between resilience and personal self-concept in those pardoned for the crime of terrorism and treason, who are part of the population affected by political violence in Peru. Method: The sample consisted of 34 pardoned who were administered the Resilience Scale (ER) and the Personal Self-concept Questionnaire (APE). Results: There is a significant positive correlation of moderate magnitude between resilience and the Self-realization and Integrity component of personal self-concept (r = .657, p <.001). Conclusions: The emotional elaboration of the experience of the pardoned ones needs to be worked so that it can be integrated with the positive perceptions.

O objetivo principal deste trabalho foi criar um modelo que auxiliasse o indivíduo a vincular a hierarquia de seus valores pessoais com a identificação dos elementos necessários para o desenvolvimento do seu planejamento estratégico pessoal, de forma sustentável. Planejamento estratégico pessoal é um tipo de planejamento sistemático orientado ao indivíduo, por meio instrumentos pré-definidos de análise pessoal, autoconhecimento e de tomada de decisão. Os modelos de planejamento estratégico pessoal existentes não fazem referência a instrumentos de investigação de valores pessoais, que são generalistas. Por isso, buscou-se desenvolver um modelo que permitisse gerar resultados individualizados de acordo com as metas motivacionais de cada orientado (coachee). Valores pessoais consistem em metas ou critérios que são organizados pelos indivíduos pelo grau de importância, que independentemente da situação, servem como princípios norteadores de sua vida. A pesquisa foi exploratória e metodológica, de natureza quantitativa e qualitativa. A fase quantitativa (N=355) foi caracterizada pela proposta e validação do modelo de planejamento estratégico pessoal chamado Modelo das Decisões Axiológicas. A fase qualitativa foi caracterizada, principalmente, pela análise e verificação da opinião dos especialistas de planejamento estratégico pessoal, do ranking do Portal da Inovação, do Ministério da Ciência e Tecnologia, sobre o modelo proposto no trabalho. Os principais resultados alcançados foram: (i) um modelo que levou em consideração as diferenças axiológicas e de metas motivacionais entre os indivíduos, (ii) a descoberta de variáveis que explicam, com alto grau de sucesso, os elementos necessários para a composição de um planejamento estratégico pessoal e a (iii) redução da análise dos campos do planejamento de vida apenas para duas dimensões: aspectos materiais ou aspectos imateriais da vida do indivíduo. As principais conclusões foram: (i) a existência de uma relação entre as variáveis do planejamento estratégico e os valores pessoais, permitindo a hierarquização dos valores e dos fatores de planejamento para diferentes indivíduos, (ii) a aprovação dos especialistas sobre a aplicabilidade e a validade do modelo proposto e (iii) a consolidação do conceito de planejamento estratégico pessoal como um tipo de planejamento estratégico que outrora era aplicado apenas às organizações e passou a ser incentivado ao indivíduo, com a finalidade de orientar cada pessoa quanto ao seu propósito de vida e em relação ao futuro, utilizando instrumentos pré-definidos de análise pessoal, autoconhecimento e de tomada de decisão. / The main objective of this work was to create a model which would help the individual to link the hierarchy of personal values with the identification of the elements necessary for the development of its strategic personal planning, in a sustainable manner. Personal strategic planning is a kind of systematic planning oriented to the individual, through pre-defined instruments of personal analysis, self-awareness and decision making. The existing models of personal strategic planning make no reference to research tools for personal values, which are generalists. Therefore, is sought to develop a model that would allow to generate individualized results according to the motivational goals of each oriented (coachee). Personal values consist of goals or criteria that are organized by individuals by the degree of importance, that whatever the situation, serve as guiding principles of his life. The research was exploratory and methodological, quantitative and qualitative. The quantitative phase (N = 355) was characterized by the proposal and validation of personal strategic planning model called Model of Axiological Decisions. The qualitative phase was characterized mainly by the analysis and verification of expert opinion in personal strategic planning, ranking on the Innovation Portal, Ministry of Science and Technology, about the model proposed in this work. The main results were: (i) a model that took into account axiological differences and motivational goals among individuals, (ii) the discovery of variables that explain, with a high degree of success, the necessary elements for the composition of a personal strategic planning and the (iii) reduce the analysis of the fields of life planning only for two dimensions: material aspects or intangible aspects of the life of the individual. The main findings were: (i) the existence of a relationship between the variables of strategic planning and personal values, allowing ranking of values and the planning factors for different individuals, (ii) the approval of the experts on the applicability and validity of the proposed model and (iii) the consolidation of the concept of personal strategic planning as a kind of strategic planning that was once applied only to organizations and began to be encouraged to individuals, in order to guide each person about their life purpose and about the future, using pre-defined instruments of personal analysis, self-awareness and decision making.

O principal objetivo deste trabalho foi analisar os processos de recrutamento e seleção na pequena empresa e avaliar o fator capacitação profissional como elemento para a formação do quadro de funcionários. Entende-se por recrutamento e seleção o conjunto de procedimentos que visa atrair e escolher candidatos para ocupar cargos dentro da organização. Estes processos são de grande importância para o desenvolvimento da empresa, pois através deles é que se definem as potencialidades dos recursos humanos. Com o uso da metodologia multicasos exploratória e descritiva foram estudadas quatro empresas do ramo metal - mecânico da cidade de São Carlos - SP, avaliando os fatores que interferem nos processos estudados. Os resultados da pesquisa mostraram que a pequena empresa, embora com dificuldades, recruta e seleciona seus funcionários considerando a capacitação profissional. Esta pesquisa contribuiu para a análise dos métodos de recrutamento e seleção disponibilizando os resultados obtidos aos empresários e à comunidade científica com o propósito de repensar a formação dos recursos humanos das pequenas empresas. / The main objective of this work is to analyze the recruitment and selection processes in the small company and to evaluate the factor professional training as element for the staff formation. The recruitment and selection processes are procedures that seek to attract and to choose candidates to occupy positions inside of the organization. These processes are of great importance for the development of the company. Through them are defined the potentialities of the human resources. With the use of the exploratory and descriptive methodology were studied four companies of the metal-mechanical branch of the city of São Carlos - SP, evaluating the processes factors. The results of the research showed that the small company, although with difficulties, recruits and selects your employees considering the professional training. The contribution of this research is the analysis of the recruitment and selection methods showing the results obtained the managers and the scientific community with the purpose of rethinking the formation of the human resources in small companies.

Las instituciones de educación superior buscan que sus programas mejoren y para llegar a este objetivo uno de los actores principales son los docentes, así pues la evaluación de docentes cobra un punto muy importante para el control y mejora de la calidad de la educación, así pues existen diferentes formas de enfocar la evaluación de los docentes y una de estas se encuentra relacionado con el ingreso, permanencia y promoción de la carrera del docente. Así pues en la PUCP se ha establecido una “Política de carrera profesoral” la cual ha sido implementada por la Dirección Académica del Profesorado, para esto se definieron los siguientes procesos: Contratación de profesores por hora; Asignación de plazas a tiempo completo; Ingreso a la docencia ordinaría o nombramiento; Promoción docente a las categorías de profesor asociado y principal; Permanencia: Confirmación del nombramiento y confirmación en cada una de las categorías de acuerdo a plazos dispuestos por ley El proceso de promoción docente a las categorías de profesor asociado y principal es el tratado en este proyecto y se puede resumir en las siguientes etapas: Inscripción, Presentación, Aprobación, Evaluación del comité evaluador. El objetivo de este proyecto es realizar el análisis, diseño e implementación de un sistema para la gestión de promociones de docentes, mediante una intranet para la PUCP, así pues el Sistema para la gestión de promociones de docentes permitirá el registro de los docentes como el llenado de su ficha de inscripción, adicionalmente validará que cumpla con todos los requisitos para la presentación de la ficha y presentará la ficha, posteriormente permitirá realizar la aprobación de la ficha y generará unos reportes que apoyan la evaluación, evitando así la presentación de documentos en físico y elaboración de reportes manuales. / Tesis
