This diploma thesis is concerned with a proposal for increasing the efficiency of machining when manufacturing an inner sleeve at the company Sanborn a.s. In the diploma thesis, the technology used for machining itself is first briefly described, followed by a description of the original production technology including a description of machine and hand tools used and cutting conditions. The next part of the paper describes the proposal for increasing the efficiency of machining operations. The proposal includes a description of the suggested solution that will lead to increased efficiency, a machine proposed for the specific operation, appropriate tools and proposed cutting conditions. The benefits of implementing the proposal are also described here, both in terms of saving unit time, and in terms of the machining technology itself, where, for example, the formation of chips is improved, the inner tension of machined components reduced, etc. The diploma thesis further includes a technical-economic evaluation assessing the economic benefits of the changes introduced.

The aim of this diploma work was a proposal to make the process of machining of injection mould more efficient. The work described the initial state of machining of a moulding injection part from the technological point of splinter machining, including the description of each production areas, the tool used in the process and the machines. The main part of the diploma work was focused on consideration of a possible way leading to the increase in the efficiency of the production process of machining of an injection mould part that included the transfer of the initial way of machining of a moulding injection part to CNC lathe Gildemeister CTX beta 500. Furthermore the work described the tool that had been used including the description of proposed control programs for machining of an injection mould part. The essential part of the work was a techno-economical assessment of the proposed variant of solution, which included analysis of the production costs and the time indexes that were achieved during the production.

This diploma thesis deals with a project and an implementation of the information system according to Agrall servis a.s. company requirements. The company offers and arranges an agricultural service. The thesis contains theoretical information on the employment of technologies and system analysis of the company. A practical section of the thesis deals with a specification of requirements and a project of the information system including a subsequent implementation.

The diploma thesis is focused on a proposal of changes to an information system for a brokerage company. The first chapter lays out the theoretical knowledge needed to tackle the task at hand. The second section analyzes the external and internal enviroment of the company and analyzes information system in company. The practical part is devoted to a separate proposal for improvement and their implementation based on the results of analyzes.

The aim of this master´s thesis is the design chosen for testing bonded joints on the specified galvanized steel sheet in laboratory conditions and obtaining parameters of bonded joints for application in industrial practice. Basic tests for testing bounded joints were presented in the work. Subsequently, two tests were selected and verified in laboratory conditions. The result of these tests are specific numerical values that were compared with values gained during tests linking method clinch.

A Proposta foi implementada em 2016 e avançou em conhecimentos, fundamentação teórica e novos conteúdos curriculares em todas as áreas de conhecimento. No entanto, constata-se que o documento apresenta uma lacuna em relação ao trabalho didático-pedagógico com bebês em sua matriz curricular. En la actualidad, la salud de los niños ha venido deteriorándose por diferentes variables, una de ellas es el alto consumo de productos golosinaros, gaseosas, etc, la cual deja secuelas como por ejemplo diabetes y obesidad. De acuerdo al centro nacional de alimentación y nutrición el 32.3% de escolares padece este mal y es por ello que muchas empresas buscan ofrecer alternativas saludables para los padres, con la finalidad de desarrollar un nuevo estilo de vida que cambien los hábitos alimenticios de los niños para evitar enfermedades. En base a ello, nace “LONCHI”, idea innovadora de un grupo de alumnos de la Universidad Peruanas de Ciencias Aplicadas, el cual está compuesto por 4 integrantes de diferentes carreras como Marketing, Negocios Internacionales y Finanzas. Este equipo analizó las necesidades más importantes del mercado y elaboró un producto/servicio que aliviar la preocupación de los padres. Este proyecto consiste en preparar loncheras saludables que contengan todos los requisitos alimenticios requeridos por los niños que se encuentra en la etapa escolar. “LONCHI” utiliza insumos naturales que serán incorporados en las loncheras, que constan de una fruta estacional, un jugo de frutas libre de persevantes, una porción de frutos secos y un sándwich. Para la realización de esta propuesta de negocio nos permitió conocer de forma real, así como restos que se pueden presentar en el entorno empresarial. A si mismo Lonchi es una propuesta cual genera valor y rentabilidad para sus accionistas, para validar nuestra propuesta, se realizaron entrevistas a profundidad a los padres de familia como a sus hijos, de los cuales se obtuvo como resultado las mejoras a implementar en el proyecto.

Building on the logic of issue selling, my dissertation explores the micro-processes of shareholder social activism through which shareholders interact with targeted firms and also addresses which micro-processes could affect the effectiveness and the success of shareholder social activism. To do this, my dissertation develops a theory with respect to the approaches of linguistically framing the contents of and of presenting shareholder social activism. Based on a qualitative (descriptive) analysis on 1,612 shareholder social proposals, my dissertation identifies six packaging strategies that are used by the proponents to linguistically frame the contents of their proposals and two selling strategies used by the proponents to present their proposals. Subsequently, a quantitative analysis demonstrates that the effectiveness of shareholder social proposals would be largely determined by the joint effects of opportunity framing, threat framing, coalition building, and repeated submitting and that other packaging strategies would have little unique contribution to the effectiveness and the success of shareholder social activism. I argue that my dissertation would make contributions to the understanding of shareholder social activism and also offer some theoretical considerations for future studies on issue selling, although my dissertation might not directly contribute to the body of work of issue selling. / Ph.
