Aptariant paslaugos teorinę sampratą galima teigti, kad paslauga – tai tam tikrų veiksmų derinys skirtas palengvinti įvairius procesus, jų dalis. Kitaip tariant, paslaugos tai vartotojui ir personalui arba renginiams sąveikaujant vykstanti veikla, kuri yra skirta įvairiems vartotojų poreikiams tenkinti. Paslaugos pasižymi šiomis savybėmis: neapčiuopiamumu, heterogeniškumu, nepatvarumu, vartotojo dalyvavimu paslaugos teikimo procese, vienalaikiškumu ir nuosavybės nekeičiamumu. Paslaugos klasifikuojamos pagal šiuos veiksnius: funkcinę paslaugų paskirtį, paslaugos teikėją, paslaugos vartotoją, paslaugos teikimo vietą, paslaugos apčiuopiamumo laipsnį, vartotojo dalyvavimą, paslaugos vartojimo motyvus, teikėjo motyvus, pasiūlos pobūdį ir vartotojo ir teikėjo santykių pobūdį. Norint įvertinti paslaugų naudą, vieni svarbiausių komponentų tai – paslaugos kaina ir kokybė. 2. As concerns a theoretical concept of service it can be claimed to be a combination of particular activities designed to facilitate various processes or their parts. In other words, services are an activity, ensuing from the interaction between the user and the staff or events, the purpose of which is to fulfill different needs of users. The characteristics of services are the following: intangibility, heterogeneity, instability, the participation of the user in the process of service provision, simultaneity and non-transferability of possession. As perspectivas dos alunos no ensino médio politécnico : ensino, aprendizagem, permanência e conclusão da última etapa da educação básica

O presente estudo é o resultado de pesquisa realizada durante o Mestrado Educação em Ciências: química da vida e saúde, ofertado pela Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul. O mesmo consiste na análise reflexiva sobre as perspectivas dos alunos ingressantes no Ensino Médio Politécnico, modalidade de Ensino Médio implementada nas escolas públicas estaduais em 2012. Tal modalidade reestruturou o Ensino Médio nos pressupostos do conhecimento através da ciência, cultura, tecnologia, pesquisa e no mundo do trabalho, buscando dessa forma, contextualizar o processo de ensino e aprendizagem com as vivências dos alunos. A reduzida participação dos alunos nesse processo de transição nos inspirou a investigar quais eram as opiniões, críticas, sugestões e expectativas dos alunos em relação a essa nova modalidade de ensino estabelecida. Participaram dessa pesquisa alunos cursando o primeiro ano do Ensino Médio Politécnico nos turnos manhã e noite, totalizando cem participantes. A metodologia utilizada foi a aplicação de um conjunto de perguntas que abordaram as rotinas discentes e as expectativas dos alunos em relação às áreas do conhecimento, uso das tecnologias no espaço escolar, participação da comunidade escolar no ensino e aprendizagem, relevância e integração do conhecimento na vida dos alunos, expectativas para a continuidade dos estudos ao nível técnico profissionalizante e superior, entre outros aspectos relacionados. Das respostas obtidas retiramos os dados que foram tabulados e apresentados em gráficos. Posteriormente, elencamos os dados obtidos com outros dados estatísticos que apontam índices do Ensino Médio estadual e nacional e referenciamos a nossa análise reflexiva utilizando teóricos que fazem abordagens relacionadas ao tema. A nossa pesquisa nos levou a perceber quais são as perspectivas dos alunos que ingressam no Ensino Médio Politécnico e à partir dessa análise, estabelecer novos olhares sobre aqueles que aprendem e sugerir novos caminhos para aqueles que ensinam buscando dessa maneira a conquista da educação com qualidade na última etapa da Educação Básica. / This study is the result of research conducted during the Education Master of Science: chemistry of life and health, offered by the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul. The low participation of students in this transition process inspired us to investigate what were the opinions, criticisms, suggestions and pupils' expectations for this new type of education established. Participated in this study students attending the first year of the Polytechnic School in the morning and night shifts, totaling hundred students. The methodology used was the application of a set of questions addressed to the students routines and expectations in relation to the areas of knowledge, use of technology at school, school community participation in teaching and learning, relevance and integration of knowledge in students' lives, expectations for the continuation of studies at vocational and higher technical level, and other related aspects. Of the answers, we have obtained the data that were tabulated and presented in charts. Later, we list the data obtained with other statistical data showing state and national high school levels and we reference our reflective analysis using theoretical approaches that are related to the theme. Our research led us to realize what are the prospects of the students entering at Polytechnic School and from this analysis, establish new approach on those who learn and suggest new avenues for those who teach seeking thus the achievement of quality education in last stage of basic education.

Coordenação de Aperfeiçoamento de Pessoal de Nível Superior / Given the emerging contemporary manifestations occurred around the world in recent years, there is youth participation in social marches. In Brazil the repercussions began in 2013 with the massive adherence of the Brazilian people, even though urban manifestations the rural protesters, specifically his youth, also joined the claims. This work has the public interest youth leaders from rural movements of Rio Grande do Sul, through them the objective is to understand their life stories, their relationships and their ideals, so, analyze their influence on the organization and participation of youth in rural mobilizations, in addition to observing the personal reasons encourage this leadership to remain the front of rural movements. The research has a qualitative approach, and the methodological processes constituted by literature search, application of semi-structured interviews to five rural youth leaders of different movements (Movimento dos Pequenos Agricultores (MPA), Federação dos Trabalhadores na Agricultura do Rio Grande do Sul (FETAG), Movimento Sem Terra MST, Pastoral da Juventude Rural (PJR) e Federação dos Trabalhadores na Agricultura Familiar da Região Sul (FETRAF SUL)) and finally, systematic observation in the demonstrations. So, can observe how the life experiences are linked to their current decisions on youth leadership and even having a strong tendency to reproduce the ideals of the older, is experiencing a break with these ideologies. / Diante das emergentes manifestações contemporâneas ocorrentes por todo o mundo nos últimos anos, destaca-se a participação juvenil nas marchas sociais. No Brasil, as repercussões iniciaram em 2013 tendo uma massiva aderência do povo brasileiro, mesmo sendo manifestações urbanas a militância rural, mais especificamente sua juventude, também aderiu às reivindicações. O presente trabalho tem como público-alvo as lideranças juvenis dos movimentos rurais do Rio Grande do Sul, através deles objetiva-se compreender suas trajetórias de vida, suas relações e seus ideais, para assim, analisar a sua influência na organização e participação da juventude rural nas mobilizações, além de observar os motivos pessoais que estimulam essa liderança a permanecer na linha de frente dos movimentos rurais. A pesquisa possui cunho qualitativo, e os processos metodológicos se constituíram através da pesquisa bibliográfica, aplicação de entrevistas semiestruturadas a cinco líderes juvenis rurais de diferentes movimentos (Movimento dos Pequenos Agricultores (MPA), Federação dos Trabalhadores na Agricultura do Rio Grande do Sul (FETAG), Movimento Sem Terra MST, Pastoral da Juventude Rural (PJR) e Federação dos Trabalhadores na Agricultura Familiar da Região Sul (FETRAF SUL)) e, por fim, a observação sistemática nas mobilizações. Com isso, pode-se observar o quanto as experiências de vida estão atreladas às suas atuais decisões na liderança juvenil e que mesmo possuindo uma forte tendência a reproduzir os ideais dos mais velhos, está ocorrendo uma ruptura com essas ideologias.

The participants of our study were twenty school dropout students from the period of 2000 to 2009, randomly selected to participate in the interviews. All of them belong to the municipal school called Isabel Campos, situated in Cáceres-MT. the choice of this school among the others was due to its strategic geographical location This school receives students from urban and rural areas. The research was aimed at understanding the expectations of students when they start the Education of Young and Adult Students (EJA) and the diagnosis of the causes of the high dropout rate in the first series of this type of education. The data from the interviews followed a script whose items allowed the analysis and the understanding of the prospects for entry and the reasons that led to truancy. Official documents of the Municipal Education and Culture and of the School analyzed recorded the municipal school life of the EJA students were also analyzed. The data collected for analysis were supported and grounded of the content analysis, as indicated by Maria Laura P. B. Franco (2008). The research followed the qualitative approach and specific features of the case studies. The results showed a gradual decline in the offer of EJA in the city studied and the job was considered the main reason for the return and the dropout of young and adult students / Esta pesquisa intitulada Educação de Jovens e Adultos: Perspectivas e Evasão no município de Cáceres-MT está vinculada à Linha de Pesquisa 1 - Instituição Educacional: Organização e Gestão, da Área de Concentração: Instituição Educacional e Formação do Educador, do Programa de Mestrado em Educação da UNOESTE de Presidente Prudente-SP. Os sujeitos da nossa pesquisa foram vinte alunos evadidos entre os anos de 2000 a 2009, escolhidos aleatoriamente para participar da entrevista. Todos matriculados na escola municipal Isabel Campos em Cáceres-MT. A escolha dessa escola entre as demais do município, deve-se à localização geográfica estratégica, pois recebe alunos das zonas urbana e rural. A pesquisa teve como objetivo o conhecimento das expectativas dos alunos ao ingressarem na Educação de Jovens e Adultos - EJA e o diagnóstico das causas do elevado índice de evasão escolar nas séries iniciais dessa modalidade de ensino. Os dados obtidos pelas entrevistas obedeceram a um roteiro cujos itens possibilitaram a análise e compreensão das perspectivas de ingresso e os motivos que levaram à evasão escolar. Documentos oficiais da Secretaria Municipal de Educação e Cultura, e da escola em questão, que registraram a vida escolar dos estudantes municipais da EJA, também foram dados de análise. Os dados coletados para exame se apoiaram e fundamentaram na análise de conteúdo, conforme indicação de Maria Laura P. B. Franco (2008). A investigação obedeceu à abordagem qualitativa, e características específicas dos estudos de caso. Os resultados obtidos mostraram o gradativo declínio da oferta da EJA no município pesquisado e a necessidade de trabalhar sendo o principal motivo de regresso e de evasão dos estudantes jovens e adultos.

Rights of Indigenous People in Bangladesh : A Case Study in CHTs (Chittagong Hill Tracts)

The CHT peace accord signed between the Government of Bangladesh and the PCJSS (Parbatya Chattyagram Jana Sanhati Samiti) in 1997 which recognized the re-establishment of the rights of indigenous people with the formation of local and regional councils as controlling and supervisory bodies over land and land management, law and order, civil administration, development programs; food, health, education, water and sanitation, forest and environment and many more. After more than a decade of signing the peace accord, it did not implement as historically the people are exploited. Human rights have been severely violated in the region for many years of the peace accord though the area is economically sound. In relating to the peace accord, the main argument of this thesis is to present the nature of the exclusion, deprivation, protect and prospects, economic rights of the ‘adivasi’ people especially Chakma in the CHTs in food and social security, health, water and sanitation, education and income via social policy perspective through using both of qualitative and quantitative method. In concerning to the objectives, the study has exposed that the income of the Chakma people in Sonai and Mayni is lower than the rest of the people of the country. They excluded from social safety net program and they have lack of social security. The study has also evidenced that the people have no access to safe drinking water and hygienic sanitation. They live in the fragile houses where have no any necessary household chores or furniture. In comparing to the education of the country, their literacy rate is lower than the mainstream people. In the Sonai and Mayni, health related service providing quality is not so good. The indigenous people need more care and the ‘social policy’ perspective has helped to play vital role in such situation.

Perspektivy ekologického zemědělství v EU se zaměřením na ČR / Prospects of organic farming in the EU with a focus on the Czech Republic

The stimulus for the development of organic farming in Europe came in 1924, but the important period for the development were 1970's. The beginning of organic farming in the Czech Republic can be considered as year 1988. Since the beginning of 1990's there has been considerable development of organic agriculture in all European countries. In 2010, there operated 218,500 farms across the European Union, while the total area of organically cultivated land covered 9,181,507 hectares, representing 5.10% of the total utilized area of agricultural land in the EU. Of this number, there were 3,515 farms in the Czech Republic, where the organically cultivated area reached 447,821 hectares. According to the action plan for organic farming in the Czech Republic the goal is to achieve 5,800 farms and 650,000 hectares of organic land in 2015. From the above it is clear that the aim of this thesis is to analyse recent developments, current status and prospects of organic farming in the European Union with an emphasis on the Czech Republic.

Titre: Categorisation et évaluation de l'innovation :approche par la théorie des prospects appliquée au cas du vin allégé en alcool.Chaque année de très nombreuses innovations sont proposées sur le marché, mais seul un nombre réduit d'entre elles rencontre le succès espéré. Face à ce constat, l'une des explications avancées par la recherche marketing est la difficulté du consommateur à catégoriser un nouveau produit.Ce travail s'insère dans le courant de recherches sur la catégorisation de l'innovation et suggère de tenir compte de l'incertitude qui caractérise ce processus. L'originalité de cette étude est de proposer un lien entre les recherches sur la catégorisation de l'innovation et celles sur la prise de décision en condition d'incertitude. La Théorie des Prospects (Kahneman et Tversky, 1979) en particulier, et l'un de ses principes, celui d'aversion aux pertes, ont fourni un cadre théorique adapté pour tenir compte du caractère d'incertitude de l'innovation. Notre question de recherche a proposé de vérifier si le principe d'aversion aux pertes pouvait s'appliquer pour expliquer comment la modification de certains attributs d'une catégorie provoque la perception d'une rupture et la création d'une nouvelle catégorie de produits par le consommateur.La partie empirique de ce travail a été appliquée dans le domaine le vin, un produit qui traverse une grave crise de consommation. Nous avons retenu une approche expérimentale à travers six études conduites sur des innovations du secteur vinicole. Les résultats ont permis de mettre en évidence le rôle majeur joué par la nature de l'attribut dans la catégorisation ainsi que son influence sur la perception des ruptures d'une catégorie.Du point de vue managérial, les conclusions de ce travail ont pour objet l'efficacité des stratégies d'innovation qui agissent sur les attributs d'un produit et sur leur capacité à différencier une innovation parmi la concurrence. Cette recherche fournit également des suggestions quant au positionnement et à la communication à mettre en place pour faciliter la compréhension d'un nouveau produit et donc son choix par le consommateur. / Title: Categorization and evaluation of innovation: a prospect théory approach applied to the case of low alcohol content wine Every year numerous innovations are available on the market but only a small number meet the hoped-for success. Given this fact, one of the explanations offered by marketing research is the difficulty the consumer has to categorize a new product. This work is part of current research on the categorization of innovation and suggests to consider the uncertainty that characterizes this process. Its originality is to propose a link between research on the categorization of innovation and those of decision making under uncertain conditions. Prospect Theory (Kahneman et Tversky, 1979), in particular, and one of its principles, that of loss aversion, this research has provided a theoretical framework adapted to take into account the uncertainty of innovation. Our research question proposes to determine whether the principle of loss aversion can be applied to explain how the modification of certain attributes of a class causes the perception of a break and create a new category of products by the consumer. The empirical part of this work was conducted on wine, a product that is going through a major crisis of consumption. We chose an experimental approach across six studies conducted on innovations in the wine sector. The results were used to highlight the major role played by the nature of the attribute in the categorization and its influence on the perception of breaks in a category. From the managerial point of view, the conclusions of this work relate to the effectiveness of innovation strategies that affect the attributes of a product in their ability to differentiate an innovation from competition. This work also provides suggestions for the positioning and communication set up to facilitate the understanding of a new product and therefore its choice by the consumer.

The results showed a gradual decline in the offer of EJA in the city studied and the job was considered the main reason for the return and the dropout of young and adult students / Esta pesquisa intitulada Educação de Jovens e Adultos: Perspectivas e Evasão no município de Cáceres-MT está vinculada à Linha de Pesquisa 1 - Instituição Educacional: Organização e Gestão, da Área de Concentração: Instituição Educacional e Formação do Educador, do Programa de Mestrado em Educação da UNOESTE de Presidente Prudente-SP. Os sujeitos da nossa pesquisa foram vinte alunos evadidos entre os anos de 2000 a 2009, escolhidos aleatoriamente para participar da entrevista. Todos matriculados na escola municipal Isabel Campos em Cáceres-MT. A escolha dessa escola entre as demais do município, deve-se à localização geográfica estratégica, pois recebe alunos das zonas urbana e rural. A pesquisa teve como objetivo o conhecimento das expectativas dos alunos ao ingressarem na Educação de Jovens e Adultos - EJA e o diagnóstico das causas do elevado índice de evasão escolar nas séries iniciais dessa modalidade de ensino. Os dados obtidos pelas entrevistas obedeceram a um roteiro cujos itens possibilitaram a análise e compreensão das perspectivas de ingresso e os motivos que levaram à evasão escolar. Documentos oficiais da Secretaria Municipal de Educação e Cultura, e da escola em questão, que registraram a vida escolar dos estudantes municipais da EJA, também foram dados de análise. Os dados coletados para exame se apoiaram e fundamentaram na análise de conteúdo, conforme indicação de Maria Laura P. B. Franco (2008). A investigação obedeceu à abordagem qualitativa, e características específicas dos estudos de caso. Os resultados obtidos mostraram o gradativo declínio da oferta da EJA no município pesquisado e a necessidade de trabalhar sendo o principal motivo de regresso e de evasão dos estudantes jovens e adultos.

As perspectivas dos alunos no ensino médio politécnico : ensino, aprendizagem, permanência e conclusão da última etapa da educação básica

O presente estudo é o resultado de pesquisa realizada durante o Mestrado Educação em Ciências: química da vida e saúde, ofertado pela Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul. O mesmo consiste na análise reflexiva sobre as perspectivas dos alunos ingressantes no Ensino Médio Politécnico, modalidade de Ensino Médio implementada nas escolas públicas estaduais em 2012. Tal modalidade reestruturou o Ensino Médio nos pressupostos do conhecimento através da ciência, cultura, tecnologia, pesquisa e no mundo do trabalho, buscando dessa forma, contextualizar o processo de ensino e aprendizagem com as vivências dos alunos. A reduzida participação dos alunos nesse processo de transição nos inspirou a investigar quais eram as opiniões, críticas, sugestões e expectativas dos alunos em relação a essa nova modalidade de ensino estabelecida. Participaram dessa pesquisa alunos cursando o primeiro ano do Ensino Médio Politécnico nos turnos manhã e noite, totalizando cem participantes. A metodologia utilizada foi a aplicação de um conjunto de perguntas que abordaram as rotinas discentes e as expectativas dos alunos em relação às áreas do conhecimento, uso das tecnologias no espaço escolar, participação da comunidade escolar no ensino e aprendizagem, relevância e integração do conhecimento na vida dos alunos, expectativas para a continuidade dos estudos ao nível técnico profissionalizante e superior, entre outros aspectos relacionados. Das respostas obtidas retiramos os dados que foram tabulados e apresentados em gráficos. Posteriormente, elencamos os dados obtidos com outros dados estatísticos que apontam índices do Ensino Médio estadual e nacional e referenciamos a nossa análise reflexiva utilizando teóricos que fazem abordagens relacionadas ao tema. A nossa pesquisa nos levou a perceber quais são as perspectivas dos alunos que ingressam no Ensino Médio Politécnico e à partir dessa análise, estabelecer novos olhares sobre aqueles que aprendem e sugerir novos caminhos para aqueles que ensinam buscando dessa maneira a conquista da educação com qualidade na última etapa da Educação Básica. / This study is the result of research conducted during the Education Master of Science: chemistry of life and health, offered by the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul. The same consists of reflective analysis on the prospects of new students at the Polytechnic School, mode high schools implemented in state public schools in 2012. This modality restructured high school in the assumptions of knowledge through science, culture, technology, research and the world of work, seeking thus to contextualize the process of teaching and learning from the experiences students. The low participation of students in this transition process inspired us to investigate what were the opinions, criticisms, suggestions and pupils' expectations for this new type of education established. Participated in this study students attending the first year of the Polytechnic School in the morning and night shifts, totaling hundred students. The methodology used was the application of a set of questions addressed to the students routines and expectations in relation to the areas of knowledge, use of technology at school, school community participation in teaching and learning, relevance and integration of knowledge in students' lives, expectations for the continuation of studies at vocational and higher technical level, and other related aspects. Of the answers, we have obtained the data that were tabulated and presented in charts. Later, we list the data obtained with other statistical data showing state and national high school levels and we reference our reflective analysis using theoretical approaches that are related to the theme. Our research led us to realize what are the prospects of the students entering at Polytechnic School and from this analysis, establish new approach on those who learn and suggest new avenues for those who teach seeking thus the achievement of quality education in last stage of basic education.
