Este trabalho pretendeu acompanhar o movimento do conceito de narcisismo em Freud e Lacan, no alcance do meu estudo atual de suas obras. Este tema tem sido estudado pelas diferentes linhas teóricas em psicanálise, evidenciando-se a dificuldade na diferenciação dos dois narcisismos. Assim, foi oportuno e importante que Lacan tenha retomado esta discussão, destacando os impasses do texto freudiano Introducción al narcisismo. A partir do estudo desenvolvido por Lacan, a questão deixada por Freud a respeito da constituição do narcisismo de que ao autoerotismo teria que se agregar um novo ato psíquico começa a se esclarecer. A segunda metáfora a respeito do narcisismo a dos espelhos conjugados foi um recurso retórico para dar conta do impasse deixado por Freud e já trabalhado por Lacan em sua primeira metáfora a do espelho plano. É neste momento de sua obra que Lacan situa o processo de simbolização ao nível do narcisismo primário e a relação especular ao do narcisismo secundário. O Outro aspecto destacado pelo seu trabalho foi mostrar que as miragens narcísicas estão estruturadas pelo discurso da degeneração / This work intended to follow the movement of narcissism in Freud and Lacan, considering my actual study of their work. This subject has been studied by different theoretical lines in psychoanalysis, becoming clear the difficulty in the differentiation between both narcissisms. So, it was convenient and important that Lacan could retake this debate, putting in relief the impasses of the freudiens text Introduction to the narcissism. From the study developed by Lacan, the question left by Freud about the constitution of narcissism to the autoerotism it should be added a new act psychic started to turn clear. The second metaphor about narcissism the one of de conjugated mirrors has been a rethoric mean to overcome the impasse left by Freud and already worked by Lacan in his first metaphor the one of the plane mirror. At this moment of his work Lacan establishes the symbolization process in the primary narcissism level and the specular relation in the second narcissism. Este trabalho é uma interpretação da obra de Amós Oz que parte da identificação de aspectos traumáticos desta narrativa. Esta consideração, por sua vez, decorreu da experiência de leitura. A discussão teórica baseada numa conceituação interdisciplinar do traumático e na noção de estranhamento como procedimento necessário à interpretação também derivou da leitura. Os procedimentos e conceitos utilizados funcionam como borda para as dissonâncias e alteridade da obra, aquilo que eu defino como indícios do traumático. A psicanálise comparece como um lugar de escuta dessas dissonâncias / This work is an interpretation of Amós Ozs novel and its starting point is the identification of traumatic aspects in this narrative. This consideration, in its turn, springs from the reading experience. The theoretical discussion based on an interdisciplinary conceptualization of the traumatic and on the notion of strangeness as a necessary procedure for the interpretation has also sprung from the reading. The procedures and concepts used here work as a border for the dissonances and alterity of the novel, for what I define as traces of the traumatic. Psychoanalysis is present as a hearing place for these dissonances

O presente trabalho tem como objetivo investigar a existência e atuação de uma regra não escrita de proscrição de candidatos homossexuais masculinos à formação psicanalítica oferecida pelas sociedades filiadas à Associação Psicanalítica Internacional (IPA) nos países em que está presente. Realizou-se uma pesquisa histórica através de códigos de procedimento, artigos, revistas e depoimentos que sinalizassem para uma injunção à rejeição destes candidatos e expusessem as justificativas que a fundamentam. Descobriu-se a existência de uma prática histórica de proscrição baseada num discurso psicanalítico sobre a homossexualidade masculina que desde Freud até os psicanalistas contemporâneos mostrou-se progressivamente patologizante. Por fim, o modelo de institucionalização da psicanálise e padronização da formação psicanalítica foi investigado, mostrando-se determinante tanto aos expedientes discursivos sobre a homossexualidade quanto à exclusão de homossexuais da possibilidade de formarem-se psicanalistas / This work aims to investigate the existence and practice of a non-written rule of proscription of male homosexual candidates to the psychoanalytic training offered by societies affiliated to the International Psychoanalytic Association (IPA) in the countries it is present. A historical research was performed through procedural codes, articles, journals and testimonies that signalized to an injunction to reject these candidates and which also exposed the reasons behind it. The existence of a historical practice of proscription was discovered, based on a psychoanalytic discourse about male homosexuality that since Freud until the contemporary psychoanalysts became progressively pathologizing. Finally, the model of the institutionalization was investigated, being regarded as determining both the pathologizing discourses about male homosexuality and the exclusion of homosexuals from psychoanalytic training

Este estudo aborda o trabalho do psicanalista, tomando como vértice de investigação as dificuldades que esses profissionais atravessam na sua prática clínica cotidiana. Nesse contexto, mudanças no perfil dos pacientes, crises de demanda frente ao incremento da concorrência com psicofármacos e psicoterapias diversas, significativas exigências da formação, estabelecimento de laços com outros analistas e vicissitudes na relação com a família podem ser considerados índices do mal-estar do psicanalista frente ao ato de psicanalisar nos dias atuais. Tendo por objetivo, então, aprofundar o olhar sobre as dificuldades da profissão impossível sublinhada por Freud, toma como guia para seu percurso metodológico um conceito central intitulado narcisismo profissional, forjado a partir da concepção de narcisismo proposta por Freud e desenvolvida por Lacan. Investiga por meio de recortes específicos três autores, Freud, Ferenczi e Lacan. Em Freud, prioriza as dificuldades ligadas ao manejo da transferência e às exigências do próprio analista frente ao seu fazer. Quanto a Ferenczi, evidencia os percalços desse psicanalista nas questões do tempo e do dinheiro, especialmente no que relata por meio da correspondência trocada com Freud. No que diz respeito a Lacan, prioriza o depoimento e os testemunhos de quem com ele conviveu, apontando as múltiplas formas de identificação geradas e o advento do lacanismo, que faz surgir um novo tipo de psicanalista, que toma como missão defender a verdadeira psicanálise no mundo, a partir do retorno a Freud empreendido por Lacan. O estudo problematiza as formas de enfrentamento das dificuldades apontadas: o tratamento possível pela análise pessoal dos psicanalistas, a construção de novos laços entre os participantes do campo, o envolvimento com a leitura e o estudo diligente de autores de dentro e de fora da Psicanálise, e com a escrita, tomada como uma forma de elaboração do psicanalista em relação aos impasses da clínica. Conclui-se que cada psicanalista necessita ressignificar sua atividade, o que inclui o constante exercício de des-idealização de diversos aspectos inerentes à profissão, e o cuidado com sua oferta na Cultura, com a difusão da Psicanálise, além de uma nova tomada de posição frente à formação geral e específica / This study approaches the psychoanalysts labour, taking as its apex of investigation the difficulties these professionals are faced with in their daily practice. In this context, changes in the patients profile, the crises of demand due to the varied and expanding competition of psychofarmacotherapy and psychotherapy, relevant requirements in his/her professional formation, the establishment of bonds with other analysts, and the vicissitudes related to quality time can be considered as indicators of the uneasiness the psychoanalyst feels when he/she is involved in the process of psychoanalyzing nowadays. Thus, keeping the goal of delving into the tribulations of the impossible profession so stressed by Freud, this research takes as its methodological guideline a central concept called professional narcissism, conceived from the notion of narcissism suggested by Freud and developed by Lacan. By means of specific pieces, it investigates three authors Freud, Ferenczi and Lacan. In Freud it prioritises the problems related to handling transference and the demands of the analyst himself/herself in his professional practice. As to Ferenczi, it reveals the troubles the psychoanalyst goes through concerning issues such as time and money, especially as to what he reports by means of the correspondence exchanged with Freud. As far as Lacan is concerned, it prioritises testimonies and reports of those he lived close to, pointing at the multiple forms of identification generated and the advent of Lacanism, which has led to the emergence of a new sort of psychoanalyst, one who takes over the mission of defending the true psychoanalysis in the world, by returning to Freud via Lacan. This study problematizes the forms of confrontation of the difficulties mentioned: a possible treatment through personal analysis of the psychoanalysts themselves, the building of new bonds among the field participants, their involvement with reading and careful study of authors inside and outside Psychoanalysis, and with writing here taken as a means of elaboration by the psychoanalyst with regard to the predicaments in his/her practice. The conclusion, thus, is that each psychoanalyst needs to resignify his/her activity, which includes the constant exercise of deidealization of various aspects inherent in the profession, and caution in providing and diffusing psychoanalysis to Culture, besides taking a new stand concerning his/her general and specific formation

Esta tese tem como perspectiva a hipótese segundo a qual os conceitos de Eu-Pele e de Envelopes Psíquicos, desenvolvidos pelo psicanalista Didier Anzieu, permitem um viés importante na compreensão da questão da constituição dos limites e fronteiras psíquicos, nas patologias da anorexia e da bulimia na clínica psicanalítica. Tomando como eixo principal na abordagem desses quadros patológicos o tema dos limites - eu/outro, dentro/fora, corpo/psique, são discutidas as concepções dos autores Brusset, Jeammet e McDougall, referentes às condições necessárias para o estabelecimento dos limites nessas patologias alimentares. É realizado um percurso pela obra de Didier Anzieu de tal forma a permitir, a partir dos conceitos de eu-pele e envelopes psíquicos, a compreensão da teorização do autor acerca dos limites e fronteiras, que serão, posteriormente, articulados a sua presença na anorexia e na bulimia. Por fim, é possível afirmar que falhas nas funções e constituição do eu-pele e dos envelopes psíquicos, acarretam um sério comprometimento na constituição dos limites do psiquismo nas patologias alimentares da anorexia e da bulimia / This thesis is based on the perspective that the concepts of skin-ego and psychic envelope, developed by the psychoanalyst Didier Anzieu, bring an important contribution for the comprehension of the problematic of the constitution of psychic limits and boundaries in the disorders of anorexia and bulimia in the psychoanalytic clinic. Taking this as the main theoretical framework for the understanding of these pathological frames, the question of the limits - I/other, inside/outside, body/psyche - is discussed based on contributions from Brusset, Jeammet and McDougall, concerning the necessary conditions for the establishment of the limits within these pathologies. It is undertaken, therefore, a reading of the work of Didier Anzieu, in a way to allow, from the concepts of skin-ego and psychic envelope, the comprehension of the proposition of the author on the limits and boundaries for the articulation with anorexia and bulimia. Finally, we argue that the lack in the function and constitution of the skin-ego and psychic envelope, brings serious consequences to the constitution of the psychic limits in the eating disorders of anorexia and bulimia

Estudos realizados anteriormente com pacientes adictos demonstram que embora não exista uma estrutura psíquica estável e profunda, específica aos comportamentos de dependência, alguns aspectos são recorrentes nesses pacientes. Dentre eles, podem-se destacar a incapacidade desses indivíduos pensarem, refletirem, adiarem e a substituição dessas habilidades pela ação; a profunda sensação de vazio existencial, com a qual não podem se deparar, devido à fraqueza egóica que não lhes permite tolerar as frustrações; uma permanente demanda por preenchimento; constante busca de um objeto mágico, exterior, capaz de aliviar a angústia existencial; precária capacidade de integrarem as imagens parentais que poderiam servir de modelos identificatórios, prejudicando identificações ulteriores e, conseqüentemente, o estabelecimento de relações duradouras; além de uma grande dificuldade no processo de identificação sexual. Estas dificuldades estendem-se, inevitavelmente, ao âmbito do tratamento, em que é verificada alta taxa de evasão. O presente estudo visa, por meio de cinco estudos de casos de pacientes drogadictos, investigar as características próprias da dinâmica afetiva desses indivíduos, expressas no Método de Rorschach e no processo de atendimento psicológico. Foram atendidos quatro jovens do sexo masculino e uma jovem do sexo feminino, adictos a drogas ilícitas, com idades variando entre 17 e 23 anos, em sessões individuais de psicoterapia de orientação psicanalítica, na Clínica Psicológica do Instituto de Psicologia da USP. O Método de Rorschach foi classificado e avaliado de acordo com a nomenclatura e os estudos franceses, articulados a uma leitura psicanalítica do material, com referencial kleiniano e winnicottiano. As sessões foram todas registradas e supervisionadas, seguindo esta mesma linha teórica. Nos casos estudados, há indícios que denotam dificuldades no âmbito afetivo, que nem sempre encontram expressão de maneira semelhante para cada indivíduo. A dinâmica revelada por meio do Método de Rorschach e dos atendimentos clínicos evidencia problemas na construção da identidade, que resulta em permanente sentimento de vazio, de incerteza e de inconsistência interior. O intenso trabalho pulsional, de origem agressiva, na maior parte dos casos, não consegue ser simbolizado e encontra descarga imediata. O estabelecimento de relacionamentos com as figuras parentais e, em decorrência, com as outras pessoas, apresenta-se prejudicado. As origens dessa problemática parecem estar ligadas ao desenvolvimento precoce desses indivíduos, em que não foi possível a vivência da relação mãe-filho de maneira satisfatória. As falhas não são totais, o que pode ser verificado pelo potencial intelectual desses pacientes, bem como pela preservação dos vínculos com a realidade. No entanto, a maternagem não foi suficientemente boa de maneira a permitir o sentimento de continuidade de ser, base para a força do ego. Assim, a intervenção com esse tipo de paciente pode encontrar melhores perspectivas na medida em que, em termos winnicottianos, o trabalho possa fornecer um novo ambiente, favorável e confiável, onde possam experimentar uma continuidade de ser, favorecendo a integração do self, permitindo a retomada do desenvolvimento emocional. / Previously studies with addicted patients have indicated that, although there is no stable and profound psychic structure, specific to dependency behaviors, some aspects are recurrent, with respect to these patients. Among them, we could emphasize these individuals incapability to think, reflect, postpone, as well as the substitution of these abilities by action; the profound sensation of existential emptiness, with which they cannot be confronted, due to the ego weakness, which does not allow them to tolerate frustrations; a permanent demand for fulfillment; constant search for a magic object, external, capable to relieve existential anguishes; precarious capacity to integrate parental images that could serve as identification models, jeopardizing ulterior identifications and, consequently, the establishment of everlasting relationships; beyond a great difficulty in the process of sexual identification. These difficulties, inevitably, extend themselves to the treatment field, in which a significant rate of evasion is observed. This study intends to investigate the corresponding characteristics of the affective dynamic of five drug addicted patients, as expressed in the Rorschach Test, as well as in the psychological practice. Four drug addicted men and one young woman were treated, with ages varying from 17 to 23, in individual psychoanalytical orientation psychotherapy sessions, at the Psychological Clinic of the Psychology Institute - São Paulo University. The Rorschach Test was classified and evaluated, in accordance with the French nomenclature and studies, articulated to a psychoanalytical material evaluation, with Klein and Winnicott references. All sessions were registered and supervised, in accordance with this same theoretical line. In the evaluated cases, there are indications that denote difficulties in the affective environment, which not always find similar expression as regards to each individual. The dynamic, revealed through the Rorschach Test and through the clinical sessions, indicates problems in the identity construction, which result in permanent feeling of emptiness, of uncertainty and interior inconsistency. The intensive drive work, of aggressive origin, in the great majority of cases, does not manage to be symbolized and finds immediate discharge. The establishments of relationships with parental figures and, as a result, with other people, are jeopardized. The origins of this problematic appear to be linked to the precocious development of these individuals, in which the mother-child relationship had not been made possible, in a satisfactory way. The failures are not absolute, as shown by the intellectual potential of these patients, as well as by the maintenance of their links with the reality. However, maternal links were not sufficiently good, in a way to allow the feeling of continuity of being, a base to the ego strength. Therefore, intervention with this kind of patient may find better perspectives when, in winnicottian terms, the work is able to provide a new environment, favorable and trustworthy, where they could experiment a continuity of being, which enables the self integration and permits the emotional development to go on.

Esta pesquisa versa sobre o incesto, qual seja, o abuso sexual de crianças e adolescentes que acontece no ambiente familiar. Tem como propósito o aprofundamento reflexivo sobre a escuta aos sujeitos envolvidos na trama incestuosa, tendo em vista o aprimoramento das práticas profissionais na área. Para tanto, empreende um percurso de estudos com referenciais da Psicanálise embasados nas formulações fundadoras de Freud, Ferenczi e Lacan, numa profícua interlocução com comentadores como Piera Aulagnier, Abraham e Torok, Françoise Dolto, entre outros. A trajetória das discussões parte das elaborações teóricas sobre sexualidade infantil e interações parentais, a interdição ao incesto como fundamento da cultura, a dimensão traumática da interação sexual abusiva, perpassa os liames da transmissão psíquica e desdobra-se no enfoque sobre aquele que figura no lugar de autor da agressão sexual. Nesta vertente, a centralidade do debate aborda, num primeiro momento, a perversão como estrutura e a densidade de seus elementos constitutivos, como a recusa à castração, o desafio à lei, a dinâmica sadomasoquista e o mecanismo do desmentido. Num segundo momento, a atenção se volta para a perversão como uma nova modalidade de laço social. A partir daí, o campo de estudo se abre para o entendimento do que tem se configurado como a mais frequente casuística no trabalho com a escuta dessas situações: o sujeito neurótico capturado numa montagem social perversa. A autora, tomando como eixo norteador do presente estudo o material empírico de sua práxis na supervisão ao atendimento da família envolvida na trama incestuosa, tece como considerações finais que o aprimoramento do trabalho de escuta precisa, necessariamente, passar pelo conhecimento das dinâmica psíquicas e sociais que geram e mantém a dinâmica familiar abusiva e que a Psicanálise e o espaço de supervisão são estratégias de excelência na consecução deste objetivo / This study refers to incest, which is, the sexual abuse of children and adolescents that happens in the family environment. Its purpose is a deepening reflection on listening to all people involved in the incestuous plot, in order to improve professional practices in the area. Therefore, it undertakes a course of studies with references of Psychoanalysis based on the founding formulations of Freud, Ferenczi and Lacan, in a successful communication with commentators such as Piera Aulagnier, Abraham and Torok, Françoise Dolto, among others. The trajectory of the discussions starts from a theoretical preparation of the child sexuality and parental interactions, the interdiction on incest as the foundation of culture, the traumatic dimension of abusive sexual interaction, goes beyond the boundaries of psychic transmission and unfolds in the focus of the one who appears in the place of the author of the sexual aggression. In this aspect, the centrality of the debate deals, in a first moment, with perversion as structure and the density of its constitutive elements, such as refusal to castrate, challenge to the law, sadomasochistic dynamics and mechanism of denial. In a second moment, attention turns to perversion as a new mode of social bonding. From then on, the field of study opens up to the understanding of what has been configured as the most frequent casuistry in the work with the listening to these situations: the neurotic individual captured in a perverse social setup. The author, building her studies on the empirical material of her praxis in supervising the care of the incestuous family, makes as her final considerations that improvement on the work of listening must, necessarily, pass through knowledge of psychic and social dynamics which generate and maintain the abusive family dynamics and that the Psychoanalysis and the supervisory space are strategies of excellence in achieving this goal

Este trabalho fundamenta-se na compreensão da metapsicologia dos limites como parte da teoria psicanalítica que visa compreender a estruturação e o funcionamento dos limites do psiquismo, bem como parte da teoria psicanalítica que se destina a compreender a etiologia, o funcionamento e o tratamento das patologias-limite, manifestações decorrentes de falhas na constituição e no funcionamento dos limites do psiquismo. Tem como hipótese de pesquisa que o giro metapsicológico exigido pelos estados-limite se coloca menos no sentido de ampliar a diversidade de modelos teóricos e mais no sentido de fazer dialogar dois modelos teóricos que estão na base do pensamento psicanalítico, mas que foram historicamente separados e considerados incompatíveis, a saber: o modelo pulsional e o modelo das relações objetais. Os objetivos deste trabalho são os de (1) questionar os limites da oposição entre a teoria pulsional de Freud e a teoria relacional de Winnicott, (2) apresentar a alternativa que André Green propõe para essa aparente oposição, argumentando a favor da concepção de pulsão e objeto como um par inseparável, bem como (3) apresentar e discutir algumas consequências metapsicológicas do diálogo possível entre essas duas teorias a partir do estudo de Freud e de Winnicott, dando também destaque para as contribuições de André Green para esse diálogo a fim de verificar se a hipótese explicitada acima se sustenta. A presença do objeto na teoria freudiana e a presença do instinto na teoria winnicottiana num segundo momento do desenvolvimento emocional denotam certa abertura nessas teorias para o diálogo entre elas. A forte oposição entre essas teorias apontada pela literatura psicanalítica parece ser fruto de um momento histórico. Contudo, conclui-se também que o diálogo entre essas teorias deve ser realizado dentro de certos limites que contemplem a constatação que Freud e Winnicott se dedicaram ao estudo de dois níveis diferentes de apreensão do Self, que estão relacionados, mas não se sobrepõem. André Green, a princípio, desconsidera o limite desse diálogo a partir da argumentação de que a pulsão e o objeto formam um par inseparável, o que torna inadmissível uma teoria que se organize apenas em um desses pólos, promovendo, com isso, uma releitura de Freud e Winnicott e produzindo importantes avanços para a metapsicologia dos limites. Entretanto, mais recentemente, Green apresenta o que denomina de teoria dos gradientes, que corrobora com a constatação de que há limites nesse diálogo. O exame das consequências desse diálogo produziu algumas propostas, entre elas: uma nova reorganização da tópica psíquica a fim de incluir o não-psíquico, produto da desobjetalização e da clivagem, também denominado de terceira tópica; a compreensão das patologias-limite como um tipo específico de neurose narcísica; e o pensamento metapsicológico como auxílio ao analista aos desafios clínicos propostos por esses casos. Por fim, o exame realizado nesta tese demonstra que o giro metapsicológico exigido por essas patologias está na direção do diálogo entre a teoria pulsional e a teoria das relações de objeto, confirmando a hipótese inicial desta pesquisa / Understanding the metapsychology of limits as a part of the psychoanalytic theory which aim to understand the framing and the functioning of the psychic limits as well as a part of the psychoanalytic theory which aim to understand the etiology, the functioning and the treatment of the borderline cases, manifestations which occur due to failures at the constitutioning and functioning of the psychic limits. And departing of the hypothesis that the metapsychologycal turn demanded by the borderline states is less in the sense of amplify the diversity of metapsychological models and much more in the sense of set in dialogue two theoretical models which are in the base of the psychoanalytic thought, but which were historically split off and considered incompatible: the drive theory and the object relation theory. The aims of this research were (1) to question the limits of the opposition between Freuds drive theory and Winnicotts object relation theory, (2) to present the solution Andre Green propose to this apparent opposition, arguing in favor of the conception of drive and instinct as an inseparable pair, (3) to present and to discuss some of the metapsychological consequences of the possible dialogue between these two theories since study of Freuds and Winnicotts theories, also giving emphasis to the Greens contributions to this dialogue, in order to verify if the hypothesis describe above can be maintained. The presence of object in Freuds theory and the presence of instinct in Winnicotts theory in a second moment of the emotional development denote some overture on theses theories for dialogue. The strong opposition between then, pointed by the psychoanalytic literature, seems to be result of a historical moment. Nevertheless, it follows that the dialogue between these two theories must be done inside certain limits which regard the evidence that Freuds and Winnicotts studies concerned two different levels of apprehension of the Self, which are related, but not superpose each other. Andre Green, at first, disrespect the limits of this dialogue arguing in favor that drive and instinct constitute an inseparable pair, which turns unacceptable one theory which is organized upon one of these two poles, promoting then a re-reading of Freuds and Winnicotts theories and producing important advances for the metapsychology of limits. Meanwhile, more recently, Green brings up what he calls the gradients theory, which corroborate with the evidence that there are limits in this dialogue. The examination of the consequences of this dialogue have produced some proposals, among them: a new reorganization of the psychic topic in order to include the no-psychic, product of the desobjatalization and splitting process, also named third topic; the understanding of borderline pathologies as a specific type of narcissistic neurosis; and also the metapsychological thought as a help to the analyst in front of the clinical challenges proposed by these cases. Finally, the exam accomplished on this research give evidence that the metapsychological turn demanded the borderline states is towards a dialogue between drive theory and object relational theory, confirming the initial hypothesis of this research

O presente trabalho consistiu em investigar os fenômenos da materialidade pelo vértice poético da experiência humana em diálogo com o caso Piggle do pediatra e psicanalista Donald Winnicott a partir de um ponto de vista hermenêutico. Antes de realizarmos a investigação do caso a partir do vértice da materialidade, foram apresentados alguns aspectos de como a materialidade comparece como um elemento importante no cotidiano pessoal de Winnicott assim como também na clínica psicanalítica que Winnicott realizou. Em seguida, foi apresentado e discutido o vértice poético da experiência humana em diálogo com alguns psicanalistas, entre eles Winnicott, Milner e Safra e com alguns artistas, dos quais, William Blake, Adélia Prado e Manoel de Barros foram autores relevantes. Finalmente, foi realizada a investigação da materialidade como evento poético em cada uma das consultas do caso Piggle de Winnicott. Com este percurso realizado, chegamos a alguns pontos fundamentais: 1) a materialidade não é um conceito que pode ser abordado por abstrações, pois ela emerge como experiência poética no espaço do entre o homem e o mundo; 2) a disponibilidade poética do terapeuta é fundamental como condição para que seja possível acolher a materialidade do mundo como evento poético que eclode no cotidiano e no encontro clínico como experiência que revela a condição humana; 3) a compreensão dos fenômenos da materialidade é fundamental na clínica psicanalítica, em uma perspectiva ética, para que o clínico nesta abordagem possa ofertar um trabalho encarnado ao seu paciente e que seu oficio possa ser uma ação resistente e alerta ao esfacelamento da experiência humana no mundo / This paper aims to investigate the phenomena of the materiality by the poetical view of human experience in dialog with case Piggle by the pediatric and psychoanalyst Donald Winnicott through a point of view of the hermeneutics. Before investigating the case through the question of the materiality, we introduced some aspects of how this theme appears in Winnicotts personal way of life and also in the contributions he did in his theories. After that, we discussed and presented the poetical interpretation of the human experience in dialog with relevant authors, some of who were the psychoanalysts Winnicott, Milner and Safra and also with some artists as William Blake, Adélia Prado and Manoel de Barros. Finally, we investigated the materiality as poetical event in all the consultations of the case Piggle by Winnicott. After all, we reached some key points: 1) the materiality is not a concept which could be studied through abstractions, because it emerges as a poetical experience in the space between the human being and the world. 2) the therapists poetical openness is a fundamental condition in order to welcome the materiality of the world as a poetical event which appears in daily life and in the clinical situation as an experience which reveals the human condition; 3) the understanding of these phenomena is crucial to psychoanalytical situation, in an ethical perspective offering to the therapist in his/her work a possibility of working with body presence and an action of resistance to the vanishing experience of the human being in the world

A presente tese consiste em percurso pelas concepções de manejo das transferências negativas nas produções de Freud, Ferenczi e Winnicott, explicitando os diferentes sentidos e enquadres da resistência e da destrutividade na teoria da clínica de cada um desses autores, e também ensaiando pontos de contato entre eles. Como fio condutor, ou como visada ética, a valorização de uma dimensão de positividade da destruição na clínica psicanalítica na medida em que, promotora de diferenças e limites, está implicada nos caminhos das transferências em análise. Ao longo do percurso, o estudo de figuras de submissão na clínica masoquismo em Freud, identificação ao agressor em Ferenczi e falso self em Winnicott nos permite mapear outras vias para o manejo da agressividade, especialmente em situações nas quais a resistência e ódio não aparecem no trabalho analítico ou, se aparecem, não são sentidos como próprios. Em comum entre Freud, Ferenczi e Winnicott, a crítica ao excesso interpretativo e às análises que ocorrem em nível estritamente intelectual. Em Freud, além da interpretação, princípio de abstinência, associação livre/atenção flutuante e luta para superação das resistências, forjados ao longo da primeira tópica, demonstramos que as noções de elaboração, construção, bem como a menção à lenta demolição do superego hostil, permitem o esboço de outras possibilidades de manejo que se desdobram nas teorias de Ferenczi e Winnicott. Em Ferenczi, abordamos o percurso clínico que culmina na elasticidade da técnica analítica e em sua discussão sobre a implicação e limites do analista no manejo do ódio traumático e clivado que reincide na clínica. Em Winnicott, o holding, a regressão à dependência, o brincar, o uso das falhas do analista e a destruição/sobrevivência do analista permitem abordar as diferentes facetas de sua teoria da agressividade no desenvolvimento emocional e diferentes posições do analista no manejo da transferência. Como recurso para explicitar os limites e possibilidades de manejo, a construção do texto é perpassada por extratos de casos clínicos. Em Freud, os casos Dora, Homem dos Ratos, Homem dos Lobos, Jovem Homossexual e AB são abordados; em Ferenczi, algumas considerações sobre a análise de Elisabeth Severn e S.I. são evocados; em Winnicott, são analisados os casos B. e Margaret Little. Por fim, nosso percurso permite afirmar que a possibilidade da destrutividade exercer sua função diferencial depende da disponibilidade do analista de se oferecer como suporte (o que inclui também oposição, resistência e limite) e de se permitir ser destruído e sobreviver à destruição ao longo do trabalho analítico / The present thesis consists of path through the management of negative transfers in Freud\'s, Ferenczi\'s and Winnicott\'s productions by making explicit different framing and meaning of resistance and destructiveness in treatment\'s theory of each of these authors, but also essaying points of contact among them. As a guidewire, or as ethic bias, the valorization of a dimension of positiveness of the destruction in psychoanalytic treatment insofar as, promoter of differences and limits, it is implied in the ways of the transfers in analysis. Along the course, the study of figures of submission in treatment masochism in Freud, identification with the aggressor in Ferenczi and false self in Winnicott allows one to map other ways for the management of aggressiveness, especially in situations in which resistance and hate do not appear in analytic work or, if they do, they are not felt as their own. Common to Freud, Ferenczi and Winnicott, the criticism to the interpretative excess and to analysis that occur in the strictly intellectual level. In Freud, besides interpretation, principle of abstinence, free association / floating attention and fight to overcome the resistances, forged along the first topic, we demonstrate that the notions of working through, construction, as well as the mention to the slow demolition of the hostile super-ego, permit outline other possibilities of management that unfold in Ferenczi\'s and Winnicott\'s theories. In Ferenczi, we approach the clinical course that culminates in the elasticity of the analytical technique and in its discussion about the implications and limits of the analyst in cleaved and traumatic hate management that relapses in treatment. In Winnicott, the holding, the regression to dependence, the play, the use of the analyst\'s fails and destruction/survival permit to approach the different facets of his theory of aggressiveness in emotional development and different positions of the analyst in transfer management. As a resource to make explicit the limits and possibilities of management, the construction of the text is permeated by extracts of clinical cases. In Freud, Dora, Rat Man, Wolf Man, Young Female Homosexual, and AB cases are addressed; in Ferenczi, some considerations about the analysis of Elisabeth Severn and S.I. are evoked; in Winnicott, B. and Margaret Little cases are analyzed. In conclusion, our course permits to affirm that the possibility of destructiveness to exert its differential function depends on the availability of the analyst to offer as a holding himself (which includes also opposition, resistance and limit) and to permit himself to be destroyed and himself to be destroyed and to survive to the destruction along the analytical work
