SUMMARY The purpose of this research - to examine psychological and communication problems of patients having terminal kidney insufficiency, who are dialysed at the centre of KMUC, emphasizing the role of staff personnel in the decision of these problems. Methodology - Method of research-anonymous, questionnairing inquest. After explaining the purpose of research, relevance, substantiality, questionnaires were distributed. Investigatives – KMUC Nephrological clinics, the department of dialysis, where the pacients having chronic insufficiency of kidney function are treated by dialysis were chosen for research. Besiskleidžiant pedagoginės psichologinės pagalbos vaikams ir jų šeimoms Lietuvoje sistemai, pedagoginės psichologinės pagalbos modelis, jos teikimo tvarką reglamentuojantys teisiniai dokumentai ir integracija į bendrojo lavinimo mokyklą garantuoja ugdymo prieinamumą visiems. Svarbią vietą užima žmogiškieji resursai – specialistai galintys laiku suteikti reikalingą kvalifikuotą pagalbą. Tačiau dažnai kvalifikuotų specialistų, ypač specialiųjų pedagogų, psichologų, pagalba vaikui ir šeimai yra nepasiekiama ar sunkiai pasiekiama, nes trūksta specialistų, kurie turi specialių žinių, reikalingų padėti vaikui sprendžiant jo problemas. Šiame darbe nagrinėjamas psichologinės ir specialiosios pedagoginės pagalbos prieinamumas mokiniams. Darbo tyrimo tikslas - atskleisti pedagoginės, psichologinės pagalbos paslaugų teikimo trūkumo problemas ir jų tenkinimo galimybes. [toliau žr. visą tekstą] / Due to the growth of the system of pedagogical psychological support for children and their families in Lithuania, the model of pedagogical psychological support, juridical documents specifying its offering order and the integration into secondary school assures the availability of education for all people. Human resources occupy significant place – the specialists who are able to provide qualified support on time. However, on numerous occasions the help of experienced professionals, particularly special pedagogues, and psychologists is unavailable for the child and his/her relatives. This is due to the shortage of specialists, who have concrete knowledge, which is needed in order to help the child while solving his/her problems. Darbo tikslas - atskleisti sergančiųjų šizofrenija psichosocialinio funkcionavimo gerinimo galimybes taikant psichologinės korekcijos metodus. Šizofrenija serga vidutiniškai 1 proc. pasaulio žmonių. Remiantis Valstybinio psichikos sveikatos centro (2006) duomenimis, šizofrenija gali susirgti bet kuris asmuo nepriklausomai nuo tautybės, socialinės padėties ar išsilavinimo. Šizofrenija yra sunkus psichikos sutrikimas arba grupė tokių sutrikimų, kuriems būdingi psichozės simptomai, pažeidžiantys žmogaus elgesį ir suvokimą. Tai polietiologinis psichikos sutrikimas. Su šizofrenija susijusios priežastys gali būti: virusinė infekcija iki gimimo, hipoksija (deguonies trūkumas), apsinuodijimai, cheminių medžiagų organizme disbalansas, neuromediatorių pusiausvyros sutrikimas, smegenų kraujotakos sutrikimai, psichosocialinis stresas ir tam tikri šeimos modeliai. Sergant šizofrenija pažeidžiamos šios psichikos veiklos sferos: valia, mąstymas ir emocijos. Su šizofrenija gali atsirasti suicidinių ketinimų. Psichosocialinių veiksnių poveikis paauglių sveikatai / Psichosocial factors on idolescent health

Bakalauro darbe analizuojamas psichosocialinių veiksnių poveikis paauglių sveikatai. Tyrime dalyvavo 71 respondentas, 6-8 klasės mokiniai. Tyrimas atliktas 2011 metų balandžio mėnesį Šiaulių „Rasos“ pagrindinėje mokykloje. Tyrimo tikslas- nustatyti psichosocialinių veiksnių poveikį paauglių sveikatai ir savijautai. Anketinės apklausos metodu tirta mergaičių ir berniukų nuomonė apie sveikatą ir savijautą, savęs vertinimą, psichologinių veiksnių- patiriamo streso, žalingų įpročių poveikį , bei socialinių veiksnių- šeimos, bendraamžių ir mokyklos įtaką savijautai. Nustatyta, kad psichosocialinių veiksnių poveikis 6-8 klasių mokinių sveikatai nėra didelis, tačiau paaugliai jį gali pajusti- atsiranda streso požymių, daugėja žalingų įpročių, namuose ir mokykloje nėra su kuo aptarti aktualias problemas. Išsiaiškinta, kad mokiniai savo sveikatą vertina gerai, dauguma jų laimingi, tačiau gana daug iš jų jaučiasi pavargę. Psichologinių veiksnių poveikis sveikatai ir savijautai juntamas nežymiai- tik maža dalis mokinių patiria stresą, tačiau žino, kaip jį įveikti.; 6-8 klasėje tiek mergaitės, tiek berniukai jau turi žalingų įpročių. Socialinių veiksnių poveikis pakankamai svarbus- namuose paaugliai jaučiasi saugiai, tačiau mokykloje dauguma vaikų gerai nesijaučia. Nustatyta, kad tėvų ir mokyklos įtaka paauglių savijautai nėra didelė, tačiau kelia nerimą tai, kad tiek namuose, tiek mokykloje dalis vaikų neturi su kuo pasikalbėti... [toliau žr. visą tekstą] / Bachelor work analizes the psichosocial factors on adolescent‘s health. Study involved 71 respondents of 6-8 classes. Survey was conducted in April, 2011 in the main Šiaulių „Rasos“ school. The aim of this studies was to analize the psichosocial factors on adolescent‘s health. Using the method of questionnaire it was analyzed the view of girls and boys on the health, well-being, self- assessment and also how psichological factors as stress, injorious habits and social factors such as family, contemporary children and school effect the well- being. The conclusion of this survey generalizes that the effect of psichosocial factorson the health of 6-8 classes school children are not so great, but adolescences of course can feel it- there are signs of strese, increasing of injourious habits. This is somehow caused because lots of adolescences do not have possibility to discuss actual problems at home or at school. This survey made clear that most of adolescences assess their health well and most of them are happy but quite a lot of them feel tired. Psichological factors on the health and well- being are quite limited- only a small part of adolescences feel stress, but they actually know how to overcome it. Perdegimo” sindromo sąvoka yra palyginti nesena. Sąvoka ,,sudegimas” (burnout) atėjo iš anglų kalbos. ,,Perdegimo” sindromas, kaip mokslinė sąvoka, pirmą kartą buvo pavartota 1974 m. vokiečių kilmės JAV psichoanalitiko H. Freudenbergio darbuose ir buvo skirta apibūdinti socialinių darbuotojų ir pedagogų psichinio bei fizinio išsekimo būseną. Ši tema pasirinkta neatsitiktinai, kadangi ši sritis yra dažnai pedagogikoje neakcentuojama, labiau kreipiamas dėmesys į dalykines žinias, į būdus, kaip jas perteikti ugdytiniams. Pats pedagogas, atiduodamas save kitiems, dažnai pamiršta save, persidirba, nuvargsta. Dėl to nukenčia ir jo darbo kokybė, žinių perdavimas. Visgi lieka neaišku, kokios socialinės - psichologinės priežastys paskatina neatsakingą pedagogų požiūrį į savo savijautą. Taigi, ši tema yra mažai tyrinėta, o tai suteikia daug galimybių šio darbo temos tyrimams. Šio darbo naujumas yra tas, kad tiesiog Lietuvoje parašyta nedaug mokslinės literatūros ir straipsnių šia tema. / The concept of the “burnout” syndrome is comparatively new. The concept “burnout” was assimilated from the English language. The “burnout” syndrome, as a scientific concept, was used for the first time by the American psychoanalyst of the German origin H.Freudenber in the year 1974. The theme was chosen non-accidentally. This sphere is usually not emphasized in pedagogy; attention is drawn more towards the objective knowledge and towards the methods of its conveyance to pupils. The novelty of this thesis lies in the fact that not many scientific literature and articles on this topic are written in Lithuania. Thus, this theme has been insufficiently investigated; this fact provides a lot of possibilities for investigation of the theme of the present thesis.

Stress at work, apart from back pain, is the second work- related health problem most often met in the European Union. 28 % of employees with that problem. Stress at work causes more than a quarter of work- related health disorders. Employees of all professions encounter with that stress at work. Teachers make no exception. They often feel emotional stress because of unsufficient social support, they encounter with heavy workload. Social insulation or social elimination, work unappreciated, threat making or disruptions of inviduality are situations that can be measured as negative behavior at work. Manifestations of negative behavior predispose emerging of psychological terror. Aim of the study: is to explore and evaluate frequency of stress and psychological terror experienced at work by teachers working at Kaunas City Gymnasiums and secondary schools, and also the factors that cause such stress. Methods: information has been gathered using questionnaires for 475 teachers at Kaunas City gymnasiums and secondary schools. Information given in the questionnaires has been evaluated statistically using SPSS 11.5 for Windows program. Results: it has been found that 25.5 % of teachers suffer from psychological terror at work. 3 % of respondents feel psychological terror daily or several times a week. 80.1 % of educators feel stress. 14 % of teachers feel much stress. When starting any psychological intervention, it is necessary to carry an analysis of how individual operate in order to identify and define their demands to adequately meet them. It is important to study this practice because the choice of instruments, techniques and procedures to be employed influences the efficiency and effectiveness of the work and the image of the profession towards society in general, also impacting the scientific community. This study aimed to identify, in the subjects, the percentage of professionals in psychology who make use of the Psychological Assessment in the Northeastern region of Brazil; another objectives were to analyze the profile of these professionals in terms of gender, time after graduation, additional training in PA, the state of the country where he/she works; to check how psychologists do their planning when using PA as well as to identify which differences can be observed in terms of time from graduation and additional training in the process of planning the assessment different extents. The instrument used was an online questionnaire and the sample was by adhesion to the application. The attendance was of 159 professionals and most of them were females with a specialist degree. It was found that the majority of the professionals perform the planning of the PA, establishing a method and choosing the most appropriate strategies to be used. It was also verified that most of the subjects fulfill the steps of the whole process, and when planning the techniques of data collection, integrating database from different sources, reporting the results and returning the information, the professional demonstrates his/her goals to understand their demands and accomplish the decision making and/or proposed intervention for individuals assessed. It was found that the undergraduate degree may not have produced a more complete effect in the professional qualification and therefore, of the quality of the actions in PA, and that there is a need for training and continuing education / A avalia??o psicol?gica ? um procedimento que est? inserido em todas as ?reas de atua??o profissional do psic?logo.
