The current context it indicates that the world demands creative, independent competent, reflexives people, that they have a holistic vision of the society. In this direction the objectives of research the elaboration and implementation of one had been centered in to pedagogical action, thus preventing the formation of passive citizens as if it had behind in decades e running the risk to still have them today. Inside of this perspective development of the project of pedagogical action was supported by a boarding construtivism where the knowledge is resulted of the action of individual on the world, and the contents had been used as half it stops in such a way to develop the abilities in the pupils how much in the teachers. The project if developed in the dialectic of the resistance of the professor in relation to changes and the urgency of if transforming some situations of the pertaining to school context that it favored a learning significant as: the paper of the professor as mediator of good situations of learning; the pupil in the center of the process of education and learning; the paper of the evaluation as an instrument to improve quality of intelligence during the process, the seen the mistake as a track to be observed in such a way for the pupil how much for the teacher, and it disciplines it favoring development of the autonomy. For the effective of this work one was carried through theoretical survey inside of the boarding construtivism, with accompaniment of the elaboration and application of plans, lesson and comment of them. The results of this work had indicated that the pertaining to school community (teachers, principals, pupils, parents) it has the desire that the learning occurs in way it accomplishes and it exceeds the pertaining to school walls and that the collective work is a primordial element so that the transformation of pedagogical making occurs, therefore thus the theory and practice are applied. / A pesquisa refere-se a uma pesquisa-ação desenvolvida juntamente com os professores de 5ª a 8ª série do Ensino Fundamental em uma das unidades da rede SESI do município de Presidente Prudente. O contexto atual indica que o mundo exige pessoas criativas, autônomas competentes, reflexivas, que tenham uma visão holística da sociedade. Nesse sentido os objetivos da pesquisa centraram-se na elaboração e implementação de um fazer pedagógico, sustentado por uma abordagem sócio-construtivista interacionista onde o conhecimento é resultado da ação do indivíduo sobre o mundo, e os conteúdos utilizados como meio para desenvolver as habilidades operatórias tanto nos alunos quanto nos professores. O projeto se desenvolveu na dialética da resistência do professor em relação às mudanças e a urgência de se transformar algumas situações do contexto escolar que favorecesse uma aprendizagem significativa como: o papel do professor como mediador de boas situações de aprendizagem; o aluno no centro do processo de ensino e aprendizagem; o papel da avaliação como um instrumento para melhorar a qualidade da inteligência durante o processo, o erro visto como uma pista a ser observada tanto pelo aluno quanto pelo professor, e a disciplina favorecendo o desenvolvimento da autonomia. Para a efetivação deste trabalho foi realizada uma revisão teórica a partir da abordagem sócio-construtivista-interacionista e a construção coletiva de uma ação pedagógica nesta perspectiva com acompanhamento da elaboração e aplicação de planos de aula e observação de aulas. Os resultados deste trabalho indicaram que a comunidade escolar (professores, diretores, alunos, pais) tem o desejo que a aprendizagem ocorra de maneira efetiva e ultrapasse os muros escolares e que o trabalho coletivo é um elemento primordial para que ocorra a transformação do fazer pedagógico, pois assim a práxis .

The main methods for the detection of alcohol are the use of a breathalyzer and a blood test. Such methods are, however, relatively invasive. The purpose of this work is to develop a portable device and a method capable of performing the dynamic pupillometry to verify the feasibility of detect alcohol use by means of recording pupillary movements under light stimulation. After the device creation, was recorded and collected biometric information of 49 people in sober and inebriated state, producing a database with 356 video. So were selected the most relevant pupillary features. This set of features was subjected to statistical tests and pattern recognition algorithms KNN, Ensemble KNN and SVM. The results showed that pupillometry was performed efficiently with 96% accuracy, the alcohol changes the pupillary behavior and detecting alcohol consumption is feasible when the analysis is done individually and with many videos. / O consumo de bebidas alcoólicas causa transtornos para a sociedade, tais como acidentes de trânsito, problemas no trabalho e violência interpessoal. Os principais métodos para detecção da alcoolemia são o teste com o etilômetro e o exame de sangue. Esses métodos, entretanto, são relativamente invasivos. A proposta desse trabalho é desenvolver um dispositivo portátil e uma metodologia capaz de realizar a pupilometria dinâmica para verificar a viabilidade de se diagnosticar o consumo de álcool por meio da filmagem e estimulação pupilar. Para isso, após o desenvolvimento do dispositivo, realizou-se filmagem e coleta de informações biométricas de 49 pessoas em estado sóbrio e alcoolizadas, produzindo uma base de dados com 356 vídeos. Então, foram selecionadas as características pupilares mais relevantes. Esse conjunto de características foi submetido a testes estatísticos e aos algoritmos de reconhecimento de padrões KNN, Ensemble KNN e SVM. Os resultados mostraram que a pupilometria foi realizada de maneira eficiente com 96% de acurácia, que o álcool altera o comportamento pupilar e que a detecção do consumo de álcool é viável quando a análise é feita de maneira individualizada e são realizados bastantes vídeos.

This research shows the relations between teachers and pupils from a classroom with learning difficulties, violence and indiscipline and the changes that occurred after modifications in the ways the teachers acted and perceived the pupils. Interviews were conducted with teachers from a 1st year of a High-School class in a government school of São Paulo City. Categories were created based on the interviews and the main issues were shown, such as how the family and the teenager react towards school, how the relationship between the teacher and the class was, teachers feelings of anxiety and insecurity, change proposals and their results for the relationships. It can be concluded that nowadays the school must pay attention to changes in youngsters, mainly focusing in teacher s formation and a proposal for a reflexive school. / Os relacionamentos interpessoais não são fáceis, e o relacionamento professor-aluno é um deles. Esta pesquisa demonstra como era o relacionamento dos professores com os alunos de uma sala com problemas de aprendizado, violência e indisciplina e como houve mudanças nesse relacionamento, a partir de alterações na forma pela qual os professores agiam e percebiam os alunos. Foram realizadas entrevistas com os professores de uma classe de 1ª. Série do Ensino Médio, numa escola pública da cidade de São Paulo, a partir de uma experiência vivenciada por eles, de mudanças na maneira de atuar com os alunos. A partir das entrevistas, foram criadas categorias, nas quais foram expostos os principais pontos referentes a como a família e o adolescente agem em relação à escola, como era o relacionamento dos alunos com os professores, as angústias e inseguranças destes, as propostas de mudança e os resultados de tais modificações para o relacionamento. Conclui-se que a escola deve estar atenta às mudanças dos jovens de hoje em dia, principalmente enfocando a formação do professor e uma escola que se proponha a ser reflexiva.

The aim of this thesis is to analyze how the student views the school, and its instructors in a fast paced society that is constantly transforming. It is now common to find intellectuals from many fields of study questioning aspects of modern society. It can be said that the following thesis is joining this recent critical evaluation of modern society. Specifically, this thesis will evaluate one of the most important institutions of this society, education. The goal of this thesis is to reflect on how the school, contents, methodologies, and interpersonal relationships act when confronted with post modernism. The objective of this study is also to consider the interconnection of educational theory and practice in the light of contemporary social changes; and to analyze the school, its contents, methodologies, and interpersonal relationships in order to understand where the paradigmatic aspects of post-modernity society can interfere with the student s behavior, and how the ill-behavior can be related to the uneducated instructors confronted with post-modern thought. Buscou-se apontar e analisar como o aluno vê a docência e a escola nessa sociedade que vive rápidas e constantes transformações. Nos dias atuais é comum encontrarmos, em diferentes campos do conhecimento, intelectuais promovendo um questionamento crítico da sociedade moderna. Pode-se dizer que este trabalho não foge a essa perspectiva, na medida em que contempla a intencionalidade de estender tais questionamentos a uma das principais instituições dessa sociedade: a educação. Buscou-se assim, refletir sobre como a escola, os conteúdos, as metodologias e as relações interpessoais entre os diferentes integrantes da escola se colocam diante do pensamento pós-moderno. Unconstrained Gaze Estimation Using RGB-D Camera. / Estimation du regard avec une caméra RGB-D dans des environnements utilisateur non-contraints

Dans ce travail, nous avons abordé le problème d’estimation automatique du regard dans des environnements utilisateur sans contraintes. Ce travail s’inscrit dans la vision par ordinateur appliquée à l’analyse automatique du comportement humain. Plusieurs solutions industrielles sont aujourd’hui commercialisées et donnent des estimations précises du regard. Certaines ont des spécifications matérielles très complexes (des caméras embarquées sur un casque ou sur des lunettes qui filment le mouvement des yeux) et présentent un niveau d’intrusivité important, ces solutions sont souvent non accessible au grand public. Cette thèse vise à produire un système d’estimation automatique du regard capable d’augmenter la liberté du mouvement de l’utilisateur par rapport à la caméra (mouvement de la tête, distance utilisateur-capteur), et de réduire la complexité du système en utilisant des capteurs relativement simples et accessibles au grand public. Dans ce travail, nous avons exploré plusieurs paradigmes utilisés par les systèmes d’estimation automatique du regard. Dans un premier temps, Nous avons mis au point deux systèmes basés sur deux approches classiques: le premier basé caractéristiques et le deuxième basé semi apparence. L’inconvénient majeur de ces paradigmes réside dans la conception des systèmes d'estimation du regard qui supposent une indépendance totale entre l'image d'apparence des yeux et la pose de la tête. Pour corriger cette limitation, Nous avons convergé vers un nouveau paradigme qui unifie les deux blocs précédents en construisant un espace regard global, nous avons exploré deux directions en utilisant des données réelles et synthétiques respectivement. / In this thesis, we tackled the automatic gaze estimation problem in unconstrained user environments. This work takes place in the computer vision research field applied to the perception of humans and their behaviors. Many existing industrial solutions are commercialized and provide an acceptable accuracy in gaze estimation. These solutions often use a complex hardware such as range of infrared cameras (embedded on a head mounted or in a remote system) making them intrusive, very constrained by the user's environment and inappropriate for a large scale public use. We focus on estimating gaze using cheap low-resolution and non-intrusive devices like the Kinect sensor. We develop new methods to address some challenging conditions such as head pose changes, illumination conditions and user-sensor large distance. In this work we investigated different gaze estimation paradigms. We first developed two automatic gaze estimation systems following two classical approaches: feature and semi appearance-based approaches. The major limitation of such paradigms lies in their way of designing gaze systems which assume a total independence between eye appearance and head pose blocks. To overcome this limitation, we converged to a novel paradigm which aims at unifying the two previous components and building a global gaze manifold, we explored two global approaches across the experiments by using synthetic and real RGB-D gaze samples.

Význam asistenta pedagoga na základní škole / Meaning of the Teaching Assistant at the Elementary School

This study opens the question of the teaching assistant at the mainstream Elementary schools. It is focused on the role of teaching Assistant in respect to the teachers, the representatives of the school management, pupils and teaching assistants it selves. The core theoretical interest of this study is to describe extensively this position deployed in the Czech Republic Educational System through the inclusive education. The empirical part includes the entire philosophy of employment such a position at the chosen mainstream schools. It survey teaching assistant work while using the form with the open questions for the teachers and teaching assistants, semistructured interviews with the representatives of the school management as well as with the pupils with statements of special educational need. The outcome of the master's project comprise all the conceptions of deployment of the teaching assistant into the Elementary schools and brings the evidence of the usage and benefit of this position.

Žák 2. stupně se speciálními vzdělávacími potřebami v hodinách občanské výchovy: případová studie / Lower secondary school pupil with special educational needs in the social studies class: a case study

This thesis studies the functioning of pupils with special educational needs in mainstream lower secondary schools. The special focus is on social studies classes. The teaching/learning processes are described within the broader context of education, which includes mainly parents or legal guardians, teachers and teaching assistants. The theoretical part describes the legal framework of inclusion in the Czech Republic and previous research on the role of teaching assistants. The empirical part uses the qualitative approach. Several cases are presented based on analysis of documents, interviews and observations. The data were compared across the cases. The results suggest that there is a difference between the lessons of social studies and the classes of the "core subjects". The teaching assistants are available in the social studies classes only rarely. Given the mixed effects of the teaching assistants on learning and socialization of the special needs pupils, this situation might have both positive and negative impact. This thesis is focused on educational problems of children in a difficult life situation. The theoretical part deals with social pedagogical concept of a difficult situation in life. It also goes about coping of those situations and their specifics in children. It focuses on child endangerment of his family background and its consequences and symptoms at school. It also describes the various teachers' approaches to the child's situation. The practical part using qualitative research methods, in-depth interviews and document analysis examines the concrete manifestation of difficult life situations from the perspective of three children and their teachers with emphasis on their understanding, assessment and approach to this situation. The difficult life situation of children showed on many levels at school. It revelas at the level of relations with classmates, at the level of behavior, school performance, relationship to the teacher, etc. Teachers' attitudes were mostly responsive and supportive. i ABSTRACT The aim of the diploma thesis is to find out, whether in The Framework Educational Programme for Elementary Education there are topics related to transcendence and whether these topics can be found in textbooks for primary schools. Another aim is to suggest recommendations for teachers, how to develop transcendence in pupils of a primary school. The thesis is focused on development of the vertical direction of transcendence. The theoretical part deals with meaning of the term transcendence. Further, The Framework Educational Programme for Elementary Education is analysed. In the research part of the thesis there is described preparation and realization of the analysis of textbooks and also presentation and interpretation of the data gathered by this way. This part is complemented by preparation and realization of interviews with younger school- aged children. The realized interviews were concentrated on the observation of respondents' interest in topics related to the vertical direction of the overlap. In the conclusion of the thesis there are introduced specific recommendations for development of vertical transcendence in children of primary schools.
