It deals with an area that dinamizes new productive spheres and new imbrications according to the formation of blocks, new dynamics of concentration and centralization of the capital, beyond a new political ordinance and transformation in the speed of the information and technology transports. It is distinguished that, in the latter years, in Brazil and Argentina, the number of Educational Institutions has considerably increased, therefore it is pertinent a comparative study for exchange of information about the institutions and their resumes, that can generate job and income for the egress of the courses and promote the interchange of development and the research among the Institutions. Also, it is possible to observe that, in Argentina, the nomenclature of the course is "Certified Public Accountant , which has a different terminology from brazilian s one. In this way, the research consists on a comparison among the curriculae of the Accounting courses from the following Institutions: PUC-SP Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo, Brazil; and USAL University Del Salvador, Buenos Aires, Argentina. The objective is to identify the similar aspects related to the profile of the professional features and to the curricular composition. From this diagnosis, it is intended to list possible contributions for the improvement of the courses and to propitiate a reflection on Education area / Em um contexto de sociedades complexas, com predominância do capitalismo, à área de saber da Economia confluem diferentes campos de pesquisa, entre os quais a Contabilidade, que se bifurca na cobertura do setor público e do setor privado. Trata-se de uma área que dinamiza novas esferas produtivas e novas imbricações quanto à formação de blocos, nova dinâmica de concentração e centralização do capital, além de uma nova ordenação política e uma transformação na velocidade do transporte de informação e tecnologia. Destaca-se que, nos últimos anos, no Brasil e na Argentina, aumentou consideravelmente o número de Instituições de Ensino, portanto é pertinente um estudo comparativo para troca de informações sobre as instituições e seus currículos, o que pode gerar emprego e renda para o egresso dos cursos e promover o intercâmbio entre as Instituições para o desenvolvimento e a pesquisa. Também, é possível observar que, na Argentina, a nomenclatura do curso é Contador Público , diferentemente do Brasil. Desta forma, a pesquisa consiste em uma comparação entre os currículos dos cursos de Contabilidade das seguintes Instituições: PUC-SP Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo, São Paulo, Brasil; e USAL - Universidade Del Salvador, Buenos Aires, Argentina. O objetivo é identificar os aspectos similares, relativos ao perfil profissiográfico e à composição curricular. In this way, the CNE / CP 2/2002 establishing the Practice as a Curricular Component (PCC –Prática como Componente Curricular), which has remained in the legislation for degree courses such as Resolution nº 2, from 1 July 2015 provides. But the CCP is still poorly understood in the space of teacher training, in addition to being as a still scarce in thematic research. In the search for a better understanding and reflection on the component, this study aims to comprehend, reflective and critical way, how the PCC is set in the Biology Graduation (CB) of the State University Of Goiás (UEG) and the Federal University Of Goiás (UFG), just as well as the sense given to them in the interior of these courses. By such objectives, it was realized the need of a qualitative approach, so the elements of research could be comprehended in its complexity. It was chosen by the documental research, the Pedagogical Project of the courses was the source of data. The collected data were analyzed through content analysis in which appeared analysis categories, such as: 1) Theory-practice relation; 2) Legal fundaments; 3) Interdisciplinary and the PCC approach in the courses; 4) Didactics transposition and 5) The role of PCC: wanted claims. From the analysis taken from the categories, is possible to conclude that the relation between theory and practice appears in the PCC, however, the proximity with the making and knowing are in its majority, absent; the courses fill the workload of 400 hours of PCC demanded by the Resolution CNE/CP 2/2002, as the PCC is distributed throughout the courses in almost its totality in the interior of the disciplines; the component approach is linked to a conception of interdisciplinary; as understood as well as a learning space regarding the transformation of scientific knowledge in school. In what concerns the senses of practice found in the interior of the PCC, it has been analyzed: space and contact with the real, graduation of a reflexive teacher, graduation of a critic professional, specificity and valorization of a professional knowledge and the relation between theory and practice baptized by the interdisciplinary and the didactics transposition. / O componente “prática” passou a ser preocupação na constituição dos currículos dos cursos de formação de professores a partir de 1995. Nesse caminho, a Resolução CNE/CP 2/2002 instituiu a Prática como Componente Curricular (PCC), que tem se mantido na legislação destinada aos cursos de Licenciatura, como a Resolução nº 2, de 1º de julho de 2015 assegura. Porém a PCC é ainda pouco compreendida no espaço da formação de professores, além de se constituir como uma temática ainda escassa nas pesquisas. Na busca por uma melhor compreensão e reflexão sobre o componente, este trabalho objetiva compreender, de forma reflexiva e crítica, como a Prática como Componente Curricular (PCC) está configurada nos cursos de Licenciatura em Ciências Biológicas (CB) da Universidade Estadual de Goiás (UEG) e Universidade Federal de Goiás (UFG) bem como os sentidos atribuídos a mesma no interior destes cursos. Mediante tais objetivos, percebeu-se a necessidade de uma abordagem qualitativa para que os elementos da pesquisa fossem compreendidos em sua complexidade. Optou-se pela pesquisa documental, sendo a fonte de dados os Projetos Pedagógicos dos Cursos (PPC‟s). Os dados coletados foram analisados por meio da análise de conteúdo, do qual emergiram as categorias de análise, sendo elas: 1) Relação teoria-prática; 2) Fundamentos legais; 3) Interdisciplinaridade e a abordagem da PCC nos cursos; 4) Transposição didática e 5) O papel da PCC: pretensões almejadas. Da análise proveniente das categorias, pode-se concluir que a relação teoria-prática é manifestada nos PPC‟s, contudo as aproximações com um fazer e saber práxico são em sua maioria ausentes; os cursos cumprem a carga horária de 400h de PCC exigida pela Resolução CNE/CP 2/2002, estando a PCC distribuída no currículo dos cursos, na quase totalidade, no interior de disciplinas; a abordagem do componente está ligada a uma concepção de interdisciplinaridade, sendo entendido também como um espaço de aprendizagem acerca da transformação do conhecimento científico em conhecimento escolar. No que concerne aos sentidos de prática encontrados no interior dos PPC‟s analisados, estes são: espaço e contato com o real, formação do professor reflexivo, formação do profissional crítico, especificidade e valorização de um saber profissional e relação teoria-prática, balizados ainda pela interdisciplinaridade e a transposição didática.

Les fiches de synthèse multi-documents sont considérées comme une représentation textuelle organisée et structurée des segments textuels. La construction de ces fiches repose sur l’annotation sémantique des publications scientifiques suivant un ensemble de catégories discursives qu’on appelle des points de vue de fouille (comme les hypothèses plausibles, les résultats, ou les conclusions,…). L’annotation sémantique est réalisée automatiquement par la méthode de l’Exploration Contextuelle. Il s’agit d’une méthode linguistique computationnelle, implémentée par un moteur d’annotation sémantique, qui repose sur un ensemble de marqueurs linguistiques associés à des points de vue de fouille. Afin de pouvoir expérimenter la pertinence des résultats de notre système, nous avons procédé à l’évaluation des annotations automatiques sur des textes en biologie. La notion des spéculations (hypothèses plausibles), particulièrement décrite dans ce travail, a été évaluée sur le corpus BioScope annoté manuellement pour les spéculations et les négations. Nous proposons une application informatique qui permet aux utilisateurs d’obtenir des fiches de synthèse organisées suivant des critères sémantiques paramétrables par l’utilisateur. / Multi-documents thematic sheets are considered as an organized and structured textual representationof textual segments. The thematic sheets construction is based on the semantic annotation ofscientific publications according to a set of discursive categories called search view points (such asspeculation, results or conclusions, ?). The semantic annotation is performed automatically by theContextual Exploration process. It is a computational linguistic method based on a set of linguisticmarkers associated with search view points. This method is implemented by a semantic annotationengine. In order to evaluate the relevance of the results of our system, we used biological papers toevaluate the automatic annotation. The concept of speculation (plausible hypothesis), specificallydescribed in this work, was evaluated on the Bioscope corpus which is manually annotated forspeculation and negation. We propose an application that allows users to obtain thematic sheetsorganized according to semantic criteria configurable by the user.

Performance Modelling and Analysis of Handover and Call Admission Control Algorithm for Next Generation Wireless Networks

The next generation wireless system (NGWS) has been conceived as a ubiquitous wireless environment. It integrates existing heterogeneous access networks, as well as future networks, and will offer high speed data, real-time applications (e.g. Voice over IP, videoconference ) and real-time multimedia (e.g. real-time audio and video) support with a certain Quality of Service (QoS) level to mobile users. It is required that the mobile nodes have the capability of selecting services that are offered by each provider and determining the best path through the various networks. Efficient radio resource management (RRM) is one of the key issues required to support global roaming of the mobile users among different network architectures of the NGWS and a precise call admission control (CAC) scheme satisfies the requirements of high network utilization, cost reduction, minimum handover latency and high-level QoS of all the connections. This thesis is going to describe an adaptive class-based CAC algorithm, which is expected to prioritize the arriving channel resource requests, based on user¿s classification and channel allocation policy. The proposed CAC algorithm couples with Fuzzy Logic (FL) and Pre-emptive Resume (PR) theories to manage and improve the performance of the integrated wireless network system. The novel algorithm is assessed using a mathematical analytic method to measure the performance by evaluating the handover dropping probability and the system utilization.

Analysis of a wireless cell with multiple service classes under an aggregate sharing scheme

An analytic framework is devised for the performance modelling and evaluation of a wireless Global System for Mobile Telecommunication (GSM) cell with General Packet Radio Service (GPRS) supporting both multiple class voice and data services, respectively, under an aggregate sharing scheme (ASS). The investigation focuses on the study of a proposed GE/GE/c/N/PR/CBS queueing system with c (¿1) servers, finite capacity, N (¿c), generalised exponential (GE) GSM/GPRS interarrival and service times under pre-emptive resume (PR) priority rule and complete buffer sharing (CBS) scheme. The principle of maximum entropy (ME) is used t ocharacterise new closed form expressions for the state and blocking probabilities, subject to appropriate GE-type queueing theoretic constraints per class. Typical numerical examples are included to validate the ME solution against simulation at 95% confidence intervals and study the effect of external GMS/GPRS bursty traffic upon the performance of the cell.

The structuring and consolidation of this school model emerged in response to broader social issues involving risk and vulnerability that are exposed schoolchildren . However , the organizational complexity of both teaching , as administrative , restructuring and consolidation required for this proposed school emphasizes problem investigated here are the challenges and prospects of the core members of the manager about his own work and curricular issues related to School Time integral . The central objective is guided to identify the perceptions of members of the core manager issues related to the prescribed curriculum and the lived curriculum , this post considering time, space , text and context. Data collection was conducted from questionnaires completed by members of the Center Manager - director , deputy director and educational coordinator - Four Schools Full Time , located in one of the districts of the city . This cut was chosen by the multiplicity of characteristics of schools that are ( number of students per school, type of building construction and date of inclusion in School Full Time Program of the municipality ) , and thus depict the differences found within each school units and justify the complexity of the work of the Center Manager of each of the schools. The results were analyzed in light of the theories of several authors and is intended to constitute up major collaborative reflection of the structure and organization of these schools elements , since the announced expansion of the program in the city of Mogi das Cruzes - SP , government city for the next year as a way to fulfill the National Education Plan / O cenário desta pesquisa são as Escolas de Tempo Integral, de Ensino Fundamental, do Sistema Municipal de Educação, da cidade de Mogi das Cruzes SP, durante os anos de 2009 a 2013. A estruturação e consolidação deste projeto de escola emergiu como resposta a questões sociais amplas que envolvem o risco e a vulnerabilidade a que estão expostas as crianças em idade escolar. Contudo, a complexidade organizacional tanto pedagógica, quanto administrativa, exigida para estruturação e consolidação desta proposta de escola enfatiza o problema aqui investigado que são os desafios e perspectivas dos membros do núcleo gestor acerca de seu próprio trabalho e das questões curriculares relativas à Escola de Tempo Integral. O objetivo central está pautado em identificar na percepção dos membros do núcleo gestor questões relacionadas ao currículo prescrito e ao currículo vivido, isto posto considerando-se tempos, espaços, texto e contexto. A coleta de dados foi realizada a partir de questionários respondidos pelos integrantes do Núcleo Gestor diretor, vice-diretor e coordenador pedagógico de Escolas de Tempo Integral, localizadas em um dos Distritos da cidade. Este recorte foi escolhido pela multiplicidade de características das escolas que o constituem (número de alunos por escola, tipo de construção predial e data de inclusão no Programa Escola de Tempo Integral do município), e que desta maneira, retratam as diferenças encontradas no interior de cada uma das unidades escolares e justificam a complexidade do trabalho do Núcleo Gestor nessas escolas. Os resultados obtidos foram analisados à luz das teorias de diversos autores e pretende-se que constituam-se importantes elementos colaborativos à reflexão da estruturação e organização das referidas escolas, visto a anunciada ampliação do Programa na cidade de Mogi das Cruzes SP, pelo governo municipal para os próximos anos, como forma de cumprimento ao Plano Nacional de Educação

Entropy Maximisation and Open Queueing Networks with Priority and Blocking.

No / A review is carried out on the characterisation and algorithmic implementation of an extended product-form approximation, based on the principle of maximum entropy (ME), for a wide class of arbitrary finite capacity open queueing network models (QNMs) with service and space priorities. A single server finite capacity GE/GE/1/N queue with R (R>1) distinct priority classes, compound Poisson arrival processes (CPPs) with geometrically distributed batches and generalised exponential (GE) service times is analysed via entropy maximisation, subject to suitable GE-type queueing theoretic constraints, under preemptive resume (PR) and head-of-line (HOL) scheduling rules combined with complete buffer sharing (CBS) and partial buffer sharing (PBS) management schemes stipulating a sequence of buffer thresholds {N=(N1,¿,NR),0<Ni¿Ni¿1,i=2,¿,R}. The GE/GE/1/N queue is utilised, in conjunction with GE-type first two moment flow approximation formulae, as a cost-effective building block towards the establishment of a generic ME queue-by-queue decomposition algorithm for arbitrary open QNMs with space and service priorities under repetitive service blocking with random destination (RS-RD). Typical numerical results are included to illustrate the credibility of the ME algorithm against simulation for various network topologies and define experimentally pessimistic GE-type performance bounds. Remarks on the extensions of the ME algorithm to other types of blocking mechanisms, such as repetitive service blocking with fixed destination (RS-FD) and blocking-after-service (BAS), are included.
