Role nových médií v marketingové komunikaci společnosti Rohlík.cz / Role of new media in marketing communication of company Rohlík.cz

Vanka, Boris January 2021 (has links)
Usage of new media, as well as the number of products sold online, is exponentially growing. Further, e-commerce accelerated by the pandemic of Covid-19 led to a boom of companies selling fast-moving consumer goods on the Internet. Based on these phenomena, the author decided to illuminate what role played social media in marketing communication of Czech online supermarket Rohlík. To understand that, the researcher conducted the qualitative and quantitative analysis. An interview with Junior Brand Manager plus additional data from other company's marketing representatives provided insight into the company. A survey method offered data from the recipients of the communication. Comparison of the results revealed specific information, such as which social media account is most favorite, the differences between customers and other followers of the company social networks, or the company's target group. Therefore, the analysis provided conclusions from which a specific recommendation revealed regarding how the company's communication via social media should look like in the future.

"Ještě nepatříme do starého železa" aneb paradoxy migrace péče z ČR do Rakouska / "We do not belong yet to the scrapheap" - Paradoxes of care migration from the Czech Republic to Austria

Kuchyňková, Andrea January 2016 (has links)
ABSTRACT1 The thesis is focused on the social situation and social practices of female care migrants (at the age of 50 and above) from South Moravia (the region of Mikulovsko, Břeclavsko) and at regular intervals (circular migration) migrate for work to Austria as domestic workers- caregivers for seniors. The main aim of the text is to argue that translocal female migrants paradoxically perceive their labor migration as a specific way of the emancipation, despite the fact that they work in the so called live in-service jobs (where they live and work in private households) and often experience indignity. Thus care migration became an effective possibility for the extension of their gender power in the situation of transforming Czech society. This is done by paid reproductive work and better access to their income, which leads to personal consumption on their own interests and the overall personal benefit. The special attention is paid to the new forms of translocal care chains and new forms of partner cohabitation of these women (living apart together). Key words: female care migration, gender identity, semi-structured interview, translocal care chains, living apart together . 1 Tento abstrakt je upravenou verzí anglického abstraktu v článku "Ještě nepatřím do starého železa" aneb paradoxy migrace péče z ČR...

Initial trust in e-health systems : How surface level user experience design can influence trust formation

Billqvist Ung, Malin, Neveceral, David January 2020 (has links)
As e-health systems are becoming more common and necessary, it is an important field to explore. One important part that has not yet been explored enough is the formation of trust within e-health. An established approach to help formation of trust in other fields is that of user experience design. This Master thesis is focused on the topic of trust formation of first-time e-health service users and how user experience design can influence trust formation. For fulfilling the purpose, the method of think-aloud and semi-structured interviews were chosen. In addition to that, a prototype of an e-health service was developed. The outcome of the interviews was examined through a thematic analysis in order to answer the research questions. Based on the analysis, new aspects which influence trust formation on the surface level were identified, as well as some previously known were confirmed. The themes which are overlapping with previously conducted studies are Design feeling and Element placement. The newly identified themes contain Consistency, Colour and some aspects of Reading experience. The reasons for the identified aspects were categorized into the two themes of Craftsmanship and Expectations. Those findings were compared with previous studies, and recommendations for future research were formulated.

Základy sportovní přípravy v moderní gymnastice / Basic physical preparation in rhythmic gymnastics

Šimůnková, Iveta January 2014 (has links)
of disertation Rhythmic gymnastics (RG) is the only Olympia sport of girls and women and it is characterized by precision, fluency and elegance of movement that emphasizes feminine beauty and grace. At present, there is no coherent concept of long-term sports training of talented gymnasts in Czech RG. The outflow of athletes is evident especially during prepubescence. Basic RG preparation aims gradual development of motor abilities, practice of sports (gymnastics) skills and the beginning of specialized techniques based on the principle of comprehensive movement base. This period (in rhythmic gymnastics between 7-9 years of gymnasts) for further performance growth is very substantial, in terms of content and in terms of training forms and influence of trainers (coaches). Defining the content of movement and gymnastic activities determines the path of development athletes and also defines (for caoches) performance criteria in each age category. The aim of disertation was to verify correspondence between published scientific theories and trainers experience of coaching using the Repertory Grid Technique. Along the way sixteen semi-structured interviews with selected experts was achieved interpersonal and intrapersonal data. Experts in the preparation of RG agreed on the fact that in practice a set of...

Möte med depression - En intervjustudie om sjuksköterskors uppfattningar om och förhållningssätt till depression hos patienter i primärvården

Broman, Niroshani, Svensson Lundbäck, Elin January 2010 (has links)
Background: Depression is a public health disease in the Swedish population. The symptoms can be both physical and psychical. The nurse plays an important role within the discovery and identification of depression and/or depressive symptoms. Aim: To examine nurses’ attitudes and comprehension of depression in primary care. Method: A qualitative study with semi-structured interviews was made, with six nurses employed at different public health centers in Sweden. Manifest content analysis was used. Result: Depression and/or depressive symptoms were experienced as an area that withheld challenge and were outside of the nurses’ main responsibility. The nurse played an important role in the initial process. The psychic health had been given a larger room within the primary care. The nurses´ tasks had increased as the development of the primary care had proceeded. There was an experienced need of more psychologists and counselors, as well as more time with patients and an education of nurses.

Carabello, Alina, Schellnock, Julia, Schleifenbaum, Stefan, Hömme, Ann-Kathrin, Felderhoff, Thomas, Menküc, Benjamin Sefa, Drossel, Welf-Guntram 10 January 2024 (has links)
Prosthesis treatment requires the close interaction of different actors. In fitting prostheses to patients, special attention is given to the manufacturing of the socket. The continuous development of the technologies involved in the fitting and optimization of prostheses is shown in the literature. The assessment of orthopedic technicians and their influence in the process is thus far largely unexplored. Ten orthopedic technicians were interviewed about the socket fitting process after transfemoral amputation. The research goal was to clarify the socket treatment process with regards to the German context. The results showed that the orthopedic technicians focussing on the patient during the fitting process. This study underlines the importance of interaction and empathy. Volume fluctuations are decisive within the treatment process and are interactively influenced by various factors. Furthermore, the research emphasizes the need for appropriate assistive technologies and the potential for the further development of existing systems.

“Man känner sig inspirerad, man får liksom känslor, man får fakta om hur det är” : En intervjustudie med barn om etniska och kulturella representationer i disneyfilmer

Englund, Kim, Klaesson, Alice January 2023 (has links)
The study examines how children act as audiences, which needs are fulfilled through their consumption of Disney films and how children receive messages about cultural representations in animated films. Furthermore, how children relate to Disney's characters and their understanding of what is real and made-up in Disney's films is examined. The hope is to contribute with insights into how children create meaning based on Disney's ethnic and cultural representations, as well as how these can have significance for children's identification processes. Uses and gratification along with reception and representation theory are applied as theoretical starting points. The material was collected through semi-structured and sensory interviews with children aged 10-11 and then analyzed through a thematic analysis. The results showed that the children mainly have a ritual media use and watch Disney films with the motive of social interaction with parents. Thus, children's opportunities to be an active audience can be somewhat limited, as adults can control the children's media use to a certain extent. Both internal and external characteristics matter when children identify themselves and others with Disney characters. The children were also able to distinguish ethnic and cultural elements in Disney's films which helped them to create an understanding of the films' characters and messages. In addition, the results showed that children put Disney's stereotypical depictions in relation to reality, which can affect how children see themselves and others. Finally, the results showed that the children in the study assume that the Disney films are based on fantasy, even though they understand that the films' message may have a connection to reality.

The Impacts of Loyola Marymount’s Summer Arts Workshop from the Perspective of the Adult Facilitators

Loiseau, Alexandria C. 01 April 2020 (has links) (PDF)
This study looks at the Summer Arts Workshop (SAW) and its impacts on the adult facilitators that are involved in the workshop’s programming and implementation. The study seeks to gain an understanding of how the workshop could be improved in order to strengthen the workshop so that its adolescent participants could continue to benefit from attending it. The research question is: What are the impacts of a therapeutically informed summer arts workshop/camp with adolescents according to participants? Strengths? Space for improvements? This study is a qualitative approach utilizing a semi-structured interview. The analysis of the data from the four interviews found several common emergent themes that highlighted the strengths of SAW, such as helping to expand childhood surroundings and experience and creating a space for self-expression and creativity while also shedding light on common areas of improvement, such as creating a mentorship training program and increasing the length and scope of the program. With these findings, SAW can extrapolate the necessary data to use in creating a stronger program for its adolescent participants.

En fallstudie om fyra lärares möten med elever med matematikängslan i mellanstadiet / A case study of four teachers' encounters with students with mathematic anxiety in middle school

Assaf, Diana, Santos, Patrik January 2024 (has links)
The main purpose of this research is to develop knowledge about mathematics anxiety and working methods as countermeasures in middle school. To achieve this goal the work of four teachers who work with students with math anxiety in middle school was studied. The aim was to investigate the relationship with students' mathematics anxiety, self-efficacy and performance. The aim was also to identify strategies in the teachers' way of working in relation to self-efficacy and performance that reduce mathematics anxiety. To fulfill this purpose data was collected through semi-structured interviews which then formed the basis of the discussion, together with previous research audited by peer-review. The analysis was based on Bandura's theory about self-efficacy as well as Vroom’s theory about academic work related to motivation and performance. A theoretical definition of math anxiety and didactic work also worked as a theoretical framework for the study. The conclusions indicated that three of the teachers experienced that math anxiety had a negative impact on the students performance, with the exception of one who indicated that math anxiety increased the student’s math performance. Another conclusion was that self-efficacy has the biggest impact when it comes to math anxiety. By raising the students' self-efficacy, the math experience became more enjoyable thus improving the math achievement of the students.
