Objective: research, considering studies of social psychology and feminist gender studies, as national policy plans for women are enables visualization and including the demands of lesbians; and investigate how articulate themselves women who self-identify as lesbians and feminists, activists of the Brazilian League of Lesbians of Rio Grande do Sul, in actions of social movement in search of inserting their claims and acquisition of rights in public policies women, while Brazilian citizens. Method: in the composition of the thesis, four studies were conducted. The first study aimed to present reflections on issues related to women's studies and the place of lesbian women and their claims, presents in the history of feminism. The second study presents an analysis of documents on the I and II PNPM, aiming to investigate if the discourses present in the shaft of health, sexual and reproductive rights policies are enables visualization the specific demands of lesbians. The third study concerns three reflections on PNPM, aiming to investigate and understand the construction of discourses present in the axis of coping against racism, sexism and lesbophobia are enables visualization the specific demands of lesbians. In studies of documentary analysis of PNPM, Atlas / Ti computer tool was used, which has been an important feature of qualitative research methodology. Finally, the fourth study presents the research conducted by the method of participant observation, which aimed to understand how women who self-identify as lesbian and who actively participate in the LBL-RS are articulating, to achieve visibility and to ensure rights in the sphere of the National Secretariat of Policies for Women. Results: Was possible to identify, from the analyzes of PNPM, which over its three editions, have occurred important changes that promoted the visibility of lesbians demands, though still recognized as insufficient and incipient to the wide range of needs and political actions specificities. It was also recognized that acquired visibility in the political and social scenario, happened because of the important role of the actresses of the social movement of the Brazilian League of Rio Grande do Sul, in claiming their rights for the construction of public policies for all women. Conclusion: However, it was possible to see how psychology has to grow at the time they propose to dialogue with social movements and give voice to the silenced and invisibilized people in our society, and to recognize in social psychology, the insertion of the analysis field of construction of public policies that promote the right to life and citizenship. M?todo: na composi??o da tese, foram realizados quatro estudos. O primeiro estudo teve como objetivo apresentar reflex?es sobre quest?es relacionadas aos estudos feministas e o lugar das mulheres l?sbicas e suas reivindica??es, pautadas na hist?ria do feminismo. O segundo estudo apresenta uma an?lise documental sobre o I e o II PNPM, com o objetivo de investigar se os discursos presentes no eixo de sa?de, direitos sexuais e reprodutivos das pol?ticas p?blicas est?o visibilizando as demandas das especificidades das l?sbicas. O terceiro estudo aborda reflex?es sobre os tr?s PNPM, com o objetivo de investigar e compreender se a constru??o dos discursos presentes no eixo de enfrentamento ao racismo, o sexismo e a lesbofobia est?o visibilizando as demandas das especificidades das l?sbicas. Nos estudos de an?lise documental dos PNPM, foi utilizado a ferramenta de inform?tica Atlas/Ti, que se mostrou um importante recurso metodol?gico de pesquisas qualitativas. Para finalizar, o quarto estudo apresenta a investiga??o, realizada atrav?s do m?todo de Observa??o Participante, que teve como objetivo compreender a forma como as mulheres que se autoidentificam como l?sbicas e que participam ativamente da LBL-RS est?o se articulando, para conquistar visibilidade e garantir direitos, na esfera da Secretaria Nacional de Pol?ticas para Mulheres. Resultados: Foi poss?vel identificar, a partir das an?lises dos PNPM, que ao longo das suas tr?s edi??es, ocorreram importantes mudan?as que promoveram a visibilidade das demandas das mulheres l?sbicas, mesmo que ainda reconhecidas como a??es pol?ticas insuficientes e incipientes para o leque amplo das suas necessidades e especificidades. Tamb?m foi poss?vel reconhecer que a visibilidade conquistada no cen?rio pol?tico e social ocorreu devido ao importante protagonismo das atrizes do movimento social da Liga Brasileira do Rio Grande do Sul, na reivindica??o de seus direitos para a constru??o de pol?ticas p?blicas para todas as mulheres. The important conquest happened in 2004 when was formulated the Pol?tica Nacional de Assist?ncia Social (PNAS), that policy regulates the framing of Sistema ?nico de Sa?de (SUS), that organize the actions whit the objective of to attempt individuals and families with risk and social vulnerability. In the organization of SUAS, Servi?o de Prote??o e Atendimento Integral ? Fam?lia (PAIF), one of the services offered by Centro de Refer?ncia da Assist?ncia Social (CRAS), acts preventively in order to strengthen the family and communitarian ties, besides to promote and guarantee of social rights of families and individuals in social vulnerability. Among the professionals who started to work in Social Assistance are the psychologists, the Community Social Psychology, knowledge area of Psychology, is composed by different theoretical and practical repertoires to comprehend how the psychosocial phenomena interact in between individuals and society. In this way, the Social Support emerges as an important research issue and intervention of Psychology in a public policy area. Therefore, was proposed the study in order to identify the structural and functional configuration of Social Support in different families accompanied by PAIF de Porto Alegre. The research was composed by a sequential mixed design, contemplating, initially, a quantitative study and a qualitative study posterior. In the first state were exerted questionnaires to identify the perception of social support and family support in 91 individuals accompanied by PAIF. The results of first study indicate a relation between family autonomy and follow-up period in CRAS, about scholarship and family adaptation and between scholarship and perception of family support. It was indicated the difference between support network of women and men, a relation between communitarian participation and financial income, communitarian integration and age, time tracking and financial value of social benefit. Besides, there was a relation between the dimensions of Social Communitarian and Family Support. After the quantitative stage, it was started the qualitative study in wich the objective is to identifying how the resources and stressors of Social Support influenced the development of families supported by PAIF. Four participants were selected, withal extreme levels of Social Support and Family Support in quantitative study. Biographical interviews of narrative character and analyzed by the perspective of Content Analysis. The results of the content of narratives were organized in two central axes: the vital stressors happenings and the different psychosocial resources. In this way, it was identify the importance of neighbors, religious institutions and public services in communitarian support, and family has not a major role as requester or provider of support. / A partir da promulga??o da Constitui??o de 1988, o Brasil implementou uma s?rie de pol?ticas p?blicas que visam a constru??o da Seguridade Social na perspectiva de garantir o bem estar da popula??o. Uma importante conquista ocorre em 2004 quando fora formulada a Pol?tica Nacional de Assist?ncia Social (PNAS) que regulamenta a constru??o do Sistema ?nico da Assist?ncia Social (SUAS), que por sua vez, organiza as a??es na busca em atender indiv?duos e fam?lias em situa??o de risco e vulnerabilidade social. Dentro da organiza??o do SUAS, o Servi?o de Prote??o e Atendimento Integral a Fam?lia (PAIF), um dos servi?os ofertados pelo Centro de Referencia da Assist?ncia Social (CRAS), atua de maneira preventiva com o intuito de fortalecer os v?nculos familiares e comunit?rios, al?m de promover a garantia de direitos sociais de fam?lias e indiv?duos em situa??o de vulnerabilidade. Entre os profissionais que passam a atuar no campo socioassistencial encontram-se os psic?logos. A Psicologia ? composta por m?ltiplos e diferentes repert?rios te?ricos e pr?ticos, por sua vez, a Psicologia Social busca compreender como os fen?menos psicossociais interagem nos indiv?duos e na sociedade. Neste sentido, o Apoio Social, ou Suporte Social, surge como um importante tema de pesquisa e interven??o da psicologia no campo das pol?ticas p?blicas. Neste sentido, foi proposto o presente estudo cujo objetivo foi identificar a configura??o estrutural e funcional de Apoio Social em algumas fam?lias acompanhadas pelo Servi?o PAIF de Porto Alegre. A pesquisa foi composta por um delineamento misto sequencial, contemplando inicialmente um estudo quantitativo e posteriormente um estudo qualitativo. Na primeira etapa foram utilizados question?rios para identificar a percep??o do apoio social e do suporte familiar com 91 pessoas acompanhadas pelo Servi?o PAIF. Os resultados do primeiro estudo indicam a rela??o entre maior Percep??o de Suporte Familiar e maior Escolaridade, maior Adapta??o Familiar e maior Escolaridade, maior Autonomia Familiar e maior Tempo de Acompanhamento no CRAS. Identificou-se tamb?m, diferen?a entre uma maior Rede de Apoio das mulheres em compara??o com a dos homens, rela??o entre maior Participa??o Comunit?ria e menor Renda, maior Integra??o Comunit?ria e maior Idade da Pessoa, maior Tempo de Acompanhamento no CRAS e maior Valor do Beneficio Social. Al?m disso, houve correla??o entre as dimens?es do Apoio Social Comunit?rio e do Suporte Familiar. Ap?s a etapa quantitativa, iniciou-se o estudo qualitativo que buscou identificar como os recursos e estressores de Apoio Social influenciam no desenvolvimento das fam?lias acompanhadas pelo Servi?o PAIF. Foram selecionados quatro participantes, com n?veis extremos de Apoio Social e Suporte Familiar do estudo quantitativo. Foram realizadas entrevistas biogr?ficas de car?ter narrativo e analisadas sob a perspectiva da An?lise de Conte?do. Os resultados a partir dos conte?dos das narrativas foram organizados em dois eixos centrais: Acontecimentos Vitais Estressantes e os diferentes Recursos Psicossociais. Assim, a partir das narrativas pode-se identificar m?ltiplos e cont?nuos eventos vitais estressantes, a import?ncia dos vizinhos, das institui??es religiosas e dos servi?os p?blicos no apoio comunit?rio. Quanto ao apoio familiar, a fam?lia n?o teve maior papel como requisitante ou provedora de suporte.

Social rights play an essential character in society, because they are focused on implementation and effectiveness of rules. The realization of a social right involves not only compliance with a standard, rule or even principle, depends on public policy. Compliance with the law in a systematic way is not sufficient as to the result which ensures that right, which requires state intervention to achieve social law. It is against the search for fulfillment and realization of social rights that the present study was prepared by analyzing this occurrence - recognition of the law and its effectiveness (outcome) - from two benefits that are members of Social Security. The benefits of family scholarship and continued provision, popularly known as LOAS, part of state programs for the eradication of poverty and have a common core as the direct transfer of income. The analysis of this study is to obtain the grant of these benefits and feasibility, if they comply with the constitutional goal of poverty eradication. The cornerstone of this study is the principle of human dignity, which is a determining factor and incentive for social rights exist, and is the voice that echoes to achieve the same. The principle of human dignity is treated here as key to life give rise to the creation and the benefits cited. / A concretiza??o dos direitos fundamentais demonstrados na Constitui??o Federal ainda hoje ? question?vel, principalmente ?queles denominados direitos sociais. Os direitos sociais cumprem um car?ter essencial na sociedade, pois est?o voltados ? concretiza??o e efic?cia de regras positivadas. A realiza??o de um direito social implica n?o apenas em cumprimento de uma norma, regra ou at? mesmo princ?pio, depende de uma pol?tica p?blica. O cumprimento do ordenamento jur?dico de forma sistem?tica n?o ? suficiente quanto ao resultado daquele direito que se assegura, sendo necess?ria a interven??o estatal para a concretiza??o do direito social positivado. ? perante a busca pela efetiva??o e concretiza??o dos direitos sociais que o presente estudo foi elaborado, analisando essa ocorr?ncia reconhecimento do direito e sua efetiva??o (resultado) - a partir de dois benef?cios que s?o integrantes da Seguridade Social. With its high degree of deforestation over the years due to anthropogenic action, it is necessary to identify and monitor changes in land use and cover, which enables a better understanding of the future of forests and how their changes are occurring. This work aims to evaluate the vegetation dynamics in the Atlantic Forest biome through the Enhanced Vegetation Index (EVI) and its relation with the meteorological variables: average air temperature, rainfall, global solar radiation, relative humidity and evapotranspiration. The study was carried out in the municipality of Pinheiral in the State of Rio de Janeiro. The vegetation data of the product MOD13Q1, from 2001 to 2013, totaling 299 images and monthly data of the meteorological variables of the same period, totaling 780 data, were used. The analyzes of the interannual trends of the time series of vegetation indices were performed using the methodologies of linearity, linear correlation, linear trend, monotonic tendency of Mann Kendall, median trend of Theil-Sen and analysis of temporal profiles as well as trend analysis seasonal. The correlation between the meteorological data and the vegetation index was studied through the multiple linear regression, expressed by the regression coefficient and the coefficient of determination (R?) estimates. Therefore, a land use analysis was carried out in the same study period, from 2001, 2006 and 2013 through classifiers generated for each pixel value of the image. With the generation of temporal profiles of vegetation indices, it was observed that there was a decrease in vegetative vigor, this result was in line with the interannual trends studied, which indicated a decrease in vegetation values for both the monotonic tendency of Mann Kendall and Median trend with values close to 0 and negative, being a non-linear behavior according to the methodologies of linear correlation, linearity and linear trend. According to the Seasonal Trend Analysis, EVI did not present a cycle pattern, with a mixture of cycles, annual and semi-annual. In relation to the correlation of the vegetation indices with the meteorological variables, correlation values were found that reached 0.97 for the R?. Thus, there is a high explanation of the dynamics of the landscape through these climatic variables. The landscape EVI for the Atlantic Forest Biome behaves seasonally and depending on the environmental conditions of the region / O bioma Mata Atl?ntica ? uma regi?o biogeogr?fica com alta biodiversidade, contendo diversas reservas naturais que geram recursos indispens?veis para todos os seres vivos. Com o seu alto grau de desmatamento ao longo dos anos devido a a??o antr?pica, faz-se necess?rio a identifica??o e o monitoramento das mudan?as do uso e cobertura do solo o que possibilita a melhor compreens?o do futuro das florestas e como est?o ocorrendo as suas mudan?as. Com isso, esse trabalho tem o objetivo de avaliar a din?mica da vegeta??o no bioma Mata Atl?ntica atrav?s do ?ndice de Vegeta??o Melhorado (EVI) e qual a sua rela??o com as vari?veis meteorol?gicas: temperatura m?dia do ar, chuva, radia??o solar global, umidade relativa do ar e evapotranspira??o. O trabalho foi realizado no munic?pio de Pinheiral no Estado do Rio de Janeiro. Foram utilizados os dados de vegeta??o do produto MOD13Q1, no per?odo de 2001 a 2013, totalizando 299 imagens e dados mensais das vari?veis meteorol?gicas, do mesmo per?odo, totalizando 780 dados. As an?lises das tend?ncias interanuais das s?ries temporais de ?ndices de vegeta??o foram realizadas por meio das metodologias de linearidade, correla??o linear, tend?ncia linear, tend?ncia monot?nica de Mann Kendall, tend?ncia mediana de Theil-Sen e an?lise dos perfis temporais e tamb?m a an?lise de tend?ncia sazonal. Atrav?s da regress?o linear m?ltipla, expressas pelas estimativas dos coeficientes da regress?o e do coeficiente de determina??o (R2) foi estudada a correla??o entre os dados meteorol?gicos e o ?ndice de vegeta??o. Diante disso, foi realizado uma an?lise de uso do solo no mesmo per?odo de estudo, de 2001, 2006 e 2013 atrav?s de classificadores gerados para cada valor do pixel da imagem. Com a gera??o dos perfis temporais dos ?ndices de vegeta??o, observou-se que houve uma diminui??o no vigor vegetativo, esse resultado foi de encontro ?s tend?ncias interanuais estudadas, que indicaram decr?scimo nos valores da vegeta??o tanto para a tend?ncia monot?nica de Mann Kendall como para a tend?ncia mediana com valores pr?ximos de 0 e negativos, sendo um comportamento n?o linear de acordo com as metodologias de correla??o linear, linearidade e tend?ncia linear. De acordo com a An?lise de Tend?ncia Sazonal, o EVI n?o apresentou um padr?o de ciclo, ocorrendo uma mistura de ciclos, anual e semi-anual. Em rela??o a correla??o dos ?ndices de vegeta??o com as vari?veis meteorol?gicas, foram encontrados valores de correla??o que chegaram a 0,97 para o R?. Dessa forma, verifica-se uma alta explica??o da din?mica da paisagem atrav?s dessas vari?veis clim?ticas. O EVI da paisagem para o Bioma Mata Atl?ntica se comporta de forma sazonal e em fun??o das condi??es ambientais da regi?o

The present work has as main objective the analysis of the path of the development of education in rural school?s field of the municipality of Porto Grande of the State of Amap? in Brazil from the promulgation of Resolution CNE/CEB, Prod. 1 of 3 April 2002, followed by the laws that came later, dealing with the operational guidelines for the basic education in the schools of the country. The theoretical axis proposes preliminary conceptual-theoretical reflections on the Education field in the Brazilian public policy scenario geared towards the development of education to the people of the country. The methodology starts by bibliographic studies in order to discuss the subject, demonstrating that the study of education Field has a historical trajectory and relevant, you need to be more carefully studied. We analyze the political, economic and social aspects from the Constitution of the municipality, the development and historical evolution. In the process of economic development made references to the settlements of the region, its difficulties incorporating problems that should be solved by the competent federal and State agencies. To understand education in the municipality have reviewed the Organization of municipal education from the documents dealing with the political actions for the educational development in the said municipality. To interact the theory with the practice we use as tools of data collection questionnaires applied to managers, teachers and representatives of the settlements and trade unions of rural producers. O presente trabalho tem como objetivo central a an?lise da trajet?ria do desenvolvimento da Educa??o do Campo nas escolas rurais do munic?pio de Porto Grande do Estado do Amap? a partir da promulga??o da Resolu??o CNE/CEB, n?. 1, de 3 de abril de 2002, seguida pelas leis que vieram posteriormente, que tratam das Diretrizes Operacionais para a Educa??o B?sica nas Escolas do Campo. O eixo te?rico prop?e reflex?es te?rico-conceituais preliminares sobre Educa??o do Campo no cen?rio das pol?ticas p?blicas brasileiras voltadas para o desenvolvimento da educa??o aos povos do campo. A metodologia inicia-se por estudos bibliogr?ficos a fim de problematizar a tem?tica, demonstrando que o estudo da Educa??o do Campo possui uma trajet?ria hist?rica e relevante, que precisa ser mais estudada. Analisamos os aspectos pol?ticos, econ?micos e sociais a partir da constitui??o do munic?pio, o desenvolvimento e a evolu??o hist?rica. No processo de desenvolvimento econ?mico fizemos refer?ncias aos assentamentos da regi?o, suas dificuldades que incorporam problemas que deveriam ser solucionados pelos ?rg?os competentes estaduais e federativos. Para compreender a educa??o no munic?pio analisamos a organiza??o da educa??o municipal a partir dos documentos que tratam das a??es pol?ticas para o desenvolvimento educacional no referido munic?pio. Para interagir a teoria com a pr?tica utilizamos como instrumentos de coleta de dados question?rios aplicados aos gestores, professores e representantes dos assentamentos e sindicatos dos produtores rurais. As an?lises dos dados foram formuladas com base em considera??es te?ricas com o objetivo de refletir e debater a Educa??o do Campo, a partir dos direitos adquiridos garantidos em lei, mostrando aspectos conceituais que vem ganhando cada vez mais espa?os e discuss?es nas organiza??es sociais e comunidades campesinas da regi?o.

Aiming to check the effects of application of Pedagogical Workshop in the assimilation of knowledge of students of Technical Course in Agriculture of IFAM Campus Mau?s related in offer and access to public policies on family farming, and the perception of farmers on public policies for family agriculture in the municipality of Mau?s / AM. It used an extensive range of information from authors who developed studies and research in the public policy field and authors who developed studies on the family agriculture and also laws that discuss about the referred issues in Brazil. The research for being focused on education was carried out at two different moments: a group of students of the 1st year of Technical Course in Agriculture of the Federal Institute of Education, Science and Technology of Amazon - IFAM Campus Mau?s and a group of family farmers. Students were submitted a Pedagogical Workshop where were assessed through observation and questionnaires, on the Likert scale model, the results were statistically analyzed by Tukey averages, with 5% of significance level. The study with family farmers we used research tools based on the use of questionnaires and interviews that involved a group with several farmers selected randomly. The results indicate to the following framework: the students IFAM Campus Mau?s recognize that there is a offer of public policies, but that the farmers do not have access, requiring the Institute stands out as protagonist to become the interlocutor between public policies and family farmers; family farmers recognize the existence of offer of public policies, but allege that the misinformation, documentation requirements (of the farmer and the land they occupy) and the own culture of non-access the institutions for fear of losing their property, contribute to the precariousness of access to these benefits. It concludes, therefore, that there is an urgent necessity of insert of the IFAM Campus Mau?s in pockets, in the riverside communities and among family farmers as an inducer and guiding, clarifying and politicizing the farmers; on the other hand, the public power and promotion institutions of family farming that enable, in fact, the access of farmers to the benefits and programs intended to them. / O presente trabalho analisou a percep??o de alunos do IFAM Campus Mau?s e de agricultores familiares quanto ao acesso e ao alcance de pol?ticas p?blicas para os agricultores familiares do munic?pio de Mau?s, no Estado do Amazonas. Tendo como objetivo averiguar os efeitos da aplica??o de Oficina Pedag?gica na assimila??o de saberes dos discentes do curso T?cnico em Agropecu?ria do IFAM Campus Mau?s referente ? oferta e ao acesso de pol?ticas p?blicas na agricultura familiar e ? percep??o dos agricultores familiares sobre as pol?ticas p?blicas para a agricultura familiar no munic?pio de Mau?s/AM. Foi utilizado um leque extenso de informa??es de autores que desenvolveram estudos e pesquisas no campo de pol?ticas p?blicas e autores que desenvolveram estudos referentes ? agricultura familiar; e tamb?m foram empregadas legisla??es que versam sobre as referidas tem?ticas no Brasil. A pesquisa, por ser voltada para a educa??o, foi realizada em dois momentos distintos: um grupo de alunos do 1? ano do curso T?cnico em Agropecu?ria do Instituto Federal de Educa??o, Ci?ncia e Tecnologia do Amazonas ? IFAM Campus Mau?s e um grupo de agricultores familiares. Os alunos foram submetidos a uma Oficina Pedag?gica onde foram avaliados atrav?s de observa??o e question?rios, segundo o modelo da escala de Likert, cujos resultados foram analisados estatisticamente por testes de m?dias de Tukey, com n?vel de signific?ncia de 5%. O estudo com os agricultores familiares utilizou-se de instrumentos de pesquisas com a utiliza??o de question?rios e entrevistas que envolveram um grupo com diversos agricultores familiares escolhidos de forma aleat?ria. Os resultados apontam para o seguinte quadro: os estudantes do IFAM Campus Mau?s reconhecem que existe a oferta de pol?ticas p?blicas, mas que os agricultores familiares n?o t?m acesso, sendo necess?rio que o Instituto se destaque como protagonista ao se tornar o interlocutor entre as pol?ticas p?blicas e os agricultores familiares; os agricultores familiares reconhecem a exist?ncia de oferta de pol?ticas p?blicas, mas alegam que a desinforma??o, as exig?ncias de documenta??o (do pr?prio agricultor e da terra que ocupam) e a pr?pria cultura de n?o acessarem as institui??es, por receio de perderem suas propriedades, contribuem para a precariedade do acesso a esses benef?cios. Conclui-se, portanto, que ? urgente a necessidade da inser??o do IFAM Campus Mau?s nos bols?es, nas comunidades ribeirinhas e entre os agricultores familiares como indutor e orientador, esclarecendo e politizando os agricultores; por outro lado, cabe aos poderes p?blicos e ?s institui??es de fomento da agricultura familiar que possibilitem, de fato, o acesso dos agricultores familiares aos benef?cios e programas a eles destinados.

This factor increasingly requires the teachers to acquire new knowledge to consider the context of life of the students, their knowledge and experiences. In addition to this, there is to consider that most of the proposed curriculum of our schools as regards the organization and selection of content even if based on a formalistic approach to the curriculum which is based on the fragmentation of knowledge ignoring the uniqueness the exchange experiences and social and cultural experiences of learners. From this context, this research aims to investigate the perception of teachers and students on the value of prior knowledge of the students of the Youth and Adult Education Program (PROEJA) in teaching practices at the Food Technical Course at the Federal Institute of Education Science and technology of Amap? Macap? IFAP- Campus.. The researchers were 57 students of 4th, 5th and 7th semester and 14 teachers of the Technical Course in Food in PROEJA carried ou at IFAP. We used as data collection instruments the application of questionnaires documentary analysis of the Pedagogical Course Project (PPP), as well as the Institutional Development Plan (IDP) lesson plans and teaching plans in order to observe the prioritized knowledge in the common core curriculum and core technical and identify the knowledge valued in pedagogical practice PROEJA teacher. At the end of this investigation, we came to the understanding that the prior knowledge of students of the Technical Course of Food are considered by some teachers in the classroom but not given due importance. The valued knowledge are: knowledge curriculum; the disciplinary knowledge and the knowledge of teachers, that is, the teacher of scientific knowledge overlaps the daily knowledge of students. / A Educa??o de Jovens e Adultos (EJA) ? uma modalidade da Educa??o B?sica, que vem passando por mudan?as significativas, visando atender ?s novas exig?ncias da sociedade, principalmente com rela??o ?s pr?ticas pedag?gicas desenvolvidas no ambiente escolar, esse fator requer cada vez mais dos professores a aquisi??o de novos saberes que considerem o contexto de vida dos educandos, seus saberes e experi?ncias. Ao final desta investiga??o, chegou-se ao entendimento de que os saberes pr?vios dos estudantes do Curso T?cnico de Alimentos s?o considerados por alguns docentes em sala de aula, por?m n?o recebem a import?ncia devida. In Brazil, as in other countries, youth becomes the group most affected by unemployment and pushed to the margins of society. In the past, authorities adopted policies to control and repress young people through premature integration into the labor market. Since 1990, international organizations supported vocational training activities in several countries. In an attempt to remedy this situation, compensatory social and educational policies were created in Brazil, functioning as mechanisms for the perpetuation of social and educational inequalities, and favoring the maintenance of the capitalist interests of the hegemonic classes. Critical thinkers suggest that improving the skills of young people is no guarantee of employment, because there is insufficient jobs creation for the general population. Based on this reality, the object of this study are the educational policies of vocational training for yoth initiated in the Lula government (2003-10), followed by Dilma?s first government (2011-14). We aimed at the policies to qualify young people for the labor market through programs such as Projovem, whose goal is the qualification of youth living in areas devoid of basic social services. According to the government discourse, the job opportunities exist but lack qualified professionals to take them, attracting young people to participate in programs such as ProJovem. However, due to its precarious nature, these do not guarantee a reduction in youth unemployment. In view of such reality, we propose a review of public policy goals regarding professional qualification and care given to youth issues by Brazilian government authorities, using the experience of ProJovem in Mesquita, RJ. Our main sources were bibliographical material and analysis of primary and secondary sources relating to youth, public policies and vocational education programs. We conclude that the main objective of these programs is not to prepare youth for the labor market, but to contain a possible threat that poor and idle youth may become to society, because such programs are developed in peripheral and poor regions. During our survey in search for the actual situation of the program, we interviewed ProJovem students and teachers about their hopes and difficulties. In doing so we sought to raise the main problems related to the Program in the voice of its members, and they confirmed our initial suspicions. We hope this work will contribute to the construction of new public policies that truly meet the needs of young people of the lower classes. / Parte-se do pressuposto de que o desemprego da popula??o jovem ? um dos desafios das sociedades globalizadas, com postos de trabalho escassos e especializados. O grupo de jovens comp?e o segmento mais atingido pelo desemprego tamb?m no Brasil. Cria-se uma popula??o ? margem da sociedade. No passado as autoridades adotaram pol?ticas para o controle e a repress?o dos jovens via integra??o precoce ao mundo do trabalho. A partir de 1990, organismos internacionais apoiaram a??es de qualifica??o profissional em diversos pa?ses, inclusive no Brasil. Na tentativa de remediar essa situa??o, foram criadas pol?ticas sociais e educacionais compensat?rias, assistenciais e de controle, as quais atuam como mecanismos de perpetua??o das desigualdades sociais e educacionais, agindo na manuten??o dos interesses da classe hegem?nica e do capital. Pensadores cr?ticos sugerem que melhorar as habilidades dos jovens n?o ? garantia de emprego, pois h? gera??o insuficiente de postos de trabalho. Baseado nessa realidade, o objeto deste estudo s?o as pol?ticas p?blicas educacionais de qualifica??o profissional de jovens iniciadas no governo Lula (2003-10), com continuidade no primeiro governo Dilma (2011-14). Pol?ticas destinadas a qualificar os jovens para o ingresso no mercado de trabalho por meio de programas como o ProJovem, cuja a meta ? a qualifica??o profissional dos jovens que vivem em territ?rios destitu?dos dos servi?os sociais b?sicos. De acordo com o discurso oficial, h? oportunidades de trabalho, mas faltam profissionais qualificados para assumi-las, atraindo os jovens para participarem de programas como o ProJovem. Entretanto, devido ? sua ligeireza e precariedade, estes n?o garantem uma redu??o do desemprego juvenil. Diante dessa realidade, propomos uma avalia??o dos objetivos das pol?ticas p?blicas de qualifica??o profissional e a discuss?o do atendimento dado ?s quest?es juvenis em nosso pa?s, tomando como modelo a experi?ncia do ProJovem no Munic?pio de Mesquita na Baixada Fluminense. Utilizamos a an?lise de material bibliogr?fico de fontes prim?rias e secund?rias referentes ? juventude, pol?ticas p?blicas e programas de educa??o profissional. Partimos da hip?tese que o objetivo principal desses programas n?o ? qualificar o jovem para o mercado de trabalho, mas conter a poss?vel amea?a que o jovem pobre e desocupado pode se tornar para a sociedade, visto que s?o desenvolvidos em regi?es perif?ricas. Na busca para conhecer a realidade dos atores do ProJovem em Mesquita, ouvimos alunos e professores, sobre os seus anseios e dificuldades. Buscamos assim levantar os principais problemas relacionados ao Programa na voz de seus usu?rios, o que confirmou nossas suspeitas iniciais. Esperamos que este trabalho contribua para a constru??o de novas pol?ticas p?blicas que realmente atendam as necessidades dos jovens das camadas populares.

Recicloteca of the Non Governmental Organization (ONG) Ecomarapendi sponsored by the with the contribution to the territorial development and social inclusion of the community where the cooperatives Coopar and Coopcarmo are located and reflect about the role of business social responsibility in the environmental and social actions. The present theme is justified because the Baixada Fluminense is an area of expressive populational and industrial concentration and presents economic growth, however the human development observed doesn?t accompanies the growth. As methodology it was used bibliographical research and interviews with the Recicloteca, cooperatives and presidents of Coopar and Coopcarmo. The participation in the program brought economic, social and environmental benefits for the cooperatives; however there is the necessity of continuity of the actions. / As empresas influenciam a organiza??o social e impactam o meio ambiente onde se localizam.
