Previous issue date: 2017-08-31 / O presente trabalho tem como proposta analisar a fam?lia e a depend?ncia qu?mica na contemporaneidade, dando ?nfase para a discuss?o do lugar da fam?lia na pol?tica sobre drogas. Aborda a discuss?o sobre o uso e abuso de drogas e a depend?ncia qu?mica (entendida como doen?a) e sua repercuss?o na institui??o familiar no contexto da sociedade brasileira, evidenciando tamb?m as atuais pol?ticas sobre drogas e o percurso de avan?os e retrocessos inseridos na perspectiva da Reforma Sanit?ria. Al?m disso, ? trazido uma discuss?o em torno da fam?lia e suas novas configura??es na contemporaneidade, apresentando o seu lugar frente a doen?a da depend?ncia qu?mica e da pol?tica sobre drogas. Fam?lia esta que entra em processo de adoecimento assim como o dependente qu?mico, desenvolvendo a codepend?ncia. Tem como objetivo geral analisar a fam?lia do indiv?duo acometido pela doen?a da depend?ncia qu?mica no ?mbito das institui??es de sa?de mental no munic?pio de Nata/RN, demarcando o seu lugar na pol?tica de sa?de mental, sua visibilidade, seu protagonismo e os seus desafios. Os objetivos espec?ficos tratam de: Analisar os determinantes s?cio-hist?ricos que incidem na configura??o das pol?ticas p?blicas na ?rea da sa?de mental, demarcando a forma como estas v?m respondendo a crescente demanda da doen?a da depend?ncia qu?mica e o lugar da fam?lia na agenda dessas pol?ticas; analisar as a??es desenvolvidas nas institui??es voltadas ao tratamento da depend?ncia qu?mica, tendo presente o v?nculo ou n?o dessas institui??es ? proposta da Reforma Psiquiatra e Luta Antimanicomial; identificar como ocorre (e se ocorre) a aten??o ?s fam?lias (codependentes) durante o processo de tratamento do usu?rio de subst?ncias psicoativas (SPA) - dependente qu?mico; analisar os aspectos que denotam a visibilidade, o protagonismo e os desafios dos familiares no processo de tratamento, na condi??o de codependentes. O trabalho articula em seu percurso metodol?gico uma pesquisa bibliogr?fica, associadas a uma pesquisa de campo, em que foi aplicada entrevista semiestruturada com os sujeitos de pesquisa, profissionais das institui??es do universo de pesquisa e familiares que no per?odo da pesquisa de campo estava com algum membro de sua fam?lia em tratamento. No que tange aos resultados obtidos nesta pesquisa, cabe destacar o posicionamento dos sujeitos de pesquisa (profissionais da sa?de e familiares) em rela??o aos atuais servi?os voltados ao tratamento da depend?ncia qu?mica e acompanhamento com a fam?lia, que no ?mbito da pol?tica p?blica de sa?de mental se torna cada vez mais prec?ria. Concluindo, portanto, a necessidade em dar maior visibilidade para a problem?tica da depend?ncia qu?mica e as fr?geis estrat?gias de enfrentamento a esse problema que se configura como uma express?o da quest?o social; necessitando de um olhar diferenciado para todos os atores nele envolvido: usu?rio, fam?lia e sociedade. / The present work aims at analyzing the family and chemical dependency in the contemporary world, emphasizing the discussion of the place of the family in drug policy. It addresses the discussion about drug use and abuse and chemical dependency (understood as disease) and its repercussion in the family institution in the context of Brazilian society, also showing current drug policies and the path of advances and setbacks inserted in the perspective of the Reform Sanitary In addition, a discussion is brought about the family and its new configurations in the contemporary world, presenting its place in the face of the disease of chemical dependence and drug policy. Family is in the process of becoming ill as well as the dependent chemist, developing codependency. It has as general objective to analyze the family of the individual affected by the disease of the chemical dependence within the mental health institutions in the municipality of Nata / RN, demarking its place in the mental health policy, its visibility, its protagonism and its challenges. The specific objectives are: To analyze the socio-historical determinants that influence the configuration of public policies in the area of mental health, demarcating the way in which they are responding to the growing demand of the disease of the chemical dependence and the place of the family in the agenda of these policies; To analyze the actions developed in the institutions dedicated to the treatment of chemical dependence, bearing in mind the bond or not of these institutions to the proposal of the Reform Psychiatrist and Antimanicomial Struggle; To identify how (and if it occurs) the attention to families (codependentes) during the treatment process of the user of psychoactive substances (SPA) - chemical dependent; To analyze the aspects that denote the visibility, the protagonism and the challenges of the relatives in the process of treatment, in the condition of codependentes. The paper articulates in its methodological course a bibliographical research, associated with a field research, in which a semistructured interview was applied with the research subjects, professionals of the institutions of the research universe and family members who during the period of field research were with some member Of their family in treatment. Regarding the results obtained in this research, it is important to highlight the position of the research subjects (health professionals and family members) in relation to the current services aimed at the treatment of chemical dependency and follow-up with the family, which in the scope of public mental health policy Becomes increasingly precarious. Concluding, therefore, the need to give greater visibility to the problematic of chemical dependence and the fragile strategies of coping with this problem that is configured as an expression of the social question; Requiring a differentiated look for all the actors involved in it: user, family and society.

ocorram resultados financeiros favor?veis. Tais ferramentas podem potencializar o desempenho
das organiza??es e melhorar seus resultados, demonstrando-se, muitas vezes, como fator cr?tico
de sucesso para que uma organiza??o se destaque no seu ambiente de atua??o. Esta pesquisa teve
como objetivo geral a an?lise da Gest?o do Conhecimento adotada, atualmente, no HUOL, a fim
de propor um portf?lio de ferramentas e pr?ticas de Gest?o do Conhecimento adaptado ?s
necessidades organizacionais da institui??o. Para tanto, foram adotados como objetivos
espec?ficos: a identifica??o e descri??o das ferramentas e pr?ticas de Gest?o do Conhecimento
atualmente empregadas, bem como foi realizada an?lise quanto ? aceita??o e uso dessas t?cnicas,
no cotidiano laboral de gest?o no HUOL. Por fim, apresentou-se proposi??o de um portf?lio de
ferramentas e pr?ticas de Gest?o do Conhecimento adaptado ?s necessidades organizacionais da
institui??o pesquisada. Justifica-se pelo fato de n?o haver pesquisas nesse sentido, realizadas no
?mbito deste hospital universit?rio, especialmente ap?s as mudan?as ocorridas em virtude da
ades?o ? gest?o EBSERH. A abordagem de pesquisa foi qualitativa, com enfoque descritivo no
que se refere aos objetivos, sendo adotada a estrat?gia do estudo de caso. Como m?todo de coleta
de dados, no presente estudo foi utilizada entrevista com a alta administra??o da organiza??o
(superintend?ncia, staff, gerentes e chefes de divis?o). O roteiro de entrevista foi criado com base
no levantamento realizado no referencial te?rico, reconhecendo-se as ferramentas e pr?ticas de
Gest?o do Conhecimento mais evidenciadas na literatura contempor?nea sobre a tem?tica. No
processo de an?lise de dados, foi utilizada a t?cnica de an?lise de conte?do preconizada por
Bardin. Constatou-se que a Gest?o do Conhecimento n?o ? adotada sob perspectiva gerencial.
Algumas ferramentas e pr?ticas gerenciais podem ser consideradas pr?ticas de gest?o do
conhecimento tais como: sistemas informatizados (MV, SIPAC, AGHU, SIGRH, SIG/EBSERH
entre outros), f?runs com apoio de videoconfer?ncia, ferramentas para avalia??o de compet?ncias
gerenciais e intelig?ncia empresarial, impl?cito nas a??es de benchmarking. Ainda como
resultado, recomenda-se a incorpora??o de algumas ferramentas e pr?ticas de Gest?o do
Conhecimento, na consolida??o de um portf?lio formalmente deliberado para Gest?o do
Conhecimento dentro do HUOL. As ferramentas e pr?ticas a serem adotadas s?o as seguintes: reposit?rio institucional, f?runs presenciais do hospital combinados com a pr?tica de li??es
aprendidas, uso de coaching e mentoring, e por fim o emprego de Gest?o Eletr?nica de
Documentos. / The usage of tools and practices of Knowledge Management brings positive impacts to
competition in organizations and may contribute, decisively, to favourable financial results.
Those tools may potentialize their perfomance and improve the results, presenting itself as a
critical factor for an organization to excel in the environment it operates. This research's general
goal was to analyze Knowledge Management used nowadays on the HUOL, in order to propose a
the portfolio of tools and practices of Knowledge Management adapted to the organizational
needs of the institution. To do so, this research adopted as specific goals: identify and describe
the tools and practices of Knowledge Management used nowadays and how the analysis of their
acceptance was made in the daily management of HUOL. Finally, it's presented the proposal of a
portfolio of tools and practices of Knowledge Management adapted to the organizational needs of
the institution. This work may be justified because there are no researches over the same theme
and place, most specifically after the changes that happened due to the adhesion to EBSERH.
This research has a qualitative approach, mainly focused on description of goals through a
strategy of case of study. The data collection method used interviews with the high administration
(superintendency, staff, managers and heads of departments). The interview script was created
based on the study made in the theoretical frame of reference, highlighting the tools and practices
of Knowledge Management most present in the contemporary literature about this subject. The
content analysis technic was used for the data analysis, according to the model of Bardin. It was
noticed that Knowledge Management is not adopted under management perspective. Some tools
and practices used by the research subject may be identified as practices of Knowledge
Management, as: computer systems (MV, SIPAC, AGHU, SIGRH, SIG/EBSERH, etc),
videoconference forums, management competence evaluation tools and business intelligence,
assumed through benchmarking actions. As result, it's recommended the incorporation of some
Knowledge Management's tools and practices, on the consolidation of a portfolio formally
deliberated for Knowledge Management on the HUOL. The tools and practices adopted are:
intitutional repository, presential forums combined with the practice of lessons learned, coaching
and mentoring, and lastly Eletronic Document Management.

Previous issue date: 2016-03-29 / Os blogs foram reconfigurados e agora figuram como importantes meios de comunica??o, o jornalismo deixa de ser uma atividade exclusivamente profissional e passa a figurar como uma linguagem, adotada por pessoas dos mais variados perfis, para comunicar sobre o cotidiano (CHAPARRO, 2014; SODR?, 2009). O objetivo deste estudo ? compreender a produ??o noticiosa dos blogs do interior potiguar que, em muitas comunidades (PAIVA, 2012), s?o os ?nicos ve?culos de comunica??o que informam sobre o cotidiano local. Descrevemos e analisamos os elementos constituintes e os par?metros de produ??o e de repercuss?o a fim de refletir sobre os efeitos do jornalismo enquanto pr?tica social (GOMES, 2004; PERUZZO, 2005) que comunica o cotidiano. Valendo-nos dos m?todos e t?cnicas do estudo de casos elencamos o Blog do Cl?sio Dantas (Bod?), o Blog do Edmilson Sousa (Currais Novos) e o Blog do Marcos Dantas (Caic?). Para se chegar a essa amostra foi feita uma cartografia das m?dias do Rio Grande do Norte que apontou a aus?ncia dos ve?culos de comunica??o convencionais com abrang?ncia estadual na regi?o central do estado, visto que as emissoras de TV aberta e os grandes jornais localizam-se em Natal e Mossor? e acabam cobrindo, predominantemente, o entorno desses munic?pios. A an?lise envolveu a cataloga??o das publica??es dos blogs e a observa??o das rotinas de produ??o desse jornalismo e a import?ncia desses blogs enquanto meios de informa??o da realidade local. Apresentamos como a tecnologia e a comunica??o em rede t?m transformado o fazer jornal?stico e a participa??o de todos na produ??o de conte?do tem elaborado uma nova l?gica da produ??o informativa (CASTELLS, 2012; DALMONTE, 2009; PAL?CIOS, 2003). Observamos como os blogueiros t?m se preparado para trabalhar com as perspectivas da cultura digital (LEMOS 2103; LEVY, 2000) sob as quais a produ??o jornal?stica agora pulsa em tempo real, em um ritmo fren?tico e ininterrupto (MORETZSOHN, 2002). O estudo possibilitou reunir um conjunto de informa??es detalhadas sobre a blogosfera potiguar e, mais especificamente, sobre os casos analisados, o que viabilizou compreender sobre os in?meros vieses desse fen?meno e de suas implica??es para a sociedade. / Blogs have been set up and now appear as major media, journalism is no longer an exclusively professional activity and now features as a language adopted by people of various profiles to communicate about daily life (CHAPARRO, 2014; SODR?, 2009). The aim of this study is to understand the news production blogs potiguar interior that, in many communities (PAIVA, 2012), are the only means of communication to inform about the place everyday. We describe and analyze the elements and the production and impact parameters to reflect on the effects of journalism as a social practice (GOMES, 2004; PERUZZO, 2005) that communicates daily. Drawing on the methods and techniques of case studies we list the Cl?sio Dantas Blog's (Bod?), the Edmilson Sousa Blog's (Currais Novos) and Marcos Dantas Blog's (Caic?). To achieve this sample was a map of Rio Grande do Norte the media that pointed out the absence of conventional means of communication with statewide in the central region of the state, since the broadcast television stations and major newspapers are located in Natal and Mossor? and end up covering predominantly the surroundings of these cities. The analysis involves cataloging the publications of blogs and the observation of this journalism production routines and the importance of these blogs as of the local reality information means. Here is how technology and network communication have transformed the journalistic making and the participation of all in the production of content have developed a new logic of information production (CASTELLS, 2012; DALMONTE, 2009; PAL?CIOS, 2003). We observe how bloggers have been prepared to work with the prospects of digital culture (LEMOS 2103; LEVY, 2000) under which the journalistic production now pulsates in real time at a frantic pace and uninterrupted (MORETZSOHN, 2002). The study made it possible to assemble a set of detailed information on the potiguar blogosphere and more specifically on the cases analyzed, which enabled understanding about the numerous biases of this phenomenon and its implications for society.

Objetiva-se configurar a pr?tica docente da Educa??o F?sica, nesta modalidade, no sistema p?blico de ensino do munic?pio de Natal-RN, a partir dos seguintes objetivos espec?ficos: a) identificar o contexto em que se insere a Educa??o F?sica na EJA no munic?pio de Natal e b) descrever e problematizar como os professores de Educa??o F?sica organizam o seu fazer pedag?gico na EJA no munic?pio de Natal. Por meio do Estudo de caso qualitativo, enquanto metodologia de pesquisa, investigou-se a organiza??o curricular da Educa??o F?sica na EJA a partir da pr?tica pedag?gica dos professores deste contexto. Para tanto, foram aplicados question?rios a 15 professores do sistema de ensino do referido munic?pio no per?odo de 26 de maio a 25 de julho de 2015, organizado em tr?s etapas: 1) Identifica??o, 2) Pr?tica da Educa??o F?sica na EJA e 3) Atua??o na Educa??o F?sica na EJA. Concluiu-se que as pr?ticas pedag?gicas dos professores investigados apontam encaminhamentos para a Educa??o F?sica na EJA tais como conte?dos, objetivos educacionais, avalia??o, dura??o das aulas, metodologia de ensino, dificuldades e perspectivas para atuar neste cen?rio. Estes que corroboram, parcialmente com as orienta??es curriculares da EJA em Brasil (2002) e Natal (2008), dando indicativos de pr?ticas distintas no contexto de cada professor. Como infer?ncias identifica-se a aus?ncia de uma matriz te?rica que direcione o trabalho docente da Educa??o F?sica na EJA no munic?pio de Natal-RN; in?meras dificuldades na sistematiza??o do conhecimento e a falta de forma??o continuada dos professores. Nesta ?ltima, acredita-se que o processo de sistematiza??o das pr?ticas pedag?gicas dos professores tem origem na forma??o inicial e continuada, logo, ? urgente rever estrat?gias que promovam uma melhor discuss?o da EJA na Educa??o F?sica no munic?pio de Natal-RN, fortalecendo sua oferta na Educa??o B?sica. / Understanding education in a reparative, equalizer and permanent way, as a right of every individual to the full exercise of their citizenship, this paper studies the Physical Education as a curriculum component of Basic Education in the EJA (Youth and Adult Education). This study aimed to discuss the didactic organization of Physical Education in EJA in the public school system of Natal-RN municipality, from the following specific objectives: a) identifying the educational context in which it operates Physical Education in EJA in Natal-RN and b) describe how the Physical Education teachers organize didactically discipline in EJA in Natal-RN municipality. Through the qualitative case study we investigated the pedagogical practice of teachers in that context. To this end, questionnaires were given to 15 teachers of the municipality education system in the period from 26 May to 25 July 2015, organized in three stages: 1) identification, 2) Practice of Physical Education in EJA and 3) Performance of Physical Education in EJA. It was concluded that the pedagogical practice of teachers investigated points referrals for Physical Education in EJA, such as: content, educational goals, evaluation, length of classes, teaching methodology, problems and prospects to act in this scenario, corroborating partly with curriculum guidelines of EJA in Brazil (2002) and Natal (2008), as the context of each teacher reveals a distinct identity. As inferences were identified absence of a theoretical framework that would direct the teaching work of Physical Education in EJA in the city of Natal-RN, many difficulties in the systematization of knowledge, lack of specific continued education formation of the teachers and, in most cases, no discussion on EJA in the initial training. On the latter, it is believed that the process of organizing the pedagogical practice of teachers is closely related to the initial and continued training, so it is urgent to revise strategies that promote the debate of Physical Education in EJA in Natal-RN municipality.

Previous issue date: 2017 / A Rede de Aten??o Psicossocial (RAPS) se insere como uma das redes indispens?veis do cuidado nas Redes de Aten??o ? Sa?de (RAS) com a finalidade de criar, ampliar e articular os pontos de aten??o ? sa?de para pessoas com sofrimento ou transtorno mental e com necessidades decorrentes do uso de crack, ?lcool e outras drogas. Neste sentido, o funcionamento desta rede depender? da articula??o dos trabalhadores com outros que est?o inseridos nos diversos espa?os, bem como na comunidade. O presente estudo buscou analisar a RAPS do munic?pio de Diamantina, estado de Minas Gerais e sua funcionalidade. Trata-se de uma pesquisa com abordagem qualitativa que utilizou como recurso metodol?gico a Hist?ria Oral. Entrevistou-se os coordenadores e/ou colaboradores dos componentes da RAPS pactuados no munic?pio. A coleta de dados foi baseada com a pergunta norteadora: Relate como o servi?o em que voc? trabalha desempenha com outros servi?os da rede, a??es de assist?ncia ao usu?rio da sa?de mental? Os dados coletados foram transcritos e constitu?ram em material de an?lise de conte?do, originando-se assim tr?s eixos tem?ticos: 1) ?Rede existe, mas fragmentada?, resultando das subcategorias: os servi?os n?o se comunicam e aus?ncia de um sistema de governan?a; 2) ?Dificuldade de a??es de sa?de mental na APS? como consequ?ncia de aus?ncia de apoio matricial e triagem inadequada; 3) ?Acolhimento do usu?rio?, decorrentes das subcategorias car?ncia de recursos humanos e demanda excessiva de usu?rios. Os resultados desta investiga??o permitiram identificar aspectos que podem favorecer a consolida??o da RAPS, assim como, os seus principais desafios. A constru??o de redes apresentou-se como uma tarefa complexa, fazendo-se necess?rio, para sua consolida??o a??es em conex?o com outros servi?os e atores. Notou-se ainda que ? de fundamental import?ncia, para garantir o cuidado, que os profissionais desta rede compreendam seus prop?sitos e funcionalidades, fazendo necess?rio o retorno do apoio matricial e de um gestor municipal da sa?de mental que atue nas politicas p?blicas, coordena??o, planejamento e monitoramento das a??es, assim atrav?s da atua??o interdisciplinar que a Rede de Aten??o psicossocial se fortalecer? uma vez que j? existe. / Disserta??o (Mestrado) ? Programa de P?s-gradua??o em Ensino em Sa?de, Universidade Federal dos Vales do Jequitinhonha e Mucuri, 2017. / The Psychosocial Care Network (PCN) is one of the indispensable networks of care in the Health Care Networks (HCN) in order to create, expand and articulate the points of health care for people in pain or with mental disorder because of crack, alcohol and other drugs abuse. Thus, the operation of this network will depend on the articulation between workers with others inserted in the different fields, as well as in the community. In this work a description of PCN of Diamantina city in the state of Minas Gerais ? Brazil and its functionality were evaluated. It is a qualitative research with Oral History as methodology. The coordinators and/or collaborators of the PCN components agreed in the municipality were interviewed. Data collection was based on the guiding question: Relate how the service you work plays with other services of the network actions of assistance to the user of mental health? The collected data were transcribed and were constituted in material of content analysis, leading to three thematic axes: 1) the network exists, but it is fragmented. The interviewees consider that the lack of communication, absence of a system of governance and regulation can be a fragmentation factor; 2) difficulty of mental health actions in PHC was identified as a consequence of inadequate screening and absence of matricial support and; 3) incomplete crew and excessive demand of users are pointed as impediments of accessibility and resolution of actions. The results of this investigation allowed the identification of possible aspects that support the consolidation of PCN, as well as its main challenges. The construction of networks is a complex task, and actions in connection with other services and actors are necessary for its consolidation. It is of fundamental importance to insure that the care that the professionals of this network understand its purposes and functionalities. Therefore, it will be through interdisciplinary action that the Psychosocial Support Network will build articulation strategies that promote the strengthening of care and health production.

This work will analyze the social politics under the protection of social justice, highlithing a dichotomy between redistribution and acknowledgement.
Based on literacy about exclusion and on the proposal of a constrution of a bidimentional paradigm, it shows the events of social politics in Belo Horizonte.
On the analysis of this events, through documental and empirical research on social programs of the county, it is used as a reference the fuzzy logics and it is utilized the GoM formula to group the many programs trough the perception of social injustice.
By showing the importance of integration of the perspectives of redistribution and acknowledgment of formulation and implementation of adequated social politics, this study recovers other dimentions and important categories on estruturation of a social agenda, such as the territory, social groups, universalization, and intersectoriality. / Governo e Pol??tica

Previous issue date: 2010 / A estima??o de par?metros gen?ticos em esp?cies vegetais perenes ? comumente feita por meio de delineamentos gen?tico-estat?sticos que levam em considera??o efeitos de prog?nies e popula??es. Dados de experimentos com essas bases n?o existem para o pequi. O presente trabalho teve por objetivo avaliar caracteres de crescimento e estimar par?metros gen?ticos em Pequi (Caryocar brasiliense Camb.) no est?gio precoce. O experimento foi instalado com mudas oriundas de 31 prog?nies (matrizes), de duas proced?ncias (Curvelo, MG e S?o Gon?alo do Rio Preto, MG) utilizando um Delineamento em Blocos Casualizados com seis repeti??es e cinco plantas por parcela, no munic?pio de Carbonita, MG. Foram avaliados os caracteres altura de planta (cm), em setembro de 2005; altura de planta e di?metro do caule ao n?vel do solo (mm), em fevereiro de 2006 e fevereiro de 2007; e altura de planta, di?metro do caule ao n?vel do solo e di?metro da copa (cm), em setembro de 2008. A estima??o dos par?metros gen?ticos foi feita utilizando-se o Software SELEGEM ? REML/BLUP e as estimavas dos coeficientes de correla??es fenot?picas e gen?ticas entre os caracteres e avalia??es foram obtidas a partir das estimativas dos valores fenot?picos e gen?ticos, respectivamente. As estimativas da herdabilidade no sentido restrito para todos os caracteres avaliados variaram de 0,15 a 0,50. Os coeficientes de varia??o gen?tica individual (CVgi%) de um modo geral foram moderadas. Os coeficientes de determina??o de efeitos de parcela (c2parc) foram de baixa magnitude para todos os caracteres, indicando pouca varia??o ambiental entre estas. As correla??es gen?ticas e fenot?picas foram todas positivas, de elevadas magnitudes e, em sua maioria, altamente significativas. As estimativas de efici?ncia de sele??o obtidas pela express?o de Hamblin & Zimmermann variaram de m?dias a altas para os tr?s caracteres considerados. Portanto, embora n?o sejam de import?ncia direta, os caracteres de crescimento podem ser ?teis na discrimina??o precoce de prog?nies com alta produ??o de frutos ou outras caracter?sticas desejadas, caso sejam geneticamente correlacionados a eles. Programa de P?s-Gradua??o em Produ??o Vegetal, Universidade Federal dos Vales do Jequitinhonha e Mucuri, 2010. / ABSTRACT Genetic parameters for perennial crops are commonly estimated by genetic-statistical designs considering progenies and populations effects. In pequi, a Brazilian endangered and very important tree, there are no data come from these kind of experiments.?This work aimed to evaluate the growth and estimate genetic parameters in early stages for pequi. The trial was installed in Carbonita, MG, with seedlings of 31 trees (progenies) coming from two populations (Curvelo, MG and S?o Gon?alo do Rio Preto, MG) in a randomized block design with six replicates and five plants per plot.?The traits evaluated were: plant height (cm) in September, 2005; plant height and stem diameter at ground level (mm) in February, 2006 and February, 2007; and plant height, stem diameter at ground level and crown diameter (cm) in September, 2008.?Genetic parameters were estimated using the Software SELEGEN- REML/BLUP. Phenotypic and genetic correlation coefficients among traits and evaluations were estimated through phenotypic and genetic values, respectively.?The estimates of narrow sense heritability ranged from 0.15 to 0.50 for all traits. In general, the?coefficients of individual genetic variation (CVgi%) were moderate. The environmental effects among plots were small as showed by the determination coefficient of plots.?Genetic and phenotypic correlation estimates were all positive and, in general, highly significant.?The estimates of Hamblin & Zimmermann Selection Efficiency ranged from intermediate to high for all traits evaluated. Therefore, the growth traits may be useful in early discrimination of progenies with high fruit yield and other desired traits if they are genetically correlated to them.?Selection based on such traits would reduce costs and time to complete one cycle of selection, especially important in species which the traits of interest take years to express, as is the case of fruit yield in pequi.

Previous issue date: 2016 / O ensino superior no Brasil passa desde a nova Lei de Diretrizes e Bases da Educa??o
Nacional (LDB) em 1996 por grandes mudan?as, como o aumento nos n?meros de cursos e
Institui??es de Ensino Superior ? IES. Segundo os dados do Censo da Educa??o Superior em
2013, realizado pelo INEP, s?o mais 2.300 IES em todo Brasil. O curso de Administra??o ?
um exemplo dessa expans?o, pois em 1960 existiam 31 institui??es que ofereciam tal curso, e
em 2013 esse n?mero passou para mais de 1.500 IES e no Estado de Minas Gerais est?o
presentes 204 dessas institui??es. Cresce tamb?m os estudos a respeito do processo ensinoaprendizagem
e a avalia??o do discente no ensino superior. ? na escola que todos os aspectos
do ser humano se socializam e quem conduz esse processo ? o professor. A inova??o na
pr?tica de ensino e de avalia??o da aprendizagem est? no compartilhamento com o aluno,
tornando-o, al?m de sujeito principal na apropria??o dos saberes da profiss?o, tamb?m um
parceiro na constru??o do conhecimento. O objetivo desse trabalho foi identificar e analisar as
pr?ticas docentes dos professores dos cursos de Administra??o do Vale do Mucuri entre 2006
e 2015, e sua correla??o com sua forma??o profissional. Quanto ? metodologia, a pesquisa
teve abordagem quali-quantitativa, quanto aos objetivos foi descritiva e explicativa. Foi
aplicado um question?rio online com quest?es fechadas de m?ltipla escolha aos
administradores que atuam como docentes em disciplinas do n?cleo profissionalizante dos
cursos presenciais em Administra??o do Vale do Mucuri. Ficou constatado que os mesmos
apresentam tr?s caracter?sticas importantes: n?o exercem a doc?ncia superior exclusivamente;
sinalizaram que criam seu material did?tico; e procuram construir seu pr?prio conhecimento.
Utilizam da aula expositiva para explana??o do conte?do, com apoio de slides de pr?pria
autoria. Realizam a avalia??o da aprendizagem do discente atrav?s de provas escritas e
trabalhos individuais e em grupo. Como resultado verificou-se que as pr?ticas docentes nos
cursos de Administra??o do Vale do Mucuri n?o t?m correla??o com perfil do professor, seja

new Law of Guidelines and Bases of Brazilian National Education (LDB) in 1996, such as
the increase of the number of courses and Higher Education Institutions - IES. According to
data from the Census of Higher Education in 2013, conducted by INEP there are over 2.300
Higher Education Institutions - IES throughout Brazil. The business course is an example of
this expansion, since in 1960 there were 31 institutions that offered such a course, and in 2013
that number passed to more than 1.500 IES and in the State of Minas Gerais there are 204 of
these institutions. There are also studies on the teaching-learning process and the student's
evaluation in higher education. It is at school that all aspects of human socialize and who
leads this process is the teacher. The innovation in the practice of teaching and learning
assessment happens when it is shared with the student, making him/her, not only the main
subject in the appropriation of knowledge of the profession, but also a partner in the
construction of knowledge. The aim of this study was to identify and analyze the teaching
practices of business courses teachers around Vale do Mucuri ? MG, between 2006 and
2015, and their correlation with their training. As for the methodology, the research had a
qualitative and a quantitative approach, as for the objectives this study was descriptive and
explanatory. An online questionnaire with multiple-choice questions was applied to
businesspeople who act as professors in presential business courses in the entire Vale do
Mucuri. It was demonstrated that they have three important characteristics: they do not only
teach at universities; They signaled that they create their own teaching material;and try to
build their own knowledge about the subject they teach. They usually lecture to explain the
content to students, with the support of their own PowerPoint slides. They carry out the
student learning assessment through written tests, individual and group work. As a result it
was found that the teaching practices in Vale do Mucuri do not correlate with teacher profile,
be it in the training and teaching experience aspects or type of institution that a professor
works.

Desta forma, em uma ?rea de Mata Atl?ntica com hist?rico de dist?rbio provocado por inc?ndio seguido de elevada infesta??o de plantas ex?ticas avaliou-se a sobreviv?ncia e desenvolvimentos de esp?cies nativas transplantadas na ?rea e o comportamento das plantas ex?ticas ap?s a aplica??o dos tratamentos, em dois experimentos. Utilizou-se as seguintes esp?cies: Tapirira guianenses Aubl, Platycyamus regnelli Benth, Inga sessilis (Vell.) Mart., Enterolobium contortisiliquum (Vell.) Morong., Anadenanthera colubrina (Vell.) Brenan, Copaifera langsdorffii Desf, Dalbergia nigra (Vell.) Fr. All. Ex Benth, , Hymenaea courbaril L., Melanoxylon brauna Schott VU, Joanesia princeps Vell., e Eugenia uniflora L. Avaliou-se sobreviv?ncia, altura, di?metro ao n?vel do solo, ?rea de copa das mudas transplantadas e cobertura das esp?cies ex?ticas (Samambaia e Capim meloso). O experimento 1, que consistia de esp?cies Pioneiras, foi plantado nas densidades de 2000, 2500 e 4000 plantas ha-1. O experimento 2, que consistia de esp?cies de grupos distintos, foi implantado nas densidades de 2000, 3000 e 4000 plantas ha-1. Para os tratamentos, combinou-se formas de remo??o das esp?cies ex?ticas (gradagem ou ro?ada) nas diferentes densidades de plantio. Entre as duas avali??es realizadas, a maior sobreviv?ncia das esp?cies nativas foi registrada na primeira avalia??o. No entanto, para altura, di?metro ao n?vel do solo e ?rea de copa as maiores m?dias foram registradas na segunda avalia??o. Em rela??o ?s formas de remo??o, a utiliza??o da gradagem tem promovido maior sobreviv?ncia das mudas. As esp?cies ex?ticas est?o em alta densidade na ?rea. Em algumas parcelas, estas ocupam quase 100% do solo. O plantio sofreu aumento de mortalidade decorrente do per?odo de estiagem entre as avalia??es. A samambaia, adaptada a condi??es de elevado pH e baixa qualidade nutricional, pode ter alterado o ambiente e proporcionado o desenvolvimento de capim meloso. Esp?cies pioneiras, como Anadenanthera colubrina, pode ser uma competidora equivalente das esp?cies ex?ticas, visto seu r?pido crescimento e boa adapta??o ?s condi??es locais impostas. Verificou-se necessidade de controle das plantas daninhas, mesmo em parcelas onde as esp?cies arb?reas est?o se desenvolvendo bem, em fun??o do aumento de densidade das infestantes. / Disserta??o (Mestrado) ? Programa de P?s-Gradua??o em Ci?ncia Florestal, Universidade Federal dos Vales do Jequitinhonha e Mucuri, 2017. / The establishment of exotic species in degraded areas after fire is recurrent in the Atlantic Forest. These species modify the structure and function of the ecosystem resulting in a significant change in the provision of ecosystem services. Thus, ways of recovering the native conditions to develop the ecosystem that existed previously are applied. Thus, in an area of Atlantic Forest with a history of fire-induced disturbance followed by high infestation of exotic plants the survival and development of native species transplanted in the area and the behavior of exotic plants after the application of the treatments were evaluated in two experiments. The following species were used: Tapirira guianenses Aubl, Platycyamus regnelli Benth, Inga sessilis (Vell.) Mart., Enterolobium contortisiliquum (Vell.) Morong., Anadenanthera colubrina (Vell.) Brenan, Copaifera langsdorffii Desf, Dalbergia nigra (Vell.) Fr. All. Ex Benth., Hymenaea courbaril L., Melanoxylon brauna Schott VU, Joanesia princeps Vell., and Eugenia uniflora L. survival, height, diameter at ground level, crown area of transplanted seedlings and cover of exotic species (Fern and Mellow Grass). Experiment 1, which consisted of Pioneer species, was planted at densities of 2000, 2500 and 4000 plants ha-1. Experiment 2, which consisted of species of distinct groups, was implanted at densities of 2000, 3000 and 4000 plants ha-1. For the treatments, forms of removal of the exotic species (harrowing or mowing) at the different planting densities were combined. Among the two evaluations, the highest survival of native species was recorded in the first evaluation. However, for height, diameter at ground level and crown area the highest averages were recorded in the second evaluation. Regarding the forms of removal, the use of harrowing has promoted greater survival of the seedlings. Exotic species are in high density in the area. In some plots, these occupy almost 100% of the soil. Planting increased mortality due to the dry season between evaluations. The fern, adapted to conditions of high pH and low nutritional quality, may have altered the environment and provided the development of mellow grass. Pioneering species, such as Anadenanthera colubrina, may be an equivalent competitor of exotic species because of their rapid growth and good adaptation to local conditions imposed. There was a need for weed control, even in plots where tree species are developing well, due to the increase in weeds density.

Previous issue date: 2017 / A quest?o central desta pesquisa ? investigar como a identidade racial negra foi incorporada no processo de elabora??o do Plano Municipal de Educa??o de Diamantina/MG. Indicamos uma abordagem metodol?gica mista, sendo predominantemente qualitativa, mas, tamb?m quantitativa, integrada como estrat?gia de pesquisa complementar. Propomos um arranjo de an?lise desenvolvido em tr?s etapas, sendo revis?o bibliogr?fica, coleta de dados e prepara??o do material e, infer?ncia e apresenta??o dos resultados. Para composi??o da amostra utilizamos dois instrumentos, coleta documental e entrevista, sendo que dos documentos que integram o corpus do trabalho nas duas vers?es da meta 22 ? Projeto de Lei n? 08/2015 e Lei n? 3.880/2015 ? concentraram nosso maior interesse, sendo a parte dos documentos onde foi abordado o tema da identidade racial negra. As entrevistas foram direcionadas ? representantes de dois segmentos que participaram da elabora??o do Plano, os dirigentes municipais e grupo de discuss?o. Efetuamos a an?lise dos dados de acordo com o m?todo de an?lise de conte?do descrito por Bardin (2010). O texto da disserta??o foi dividido em quatro se??es: Metodologia; Dial?tica das ra?as: por uma identidade racial negra; Planejamento e Plano Educacional: pol?ticas de curr?culo; An?lise da elabora??o do Plano Municipal de Educa??o de Diamantina/MG: a identidade racial negra em quest?o. Os resultados indicaram que o p?s-colonialismo, determinante nas ?[...] rela??es de poder e formas de conhecimento que colocam o sujeito imperial europeu na sua posi??o atual de privil?gio [...]? (SILVA, 2014, p.127), como fen?meno presente em todas as inst?ncias sociais, reproduz no campo das pol?ticas de planejamento curricular, formas de discrimina??o e exclus?o da identidade racial negra, evid?ncia que julgamos importante para a interpreta??o do campo pol?tico curricular brasileiro. / Disserta??o (Mestrado Profissional) ? Programa de P?s-Gradua??o em Educa??o, Universidade Federal dos Vales do Jequitinhonha e Mucuri, 2017. / The central question of this research is to investigate how the black racial identity was incorporated in the process of elaboration of the Municipal Plan of Education of Diamantina/MG. We indicate a mixed methodological approach, being predominantly qualitative, but also quantitative, integrated as a complementary research strategy. We propose an analysis arrangement developed in three stages, being bibliographical review, data collection and preparation of the material, and inference and presentation of the results. For the composition of the sample we used two instruments, documentary collection and interview, and the documents that integrate the corpus of the work in the two versions of goal 22 ? Bill n? 08/2015 and Law n? 3.880/2015 ? focused our greatest interest, being the part of the documents where the subject of the black racial identity was approached. The interviews were directed to the representatives of two segments that participated in the elaboration of the Plan, the municipal leaders and the discussion group. We performed the data analysis according to the content analysis method described by Bardin (2010). The text of the dissertation was divided into four sections: Methodology; Dialectic of races: by a black racial identity; Planning and Educational Plan:curriculum policies; Analysis of the elaboration of the Municipal Plan of Education of Diamantina/MG: the black racial identity in question. The results indicated that postcolonialism, which is a determining factor in the "[...] power relations and forms of knowledge that place the European imperial subject in its current position of privilege [...]" (SILVA, 2014, p. 127), as a phenomenon present in all social instances, reproduces in the field of curricular planning policies, forms of discrimination and exclusion of black racial identity, evidence which we deem important for the interpretation of the Brazilian curricular political field.
