Assim sendo, cria-se uma obrigação de que todas as pessoas devam ter o sexo biológico como fator determinante do gênero, e compulsoriamente, precisam desejar alguém do sexo oposto para manter suas práticas sexuais. Estas práticas apontam para a dimensão de algo múltiplo, ou seja, de um processo que se constrói continuamente trazendo em si, um incômodo social, que se configura na medida em que os padrões heteronormativos fortemente instituídos são confrontados. As barreiras impostas à expressão de identidades ou à reafirmação de uma concepção polarizada, ou seja, binária ainda reforça uma educação pautada em separação entre o masculino e o feminino. Neste contexto, inúmeras dificuldades são enfrentadas por pessoas transgêneras que esbarram na invisibilidade, na negação de direitos básicos de cidadania e no descaso de políticas públicas sinalizando enfrentamentos hostis e excludentes no processo de construção de suas identidades. A escola, enquanto espaço cultural supostamente neutro, não acompanha as respostas e questionamentos em relação à diferença, principalmente no que se refere ao gênero. A falta de informação desse contexto leva alunos e educadores a seguir padrões convencionais que direcionam o trato às diferenças de gênero a produzirem estigmas, preconceito, discriminação e transfobia. Assim sendo, esta pesquisa teve como objetivo geral, elaborar um jogo que possa ser utilizado para se trabalhar o respeito à diversidade sexual e de gênero junto a alunos e equipes educativas. Buscou-se problematizar questões referentes à inclusão das diferenças nos espaços escolares possibilitando assim, um novo olhar da escola com relação à presença destes estudantes. / The contemporary society legitimates heterosexual behavior, having as a parameter of normality, relations between opposing sexes. Thereby, an obligation is created that all people should have the biological sex as a decisive factor of the gender, and compulsorily, they must desire someone of the opposite sex to maintain their sexual practices. These practices point to the dimension of something multiple, a process that is continually built up, bringing with it a social nuisance, which is configured in the measure in which strongly instituted heteronormative patterns are confronted. The barriers imposed on the expression of identities or the reaffirmation of a polarized or binary conception still reinforce an education based on a separation between the masculine and the feminine genders. In this context, innumerable difficulties are faced by transgendered people who are confronted with invisibility, denial of basic citizenship rights, and in the disregard of public policies, signaling some hostile and exclusionary confrontations in the process of building their own identities. The school, even as a supposedly neutral cultural space, does not keep up with the answers and questions regarding the difference, especially when referring to the genre. The lack of information in this context leads students and educators to follow conventional standards that direct the treatment of gender differences in the production of stigma, prejudice, discrimination and transphobia. Therefore, this research, aimed to elaborate a game based on the perceptions of transsexual people about their school trajectories, especially regarding prejudice and discrimination experiences, develop a game that can be used to work respect for sexual and gender diversity with students and educational teams. Issues related to the inclusion of differences inside school spaces were problematized, thus allowing a new look of the school regarding the presence of these students.

Within both the scientific discourse on workforce diversity, and diversity management practice, intersexuality and transgender issues have hitherto remained marginalized topics. This chapter gives an overview of the discourses on both phenomena, and proposes starting points for more inclusive organizational diversity management initiatives. It is shown that both topics represent different aspects of the category of "gender". The common practice of conceptually lumping together intersexuality, transgenderism, and sexual orientation can be seen as one important reason that intersexuality and transgenderism are rarely considered in organizational diversity management programs in terms of concrete action. Against this background, a modified, and more integrated approach to structuring the workforce alongside the different dimensions of diversity is proposed. It is shown that the categories of "biological sex and gender", "gender identity", and "sexual orientation" cannot be regarded as being separate from each other. They represent, rather, an interrelated organizational field of action that should be considered as being one interrelated topic for organizational diversity practices. This chapter derives this claim theoretically and discusses the consequences for organizational diversity management practices. For most organizations, this would mean a fundamental rethinking of their goals, in terms of workforce diversity, and the shaping of their diversity management programs.

Historicamente somos identificados a partir do corpo, mais especificamente da genitália que nos classifica no padrão binário de gênero, masculino e feminino. Ao longo da história da humanidade, esta regra padroniza as formas de ser e viver e prescreve a constituição dos sujeitos, das identidades, do sexo e da sexualidade, adquirindo estatuto de verdade. Uma das grandes questões a orientar a identidade civil é o sexo. Travestis e transexuais que transitam ou atravessam as fronteiras definidas pelas normativas de sexo e gênero, caso queiram mudar de nome, têm como exigência a autorização judicial. Realizei uma pesquisa qualitativa, com o objetivo de analisar os discursos jurídicos em acórdãos de retificação de registro civil de transexuais e travestis no Tribunal de Justiça de São Paulo. O referencial teórico utilizado foram os estudos de gênero, ferramentas conceituais de Michel Foucault e aportes do campo do direito. Analisei 45 acórdãos do órgão superior do judiciário paulista do período de 2000 a 2015. Para analisar o material, tomei como inspiração Spink, ao construir de mapas temáticos. Os resultados sinalizam que as decisões, tanto para acolher, como para negar os pedidos, utilizam os saberes jurídicos e especialmente saberes médicos, pautados em um modelo biomédico de concepção da transexualidade e travestilidade. Como consequência desta fundamentação, observamos que, no campo do Direito, cristaliza-se uma concepção que moraliza e transforma as identidades de gênero não hegemônicas em patologias, como a de travestis e transexuais / Historically we are identified by our bodies, more specifically by our genitalia that classifies us in the binary gender pattern, male and female. In the course of mankinds history, this rule standardizes the ways to see and live and prescribes the constitution of subjects, identities, gender and sexuality, acquiring status of truth. On of the great questions to orient civil identity is gender. Tranvestites and transsexuals that walk by or trespass the boundaries defined by the norms of sex and gender, in case they want to change their names, have, as a demand the judiciary authorization. We conducted a qualitative research, with the intent of analyzing the judiciary speeches in judgement of retification of civil records of transsexuals and tranvestites on the São Paulo Court of Law. The theoretical referential utilized were the studies of gender, conceptual tools os Michel Foucault and contribution of the Law field. I have analyzed 45 judgements of São Paulos superior court, between 2000 and 2015. In order to analyze the material, we took as inspiration the methodology proposed by Spink, when constructing thematic maps. The results signal that the decisions, both to accomodate and to deny the requests, utilize judicial, and especially medical, knowledge, lined in a biomedical modelo f the conception of transsexuality and travesty. As a consequence of this fundamentation, we observe that, in Law, there is a crystalization that moralizes and transforms the gender identities not hegemonics in pathologies, like the ones of the tranvestites and transsexuals

In Deutschland und Europa setzen immer mehr Unternehmen Maßnahmen zur "sexuellen Orientierung", zumeist im Rahmen von aktuell an Bedeutung gewinnenden Diversity Management-Ansätzen. Vor diesem Hintergrund gibt der Artikel einen strukturierten Überblick über den Stand der Personalforschung in diesem Bereich. Neben wenigen Studien zu Bi- und Transsexualität bezieht sich der größte Teil der Forschung auf das Phänomen Homosexualität und lässt sich in drei thematische Gruppen unterteilen: 1. der Umgang mit der eigenen Homosexualität am Arbeitsplatz, 2. das Arbeits- und Organisationsklima für Lesben und Schwule und 3. der organisationale Umgang mit Homosexualität bzw. der "sexuellen Orientierung". Es zeigt sich, dass schwule, lesbische, bisexuelle und auch transidente Beschäftigte unterschiedlichen Barrieren am Arbeitsplatz begegnen und entsprechende Maßnahmen von Unternehmensseite dazu beitragen können, diese abzubauen. Es wird diskutiert, inwieweit sich daraus positive ökonomische Konsequenzen für Unternehmen ergeben können. (author's abstract)

Nessa perspectiva, o objetivo deste estudo foi compreender a vivência do primeiro transexual operado no Brasil, João W. Nery, de modo crítico aos determinismos psicopatológicos que partem de lógicas cisheteronormativas. Trata-se de um estudo documental, realizado por intermédio da análise da trajetória de vida de João, disponível em sua mais recente autobiografia intitulada “Viagem Solitária: memórias de um transexual trinta anos depois” e artigo publicado em revista científica: “João W. Nery – A trajetória de um trans homem no Brasil: do escritor ao ativista”. Foi utilizado o método psicanalítico na atitude de desvelar a vivência transexual, assim como buscar eleger categorias para organizar a análise, que foram: (1) “Tons de rosa: infância e tempo de desencontros”, (2) “Tons de azul: puberdade e tempo de inseguranças, sofrimentos e a descoberta de novos matizes”, (3) “Tons de transgressão: adultez” e (4) “O abraço do tempo em cores do arco-íris: tons de amadurecimento”. A análise foi mediada teoricamente pela escola britânica de psicanálise, sobretudo de paradigma winnicottiano, em diálogo com a teoria queer. Foi possível compreender a expressão do gênero não binário, não rígido, enquanto aspecto original e criativo, um caminho para a constituição e reconhecimento de si-mesmo, a expressão genuína de um verdadeiro self. É na impossibilidade de integrar tais aspectos, assim como o acolhimento de sua originalidade para o sexo e gênero, que o sofrimento e a expressão de um falso self se manifestam. Compreender a vivência transexual sem compará-la aos modelos normativos ao sexo e ao gênero é desafio contemporâneo e necessário para tornar menos rígidos os saberes da psicologia, psiquiatria e principalmente da psicanálise, assim como demais áreas da saúde e educação cuja práxis emerge ao contato com aspectos da pluralidade afetiva e sexual humana. Cabe à psicanálise, a partir das novas demandas e possibilidades de um si-mesmo contemporâneo, se movimentar e avançar enquanto campo do saber humano, de vida e pensamento, potente a compreender, despatologizar, cuidar, reconhecer, desvelar a vivência transexual e os seus caminhos para a constituição de si-mesmo. / Transsexuality is an aspect of sexuality that intimates and instigates the comprehensive advancement of own sexuality beyond the naturalization of binary models for sex and gender. In this perspective, the objective of this study was to understand the experience of the first transsexual operated in Brazil, João W. Nery, in a critical way to the psychopathological determinisms that depart from logics cis-heteronormativity. A documentary study, was performed through the analysis of João life trajectory, available in his most recent autobiography entitled "Viagem Solitária: memórias de um transexual trinta anos depois" and an article published in a scientific journal: "João W. Nery – A trajetória de um trans homem no Brasil: do escritor ao ativista". The psychoanalytic method was used with the purpose of unveiling the transsexual experience and to select categories to organize the analysis, which were: (1) "Tones of rose: childhood and time of mismatch", (2) "Tones of blue: puberty and time of insecurities, sufferings and the discovery of new shades", (3) "Tones of transgression: adulthood" and (4) "The embrace of time in rainbow colors: ripening tones‖. The analysis was mediated theoretically by the British School of Psychoanalysis, mainly of Winnicottian paradigm, in dialogue with queer theory. It was possible to understand the expression of the non-binary, non-rigid genre as an original and creative aspect, a path to the constitution and recognition of self, the genuine expression of a true self. It is impossible to integrate such aspects, as well as the reception of their originality for sex and gender, that the suffering and the expression of a false self are manifested. Understanding the transsexual experience without comparing it to normative models to sex and gender is a contemporary and necessary challenge to improve the knowledge of psychology and psychiatry, and especially of psychoanalysis. And also for other areas of health and education, whose praxis emerges from contact with such aspects of human affective and sexual plurality. It is up to psychoanalysis, based on the new demands and possibilities of a contemporary self, advance as a field of human knowledge, life and thought, powerful enough to understand, depathologize, care, recognize, unveil the transsexual experience and its ways for the constitution of self

É um campo polêmico, que toma proporções maiores a cada novo passo no avanço das técnicas cirúrgicas e biomédicas, e que se insere no conjunto de outras polêmicas, tais como a inseminação artificial, a clonagem, a escolha genética de bebês, o uso de células tronco, entre outros. Essas cirurgias trazem para discussão a relação entre corpo, sexualidade e identidade, e colocam em cheque uma suposta naturalidade biológica desses conceitos. Mais do que isto, a pretensão de “mudar de sexo” parece indicar que estamos diante de novas formas de ser e estar no mundo e que o “mal-estar” de nossa civilização pode estar produzindo novas saídas para os velhos dilemas da sexualidade. / The "Sex Reassignment Surgery", done by people who want to “adjust” their sexual features and anatomic body shape in order to look like the opposite sex, has been the subject of disagreement in the medical, as well as in the psychological and social fields. It is a controversial area that has increasing impact as surgical and biomedical techniques advance. Besides that it is part of a larger range of controversial themes, such as artificial insemination, cloning, genetic selection, and the use of stem cells, among others. The aforementioned surgeries bring to discussion the relationship between body image, sexuality and identity and raise questions about a supposed naturalness of these concepts. More than that, the intention of "changing sexes" seems to indicate that we are facing new forms of being in the world and that the "disquiet" of our civilization may be producing new answers for old dilemmas of sexuality.

Por meio de interpretações de masculino e feminino, essas novas mulheres encontram no design e na moda, formas de expressão que ampliam suas possibilidades identitárias. Esta pesquisa teve como objetivo estudar como o design e a moda participam da construção identitária de mulheres transexuais e travestis no contemporâneo. Esta investigação adotou uma abordagem qualitativa, utilizando-se das técnicas de pesquisa bibliográfica, documental e de campo com a aplicação de entrevistas semiestruturadas e estudos de caso. Foram realizadas 10 entrevistas com mulheres transexuais e travestis, além de 2 outras entrevistas complementares. Uma das dificuldades enfrentadas nesta pesquisa foi a ausência de fontes teóricas relacionado design, identidade, gênero, sexualidade e transexualidade. Por conta dessa lacuna, foi necessário buscar conhecimento por meio dos estudos queer, feministas e pós-estruturalistas -, visando entender como são articuladas as identidades dos indivíduos, para então voltar esforços para o objetivo dessa pesquisa. Considerasse que o objetivo desta pesquisa foi alcançado: o design, além de participar da construção identitária das mulheres trans e travestis, é um instrumento capaz de materializar identidades e estilos de vida no contemporâneo. Desse modo, é possível dizer que o design faz parte da vida dos indivíduos na sociedade contemporânea - de forma objetiva e também subjetiva -, contribuindo para a disseminação de valores que se transformam em bens de consumo e cultura. Diante disso, entender a pluralidade interna existente entre as mulheres trans e travestis contribuiu para reflexões sobre a categoria “mulheres” como um todo. Não se trata – apenas - de como o design pode auxiliar mulheres trans e travestis a serem compreendidas como mulheres, mas sim, de ampliar as possibilidades identitárias dentro dessa categoria, abrindo espaço para que essas mulheres possam adentrar ao espaço do feminino. / By transgressing norms and standards imposed by society, trans and transvestite women re-signify their existence and through the incorporation of gestures, clothes and accessories, among other elements of the feminine universe, they "become" women. Through interpretations of masculine and feminine, these new women find in the design and fashion, forms of expression that expand their possibilities of identity. This research aimed to study how design and fashion participate in the identity construction of transsexual and transvestite women in the contemporary world. This research adopted a qualitative approach, using the techniques of bibliographical, documentary and field research with the application of semi-structured interviews and case studies. Ten interviews with transsexual women and transvestites were carried out, as well as two other complementary interviews. One of the difficulties faced in this research was the absence of theoretical sources related to design, identity, gender, sexuality and transsexuality. Because of this gap, it was necessary to seek knowledge through queer, feminist and poststructuralist studies - in order to understand how the identities of individuals are articulated, and then to return efforts to the objective of this research. Consider that the goal of this research has been achieved. It was noted that design - besides participating in the identity construction of trans women and transvestites - is an instrument capable of materializing identities and lifestyles in the contemporary. In this way, it is possible to say that design is part of the life of individuals in objective and also subjective society, contributing to the dissemination of values that become consumer goods and culture. In view of this, understanding the internal plurality between trans and transvestite women has contributed to reflections on the category of "women" as a whole.
