The Masters thesis focuses on Internet activities implemented in the sphere of international tourism. The data for analysis was collected by the author during the years 2013-2015. Based on insights discovered during employment with Aqua Vita travel agency and information from specialized literature, the author conducts analysis of the current Internet marketing tools implemented by the company. Based on the results of the analysis, the author suggests several improvements for Aqua Vita travel s.r.o. The recommendations are aimed to increase the efficiency of the selected Internet marketing tools, to reduce costs and to improve the companys presence online.

It is the purpose of the study to determine if the addition of Vita Yam as a source of vitamin A to the daily diet improves the dark adaptation of college-age students.

Ziel der Studie war es, dass VITA Easyshade 5 mit dem VITA Easyshade 4 in Abhängigkeit von der Erfahrung des Benutzers in Bezug auf die gemessene Zahnfarbe zu vergleichen.

Die korrekte Zahnfarbbestimmung stellt den Zahnarzt und den Zahntechniker immer wieder vor eine Herausforderung. Visuelle Bestimmungsmethoden mittels Farbskalen sind häufig fehleranfällig. Digitale Farbmessgeräte versuchen die Fehleranfälligkeit objektiv mithilfe von Sensoren zu verringern. Um den Praxisablauf zu vereinfachen, stellt sich die Frage, ob die Bestimmung der Zahnfarbe mittels digitalen Farbmessgeräten vom Zahnarzt an Zahnmedizinische Fachangestellte delegierbar ist. Unter klinischen Bedingungen wurden bei 75 Probanden und an insgesamt 614 Zähnen Messungen mithilfe des digitalen Farbmessgerätes VITA EasyShade Advance 4.0® vom Zahnarzt und zehn Zahnmedizinischen Fachangestellten durchgeführt. Jeder Zahn wurde am Zahnhals, in der Mitte und an der Schneidekante vermessen. Es ergaben sich je Zahn drei Messungen jeweils für den Zahnarzt und die Zahnmedizinischen Fachangestellten. Insgesamt konnten 1834 Messungen verglichen werden. Aus jeder Messung resultierte ein Farbwert, der durch die drei Farbkoordinaten L*, a* und b* dargestellt wird. Aus den 1834 Messungen ergaben sich 5502 zu vergleichende Messdaten zwischen dem Zahnarzt und den Zahnmedizinischen Fachangestellten. Die Auswertung erfolgte mithilfe des Wilcoxon-Tests. Es ergab sich kein statistisch signifikanter Unterschied zwischen den Messungen. Für eine Einordnung der Ergebnisse in die Praxis wurden die Farbabstände ∆E der gemessenen Zahnfarben vom Zahnarzt und den Zahnmedizinischen Fachangestellten gegenübergestellt. Im Rahmen der vorliegenden Studie konnte anhand der gemessenen ∆E-Werte gezeigt werden, dass das Delegieren der Bestimmung der Zahnfarbe im Seitenzahnbereich sowie an den Zahnhälsen und Schneidekanten nicht zu empfehlen ist. Für das mittlere Drittel der Frontzähne zeigte sich, dass die Übertragung der Messung vom Zahnarzt an Zahnmedizinische Fachangestellte zu keinen nennenswerten Unterschieden führt. Der durchschnittliche Farbabstand zwischen den Messungen von ∆E = 3,1 spiegelt einen, im Vergleich zu den Literaturangaben, guten Wert wieder. Um die Ergebnisse genauer einzuordnen, sind Studien zwischen anderen Berufsgruppen, insbesondere zwischen Zahnärzten, notwendig.

Examensarbetet ”Torget, berget och den vita kuben” utgår från nyöppnade Österängens konsthall i en förort utanför Jönköping. Projektets huvudfrågeställning handlar om hur utställningsrum för samtidskonst ser ut och skapas idag. Formgivningen har resulterat i en sekvens specifika miljöer som refererar och kontrasterar mot den vita kuben, normen, och undersöker korrelationen mellan samtidskonsten som ställs ut och arkitekturen bakom. Rummet är inte passivt, det är en aktiv aktör som både producerar och selekterar den konst som ställs ut. / The project is about a recently established art gallery in Österängen, a suburb to Jönköping. The main interest concern how spaces for contemporary art function and are created today. My design for Österängens art gallery is a sequence of specific environments that refers or contrasts to the white cube, the norm, and is investigating the correlation between contemporary art and architecture. The art gallery is not passive; it is an active actor in producing and selecting the art exhibited.

This study’s objective was to evaluate repetitive firing cycles’ effects on the translucency, light’s absorption coefficient, and flexural strength of zirconia-reinforced lithium silicate ceramics. Two zirconia-reinforced lithium silicate ceramics and one lithium disilicate glass-ceramic were tested. Blocks of all materials were sectioned into tiles with different thicknesses and subjected to up to five firing cycles using the firing schedule indicated in the manufacturer’s user instructions. Light transmission ratio (T) and absorption coefficients were determined using a spectrophotometer. Further, bars were sectioned from blocks of all materials and tested for three-point-bend flexural strength using a Universal Testing Machine (Instron), and flexural strength was calculated from load at failure. Factorial ANOVA and Tukey’s HSD tests were conducted to analyze light transmission and flexural strength, while regression was used to analyze the absorption coefficient. Weibull parameters and fractographic analysis also were investigated. The results showed that repetitive firing cycles reduced e.max® and Vita Suprinity’s® translucency, but not that of Celtra® Duo, which showed no significant difference. All materials of greater thickness exhibited less translucency, and e.max® CAD had the highest mean light transmission; however, it was not significantly different than Celtra® Duo. Repetitive firing cycles showed more absorption coefficient of light with Vita Suprinity® and e.max®, except for Celtra® Duo, which showed no difference. Vita Suprinity® showed the highest absorption coefficient; however, it was not significantly different than e.max® CAD. Repetitive firing cycles had no significant effect on flexural strength. High and low flexural strength samples for all materials showed similar characteristics with respect to crack propagation patterns, and fracture origins. In conclusion, repetitive firing cycles decreased both e.max® and Vita Suprinity’s® translucency significantly. Repetitive firing cycles increased e.max® and Vita Suprinity’s® absorption coefficient significantly, particularly at shorter wavelengths. Repetitive firing cycles did not increase flexural strength statistically significantly. Vita Suprinity® showed an inherent and more homogeneous flaw-distribution in the first two firing cycles compared to the distribution of flaws in the other two materials.

Syftet med denna studie har varit att undersöka hur föreningen Luleå kvinnliga nykterhetsförening, sedermera Vita bandet Luleå grundades och utvecklades under de första 20 åren av föreningens verksamhet. Folkomröstningen 1922 om ett förbud mot rusdrycken kommer också att beröras. Medlemsantalets utveckling under de första 20 åren i före­ningen undersöks samt de kvinnor som grundade föreningen. Dessutom undersöks vad föreningen hade för verksamheter under de första 20 åren och därtill hur arbetet inför folkomröstningen 1922 gick till. I denna studie har material som pro­tokoll och årsberättelser använts från Norrbottens Föreningsarkiv. Undersökningen består av tre delar. Kvinnorna som engagerade sig i föreningen under de första 20 åren var kvinnor som hade det välställt hemma vilket ledde till att de hade tid till att engagera sig i hjärtefrågor, men även kvinnor som arbetade inom samhällsviktiga områden så som utbildning var engagerade samt ett stort antal ogifta kvinnor.  Resultatet av studien visar att kvinnorna som var verksamma i föreningen Vita bandet Luleå arbe­tade hårt för att göra en bättre tillvaro utan rusdrycken. Detta genomfördes redan från början 1902 då ett engagemang från en kvinna i en förening inte var självklar fram till den sysselsättning och an­strängning som kom att behövas inför folkomröstningen om ett rusdrycksförbud.

The historical context in which it belonged should be considered. It is about to observe the Judean environment that preceded the Jewish Revolt marked by social, economic and political conflicts, as these were crucial for that the clash between Romans and Jews occurred. Therefore, we noted the surge of the Jewish Revolt, and also the participation of Josephus at that war. In this sense, Josephus experiences in the Revolt are recurrent due to own unfolding of the conflict as he experienced the different sides of the war and witnessed the Roman victory beside them. This way, we will consider the relevance of Josephus' Vita as it was a work that approached the Revolt in a personal perspective, and from it, his memories were highlighted in a constructive process of narrative argumentations, making them the key elements in the very representation of Josephus' impressions. We understand how Josephus' autobiographical speech expresses his own demands of his contemporary, from the relation between narrative, memory, representation and identity. / Discutiremos acerca das representações de Flávio Josefo a partir de sua obra autobiográfica Vita, além do modo como a mesma definiu e consolidou a percepção de representação própria de seu autor. O contexto histórico ao qual pertenceu deve ser considerado. Trata-se de observar o ambiente da Judéia que antecedeu a Revolta Judaica, marcada por conflitos sociais, econômicos e políticos, pois estes foram fundamentais para que o embate entre romanos e judeus ocorresse. Sendo assim, evidenciamos a eclosão da Revolta Judaica e também a participação de Josefo nessa Guerra. Neste sentido, as experiências de Josefo na Revolta são recorrentes devido ao próprio desdobramento do conflito, pois vivenciou os lados distintos da guerra e presenciou a vitória romana ao lado dos envolvidos. Dessa maneira, consideraremos a relevância da Vita de Josefo, pois foi uma obra que abordou a Revolta em uma perspectiva pessoal; a partir desta criação, suas recordações e lembranças foram ressaltadas em um processo construtivo de argumentações narrativas, tornando-as elementos primordiais na impressão da representação própria de Flávio Josefo. Compreendemos como o discurso autobiográfico de Josefo expressa as demandas pessoais de sua contemporaneidade, a partir da relação entre narrativa, memória, representação e identidade.

Title: Verification of the effect of Ventolin Inhaler N in athletes without a diagnosis of asthma. Thesis' objective: The main objective of this Thesis is to determine whether the medicament Ventolin Inhaler N affects the performance of athletes without a diagnosis of asthma. Specifically, it is about how this medicament influences the parameters in aerobic and anaerobic zone, spirometric parameters and total performance. The other objective is to verify if any of the adverse events of Ventolin Inhaler N appears before the load. Methods: The descriptive analysis method for obtaining information about the issue is used in this Thesis. A test up to a vita maxima on a treadmill according to the protocol of Bunce, spirometric measurement and an answer sheet for the evaluation of subjective feelings immediately after the test is used for the research. Test was realized using a method repeated measurement, each tested person passed the test twice, once using the Ventolin Inhaler N and once without it. Results were recorded into tables and analyzed in SPSS programme using statistical methods. Results: The medicament Ventolin Inhaler N affects the performance of athletes without a diagnosis of asthma.
