Cette thèse porte sur la mise en place d’un ERP (Enterprise Resource planning) dans un groupe de petites filiales à travers une recherche action canonique multi-cycles menée par le chercheur, directeur de projet ERP durant deux ans. Les filiales sont confrontées à de multiples défis : déployer un ERP standard tout en préservant leur flexibilité, concilier les contraintes groupe et contraintes locales, faire avec les moyens du bord vu les ressources limitées. Ce contexte constitue une opportunité pour approfondir la théorie du bricolage, peu mobilisée dans la littérature ERP. Les résultats montrent des processus de bricolage collectif multi-niveaux : intra-filiales, inter-filiales et groupe. Ces processus de bricolage permettent une amélioration continue de l’ERP et son appropriation, et conduisent au final à la conception et l’usage de solutions difficiles à imiter, ce qui génère un avantage compétitif. Ces processus de bricolage collectif supposent des conditions initiales propices, et une évolution d’une symbolique contraignante (ERP standard, best practices) vers une symbolique habilitante. Chemin faisant, le bricolage contribue à développer le réservoir et les capacités créatives, ce qui décuple en retour le potentiel du bricolage, favorisant simultanément les innovations technologiques et managériales. / This PhD thesis focuses on the implementation of an ERP in a group of small subsidiaries through a multi-cycle canonical action research conducted by the researcher, ERP project manager for two years. Subsidiaries face multiple challenges : deploying a standard ERP while preserving their flexibility, reconciling the group constraints and local constraints, making do with means at hand given the limited resources. This context is an opportunity to deepen the theory of bricolage, little mobilized in the ERP literature. The results show multilevel collective bricolage processes: intra-affiliates, inter-affiliates and group. These bricolage processes allow continuous improvement of the ERP and its appropriation, and ultimately lead to the design and use of solutions that are difficult to imitate, which generates a competitive advantage. These collective bricolage processes assume favorable initial conditions and an evolution from a constraining symbolic (standard ERP, best practices) to an enabling symbolic. Along the way, bricolage contributes to developing thecreative reservoir and capacities, which in turn increases the potential of bricolage, while simultaneously promoting technological and managerial innovations.

Bakgrund: Under det senaste decenniet har det blivit allt vanligare att implementeraaffärssystem i organisationer. Det kan idag ses som en förutsättning för att organisationer skalyckas med sin verksamhet. Det finns i huvudsak två sätt att implementera ett affärssystem.Det första är att en organisation skaffar ett standardsystem och då får verksamheten anpassasig efter affärssystemet. Det andra är att implementera ett verksamhetsanpassat system och dåanpassar man affärssystemet efter verksamheten. Tidigare forskar anser att den effektenaffärssystemet har på ekonomistyrningen är att många rutinjobb försvinner, personalen blirmer kunnig och kan fatta snabbare beslut och informationen är realtiduppdaterad vilket ledertill att bättre beslutsfattande.Forskningsfrågor: På vilket sätt påverkar affärssystemet ekonomistyrningen? Hurunderlättar affärssystemet arbetet med ekonomistyrningen?Syfte: Att förstå hur arbetet med affärssystemet påverkan ekonomistyrningen itillverkningsföretag.Metod: En kvalitativ fallstudie studie på två tillverkningsföretag inomsprängmedelsbranschen, Orica Sweden och Eurenco Bofors. Vi jämför teorier från tidigareforskare och böcker inom ämnet affärssystem och ekonomistyrningen med det insamladematerialet från empirin för att mäta förväntade effekter med de praktiska effekterna.Slutsatser: Studien visar att affärssystemet har effektiviserat affärsprocesserna och gjortarbetet med ekonomistyrningen snabbare. Informationen i affärssystemet uppdateras i realtidoch ligger till grund för en bättre beslutsfattning i verksamheterna vi studerade. Studien harockså kommit fram till att ha ett affärssystem är en förutsättning för att kunna ha enfungerande stor organisation.

Enterprice Resource Planning (ERP) är ett område inom IT som har utvecklats enormt de sista åren. Utvecklingen av IT har gjort att förutsättningen för att arbeta med ERP-system har ändrats från att ha varit bunden till att sitta vid sin arbetsplats i företagets lokaler till att i stort sett kunna sitta var som helst i världen och nå all nödvändig information som behövs. ERP-systemen erbjuder stöd för i stort sett alla processer i företaget och kan rätt använt effektivisera verksamheten avsevärt. Det finns dock ett område som fortfarande är relativt underutvecklat; stöd för ett effektivt miljöarbete.Hållbar utveckling är ett begrepp som myntades redan i slutet på 1980-talet då problemet att jordens resurser är begränsade uppmärksammades. På senare tid har arbete med hållbar utveckling kommit att bli en förutsättning för en organisations överlevnad. Det ställs höga krav på att företag ska rapportera sin påverkan och beskriva det miljöarbete som bedrivs för sina intressenter. Idag är detta arbete uppbyggt på att information hämtas från ett flertal olika system och parter. Det finns möjligheter att använda moduler i ERP-systemet som erbjuder visst stöd för miljöarbete, men medvetenheten om att det faktiskt finns en koppling mellan ERP-system och hållbart arbete är svag.Denna studie baseras på ett kvalitativt forskningsarbete med djupgående och grundliga intervjuer med tre kundföretag samt två större ERP-leverantörer. Den baseras även på en grundlig genomgång av befintlig teori i ämnet. I studien argumenteras för de möjligheter som finns för att kunna utveckla ett effektivt och användbart stöd för hållbarhetsarbete i ERP-system. Studien visar att bristen på standarder kring redovisning av miljöinformation och att företag sällan använder ERP-systemen i sin helhet är ett stort hinder. Även det faktum att större företag arbetar som isolerade öar utan att samarbeta för att kunna utforma krav för hur de vill att ERP-systemet ska stödja miljöarbetet är ett problem i sammanhanget. Studiens resultat visar att stödet för hållbarhetsarbete i ERP-system måste byggas in i systemet för att bli en naturlig del av arbetet. Även automatisering av informationsflödet och anpassningar av redan befintliga branschlösningar är viktiga komponenter för en effektiv utveckling av stöd för hållbarhetsarbete. / Program: Dataekonomutbildningen

This thesis is aiming at finding a solution for the manufacturing company IRO AB inUlricehamn, Sweden to communicate the changes that are made in processes and products ofthe company to its Chinese subsidiary company IWTC. The company wants to have a systemthrough which any change and improvement happened at one company is communicated toanother one in order to exercise the same changes at parallel processes that are running at bothcompanies. To solve their problem and to find an effective solution, first current situationregarding change processes at the company is examined to make sure that all changes andimprovements made at the company are registered in a structured way. Then differentcommunication channels existed between two companies is reviewed to find out thepossibilities and capacities of the company. This thesis focuses on using the ERP system as acommunication tool at both companies IRO AB and IWTC through which all the changes canbe registered and communicated in an effective, fast way. This capacity in ERP systems isfound out through a comprehensive study of this concept and its characteristics that has beendone in this research.

Foi realizada uma análise da expectativa quanto à implantação de sistemas ERP, as informações que as empresas passaram a ter com a implantação deste tipo de sistema, como estão sendo utilizados, quais as dificuldades e os benefícios trazidos com implantações de softwares ERP. O método utilizado nesta pesquisa foi o indutivo analítico. Recorreu-se a um questionário semiestruturado, com perguntas fechadas e abertas, a fim de se obter as informações necessárias para a condução do estudo. Buscou-se identificar se houve mais benefícios que problemas com empresas que optaram por implantar sistemas ERP. As informações coletadas foram tratadas e trabalhadas estatisticamente a fim de se chegar a resposta da questão: implantações de sistemas ERP nas PMEs geram melhores informações financeiras, contábeis e operacionais para empresas da RMR? A partir da análise dos dados, concluiu-se que, depois de passadas várias etapas não previstas no projeto inicial de implantação de sistema ERP, houve ganho da informação financeira, contábil e operacional destinadas ao processo de decisão dos gestores após implantações de sistemas ERP

This diploma thesis deals with support employee's mobility in ERP systems. In the opening it describes contemporary trends in the use of mobile devices in companies, followed by overview of basic functionality, which is essential for deploying those devices in the enterprise environment. Next part is focused on the integration of mobile devices into enterprise architecture. It consists of description, how the information from identified ERP modules is made available for mobile devices. New activities are connected with mobile device integration, especially security and management. Therefore several options covering these activities are mentioned in this thesis. Last part provides study of company Diskus spol. s r.o., where two problems are being discussed - low support for field workers and missing security policies for mobile devices. Last contribution is the comparison of support for mobile devices in ERP systems from the selected Czech providers (ABRA Gx, Byznys ERP, Helios Orange, K2, Karat and Premier System).

A Integração de Aplicativos Empresariais (EAI, Enterprise Application Integration) entre empresas de uma mesma cadeia produtiva é uma inovação organizacional que proporciona grandes ganhos em competitividade, o que chega a ser vital no atual ambiente de negócios. Essa integração necessita de recursos nem sempre disponíveis nesses sistemas de gestão. Este estudo fez um levantamento dos Sistemas Integrados de Gestão Empresarial (ERP, Enterprise Resource Planning) mais utilizados no Brasil, a respectiva participação no mercado brasileiro e identificou para cada um deles quais seus recursos existentes para integração com outros ERP de outras organizações da cadeia. Tem-se como resultado um panorama no qual se pode apoiar para tomada de decisão ou usá-lo como ponto de partida para pesquisa do nível de utilização do recurso de integração de sistemas entre empresas no Brasil e das barreiras à implementação da mesma. Trata-se de uma pesquisa exploratória que pela análise dos documentos disponibilizados pelos desenvolvedores dos softwares fez a identificação dos recursos de integração dos cinco sistemas ERP mais utilizados no Brasil. / Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) among companies of the same production chain is an organization innovation that provides meaningful gains in competitiveness, which may be critical in current business environment. This integration needs resources not always available in this management systems. This paper investigated Brazil most used ERP, their market share, and identified each ones existing resources to integrate with other ERP in other organizations in the chain. As a result, there is a full view on which to rely for decision making or to be taken as a start for an research on the system integration resource utilization level among Brazil companies and implementation barriers to it. It is a exploratory research, where by means of documentation made available by the softwares developers identified the integration resources of the five ERP systems most used in Brazil.
