[pt] O ambiente dinâmico e em constante mudança exige que as empresas sejam cada vez mais rápidas para responder eficazmente aos desafios. A estratégia empresarial hoje se preocupa em olhar para dentro da empresa, e verificar se ela tem condições de mover-se rapidamente pra aproveitar as oportunidades que o mercado oferece. A aprendizagem organizacional e a criação de conhecimento são determinantes para o sucesso da empresa nesse novo ambiente. O presente estudo define doze fatores-chave que podem estimular a aprendizagem e a criação de conhecimento dentro das empresas. Em seguida, verifica como esses fatores-chave são aplicados em quarenta empresas brasileiras de médio e grande porte. Finalmente, relaciona o grau em que esses fatores são aplicados e o desempenho de mercado das empresas. / [en] A very dinamyc and constantly changing environment forces companies to be faster and faster in responding efficiently to market demands. Corporate strategy nowadays is more worried about thecompany inside, to verify if it has conditions and necessary skills to move quickly and take advantage of market opportunities. Organizational learning and knowledgde creation are key elements to company sucess in this new environment. The present study defines twelve factors which favors organizational learning and knowmledge creation. After that, verifies how those key factors are applied in fifty medium and big sized Brasilian companies. Finally, it makes a correlation between the way those factors are applied and the companies market performance.

I vår tid växer nya generationer upp i ett samhälle med hög förändringstakt. Ur ett personsäkerhetsperspektiv innebär förändringsintensiteten en osäkerhet gällande vilka potentiella risker vi utsätts för. Risker kan identifieras och hanteras genom ett systematiskt säkerhetsarbete. Det kräver en god säkerhetskultur som bland annat innebär att samtliga individer inom en organisation vet hur det ska påtala risker för sin arbetsgivare och känner sig trygga att göra det (Reason, 1997; Power, 2007). Arbetsmiljölagen (1977:1166) föreskriver att risker ska identifieras och hanteras i ett systematiskt arbetsmiljöarbete. Samtidigt rapporteras att ca trettio procent av tusen grundskollärare upplever någon form av risk i samband med att föra fram kritik till eller om sin arbetsgivare (Helte, 2011). Hur påverkar den situationen förekomsten av internrapportering, förmåga att hantera risker och att dra lärdom av händelser? Är skolan en lärande organisation? Syftet med studien är att få en inblick i hur riskbilden kan se ut på en skola och, belysa hur fyra pedagoger upplever kulturen på sin arbetsplats, generellt och i förhållande till det systematiska arbetsmiljöarbetet enligt arbetsmiljölagens (1977:1166) intentioner. Studien genomfördes som en kvalitativ fallstudie. Studiens resultat visar att i samtliga fall var avsaknaden av en god säkerhetskultur med systematisk och strukturell approach anmärkningsvärd, även på de skolor som hade en trygg och öppen kultur. Den riskbild som framkom i intervjuerna omfattade risker i den psykiska och fysiska arbetsmiljön. Riskerna var tätt sammanlänkade med den pedagogiska verksamheten. Informanterna förmedlade behov av ökat systematiskt säkerhetsarbete och nämnde flera önskvärda effekter inom hela verksamheten som detta skulle kunna medföra. / In our time, new generations grow up into a society of rapid change. From a personal security point of view, the high rate of change implies an uncertainty regarding which potential dangers we will face. Risks can be identified, addressed and managed through Systematic Safety Work. It requires a good safety culture which among other things means that everyone knows how they are supposed to report risks to their employers and that they are comfortable doing so. (Reason; 1997; Power, 2007). The Work Environment Act (1977:1166) stipulates that risks are to be identified and managed in a Systematic Safety Work. At the same time it is reported that about thirty percent of one thousand teachers experience some kind of risk expressing criticism to or about their employers. (Helte, 2011). How does this affect internal reporting, ability to manage risks and to learn from incidents? Is school a Learning Organization? The purpose of this study is to gain insight into what kind of risks there are in school and to illustrate how four teachers experience the culture in their workplaces, generally and in relation to Systematic Safety Work according to the intentions of the Work Environment Act (1977:1166). The study was conducted as a qualitative case study. Our results demonstrate that in all cases there was a notable lack of good safety culture including systematic and structural approach. This also applied even to the schools with a confident and open culture. The risks which were expressed in the interviews concerned both mental and physical work environment. The risks were closely interconnected with the educational activities. Informants conveyed the need for increased Systematic Safety Work and mentioned several desirable effects in the whole school organization as a result.

Tapimas besimokančia organizacija padės išlikti konkurencinėmis sąlygomis. Besimokančios organizacijos požymių raiškos analizė leis tobulinti ikimokyklinio ugdymo įstaigos veiklą, edukacinę erdvę. Be to, neaptikta duomenų, kad buvo tyrinėtos ikimokyklinio ugdymo institucijos, kaip besimokančios organizacijos, bei nerasta tyrimų, kokiais požymiais, bruožais jos pasižymi. Atsižvelgus į visa tai, buvo iškelta tyrimo problema: ar ikimokyklinio ugdymo įstaiga yra besimokanti organizacija? Tyrimo objektas: ikimokyklinio ugdymo įstaigos, kaip besimokančios organizacijos požymiai. Tyrimo tikslas – atskleisti ikimokyklinio ugdymo įstaigos, kaip besimokančios organizacijos požymių raišką vadovų ir pedagogų požiūrio aspektu. Tyrimo metodika. It will help for a learning organization to survive in competitive conditions. The analysis of the expression of the features of learning organization will improve preschool activity and educational space. In addition, there are not any data which could show the investigated preschool education institutions as learning organizations, and there has not been found any research in what ways, they are distinguished. Organizational Memory In Construction Companies: A Case-based Reasoning Model As An Organizational Learning Tool

Companies struggle against complex and dynamic conditions in order to survive in their business settings. Being in the knowledge era, learning has been accepted as one of the main sources of sustainable competitive advantage. Organizational learning (OL) is a set of activities to obtain organizational memory (OM) by acquiring, sharing, interpreting, integrating and institutionalizing knowledge. OM is exploited by the companies in strategic decision-making process, which makes OL a critical concept. The major objective of this study is to explore how construction companies create OM and how they exploit this asset in strategic decision-making process. In this context, an interview study is conducted with eight large Turkish construction companies and OM perceptions of each company are presented as case studies. This survey revealed the strengths and weaknesses in terms of OL competence. One of the key outputs is that companies are successful at acquiring and storing knowledge but they are not familiar with decision support systems (DSSs) that benefit from OM. Such systems enable OL by assisting decision makers in processing, assessing, integrating and organizing knowledge. To meet the requirements of the industry, a DSS is proposed to aid construction companies in international market entry decisions. This tool is generated under a software package by adopting case-based reasoning (CBR) as the problem solving approach, which finds solutions to new problems based on the past experiences. The model is developed by the acquisition of past real international project data as input information. The model produces two outputs that are indicators of attractiveness of a project and competitiveness of a company, which are the key decision criteria in international market entry problem.

[pt] A era na qual vivemos tem nos apresentado impasses e incertezas nas mais diversas áreas. As conseqüências da globalização e os avanços tecnológicos reduziram distâncias, inseriram a velocidade e a intangibilidade em nossa sociedade e causaram profundos distúrbios de ordem econômica, geográfica e social. Convivemos com um modo de produção capitalista, o qual consolidou um enorme campo de teorias organizacionais para um modelo de desenvolvimento industrial, onde o homem é colocado numa posição subordinada à eficiência e ao rendimento da máquina. O que de fato ocorreu foi a transição do modelo industrial para o informacional, sem que a mentalidade da estruturação do trabalho fosse mudada em grau tão profundo quanto a própria transição. Dentro desse cenário, os teóricos das organizações buscam um novo paradigma capaz de responder às exigências cada vez mais complexas de um mundo que, ao mesmo tempo em que se transformou em uma aldeia global, continuou a enfatizar o produto (o lucro) em detrimento do produtor (o ser humano). The consequences of globalization and the technological advances have reduced distances, inserted speed and instangibility into our society, causing profound turbulence in the economic, geographic and social orders. We live under a capitalist production mode, which consolidated an enormous amount of organizational theories for one industrial development model, placing man as a subordinate to mechanic efficiency and output. What has really happened is the transition from the industrial model to the information based model without any change in the mentality of structuring the work in a proportional depth to the change itself. In this scenario, the organizational theoreticians search for a new paradigm capable of answering the ever increasing and complex demands of a world that simultaneously becomes a global tribe as it emphasizes the production (wealth) over the producer (the human being). The present study is a quest for the intersection between two declarations about the fundamental changes that urge necessity for transformation, in the way of thinking as well as interacting: one of academic characteristics, represented by Peter Senge´s concepts in the Learning Organizations and, the other of spiritual characteristics, proposed in enterprises of Economy of Communion, based on the doctrine of the Catholic Church.

This consists of a challenge in the libraries belonging to the Federal Institutes of Education, because this display noticeably different complexity and purpose of the types of conventional libraries, such as school and university. Training education of users, much has been done to make the library a place of learning in recent decades, but there is still scientific studies apregoem that educational practices already adopted by other libraries are effective in this new library profile. Lack theoretical statements in the scientific literature to present this new librarian profile, active in the aforementioned organizational context, how important the educational project management combined with a learning organizational philosophy to the development of skills in information. The study is therefore proposed to investigate the relationship between the educational project development skills in information and the transformation of conventional library into a learning organization in the interdisciplinary theoretical and conceptual perspective of Social Sciences and Education. Methodologically the research is outlined as action research, qualitative and descriptive exploratory level. We used the techniques of literature search, document research, participant observation and organization categories to achieve the objectives outlined. The survey results make it possible to understand that the library of the Federal Institutes of Education, can be classified as a new type library for its intended purpose and should be called multilevel library, to cater for users of varying levels of education and training, a fact that differs from the established type library. To this end, it established a conceptual network of organization and articulation of categories, providing opportunities for the production of an educational project built from the descriptive study of a library of the campus of the Federal Institute of Paraíba Education, given the purpose of Professional Master's help the elucidation and improving organizational reality, from a scientific research. After all, an educational project template with the ability to be applied in various libraries of the Federal Professional Education Network, science and technology is unprecedented and promising. It concludes that the establishment of the educational project helps in the transformation of conventional library into a learning process library and the future implementation of the educational project, its monitoring and evaluation will reveal the possibilities and limitations of the process in relation to information regime. / A biblioteca como organização aprendente exerce o papel educacional de desenvolver competências em informação em seus usuários, para que estes sejam dotados de conhecimentos, habilidades e autonomia para buscar, acessar e utilizar a informação nas mais diversas situações de aprendizagem. Isto consiste em um desafio nas bibliotecas pertencentes aos Institutos Federais de Educação, devido esta apresentar complexidade e finalidade notoriamente diferentes dos tipos de bibliotecas convencionais existentes, tais como a escolar e a universitária. Do treinamento à educação de usuários, muito se têm feito para tornar a biblioteca um espaço de aprendizagem nas últimas décadas, mas ainda não há estudos científicos que apregoem que as práticas educacionais já realizadas por outros tipos de bibliotecas sejam eficazes neste novo perfil de biblioteca. Faltam demonstrações teóricas na literatura científica para apresentar a este novo perfil de bibliotecário, atuante no supracitado contexto organizacional, qual a importância da gestão de projetos educativos aliada a uma filosofia organizacional aprendente para o desenvolvimento de competências em informação. O estudo se propôs, portanto, a investigar a relação entre o projeto educativo de desenvolvimento de competências em informação e o processo de transformação da biblioteca convencional em uma organização aprendente na perspectiva teórico-conceitual interdisciplinar das Ciências Sociais Aplicadas e da Educação. Metodologicamente a pesquisa é delineada como pesquisa-ação, de natureza qualitativa e de nível exploratório descritivo. Utilizou-se das técnicas de pesquisa bibliográfica, pesquisa documental, observação participante e organização de categorias para alcançar os objetivos traçados. Os resultados da pesquisa possibilitam compreender que a biblioteca dos Institutos Federais de Educação, pode ser classificada como um novo tipo de biblioteca quanto a sua finalidade, devendo denominar-se biblioteca multinível, por atender a usuários de variados níveis de ensino e formação, fato este que a diferencia dos tipos de biblioteca já estabelecidos. Para tal, estabeleceu uma rede conceitual de organização e articulação de categorias, oportunizando a produção de um projeto educativo construído a partir do estudo descritivo de uma biblioteca de um dos campus do Instituto Federal de Educação da Paraíba, atendendo ao propósito do Mestrado Profissional de contribuir com a elucidação e a melhoria da realidade organizacional, a partir de uma investigação científica. Afinal, um modelo de projeto educativo com a possibilidade de ser aplicado em várias bibliotecas da Rede Federal de Educação Profissional, Científica e Tecnológica é inédito e promissor. Conclui que a constituição do projeto educativo contribui no processo de transformação da biblioteca convencional em uma biblioteca aprendente e que a aplicação futura do projeto educativo, seu monitoramento e sua avaliação poderão revelar as possibilidades e limitações do processo em relação ao regime de informação.

Its main goals were investigate the construction the model of Selective Dissemination Information integrated to SIGAA at UFRN by making an effort for professors to have current, relevant information at his or her service so they can strengthen the construction process of knowledge from the individuals that demand such things. The time frame done in the development literature of this search was between 1978 and 2014, therefore from its conceptual apprehension, it allows better understanding of the dissemination process of information for effective capability of the proposed action. For that, the research assumed a qualitative approach being classified as an explorative type and it was done through the methodological strategy of action research. Interviews were held with the Head of the Library System and the superintendent of information from UFRN, with the intent of collecting information and creating partnerships to the development of service. The faculty coordinators from basic research of Centro de Ensino Superior de Serido (CERES)/UFRN were questioned to identify if these individuals felt difficulties in finding information material about their area of research and if they considered the service relevant to the institution. In regards to the results, the research revealed that the majority of the professors felt some difficulty in finding the articles as well as the essays and/or thesis and they classify the designing of the service as extremely relevant to UFRN. Thus, this action research permitted the engaging construction of three beginning steps of the fundamental service in Souto (2010), which were: the achievement of the proposed diagnosis in the information dissemination in the UFRN scope, the politics definition of service and the achievement of organization planning in the SIGAA service. / Apresenta as peculiaridades da Disseminação Seletiva da informação, serviço que contribui para o compartilhamento de conteúdo informacional personalizado, considerando a importância da informação, vista como elemento chave na sociedade contemporânea e que inspira desafios para sua gestão. Seu objetivo principal foi investigar a construção de um modelo do serviço de Disseminação Seletiva da Informação integrado ao SIGAA na UFRN com vistas a contribuir para que os docentes tenham informações atuais e relevantes ao seu dispor e fortaleçam o processo de construção do conhecimento dos indivíduos que a demandam. O recorte temporal feito na literatura para o desenvolvimento desta pesquisa compreendeu o período de 1978 a 2014, permitindo a partir da sua apreensão conceitual, melhor entendimento do processo de disseminação de informações para uma aplicabilidade eficaz da ação proposta. Para tanto, a pesquisa assumiu uma abordagem qualitativa sendo classificada como do tipo exploratória e realizada por meio da estratégia metodológica da pesquisa-ação. Foram realizadas entrevistas com a Direção do Sistema de Bibliotecas e com a Superintendência de Informática da UFRN, com o intuito de coletar informações e formar parcerias para o desenvolvido do serviço. Foram aplicados questionários com os docentes coordenadores das bases de pesquisa do Centro de Ensino Superior do Seridó (CERES)/UFRN para identificar se estes indivíduos sentiam dificuldades em localizar materiais informacionais sobre suas áreas de pesquisas e se consideravam o serviço relevante para a instituição. Quanto aos seus resultados, as pesquisas revelaram que a maioria dos docentes sente alguma dificuldade para localizar artigos bem como dissertações e/ou teses e classificam a criação do serviço como extremamente relevante para a UFRN. Assim, esta pesquisa-ação permitiu a construção participativa das 3 primeiras etapas do serviço fundamentadas em Souto (2010), que foram: a realização do diagnóstico do processo de disseminação de informações no âmbito da UFRN, a definição da política do serviço e a realização do planejamento da estruturação do serviço no SIGAA.

Foram realizadas entrevistas com a Dire??o do Sistema de Bibliotecas e com a Superintend?ncia de Inform?tica da UFRN, com o intuito de coletar informa??es e formar parcerias para o desenvolvimento do servi?o. Foram aplicados question?rios com os docentes coordenadores das bases de pesquisa do Centro de Ensino Superior do Serid? (CERES)/UFRN para identificar se estes indiv?duos sentiam dificuldades em localizar materiais informacionais sobre suas ?reas de pesquisas e se consideravam o servi?o relevante para a institui??o. Quanto aos seus resultados, as pesquisas revelaram que a maioria dos docentes sente alguma dificuldade para localizar artigos bem como disserta??es e/ou teses e classificam a cria??o do servi?o como extremamente relevante para a UFRN. Assim, esta pesquisa-a??o permitiu a constru??o participativa das 3 primeiras etapas do servi?o fundamentadas em Souto (2010), que foram: a realiza??o do diagn?stico do processo de dissemina??o de informa??es no ?mbito da UFRN, a defini??o da pol?tica do servi?o e a realiza??o do planejamento da estrutura??o do servi?o no SIGAA. / It presents the peculiarities of selective dissemination of information , such service contributes to sharing personalized informational content, considering the importance of information, seen as a key element in modern society that inspires and challenges its management. Its main goals were investigate the construction the model of Selective Dissemination Information integrated to SIGAA at UFRN by making an effort for professors to have current, relevant information at his or her service so they can strengthen the construction process of knowledge from the individuals that demand such things. The time frame done in the development literature of this search was between 1978 and 2014, therefore from its conceptual apprehension, it allows better understanding of the dissemination process of information for effective capability of the proposed action. For that, the research assumed a qualitative approach being classified as an explorative type and itwas done through the methodological strategy of action research. Interviews were held with the Head of the Library System and the superintendent of information from UFRN,with the intent of collecting information and creating partnerships to the development of service. The faculty coordinators from basic research of Centro de Ensino Superior de Serido (CERES)/UFRN were questioned to identify if these individuals felt difficulties in finding information material about their area of research and if they considered the service relevant to the institution. In regards to the results, the research revealed that the majority of the professors felt some difficulty in finding the articles as well as the essays and/or thesis and they classify the designing of the service as extremely relevant to UFRN. Thus, this action research permitted the engaging construction of three beginning steps of the fundamental service in Souto (2010), which were: the achievement of the proposed diagnosis in the information dissemination in the UFRN scope, the politics definition of service and the achievement of organization planning in the SIGAA service

Användningen av sociala medier i organisationer har ökat och bland annat kan det unika verktyget användas för att supporta kunskapsdelning mellan individer inom och bortanför organisationens gränser. En förståelse av individens upplevelse av sociala medier är kritiskt för såväl informatikforskningen samt för organisationer som kan dra lärdom av det vid införande av sociala medier i verksamheten. Därför är studiens syfte att beskriva och söka förståelse för vad individer i en organisation uppfattar att sociala medier kan bidra med till deras kunskapsdelning och utöka kunskapsområdet för hur teknik uppfattas ur ett affordance-perspektiv. Syftet besvaras genom en fallstudie och sju kvalitativa forskningsintervjuer. Det transkriberade materialet har hanterats individuellt och tolkats utifrån tidigare forskning samt analyserats utifrån den teoretiska modell som studien tar fram. Resultatet visar att kontexten har mångfaldig inverkan på hur individen uppfattar sociala medier och hur artefakten kan användas. Kunskapsdelning på sociala medier kan öka möjligheten till att identifiera expertis, skapa en kunskapskarta och bredda sitt sociala nätverk men leda till för mycket information och en kritisk syn på innehållet. Studien stödjer den forskning som visar på att explicit kunskap kan spridas på sociala medier och framför allt genom att den kombineras med annan explicit kunskap. / The use of social media in organizations has increased and among other things the unique tool can be used to support knowledge sharing between individuals within and beyond organization boundaries. An understanding of the individual's experience of social media is critical for both informatics research and organizations that can learn from it when introducing social media in businesses. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to describe and seek understanding of what individuals in an organization perceive that social media can contribute to their knowledge sharing and expand the research area for how technology is perceived from an affordance perspective. The purpose is achieved by a case study and seven qualitative research interviews. The transcribed material has been processed individually and interpreted in accordance with previous research and analyzed on the basis of the theoretical model that this study elaborated. The results show that context has multiple impacts on how an individual perceives social media and its area of use. Knowledge sharing on social media can increase the opportunity to identify expertise, create a knowledge map and broaden one's social network, but can also produce too much information and a judgemental view of the content. The study supports previous research that shows that explicit knowledge can be shared on social media foremost by combining it with other’s explicit knowledge.

Analysis of the Company´s and its Subsidiaries´Operational Development Processes.

Operational development is a frequently used term within organizations nowadays. The term refers to organizations that continuously strive to achieve better results by increasing the efficiency, improve the safety, expanding the customer base etc. This study investigates what is determining if an organization is successful in operational development and what is needed in the organization on order to improve the performance in an efficient way. It also investigates how operational development should be conducted in companies consisting of a parent company and a number of subsidiaries in order to be successful. The main question of the study is whether there are any synergies in common strategies for operational development at subsidiaries or if operational development is more efficient if it is conducted separately. The study also investigates whether subsidiaries can take advantages of each others experiences of operational development by working more closely toghether with it. This is investigated through examining how learning occurs within and between organizations. The study´s aim is also to identify which factors are essential for organizations in order to succeed with development of their operation, according to theories on operational development, different quality systems and a case study at The Company."The Association`s" recommendations on gow operational development should be performed by organizations in the type of business in which The Company operates are also examined. The recommendations are examined in order to identify crucial key factors and organisational attributes for operational development. The project has been executed in cooperation with the Company and its five direct subsidiaries. As a basis for this investigation a number of qualitative interviews, a workshop and a litterature review have been performed. The results of the investigation argue in favour for the existence of synergies in subsidiaries, working in common with operational development. Cooperation may even stimulate the work with operational development in respective subsidiary. One possible strategy to work in common with operational development is to establish an operational development network where the organizations have the opportunity to discuss and exchange experiences. The litterature also shows clearly that there are great opportunities for subsidiaries to learn from each other as long as the willingness to share knowledge is present. The study also indicates that it exist at least eight key factors that affect how successful the work with operational development is in an organization. These key factors are;  management commitment, employee involvement, communication,customer orientation, process orientation, continuous improvements, cultural changes and decisions based on facts. / Verksamhetsutveckling är en vanligt förekommande term inom organisationer nuförtiden. Termen syftar till att organisationer ständigt strävar efter att nå bättre resultat genom att öka effektiviteten, höja säkerheten, utöka kundbasen etc. Den här studien utreder vad som avgaör om en organisation är framgångsrik med verksamhetsutveckling och vad som krävs av organisationen för att förbättra utförandet på ett effektivt sätt. Den utreder även hur verksamhetsutveckling bör bedrivas i företag bestående av ett moderbolag och ett antal dotterbolag för att bli lyckosam. Den huvudsakliga frågan i studien är huruvida det finns några synergier i att ha gemensamma strategier för verksamhetsutveckling mellan bolagen eller om verksamhetsutvecklingen blir effektivare om bolagen arbetar sparat med den. Vidare undersöker studien om dotterbolag kan dra nytta av varandras erfarenheter av verksamhetsutveckling genom att jobba mer gemensamt med det. Detta utreds via en undersökning av hur lärande sker inom och mellan organisationer. Studiens syfte är även att identifiera vilka faktorer som är nödvändiga för att organisation ska lyckas med att utveckla sina verksamheter, enligt teorier om verksamhetsutveckling, olika kvalitetssystem och en fallstudie på The Company. "The Association":s rekommendationer om hur organisationer in the Companys bransch bör bedriva verksamhetutveckling undersöks också. Rekommendationerna granskas för att identifiera viktiga nyckelfaktorer och organisatoriska egenskaper för verksamehtsutveckling. Projektet har utförts i samarbete med The Company och deras fem direkta dotterbolag. Som underlag för studien har ett antal kvalitativa intervjuer, en workshop och en litteraturgenomgång legat. Resultatet av studien talar för att det finns synergier i att dotterbolag jobbar gemensamt med verksamhetsutveckling. Ett samarbete kan till och med stimulera arbetet med verksamhetsutveckling i respektive dotterbolag. En möjlig strategi för att arbeta gemensamt med verksamhetsutveckling är att upprätta ett utvecklingsnätverk där organisationerna får möjlighet att diskutera och utbyta erfarenheter. Litteraturstudien visar även tydligt att det finns stora möjligheter för dotterbolagen att lära av varandra så länge viljan att utbyta kunskaper finns. Studien indikerar också att det finns åtminstone åtta nyckelfaktorer som påverkar hur framgångsrikt arbetet med verksamhetsutveckling är i en organisation. Dessa nyckelfaktorer är engagerat ledarskap, arbetstagarnas delaktighet, kommunikation, kundorientering, processorientering, ständiga förbättringar, kulturella förändringar och faktabaserade beslut.
