O presente trabalho tem como objeto o projeto para padronização e industrialização da construção do Metrô de São Paulo. Com o fim de identificar as especificidades deste tipo de projeto, suas qualidades e características que podem ser utilizadas em projetos futuros, o trabalho parte de uma pesquisa histórica sobre o projeto das linhas existentes na cidade e os seus respectivos métodos construtivos. Em seguida, analisa a expansão da Linha 5-Lilás, que se encontra com projeto executivo e obra em curso, buscando apresentar a situação atual de projeto da Companhia do Metropolitano de São Paulo e o que poderia ser alterado na concepção para melhorar o desempenho construtivo. Com base na revisão histórica e no estudo da linha 5 Lilás, são propostos premissas e parâmetros de projeto para expansão da rede. Por fim, é proposta ainda a integração dos planos de transporte de cargas e passageiros na Região Metropolitana de São Paulo, visando a criação de uma linha de produção para construção de vias, túneis e estações, industrializando a expansão da rede de Metrô em São Paulo e viabilizando um legado de logística alternativo aos meios rodoviários para a região. / This study examines the project for standardizing and industrializing the São Paulo Subway System. In order to identify the specific project features, qualities and characteristics that could be used in future projects, the investigation begins with a historical research about the projects of the existing subway lines in the city and their respective construction methods. Next, the expansion of Line 5 or the Purple Line is investigated in the light of the construction plans and works underway. This is done in order to achieve a view of the current status of the São Paulo Subway Company (Companhia do Metropolitano de São Paulo) and to stress what could be changed in terms of design to enhance construction performance. As a result, based on the historical review and on the Line 5 case study, assumptions and design parameters for network expansion are proposed. Finally, it is argued that freight and passenger transport plans for the Greater São Paulo be integrated, aimed to create a production line through building roads, tunnels and stations, thus industrializing the future subway system; providing an alternative to ground transportation in the region; and leaving a significant legacy in terms of logistics to the entire population.

It investigates the experience of Paulo Freire and what he represented in his career as an intellectual of education, as well as the possible motivations for his withdrawal. For that, the broader concept of the organic intellectual as actor of the politician, found in Gramsci's (2001) considerations and the concept of experience proposed by E. P. Thompson (1981), was considered. In its course at the Municipal Department of Education, there are evidences of internal tensions in the municipal administration and next to the party “Partido dos Trabalhadores”. The methodology of analysis of the trajectory, generation and network of sociability is present in the studies of Sirinelli (2003). The tensions are associated with the clashes around the construction of his memory as an intellectual of education and the criticisms and praises that his works have aroused, reaching the memory consecrated and defended by a cohesive group of Freireans and critics, according to the considerations of Pollack (1992). Through the analysis of documents of the Municipal Secretariat of Education in the period and publications of the magazine “Teoria e Debate” of the Perseus Abramo Foundation, between 1988 and 1992, the main guidelines and changes in municipal education management, besides the conflicting elements and of dispute in the party and in the secretariat. The results show advances in a popular public education system with democratic aspirations and also show varying relationships of resistance / Este trabalho estuda a atuação de Paulo Freire como secretário da educação do município de São Paulo, entre período entre 1989 e 1991, na gestão da prefeita do Partido dos Trabalhadores, Luíza Erundina. Investiga-se a experiência de Paulo Freire e oque ela representou em seu percurso como intelectual da educação, assim como aspossíveis motivações de sua desistência. Para tanto, considerou-se o conceito mais ampliado de intelectual orgânico como ator do político, encontrado nas considerações de Gramsci (2001) e o conceito de experiência proposto por E. P. Thompson (1981). No seu percurso na Secretaria Municipal de Educação, notam-se evidências de tensões internas na administração municipal e junto ao Partido dos Trabalhadores. A metodologia de análise da trajetória, da geração e rede de sociabilidade está presente nos estudos de Sirinelli (2003). As tensões estão associadas aos embates em torno da construção da sua memória como intelectual da educação e das críticas e elogios que suas obras suscitaram, alcançando a memória consagrada e defendida por um grupo coeso de freireanos e críticos, de acordo com as considerações de Pollack (1992). São Paulo presenciou, nas últimas duas décadas, o surgimento de grandes edifícios comerciais que passaram a conformar uma paisagem que se tornou a imagem de exportação da cidade. O fenômeno não é isolado: faz parte de um movimento de transformação no qual economia e espaço urbano são agentes de um mesmo processo social, concatenado politicamente ao poder público, em várias instâncias, e ao capital internacional. Sua origem se encontra na abertura da economia do país na década de 1990, que marcou o aumento significativo da instalação em solo nacional de empresas multinacionais, que conformaram uma nova demanda por um espaço diferenciado as lajes corporativas. Este movimento ganhou novas determinantes a partir dos anos 2000, quando foram criados vários instrumentos econômicos e urbanísticos que possibilitaram que o edifício corporativo, antes entendido como ativo fixo, modificasse sua figura no ciclo de valorização e passasse a atuar predominantemente enquanto capital na esfera da circulação. Acresce-se a isto o fato de que o mercado imobiliário nacional, a partir de 2005, passa por mudanças em sua forma de organização e atuação, devido à abertura de capital de significativas empresas do setor. Estes fatores conformam um cenário no qual esta arquitetura ganha novos papéis, principalmente no que concerne à representação do capital. Neste aspecto, as determinantes locais se encontram com as mundiais, numa relação que deve sintetizar um alinhamento aparentemente sem entraves. O trabalho pretende analisar este encontro, neste campo da arquitetura, no intuito de entender, a partir das suas especificidades locais, as contradições que o cercam. Neste encontro, serão analisadas as funcionalidades da arquitetura paulista neste novo cenário econômico. A cadeia local produtiva, de circulação e de uso do edifício corporativo será apresentada, mostrando-se as idiossincrasias, transformações e dificuldades locais que definirão nossa relação com o mercado de capitais internacional. / Sao Paulo witnessed, over the past two decades, the emergence of large commercial buildings that started to form a landscape that has become the city\'s image export. This phenomenon is not isolated: it is part of a movement of transformation in which economy and urban space are agents of the same social process, politically concatenated to the government, in several instances, and to international capital. Its origin lies in the openness of the countrys economy in the 1990s, which marked a significant increase of multinational companies on national soil, which have made a new demand for a different space the corporate towers. This movement gained new determinants from the 2000s, when several urban and economic instruments were created and enabled the corporate building, before understood as a fixed asset, to modify its image in the cycle of valorization and begin to act predominantly as a capital in the sphere of circulation. Added to this is the fact that the national real state market, since 2005, undergoes through changes in its organizational and performance form, due to the IPO of significant companies in the sector. These factors have formed a scenario in which this architecture is gaining new roles, especially regarding the representation of capital. In this aspect, the local determinants meet global determinants, in a relationship that must synthesize an alignment apparently unhindered. This study aims to examine this encounter, in the field of architecture, in order to understand, based on its specific local conditions, the contradictions that surround it. In this encounter, it will be taken into consideration the features of paulista (original from the state of Sao Paulo) architecture in this new economic scenario. The local chain of production, circulation and use of corporate buildings will appear, revealing the idiosyncrasies, changes and local difficulties that will define our relationship with the international capital market.

O HBoV é um novo parvovírus que foi isolado pela primeira vez em 2005 nas secreções respiratórias de pacientes humanos que tiveram pneumonia. Desde então, é associado a doenças do trato respiratório superior e doença gastrointestinal em pacientes adultos e pediátricos, desde a sua descoberta na Suécia e posteriormente em diversos países no Mundo. Quase todos os estudos foram realizados em amostras de secreção do trato respiratório, normalmente, de crianças com menos de 2 anos de idade e a maioria com infecção respiratória. As taxas de prevalência variam de 1,5% a 19% nos diferentes países. A Análise filogenética deste novo vírus demonstrou que tratava-se de um parvovirus, mais estreitamente relacionado ao parvovírus bovino e ao minuto vírus canino e por isso foi denominado de Bocavírus Humano. A variabilidade genética do HBoV é baixa e estudos filogenéticos indicam que duas linhagens circulam paralelamente ao redor do mundo. Entretanto, como ainda é um vírus relativamente novo, devem se feitos estudos mais detalhados de suas variantes. Em nosso estudo, com a finalidade de determinar a prevalência e conhecer a variabilidade genética do HBoV circulante, foram analisados de janeiro de 2008 a fevereiro de 2010, 935 amostras de aspirado de nasofaringe de crianças com menos de 2 anos de idade, com doença respiratória aguda, internadas no Hospital da Santa Casa de Misericórdia de São Paulo. Pela técnica de PCR, obtivemos 47 (4,7%) amostras positivas para HBoV e dessas 27 amostras apresentaram coinfecção com outros vírus respiratórios, 45 amostras foram seqüenciadas na região da VP1/VP2 de um fragmento de 658 nt. A análise filogenética, quando comparada com seqüência do genBank representativas de vários países, mostrou a circulação, em nossa amostragem, de grupos de HBoV semelhantes aos que circulam no Japão e Taiwan. A variabilidade genética entre as nossas amostras foram inferiores a 1%, tanto entre si como quando comparadas com as amostras do genBank. / HBoV is a new parvovirus which was first isolated in 2005 from respiratory secretions from human patients who had pneumonia. It has been associated with respiratory and gastrointestinal diseases in adult and pediatric patients since its discovery in Sweden and later in several countries worldwide. Almost all studies were performed on samples of secretions from the respiratory tract, usually in children under 2 years of age. Prevalence rates vary from 1.5% to 19% in different countries. The phylogenetic analysis of this new virus showed that it was a parvovirus, more closely related to bovine parvovirus and canine minute virus, and therefore called Human Bocavirus. The genetic variability of HBoV is low and phylogenetic studies indicate that there are two strains circulating alongside around the world. However, as it is still a relatively new virus, more detailed studies of its variants should be carried out. In our study, 935 samples of nasopharyngeal aspirate from children under 2 years old with acute respiratory disease, patients at Santa Casa de Misericordia Hospital, São Paulo, were analyzed from February 2008 to February 2010 in order to determine the prevalence and genetic variability of HBoV stock. Using the PCR method, we obtained 47 (4.7%) positive samples for HBoV from which 27 showed coinfection with other respiratory viruses; 45 samples from a fragment of 658 nt were sequenced in the VP1/VP2 region. The phylogenetic analysis, when compared with GenBank sequences representing several countries, showed the presence in our samples of groups of HBoV similar to those circulating in Japan and Taiwan. Genetic variation in our samples were below 1%, both among themselves and when compared with samples from GenBank.

A estrutura das comunidades de arquéias e bactérias amônio oxidantes (AOA e AOB, respectivamente) e de bactéria fixadoras de nitrogênio de vida livre (BFNVL) foi avaliada em amostras de solo coletadas em três áreas de Mata Atlântica do Estado de São Paulo (Santa Virgínia, Picinguaba e Restinga) por meio de metodologias independentes de cultivo. Após a extração do DNA do solo, o perfil das comunidades de AOA, AOB e BFNVL foi acessado por PCR-DGGE e seus respectivos genes, amoA, 16S DNAr e nifH, quantificados por meio de qPCR. Além disso, foi realizado o pirosequenciamento do gene 16S DNAr da região V3 em arquéias e da região V4 de bactérias. Os dados foram submetidos às análises de redundância (RDA) e similaridade (ANOSIM) e ao teste de Mantel. Foram observadas diferenças significativas na estrutura das comunidades de AOA, AOB e BFNVL, sugerindo que a cobertura vegetal, assim como os atributos físico-químicos do solo, influencia a atividade destes micro-organismos nas três áreas. Santa Virgínia e Picinguaba apresentaram maior abundância de AOA e AOB, sendo AOA proporcionalmente mais abundante do que AOB em todas as áreas. Já as comunidades de BFNVL foram mais abundantes em Santa Virgínia e Restinga. A diversidade das comunidades de Crenarchaeota foi similar entre as áreas, porém, Picinguaba revelou maior diversidade de unidades taxonômicas operacionais (UTOs). Este trabalho possibilitou uma primeira exploração da diversidade e abundância das comunidades de AOA, AOB e BFNVL nos solos de Mata Atlântica do Estado de São Paulo, sendo que as informações obtidas poderão auxiliar futuros estudos sobre o entendimento do papel destas comunidades no ciclo global do nitrogênio na Terra. / The community structure of ammonia-oxidizing archaea and bacteria (AOA and AOB, respectively) and free-living nitrogen-fixing bacteria was evaluated in soil samples collected in three areas of Atlantic forest of São Paulo (Santa Virgínia, Picinguaba and Restinga) using culture-independent molecular techniques. After DNA extraction from the soil samples, AOA, AOB and BFNVL profiles were accessed by PCR-DGGE, and their respective genes (amoA, nifH and 16S rDNA) were quantified by qPCR. In addition, it was performed the pyrosequencing of the 16S rDNA variable V3 and V4 regions of archaea and bacteria, respectively. The data were subjected to redundancy analysis (RDA); analysis of similarity (ANOSIM); and the Mantel test. There were significant differences in the AOA, AOB and BFNVL community structure, suggesting that the vegetation cover and the physical and chemical attributes of soil influences the activity of these micro-organisms from the three areas. AOA and AOB were more abundant in Santa Virginia and Picinguaba, and AOA was more abundant than AOB in all areas. On the other hand, BFNVL communities were more abundant in Santa Virginia and Restinga. The diversity of Crenarchaeota communities was similar among the three areas, however, Picinguaba revealed greater diversity of operational taxonomic units (OTUs). This study allowed the first evaluation of the diversity and abundance of AOA, AOB and free-living nitrogen-fixing bacteria communities in the soils of the Atlantic Forest of the São Paulo State, Brazil. The information obtained here will support future studies focused on the role of these communities in the global nitrogen cycle on Earth.

We call poetic health this experience of network management, which is improving health in new ways of life care, and is promoting the inclusive work processes, since it deals with collective communities and subjectivities / O propósito desta tese de doutoramento é cartografar a trajetória de um serviço de saúde mental do município de São Paulo o Centro de Convivência e Cooperativa Parque Previdência mais especificamente, problematizar um modo de gestão que ali temos experimentado. Essa posição de gestão, que rearranja o modo de subjetividade na clínica, foi tomada, nesta pesquisa, como um método que se desloca da perspectiva de análise das formas extensivas para um processo que se constituiu como um dispositivo clínico político capaz de transversalizar a dimensão pública das políticas de saúde na sua relação com o Estado. Under the inspiration of one of such initiatives the work carried out at the Peri-Peri Local Psychology Care Unit with babies and their parents this report´s chapters are structured using pregnancy as a metaphor. In the chapter named The Thesis Pre-history , there is a report about the author´s beginning professional path, before she started at the Ambulatório de Especialidades do Jardim Peri-Peri, when a certain design, a certain reference had constituted her as a therapist. In Part 1, or The First Trimester referring to the period when the author´s had already joined the Unit s children´s mental health care team the thesis maps the constitution of such clinical practice, from the viewpoint of both children psychiatry and psychoanalysis, and, still, it tries and approaches some issues as posed by this same practice at present. In Part 2, or The Second Trimester , the thesis explores the work carried out with the team in charge with the babies; maps some of the possible intervention strategies, charged with the effort of hearing the sufferings of such young patients the babies as well as the dealings with the sufferings of both parents and members of the rest of the team. Some therapeutic initiatives in which this psy took part are discussed. Such initiatives are based on a clinical practice which is politically prone to view the care unit in such a way so as to incite changes, resist to the processes which oppress subjectivities and to promote differences. After the third trimester, a baby is ready to be born. It is in The Third Trimester , that the Final Considerations are presented, stressing that the preparing of a psy is a never ending process, because of the impossibility of dissociation between practice and theory. The thesis is born ! / Essa tese de doutorado constitui-se num traçado de possibilidades práticas no trato de uma problemática dos encontros de um psi envolvido com determinadas variedades de iniciativas terapêuticas. Inspirada em uma dessas iniciativas - o trabalho com os bebês e seus pais desenvolvido no Ambulatório do Peri-Peri - essa tese utilizou-se da gravidez como metáfora para a construção dos seus capítulos. No capítulo intitulado A Pré- História da Tese , faz um recorte do percurso profissional da autora, anterior à sua inserção no Ambulatório de Especialidades do Jardim Peri-Peri, apresentando um certo esquema, uma certa referência que a constitui enquanto terapeuta. Na Parte 1, ou O Primeiro Trimestre , a partir da inserção da autora na equipe de saúde mental infantil do ambulatório, a tese se propõe a mapear a constituição dessa clínica, tanto pelo viés da psiquiatria infantil, quanto pelas contribuições da psicanálise e, ainda, abordar algumas questões colocadas por essa clínica na atualidade. Na Parte 2, ou O Segundo Trimestre , a tese explora o trabalho realizado na equipe de bebês, mapeia algumas estratégias de intervenções possíveis, tanto na escuta do sofrimento de alguém tão pequeno o bebê , quanto no acolhimento do sofrimento de seus pais e também da equipe. Também são apresentadas algumas das iniciativas terapêuticas que envolveram esse psi . Iniciativas, essas, caudatárias de uma posição clínico-política, que investe na clínica como ocasião de produzir mudanças, produzir resistência aos processos de massacre das subjetividades e incitar diferenças. O Terceiro Trimestre , do ponto de vista de uma gravidez, é considerado como aquele em que o bebê é viável; é nesse capítulo que a autora tece as Considerações Finais da tese, ressaltando o caráter interminável da formação psi , pela indissociabilidade que há entre a teoria e a prática. It is a qualitative research that has the Socio-historical Psychology as the theoretical-methodological referential. Making interviews with three teachers of a Public School in São Paulo, we tried to realize how democracy is understood by them, which connections the teachers have inside the school and how they see their space of participation. The interpretative analysis of the data tried to articulate the theoretical referential of the Socio-historical Psychology with the studies of several of authors that write about democracy in school. The final considerations of this research point to the necessity of an enlargement of the concepts of democracy and participation, and it is necessary that the teachers reflect more deeply upon their participative and democratic practices and how these practices happen in school day by day / O objetivo deste estudo é investigar os significados constituídos por professores sobre participação e democracia na escola a partir de suas vivências e experiências. Trata-se de uma pesquisa qualitativa, que utilizou como referencial teórico-metodológico a Psicologia Sócio-histórica. Por meio de entrevistas e dinâmicas realizadas com três professores de uma escola pública de São Paulo, procurou-se apreender como a democracia é entendida, quais são as relações que os docentes estabelecem no interior das escolas e como percebem seu espaço de participação. A análise e a discussão dos dados buscou articulá-los ao referencial teórico da Psicologia Sócio-histórica e aos estudos de vários autores que tratam do tema democracia na escola. As reflexões finais desta pesquisa apontam para a necessidade de ampliação dos conceitos de democracia e participação e para a necessidade de formação docente voltada às práticas participativas e coletivas e sua concretização no cotidiano escolar

Revealing the senses of educational practicals of these families, it has been, firstly, entering their worlds, contextualize their living experiences, and in order to do that, it has been important and revealing get to know their particulars, because the intention of this research has not been only to generalize the senses of the familiar educational practicals. The sense can be comprehended in this work, like the path where these practicals point, it means, the direction of the configured practicals from the narrative obtained from the interviewed families. It s important to remember that, the sense appear according to the situation, which means, within space and time, within a determined context or season, therefore what has emerged from this research refers to investigation that has taken place. This is an existential qualitative phenomenological research. As part of this study we have two families from EMEF s students of the neighborhood. These two families have taken two meetings where reflexive interviews were made, according to Szymanki proposal, besides the testimonies taken in group meetings. The data analysis was inspired on the Existential Phenomenology that was applied to get the educational practicals from their speeches. The results achieved point that the educational practicals of the studied families reveal the sense of being a father and a mother and take the role of being the educators of their own children, leading them to a better life. We haven t noticed a dialogic practical, but a command respect-obedience relationship, although this image of a educator family, committed in their children education, most of the times do not adequate to the concept that some educators have about lower-class families / O presente estudo procurou desvelar e compreender sentidos de práticas educativas de famílias moradoras de um bairro de baixa renda no município de São Paulo. Desvelar sentidos de práticas educativas dessas famílias foi primeiramente adentrar em seus mundos, contextualizar suas vivências e para isso foi importante e relevante conhecer e considerar suas peculiaridades, pois a intenção dessa pesquisa não foi generalizar os sentidos de práticas educativas familiares. O sentido é compreendido nesse trabalho, como o caminho para onde apontam tais práticas, ou seja, o rumo e a direção das práticas configuradas a partir das narrativas obtidas pelas entrevistas com essas famílias. É importante lembrar que sentido dá-se em situação, isto é, num espaço e tempo, num determinado contexto ou época, portanto o que emergiu nesse trabalho foi referido à investigação que aqui se realizou. Trata-se de uma pesquisa qualitativa de base fenomenológica existencial. Participaram do estudo duas famílias de alunos de uma EMEF da região onde moram. Com essas famílias foram feitos dois encontros para a realização de entrevistas reflexivas, segundo a proposta de Szymanski, além dos depoimentos coletados em reuniões coletivas. A análise dos dados inspirou-se na Fenomenologia Existencial de cunho hermenêutico para se desvelar os sentidos das práticas educativas no discurso dessas famílias. Os resultados alcançados apontam que as práticas educativas das famílias estudadas revelam um sentido que expressa a responsabilidade de ser pai e mãe e de assumirem o papel de educadores de seus filhos, instrumentando-os para uma vida melhor. Não observamos uma prática dialógica, mas de imposição e obediência, porém essa imagem de família educadora e comprometida na educação dos filhos, muitas vezes não se adequa ao conceito que alguns educadores têm sobre as famílias de classes populares

The subject that guided this study is thus put up as: The reality in the which both the visible phenomena - unexpectation, failures, conquests and celebrations - and the invisible phenomena - the emotions, motives, necessities, interests - do they integrate condition the individual's formation? The procedure of the research participant action was built through a reflexive conversation with the situation. To understand the genesis of the social subjectivity that it produces the systems of senses in the educational action took us to three aspects that constituted the theoretical-hypothetical-constructiveinterpretative spaces: 1) we appealed starting from the history of the nursing currícula, and we confronted with historical facts of the Course of Nursing of PUCSP. 2) the variables: the difference between the theory and the practice and the subjective configurations of the social space in which the learning takes place, 3) Finally, we have anchored in the present time and focused in whatever moves us for a change in the construction of the new currículum, it is right here that the past and the present are founded and the present is seen to the light of the History. When deciphering the entanglements of the facts that happen while weaving the future nurse's competences we borrow glances and other people's dialogues (students, work mates and experts in the subject) that in spite of the distance and the memories of the past, with their doubts and propositions, they contributed to elaborate arguments to reduce the dissatisfaction of that scenery that now we are presented to and to offer subsidies to decipher the concerns, that at this very moment time are living, of the curricular reform of the Course of Nursing of PUC-SP to adapt to the new Curricular Directives / Este estudo apóia-se na premissa de que o ato pedagógico é uma prática social; desse fato, o cenário é indissociável, complexo e contraditório criando-se uma série de conexões que constitui as competências de futuros enfermeiros. A questão que orientou este estudo assim se coloca: A realidade na qual tanto os fenômenos visíveis imprevistos, fracassos, conquistas e celebrações bem como os fenômenos invisíveis - as emoções, motivos necessidades, interesses de que modo integram e condicionam a formação do indivíduo? O procedimento da pesquisa ação participante foi construído através de uma conversa reflexiva com a situação. A compreensão da gênese da subjetividade social que produz os sistemas de sentidos na ação educativa levou-nos a três aspectos que constituíram os espaços teóricos hipotéticos construtivo interpretativo:1) Partimos da história dos currículos de enfermagem e a confrontamos com fatos históricos do Curso de Enfermagem da PUC-SP. 2) As variáveis: o desencontro entre a teoria e a prática e as configurações subjetivas do espaço social em que ocorre a aprendizagem, 3) Ancoramos no presente e focalizamos no que nos move para uma mudança na construção do novo currículo. É aqui que o passado e o presente se fundem, e o presente é visto à luz da História. Ao tentar decifrar o emaranhado de fatos que ocorrem no tecer das competências de futuros enfermeiros, pedimos emprestado olhares e diálogos de outras pessoas (alunos, colegas de trabalho e estudiosos no assunto) que apesar da distância e as lembranças do passado, com suas dúvidas e proposições, contribuíram para elaborar argumentos que possam diminuir a insatisfação desse cenário que ora se apresenta e oferecer subsídios para decifrar as preocupações, que neste momento estamos vivenciando, de reforma curricular do Curso de Enfermagem da PUC-SP para adequar às novas Diretrizes Curriculares
