The work focuses on the virtue of love by Thomas Aquinas. It mainly deals with the principles of love in the philosophy of T. Aquinas, but also with themes that with concept of love directly related - such as the general conception of virtue, goodness, happiness or sins against love. The thesis is divided into seven chapters. The first chapter is an introduction to the work of T. Aquinas. The second chapter deals with the basic characteristic of the concept of virtue and differentiation of natural and supernatural virtues. The next chapter deals with the concept of love itself. In this chapter there are the basic definitions and differentiation types of love. Another chapter is devoted to one of the question in Summa Theologica - About love itself which is perceived like basic question of the concept virtue of love by T. Aquinas. The fifth chapter deals with sins against love, which are seens as contravene to the love. Another sixth chapter focuses on whether love can be increased or decreased. The last chapter is devoted to the love from the today perspective.

The doctrine of predestination in Western theology had for centuries been burdened by the dualistic conception of Saint Augustine. The bishop of Hippo held that it is God?s intention to reveal His mercy on a small number of those predestined to salvation and His justice on a far larger mass of rightly damned sinners. He came to be convinced that salvation is an utterly undeserved gift and consequently he negated the importance of human freedom. His interpretation would rather give rise to anxiety than the hope Scripture speaks about. Vladimír Boublík dared to oppose Augustine?s authority and presented an entirely different solution based on modern exegesis of the Pauline epistles. He defined predestination as an irreversible divine decision the content of which is the participation of all humanity on divine life in Christ. The present paper shows that Boublík?s theology stems from not just academic, but above all existential search for the answer to the question of human destiny marked with sin, suffering and death. It is already apparent on the pages of the spiritual diary the author kept during his studies. All his writing shows the intention to address his contemporaries and lead them to Christ who stands in the centre of the author?s thinking. This paper attempts to follow up on the work of the Czech exile theologian. It presents his conception of predestination and further develops it in some respects. Besides other things, it throws light on the previously unclarified problem of Christ?s primacy in predestination. Vladimír Boublík?s thesis is confronted with objections that have been raised against it and its content is compared with the content of today?s contribution to the topic.

This activity promotes a lot of spinal modifications that enable it to adapt and improve their connections. This study aimed to observe the morphological changes occurring in the spinal cord after locomotor training in intact rats. For that we used male Wistar rats, which were submitted to locomotor training in wheel activity in protocols 1, 3 and 7 days (30min/day), and the results were compared to a control group not subjected to exercise. Coronal sections of 40 μm of the lumbosacral spinal cord were subjected to immunohistochemical techniques anti-Egr1, anti-NMDA and anti-SP, to characterize the spinal plasticity related to these substances. Egr1-immunoreactive cells were increased in all laminas, essentially in those more intensely activated by locomotion, laminas IV-X levels L4-S3. All observed sections expressed NMDA-immunoreactivity. Analysis of SP in the spinal dorsal horn resulted no significant variations of this neuropeptide related to locomotion. The results suggest that locomotor training provides synaptic plasticity similar to LTP in all laminas of the lumbosacral spinal cord, in different intensities. However, the SP appears do not participate of this process in the spinal dorsal horn. Este trabalho teve por objetivo observar as altera??es morfol?gicas ocorridas na medula espinal ap?s o treinamento locomotor de ratos intactos. Para isso foram utilizados ratos Wistar machos, os quais foram submetidos ao treinamento locomotor na roda de atividade em protocolos de 1, 3 e 7 dias (30min/dia), e os resultados foram comparados aos de um grupo controle, n?o submetido ao exerc?cio. Cortes coronais de 40 μm da medula espinal lombossacral foram submetidos a t?cnicas imunohistoquimicas anti-Egr1, anti-NMDA e anti-SP, para caracterizarmos a plasticidade espinal quanto a essas subst?ncias. C?lulas imunorreativas a Egr1 estavam aumentadas em todas as l?minas, intensamente nas regi?es mais ativadas pela locomo??o, l?minas IV-X dos n?veis L4-S3. Todas as sec??es observadas expressaram imunorreatividade a NMDA. A an?lise da SP no corno dorsal espinal resultou em aus?ncia de varia??es significantes deste neuropept?deo relacionadas com a locomo??o. Present work deals with the solution of the strain between Jewish-Christian picture of good and loving God and a tragic reality of AIDS phenomenon. The work looks for answers to questions such as: Is a human being able to influence their health by an ethical way of life? To what extend are we responsible for our diseases and difficulties? Is a disease God´s punishment?{\crqq} What is (can be) the sense of a disease? How can we explain the suffering of the innocent? The work looks for the connections between a disease and a sin, between AIDS and an immoral life. The work presents the HIV/AIDS issue as a phenomenon concerning all people without a difference. It solves if it is possible to perceive AIDS as a kind of God punishment for sinful and immoral behaviour of people, as a consequence of structural maleficence or a personal carelessness of a human person. It points out the methods of primary prevention and reminds the task of a Christian to bring Christian values into a human society. The way out is found in the change of thinking and behaviour of people: in the appreciation and acquirement of ethical demands and opening to God blessing for the assumption of belief.

Coordenação de Aperfeiçoamento de Pessoal de Nível Superior - CAPES / Este trabajo está enfocado en cuestiones concernientes a la Referenciación, en el ámbito de la Lingüística Textual, y a la Argumentación Retórica, tomando como base los presupuestos del Tratado de la Argumentación – La Nueva Retórica – escrito por Perelman y Tyteca. A medida que los hablantes escogen objetos del discurso y recurren a estrategias de referenciación para persuadir sus pares de sus concepciones, a partir de un proyecto sociodiscursivo e intencional, la realidad es reconstruida. Los elementos del proceso argumentativo y del proceso referencial se transforman para atender a una propuesta persuasiva. Así, pretendemos, con esta investigación, analizar el modo como se procesa el acto de persuadir a partir de la reelaboración de objetos de discurso que puedan señalizar una recategorización sin mención referencial explícita. Con eso, el sentido y las intenciones argumentativas de esos discursos van allá de lo mencionado en el contexto, siendo determinados, de esta forma, por un contexto situacional. En el caso de los discursos políticos, ese contexto puede ser la realidad del auditorio, visto que es a partir del pathos (auditorio) que se constituye el logos (discurso)¸y que es en ese contexto de realidad que las recategorizaciones buscan sus interferencias, envolviendo factores cognitivos, relacionados a conocimientos lingüísticos, enciclopédico e interacional. Proponemos, así, reflejar sobre la interacción sociodiscursiva de políticos, en sus campañas electorales de 2012, de la ciudad de Simão Dias, interior de Sergipe. Para tanto, buscamos relacionar procesos referenciales a la orientación argumentativa persuasiva, y mostramos, sobretodo, que el acto de persuadir está atrelado a procesos referenciales y a un acuerdo retórico que señalan la (re)construcción del discurso argumentativo-persuasivo y referencial, y que los individuos al construir sus discursos instauran un juego discursivo mediante la progresión textual. / Este trabalho está focado em questões concernentes à referenciação, no âmbito da Linguística Textual, e à Argumentação Retórica, tomando como base os pressupostos do Tratado da Argumentação – A Nova Retórica – escrito por Perelman e Tyteca. À medida que os falantes escolhem objetos de discurso e recorrem a estratégias de referenciação para persuadir seus pares de suas concepções, sob a perspectiva sociodiscursiva e intencional, a realidade é (re)construída. Os elementos do processo argumentativo e do processo referencial se transformam para atender a uma proposta persuasiva. Assim, pretendemos, com esta pesquisa, analisar o modo como se processa o ato de persuadir a partir da reelaboração de objetos de discurso que possam sinalizar uma recategorização sem menção referencial explícita. Com isso, o sentido e as intenções argumentativas do discurso vão além do mencionado no cotexto, sendo esses objetos determinados por um contexto situacional. Véritable théologoumène, l’imago Dei apparait comme un thème majeur de la théologie qui permet d’élaborer une anthropologie théologique. Aussi l’imago Dei a pu connaitre plusieurs interprétations dans l’histoire. Ainsi est-il est possible d’identifier deux grandes catégories d’anthropologies théologiques dans le christianisme contemporain : une anthropologie dite « substantialiste » et une anthropologie dite« relationnelle ». Selon l’anthropologie théologique que l’on rencontre le plus fréquemment, l’homme est défini par une propriété qui lui est commune avec Dieu comme l’intelligence ou la faculté d’aimer. Le but de cette thèse est de montrer, à travers le prisme de l’anthropologie relationnelle sans concession de Jean Ansaldi qui interroge sans cesse la légitimité même de l’imago Dei comme fondement biblique d’une anthropologie chrétienne, que cette anthropologie qui semble la plus classique n’est en fait qu’une parenthèse dans l’histoire du christianisme qui, de l’écriture de la Bible jusqu’à la théologie contemporaine, perçoit l’être humain avant tout comme vis-à-vis de Dieu, altérité représentant le Tout Autre, être qui est relation comme Dieu est en lui-même relation. / Theologoumenon true, imago Dei appears as a major theme of theology that allows to develop a theologica anthropology. Imago Dei also could know several interpretations in history. Thus it is possible to identify two broad categories of theological anthropology in contemporary Christianity : a so-called "substantialist" anthropology and called "relational" anthropology. According to theological anthropology that the most frequently encountered, man is defined by a property that is common with God as the intelligence or the ability to love. The aim of this thesis is to show, through the prism of relational anthropology uncompromising Jean Ansaldi who constantly questions the legitimacy of imago Dei as a biblical foundation of a Christian anthropology, anthropology seems that the classic is actually a parenthesis in the history of Christianity, writing of the Bible to contemporary theology sees the human being as primarily vis-à-vis God alterity while representing the Other, which is being relationship as God is in himself relationship.

El presente trabajo de investigación tiene por objetivo demostrar la viabilidad del proyecto PROVOCATI en su búsqueda por desarrollar un modelo de negocio de "Tortas sin preparar" no explotado aún por las empresas del rubro de pastelería que, debido a la pandemia mundial del Covid-19, han tenido la necesidad de reinventarse y adaptar su modelo de negocio. A su vez, el proyecto busca convertir la forma de adquirir tortas, en una nueva e innovadora experiencia para el consumidor. Provocati, emprende con la atención de un mercado enfocado a personas que gustan de los dulces y los postres, pero a que, a la vez, buscan con ello compartir también un "dulce momento" en familia sacando provecho a la mayor cantidad de tiempo que sus miembros deben actualmente pasar en casa y protegiéndolos a su vez de la exposición al contagio del virus. Para validar la propuesta de negocio, analizaremos el mercado objetivo mediante una investigación cualitativa a través de la metodología de entrevistas a profundidad. Además, se medirá la intención de compra del consumidor a través del uso de herramientas como landing page y redes sociales como Facebook a fin de relacionarlas con las hipótesis y a su vez ratificar nuestra propuesta de valor. / The purpose of the present study is to determine the viability of PROVOCATI project in its quest to develop a business model of "Unprepared cakes" not yet exploited by companies in the pastry industry that, due to the global outbreak of Covid-19, have had the need to reinvent themselves and adapt their business model. The project seeks to convert the way of acquiring cakes, into a new and innovative experience for the consumer. PROVOCATI company assists a market focused on people who like sweets and desserts, but who, at the same time, also seek to share a "sweet moment" with the family, taking advantage of the greater amount of time that its members must currently spend at home and protecting them at the same time from exposure of getting infected with the virus. To validate the business proposal, we will analyze the target market with qualitative research through in-depth interview methodology. The thesis aims to examine and refine the concepts of flesh and spirit in Musar le-Mevin, discussing Jörg Frey's hypothesis of the possibility to derive Paul's concept of sarx from Palestinian sapiential literature, in light of recent advancements in the field. The first part of the thesis is dedicated to the term baśar and its relationship to sin, knowledge and election. The second part focuses on the term jeṣer, its possible translation and the role it might have played in the development of the concept of jeṣer ha-raʿ as an evil agent. The third part analyses the term ruaḥ and describes how the sapiential composition develops its specific view of the spirit. The last chapter attempts to locate the text in relation to other intertestamental views of flesh and sin. Finally, the thesis discusses the possibility of studying Musar le-Mevin as a background to Paul's anthropology. The thesis suggests that the text develops an idea of allotted shares of the spirit which determine a person's position and fate. It also attempts to describe how this view incorporates ruaḥ baśar as a designation for those who were not given the knowledge of good and evil. Una asociación sin fines de lucro, cuyo propósito de constitución atiende a la realización de actividades de auxilio mutuo y asistencia social, ¿se encontraría afecta al pago del Impuesto General a las Ventas de prestar servicios médicos a título oneroso y percibir ingresos por concepto de cuotas de afiliación de distintos programas de Salud? Este es el caso de la Sociedad Francesa de Beneficencia, que de acuerdo con el Tribunal Fiscal en la Resolución N°2146-5-2010, se encuentra afecta al Impuesto General a las Ventas por las referidas operaciones realizadas durante los periodos de diciembre de 1998 a diciembre de 1999. En primera instancia, se declaró fundada la demanda contencioso administrativa, alegandose que producto de su inafectación al Impuesto a la Renta, no es contribuyente de dicho impuesto ni del Impuesto General a las Ventas. En segunda instancia, se revoca la referida sentencia, la Sociedad Francesa de Beneficencia se encuentra afecta al Impuesto General a las Ventas por realizar operaciones de carácter habitual cuyos ingresos percibidos son pasibles de calificar como renta de tercera categoría, independientemente de su inafectación al Impuesto a la Renta, cumpliéndose con el aspecto material de la prestación de servicios del Impuesto General a las Ventas. Finalmente, la Sala Constitucional y Social de la Corte Suprema confirmó la sentencia de primera instancia al señalar, que si bien la asociación realiza actividad empresarial para el cumplimiento de sus fines de auxilio mutuo, producto de la inafectación del Impuesto a la Renta, no cumple con el aspecto material de la hipótesis de incidencia de la prestación de servicios. / Trabajo de suficiencia profesional
