Nos limites da transferência: dimensões do intransferível para a psicanálise contemporânea / In the limits of the transference: dimensions of the non-transferable for contemporary psychoanalysis

Em nossa pesquisa discutimos o tema da impossibilidade transferencial na clínica psicanalítica contemporânea e suas conseqüências na direção daquilo que sugerimos como o intransferível. Quando Freud iniciou suas discussões sobre a transferência, nos Estudos Sobre a Histeria e na Interpretação dos Sonhos, estava instituindo um dos conceitos que demarcaria a especificidade da psicanálise. Seus esforços se desenvolveram no sentido de trazer a transferência para o primeiro plano tanto da técnica, quanto da teoria psicanalítica, pois, seu estatuto clínico e metapsicológico definia uma idéia de sintoma neurótico e uma abordagem clínica que, assim como a proposição do inconsciente, caracterizava a singularidade da psicanálise. Entretanto, com o avanço das reflexões freudianas e, em seguida, com a contribuição dos trabalhos pós-freudianos em psicanálise, cada vez mais foram descobertas outras formas de acontecer psíquico que não dispunham de todos os recursos elaborados que a transferência pressupunha. Nesse sentido, propomos com esse trabalho a díade transferível/intransferível como forma de demarcarmos um limite e nos empenharmos na seguinte questão da nossa tese: se, de acordo com o avanço dos estudos psicanalíticos, é possível reconhecermos o estatuto do que é transferido na transferência em termos de elementos e funções, o que seria possível dizer contemporaneamente dos elementos ou estados intransferíveis? Dedicamo-nos aos estudos de tais elementos ou estados, averiguando três fontes didaticamente distintas, porém, absolutamente interligadas em suas ocorrências: as características das formações psíquicas que estão em questão no intransferível, as funções e disfunções que presidem as situações de intransferibilidades e as especificidades das histórias relacionais objetais que determinam tais impossibilidades. Para esse desenvolvimento, trabalhamos a metapsicologia freudiana proposta nos textos Formulações Sobre os Dois Princípios do Acontecer Psíquico e o Além do Princípio do Prazer e autores posteriores a Freud, com destaque especial para Green, Winnicott e Bion. Nessa escolha nos preocupamos em dar continuidade às pesquisas e ao legado de Freud deixado a nós, situado além do princípio do prazer / In our research we discuss the theme of the impossibility of transference in the contemporary psychoanalytic clinic and its consequences in the direction of that which we consider as the intransferable. When Freud started his discussions about transference, in the Studies in Histeria and in the Interpretation of Dreams, he was instituting one of the concepts that would delimit the specificity of psychoanalysis. His efforts developed in the sense of bringing the notion of transference to the first level of the technique and of the psychoanalytic theory. This is due to its clinic and metapsychologic status of the transference, which defined an idea of neurotic symptom and a clinical approach that, as the proposal of the unconscious, characterised the singularity of psychoanalysis. However, with the development of the Freudian thinking and, next, with the contribution of the studies of pos-Freudians, each time more were discovered other forms of psychic happening that did not have all the elaborated resources that the transference required. In this way, we suggest with this study a transferible/intransferable dyad as a way to demark a limit and to focus on the following question of our thesis: if with the development of the psychoanalytic studies, it is possible to recognise the status of that which is transferred in the transference in terms of elements and functions, what would it be possible to say nowadays about intransferable elements or states? We focus on the studies of those elements or states, analysing three sources didactically distinct, but, absolutely interconnected in its occurrences: the characteristics of the psychic formations that are in question in the intransferable, the functions and disfunctions that are in the situations of the intransferiabilities and the specificities of the object relations stories that determine those impossibilities. For this development we elaborate on the Freudian metapsychology proposed in the studies Formulations on the Two Principles of Mental Functioning and Beyond the Pleasure Principle and on pos-freudian authors, specially Green, Winnicott and Bion. In this choice of authors we aim to give continuity to the legacy of Freud, situated beyond the pleasure principle

Da transferência negativa à destrutividade: percursos da clínica psicanalítica / From negative transference to destructiveness: paths of psychoanalytical treatment

A presente tese consiste em percurso pelas concepções de manejo das transferências negativas nas produções de Freud, Ferenczi e Winnicott, explicitando os diferentes sentidos e enquadres da resistência e da destrutividade na teoria da clínica de cada um desses autores, e também ensaiando pontos de contato entre eles. Como fio condutor, ou como visada ética, a valorização de uma dimensão de positividade da destruição na clínica psicanalítica na medida em que, promotora de diferenças e limites, está implicada nos caminhos das transferências em análise. Ao longo do percurso, o estudo de figuras de submissão na clínica masoquismo em Freud, identificação ao agressor em Ferenczi e falso self em Winnicott nos permite mapear outras vias para o manejo da agressividade, especialmente em situações nas quais a resistência e ódio não aparecem no trabalho analítico ou, se aparecem, não são sentidos como próprios. Em comum entre Freud, Ferenczi e Winnicott, a crítica ao excesso interpretativo e às análises que ocorrem em nível estritamente intelectual. Em Freud, além da interpretação, princípio de abstinência, associação livre/atenção flutuante e luta para superação das resistências, forjados ao longo da primeira tópica, demonstramos que as noções de elaboração, construção, bem como a menção à lenta demolição do superego hostil, permitem o esboço de outras possibilidades de manejo que se desdobram nas teorias de Ferenczi e Winnicott. Em Ferenczi, abordamos o percurso clínico que culmina na elasticidade da técnica analítica e em sua discussão sobre a implicação e limites do analista no manejo do ódio traumático e clivado que reincide na clínica. Em Winnicott, o holding, a regressão à dependência, o brincar, o uso das falhas do analista e a destruição/sobrevivência do analista permitem abordar as diferentes facetas de sua teoria da agressividade no desenvolvimento emocional e diferentes posições do analista no manejo da transferência. Como recurso para explicitar os limites e possibilidades de manejo, a construção do texto é perpassada por extratos de casos clínicos. Em Freud, os casos Dora, Homem dos Ratos, Homem dos Lobos, Jovem Homossexual e AB são abordados; em Ferenczi, algumas considerações sobre a análise de Elisabeth Severn e S.I. são evocados; em Winnicott, são analisados os casos B. e Margaret Little. Por fim, nosso percurso permite afirmar que a possibilidade da destrutividade exercer sua função diferencial depende da disponibilidade do analista de se oferecer como suporte (o que inclui também oposição, resistência e limite) e de se permitir ser destruído e sobreviver à destruição ao longo do trabalho analítico / The present thesis consists of path through the management of negative transfers in Freud\'s, Ferenczi\'s and Winnicott\'s productions by making explicit different framing and meaning of resistance and destructiveness in treatment\'s theory of each of these authors, but also essaying points of contact among them. As a guidewire, or as ethic bias, the valorization of a dimension of positiveness of the destruction in psychoanalytic treatment insofar as, promoter of differences and limits, it is implied in the ways of the transfers in analysis. Along the course, the study of figures of submission in treatment masochism in Freud, identification with the aggressor in Ferenczi and false self in Winnicott allows one to map other ways for the management of aggressiveness, especially in situations in which resistance and hate do not appear in analytic work or, if they do, they are not felt as their own. Common to Freud, Ferenczi and Winnicott, the criticism to the interpretative excess and to analysis that occur in the strictly intellectual level. In Freud, besides interpretation, principle of abstinence, free association / floating attention and fight to overcome the resistances, forged along the first topic, we demonstrate that the notions of working through, construction, as well as the mention to the slow demolition of the hostile super-ego, permit outline other possibilities of management that unfold in Ferenczi\'s and Winnicott\'s theories. In Ferenczi, we approach the clinical course that culminates in the elasticity of the analytical technique and in its discussion about the implications and limits of the analyst in cleaved and traumatic hate management that relapses in treatment. In Winnicott, the holding, the regression to dependence, the play, the use of the analyst\'s fails and destruction/survival permit to approach the different facets of his theory of aggressiveness in emotional development and different positions of the analyst in transfer management. As a resource to make explicit the limits and possibilities of management, the construction of the text is permeated by extracts of clinical cases. In Freud, Dora, Rat Man, Wolf Man, Young Female Homosexual, and AB cases are addressed; in Ferenczi, some considerations about the analysis of Elisabeth Severn and S.I. are evoked; in Winnicott, B. and Margaret Little cases are analyzed. In conclusion, our course permits to affirm that the possibility of destructiveness to exert its differential function depends on the availability of the analyst to offer as a holding himself (which includes also opposition, resistance and limit) and to permit himself to be destroyed and himself to be destroyed and to survive to the destruction along the analytical work

Na sua transitoriedade a consciência valoriza o caráter passageiro do estímulo, gerando a concentração da iluminação. Este caminho lhe é imposto tanto pelo desejo inconsciente quanto pela percepção. Nas neuroses narcísicas, o enrijecimento da transitoriedade da consciência assume formas distintas, tornando a transferência um trabalho de difícil construção. A possibilidade de pensar o tratamento levando em consideração a transitoriedade da consciência em suas relações com a cultura abre perspectivas para o re-entendimento da clínica psicanalítica. / [en] In this thesis Freud`s text named On transience (1916a [1915]) gets a new reading that allows a new discussion of the concept of consciousness and its relations to perception and to the development of the ego. In its transience the consciousness increases the value of the stimulus` ephemeral character, originating a concentration of enlightening. This path is imposed to it both by the unconscious wish and the perception. In narcissistic neuroses the stiffening of the transience of the consciousness takes on many forms, and the transference becomes a difficult work. The possibility to think therapy taking into account the transience of the consciousness in its relations to culture opens up new perspectives for a new understanding of psychoanalytic clinic.

Den teoretiska grunden är affektteori som utvecklats av Silvan Tomkins och Paul Ekman. Data har samlats in med strukturerad observation och analyseras kvantitativt. Interbedömarreliabilitet beräknades med Cohen’s Kappa och uppgick till K = 0,03, vilket innebär att det inte finns någon statistiskt säker överensstämmelse mellan bedömarna. This result implies that the reliability of Stålforsmetoden in its present form is insufficient and that further development of the method is needed. <p>This report is the documentation of a project in the education Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering. The project was carried out at Alfakonsult AB. The purpose of the project was to map out the transference of information between the different operators in the supply chain of medicine in Sweden and to analyse this in order to reduce lead-time and the total throughputtime. The supply chain of medicine in Sweden consists of producers, distributors, one wholesaler, prescribers and patients. The mapping of the transference of information showed that most operators in the supply chain have done well introducing technical aids to facilitate the transference of information. However, the interface between the wholesaler, prescribers and patients, has not reached the same level. The analysis results in several suggestions making the supply chain more efficient by improving the transference of information by rationalise, automatize, reconfigure and collaborate activities in the order process.</p>

Psykoterapeuters upplevelser i terapier med narcissistiska ungdomar / Psychotherapists experience in therapy with narcissistic adolescents

Inledning: Studien är en explorativ kvalitativ undersökning av psykoterapeuters upplevelser i terapier med ungdomar med narcissistisk problematik. Fem psykoterapeuter deltog i kvalitativa intervjuer. Intervjumaterialet bearbetades utifrån en tematisk analys. Genom ett relationellt terapeutiskt arbete går det att få en "genuin" kontakt och bygga allians, men att det också är osäkert och inte en självklarhet. I resultatet framkommer att det krävs tålamod, uthållighet, lång klinisk erfarenhet, goda teoretiska kunskaper samt professionell handledning. Den slutsats som kan dras av studien är att trots ett tröttsamt, osäkert och slitsamt arbete som påverkar den egna självkänslan, är det mödan värt om man kan uppnå en allians med dessa ungdomar. Förutom relationell behandlings form förekom symboldrama som en metod och komplement till psykodynamisk terapi.

Siekiant identifikuoti tarpkultūrinio perkeliamumo sąlygotas problemas, yra nagrinėjamos kooperuotas studijas diegiančių dėstytojų kompetencijos. Tyrimo rezultatai iliustruoja tarpkultūrinio perkeliamumo proceso sudėtingumą, kliūtis bei galimybes. / This master work analyses situation of adaptation of cooperative studies based on the experience of colleagues from Siauliai University, Siauliai and Panevezys colleges. Adaptation of cooperative studies is represented in the intercultural transference context. Trying to identify problems arising from intercultural transference, the competence of the lecturers implementing the cooperative studies is being analysed. Research results illustrate the complexity, obstacles and potentials of the intercultural transference process.
