Актуальность данной работы заключается в поиске конкурентоспособ-ной стратегии развития отечественных авиакомпаний путем трансформации бизнес-модели для увеличения прибыли и снижения затрат. В результате, находясь в жесткой конкуренции, многие авиакомпании отходят от канонов классической и бюджетной бизнес-моделей. Объектом исследования является авиакомпания ПАО «Аэрофлот». Предметом исследования являются направления трансформация эле-ментов бизнес-модели авиаперевозчика для формирования конкурентоспо-способной стратегии развития. В связи с этим цель выпускной квалификационной работы – оценить, позволяет ли предпринимаемая трансформация бизнес-модели крупнейшей российской авиакомпании ПАО «Аэрофлот» создать конкурентоспособную стратегию развития в условиях глобальной конкуренции. Были получены следующие выводы: Представлена бизнес-модель как современный инструмент проектирования конкурентоспособной стратегии развития; Выявлены типы существующих бизнес-моделей, используемых авиакомпаниями, и определены ключевые аспекты каждой бизнес-модели; Типологизированы действующующая бизнес-модель авиакомпании ПАО «Аэрофлот»; Оценена эффективность бизнес-модели авиакомпании в средней и долгосрочной перспективе с точки зрения создания конкурентоспособной стратегии на разных промежутках планирования. / The relevance of this work lies in the search for a competitive strategy for the development of domestic airlines by transforming the business model to increase profits and reduce costs. As a result, being in fierce competition, many airlines are deviating from the canons of classic and low-cost business models. The object of the research is the airline PJSC "Aeroflot". The subject of the research is the direction of transformation of elements of the air carrier's business model to form a competitive development strategy. In this regard, the goal of the final qualification work is to assess whether the ongoing transformation of the business model of the largest Russian airline, PJSC Aeroflot, makes it possible to create a competitive development strategy in the context of global competition. The following conclusions were obtained: - The business model is presented as a modern tool for designing a competitive development strategy; - Identified types of existing business models used by airlines and identified key aspects of each business model; - The current business model of the airline PJSC Aeroflot was typologized; Evaluated the effectiveness of the airline's business model in the medium and long term in terms of creating a competitive strategy at different planning intervals.

До настоящего времени в учебных планах вузов Колумбии отсутствует дисциплина «Физическая культура». Глобальный процесс цифровизации всех сфер человеческой жизни значительно ускорился за последние 20 лет в связи с активным развитием цифровых технологий. В последние несколько лет наметился тренд на экспансию современных технологий в образовательный процесс, которая значительно ускорилась в условиях пандемии COVID-19. Такое смещение акцентов в образовательной системе, очевидно, приводит к возникновению новых требований к образовательному процессу, образовательным учреждениям и преподавателям. В университетах нового типа – «цифровых университетах», образовательный процесс должен обеспечиваться преподавателями нового типа – «цифровыми преподавателями». Результат владения и использования цифровых средств в образовании при этом должен иметь значительное превосходство над результатом обучения без их использования. Цель работы – разработка моделей управления и проекта трансформации роли и компетенций преподавателя для повышения эффективности и качества обучения в цифровом университете. Научная новизна состоит в разработке новой модели организационной структуры образовательных организаций с учетом возможностей цифровых технологий для повышения эффективности и результатов обучения. Практическая значимость заключается в возможности применения результатов анализа путей трансформации роли преподавателя в структуре вуза и предложенной автором работы поддерживающей модели управления при структурных преобразованиях в университете. / The global process of digitalization of all spheres of human life has accelerated significantly over the past 20 years due to the active development of digital technologies. In the last few years, there has been a trend towards the expansion of modern technologies into the educational process, which has significantly accelerated in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic. Such a shift of emphasis in the educational system obviously leads to the emergence of new requirements for the educational process, educational institutions and teachers. In universities of a new type - "digital universities", the educational process should be provided by teachers of a new type – "digital teachers". The result of the possession and use of digital instruments in education at the same time should have a significant superiority over the result of learning without their use. The aim of the work is to develop management models and a project for transforming the role and competencies of a teacher to improve the efficiency and quality of teaching at a digital university. The scientific novelty consists in the development of a new model of the organizational structure of educational organizations, taking into account the possibilities of digital technologies to improve the efficiency and learning outcomes. The practical significance lies in the possibility of applying the results of the analysis of ways to transform the role of a teacher in the university structure and the supporting management model proposed by the author of the work during structural transformations at the university.

Диссертация нацелена на рассмотрение концептуальных метафор в публицистических текстах экологического дискурса. В качестве материала исследования использованы публикации на сайте международной неправительственной природоохранной организации «Greenpeace». Исследование проведено в русле когнитивно-дискурсивного подхода с помощью метода построения фреймов и интерпретационного семантического анализа. В ходе анализа выявлены метафорические модели «компоненты окружающей среды – живые существа» (её фреймы «организм и действия человека» и «здоровье/нездоровье живых существ») и «компоненты окружающей среды – война/борьба» (фреймы «причины войны», «участники военных действий» и «военные действия и вооружение»). Полученные результаты расширяют научный фонд экологической лингвистики и лингвокогнитологии. / The thesis deals with conceptual metaphors used in publicistic texts of ecological discourse. The articles published on “Greenpeace International” were used in the study. The methods of cognitive-discourse analysis along with the framing method and interpretive semantic analysis were used to study the metaphors. The analysis revealed metaphorical models "environment - a living organism" (its frames are "human organism and actions" and "health/disease of a living creature") and "environment - war/fight" (frames "causes of a war," "participants of hostilities," and "military operations and armament"). The results confirm the perception of environmental problems as vital, directly affecting human life and health.

Цель диссертации заключается в разработке системы, имитирующей работу сети снабжения строительных магазинов г.Екатеринбург и Свердловской области. Для достижения поставленной цели была исследована предметная область, в частности проведен сравнительный анализ средств имитационного моделирования, который выявил преимущество AnyLogic над другими системами. Согласно постановке задачи проектирования, были смоделированы процессы принятия заказа на базе поставщика, его обработки, этапа погрузки и транспортировки. Проведен ряд экспериментов над моделью, с целью нахождения наиболее эффективных условий работы системы, в частности количество времени и ресурсов, затрачиваемых на выполнение заказов, в последствии чего предложены дальнейшие пути ее изменения и развития. Созданная модель может быть интегрирована в работу не только компании г. Екатеринбурга и Свердловской области, но и любой транспортно-логистической и торговой компании в любой точке страны и мира, специализирующуюся на любых товарах. / The purpose of the dissertation is to develop a system that simulates the operation of the supply chain of construction stores in Yekaterinburg and the Sverdlovsk region. The motive in the works of the late period becomes a part of the plot. Tolstoy compels his characters either to surrender to the temptation or to fight it. Analysis of the creative works reveals the effect of egoism on the human spirit. The inner world of the characters is depicted through their dialog with themselves and the pattern of activity. The characters analysed and critical situations are revealed through the wrongdoing committed. Only by experiencing a crash the characters are able to reflect their inappropriate life and to draw conclusions. The crash becomes a kick-off point to start a new, spiritual life.
