Работа посвящена изучению онлайн-взаимодействия как ресурса социальной адаптации людей, имеющих онкологическое заболевание, в век цифровых технологий. Структура выпускной квалификационной работы состоит из введения, двух глав, каждая состоит из трех частей, заключения, списка литературы и приложения. В первом параграфе первой части мы ознакомились с проблемами людей, имеющих онкологическое заболевание, участвующих в онлайн-взаимодействии, а во второй – охарактеризовали социальную адаптацию людей, имеющих онкологическое заболевание, как технологию социальной работы, в третьей – выявили сущность социальных сетей как ресурса разрешения проблем людей, имеющих онкологическое заболевание. В первой части второй главы мы проанализировали онлайн-практики, сравнили их развитие в России и за рубежом. Во второй части рассмотрели существующие особенности взаимодействия людей, имеющих онкологическое заболевание, в социальных сетях. В третьей части были представлены результаты исследования, цель которого заключалась в анализе роли онлайн-взаимодействия людей, имеющих онкологическое заболевание, как ресурса социальной адаптации и разработаны рекомендации по предотвращению выявленных рисков. Для этого мы использовали следующие методы исследования: контент-анализ и фокус-группа. Состав выборки первого исследования: мужчины и женщины от 18 до 45 лет. Состав участников фокус-группы: юрист, психолог, врач, специалист по социальной работе, человек, имеющий онкологическое заболевание, родственник человека, имеющего онкологическое заболевание. В выпускной квалификационной работе использовано: 3 таблиц, 3 рисунков, 3 приложений, 120 источников литературы. Общее количество страниц данной работы 91. / The work is devoted to the study of online interaction as a resource for the social adaptation of people with cancer in the digital age. The composition of the focus group participants: a lawyer, a psychologist, a doctor, a social work specialist, a person with cancer, a relative of a person with cancer. Актуальность работы состоит в необходимости персонального онлайн обучения, включая высокое качество передачи знаний одновременно с автоматизацией и уменьшением затрат со стороны модераторов курса. Невозможность существующих систем обеспечить этим многих пользователей ведет к поиску новых подходов. Научная новизна основана на внедрении технологии интеллектуального чат бота с функциями обработки естественного языка в среду обучения и новом подходе к выполнению заданий, исключающем лимиты времени и количества попыток проверить ответ, а также декомпозиция сложных задач на шаги. Это позволит ученикам достичь правильный ответ самостоятельно, тем самым повышая вовлечение и мотивацию понять трудную тему. Работа содержит следующие стадии: литературный анализ, моделирование, проектирование, реализация, результаты и прогноз. Благодаря предложенному решению больше пользователей получат возможность внедрить приложение и распространить знания с улучшенной средой онлайн обучения. Студенты смогут иметь поддержку в течение всего образовательного процесса в любое время, а их прогресс будет обеспечен анализом данных и методами машинного обучения. / The relevance of the work is grounded by the necessity of the personalized online learning, including the high-quality education providing with better automation and less efforts from moderators` side. Inability of the current systems to open these opportunities for many users leads to the exploration of new approaches. The scientific novelty is based on the embedment of the intellectual chatbot technology with Natural Language Processing features into the learning environment and the new approach of the assignments` accomplishment, which inferences the elimination of the time and attempt limits as well as complex tasks on steps segmentation. It gives the possibility for learners to reach the correct answer in more independent way, thereby increasing the engagement and motivation to perceive the difficult topics. The work contains stages: Literature analysis, Modeling, Designing, Implementation, Results and Forecast. Due to the solution more users are able to employ the application and distribute the knowledge with improved eLearning environment. The students get the opportunity to have the support during the educational process any time and their progress is maintained by the data analysis and advanced technologies.

Работа посвящена проблеме обучения старших дошкольников лексической стороне речи в условиях цифровизации иноязычного образования. В работе представлен анализ современных тенденций в образовании и используемых средств и методов обучения, учитывающих психолого-физиологические особенности данной возрастной группы. Также проведено эмпирическое исследование, на основе которого проанализированы особенности восприятия лексических единиц старшими дошкольниками в контексте использования цифровых технологий. В результате работы была разработана методика обучения лексической стороне речи, основанная на использовании цифровых технологий, которая позволяет оптимизировать процесс обучения и повысить эффективность формирования лексических навыков у детей старшего дошкольного возраста. В первой части работы рассматриваются общие понятия психолого-физиологических особенностей дошкольников. Основываясь на особенностях психологии и физиологии детей старшего дошкольного возраста, анализируются методические требования к организации обучения иностранному языку в детском возрасте. Особое внимание отводится терминам «цифровизация» и «образовательный контент». Подробно описываются средства и методы обучения детей. Проведенный анализ подчеркивает необходимость использования широкого спектра методов для эффективной организации обучения. Особое внимание уделяется применению наглядности, игр, мотивации и учету возрастных особенностей детей. Анализ средств и методов, используемых для обучения лексической стороне речи, показал, что необходимо создание онлайн-контента, способного помочь в формировании целенаправленных лексических навыков. Именно онлайн-контент, состоящий из видеоуроков, представляет собой наиболее эффективный метод обучения в старшем дошкольном возрасте. Во второй части работы раскрываются принципы построения онлайн-контента для обучения старших дошкольников лексической стороне речи. Принципы включают в себя максимально доступное использование наглядных материалов, игровых элементов, мотивации при учёте возрастных особенностей обучающихся лексической стороне речи. Более того, дано описание цикла видеоуроков обучения иностранному языку старших дошкольников. Описанный в работе образовательный контент предоставляет детям возможность изучать новые слова и выражения в игровой форме при помощи визуализации, погружения в языковую среду. В работе проведен линейный эксперимент по апробации эффективности видеоуроков с доступом в онлайн-режиме. Проведенный эксперимент подтвердил гипотезу об эффективности использования видеоуроков для обучения лексической стороне речи у старших дошкольников. Представлены результаты проведенной экспериментальной работы по формированию лексической стороны речи старших дошкольников в контексте цифровизации иноязычного образования. Результаты исследования могут быть использованы в обучении старших дошкольников в детских дошкольных учреждениях. В приложении приводится примерный план хода урока по теме: «Фрукты». / The study is devoted to the problem of teaching preschoolers the lexical side of speech in the conditions of digitalization of foreign language education. The study presents an analysis of current trends in education and the means and methods of teaching used, considering the psychological and physiological characteristics of this age group. An empirical study was also conducted, based on the peculiarities of the perception of lexical units by preschoolers in the context of the use of digital technologies were analyzed. As a result of the work, a method of teaching the lexical side of speech was developed, based on the use of digital technologies, which allows optimizing the learning process and increasing the effectiveness of the formation of lexical skills in preschool children aged 5-7 years old. In the first part of the work, the general concepts of psychological and physiological characteristics of preschoolers are considered. Based on the peculiarities of the psychology and physiology of children of 5-7 years old, the methodological requirements for the organization of teaching a foreign language in childhood are analyzed. Particular attention is paid to the terms of digitalization and educational content. The means and methods of teaching children are described in detail. The analysis carried out emphasizes the need to use a wide range of methods for the effective organization of training. Particular attention is paid to the use of visualization, games, motivation and considering the age characteristics of children. An analysis of the means and methods used to teach the lexical side of speech showed that it is necessary to create online content that can help in the formation of targeted lexical skills. It is online content, consisting of video lessons, that is the most effective method of teaching at the senior preschool age. The second part of the work reveals the principles of constructing online content for teaching preschoolers the lexical side of speech. The principles include the most accessible use of visual materials, game elements, motivation, considering the age characteristics of students learning the lexical side of speech. Moreover, a description of video lessons for teaching a foreign language to older preschoolers is given. The educational content described in the study provides children with the opportunity to learn new words and expressions in a playful way through visualization and immersion in the language environment. In the study, a linear experiment was carried out to test the effectiveness of video lessons with online access. The experiment confirmed the hypothesis about the effectiveness of using video lessons for teaching the lexical side of speech in older preschoolers. The results of the experimental work on the formation of the lexical side of the speech of older preschoolers in the context of the digitalization of foreign language education are presented. The results of the study can be used in teaching preschoolers in preschool kindergartens. The appendix provides an approximate plan for the course of the lesson on the topic: "Fruits".

Значение иностранных студентов в вузе сложно переоценить, особенно принимая во внимание неостанавливающийся процесс глобализации, который способствует мобильности контингента между странами. Привлечение новых студентов из-за рубежа является одной из основных целей развития как Уральского федерального университета, так и Института экономики и управления. Несмотря на то, что интернационализация уже давно стоит на повестке, до сих пор не существовало полноценного инструмента упрощающего и оптимизирующего процесс поиска и привлечения иностранных студентов для прохождения обучения в университете. На данный момент в мире все вузы практикуют применение ряда инструментов для привлечения новых студентов, такие как работа с рекрутинговыми агентствами, посещение образовательных выставок за рубежом, рекламные компании в сети интернет, государственные программы и другие. Отдельно каждый из инструментов может давать хороший результат, однако комплексный подход всегда оказывается наиболее эффективным. Цель исследования – разработка проекта по привлечению и сохранению иностранных студентов в Институте экономики и управления УрФУ. Объектом исследования является Институт экономики и управления Уральского федерального университета. Научная новизна: разработка онлайн-платформы, позволяющей интегрировать в единую систему процедуру подачи абитуриентами документов и их прямого взаимодействия с Центром международного сотрудничества института, в том числе по вопросам подготовки к вступительным экзаменам, и с руководителями соответствующих образовательных программ. Практическая значимость: оптимизации процесса рекрутинга иностранных студентов и повышение скорости привлечения иностранных студентов, а также снижении затрат на данный процесс. / It is difficult to overestimate the importance of foreign students at the university, especially taking into account the unstoppable process of globalization, which promotes the mobility of the contingent between countries. Attracting new students from abroad is one of the main development goals of both the Ural Federal University and the Graduate School of Economics and Management. Despite the fact that internationalization has been on the agenda for a long time, there has not yet been a full-fledged tool that simplifies and optimizes the process of finding and attracting foreign students to study at the university. At the moment, all universities in the world practice using a number of tools to attract new students, such as working with recruiting agencies, visiting educational exhibitions abroad, advertising companies on the Internet, government programs and others. Separately, each of the tools can give a good result, but an integrated approach always turns out to be the most effective. The aim of the study is to develop a project to attract and retain foreign students at the Graduate School of Economics and Management of UrFU. The object of the study is the Graduate School of Economics and Management of the Ural Federal University. Scientific novelty: development of an online platform that allows to integrate into a single system the procedure for applicants to submit documents and their direct interaction with the Center for International Cooperation of the Institute, including on preparation for entrance exams, and with the heads of relevant educational programs. Practical significance: optimization of the process of recruiting foreign students and increasing the speed of attracting foreign students, as well as reducing the costs of this process.

The trust in news sites is presented through the prism of social capital concept. The news sites are considered as new media in the context of information society formation. Based on materials of empirical-sociological research it was identified the place of online mass media in the structure of young people’s news information sources, including its advantages and disadvantages. Новостные сайты рассмотрены как новые медиа в контексте становления информационного общества. На материалах эмпирико-социологического исследования выявлено место онлайн-СМИ в структуре источников новостной информации молодежи, их преимущества и недостатки. Определено место доверия в системе факторов, влияющих на выбор региональных новостных сайтов молодежной аудиторией.

Управление организацией розничной торговли невозможно без постановки эффективной системы бухгалтерского учета, основанной на соблюдении правил ведения бухгалтерского учета, связанных с товарно-материальными операциями и установленных законодательными и нормативными актами. Особенности учета доходов и расходов в сфере розничной торговли, заключаются в применении кассового метода, что вызывает необходимость усиления контроля за движением денежных средств. Предложенные меры совершенствования учетной политики по мониторингу движения денежных средств и за финансовыми результатами с помощью онлайн-касс позволят повысить эффективность учетно-аналитической деятельности в области бухгалтерского и налогового учета. Проведен анализ значимости влияния внешних и внутренних факторов на стратегическое планирование торговых организаций, в результате которого выявлено, что наиболее существенное воздействие оказывает совокупность внешних факторов федерального и регионального уровня. На основании исследования предложен алгоритм оценки факторов внешней среды организации розничной торговли для целей стратегического планирования. Овладение современными методами и средствами стратегического анализа позволит вести эффективный торговый бизнес. / Management of the organization of retail trade is impossible without the establishment of an effective accounting system based on compliance with the rules of accounting related to commodity and material operations and established by legislative and regulatory acts. The proposed measures to improve the accounting policy for monitoring cash flows and financial results with the help of online cash registers will improve the efficiency of accounting and analytical activities in the field of accounting and tax accounting. The analysis of the importance of the influence of external and internal factors on the strategic planning of trade organizations, which revealed that the most significant impact has a set of external factors at the Federal and regional levels. Based on the study, an algorithm for assessing the factors of the external environment of the retail trade organization for the purposes of strategic planning is proposed. Mastering modern methods and means of strategic analysis will allow you to conduct an effective trading business.

The results of this study showed a reliable relationship between several psychological predictors and the success of online learning. Successful students of full-time education remain successful in online learning, as evidenced by the reliable positive relationship between the indicators of “Сonscientiousness” and “Self-control” with the effectiveness of online learning. The study also showed a negative connection between the visual perceptual modality and the success of online learning.
