Partimos do pressuposto de que existe uma relação estreita entre os sindicatos analisados e as centrais sindicais às quais estão filiados, e entre os sindicatos e a estrutura sindical estabelecida pelo Estado. Temos por objetivo estudar o posicionamento político-ideológico dos sindicatos e relacioná-lo às convenções coletivas com fins de testar duas hipóteses. Uma primária: se existe uma relação de influência entre as centrais sindicais e os sindicatos aqui analisados, bem como entre os sindicatos e o posicionamento das centrais, ou seja, se há uma co-relação de influência que proporciona um direcionamento da política sindical tanto para os sindicatos como para as centrais. Uma hipótese secundária, que a pesquisa pretende ajudar a esclarecer: se a política governamental influi diretamente na organização das centrais sindicais brasileiras e no perfil político-ideológico que estas assumem / Abstract: This thesis aims to analyze the changes in the brazilian labor movement during Luis Inácio Lula da Silva's two administrations by comparing three metalsmith unions: Sindicato dos Metalúrgicos de São Paulo (SMSP - São Paulo State's Metalsmiths Union), Sindicato dos Metalúrgicos de São Bernardo do Campo e Diadema (SMABC - São Bernardo do Campo and Diadema Metalsmiths Union) and Sindicato dos Metalúrgicos de São José dos Campos (SMSJC - São José dos Campos Metalsmiths Union). It is assumed that there is a close relation linking these unions and the central unions to which they are affiliated, and also between unions and the syndical structure dictated by the State. Our purpose is to study the union's political stances and link them to the collective negotiations. This way, we will try two hypotheses. First, whether the union centrals and the unions discussed here influence each other, and also whether the unions' and the unions central's political stances are related, to say, whether there is a co-relation of influence which directs syndical policy not only in the unions but also in the union centrals. Diante de um cenário político e acadêmico que viu o vetor religião ganhar parte da cena política em questão, a intenção é voltar o olhar sobre as práticas políticas feitas pelas pessoas que eram parte do catolicismo carismático, um dos segmentos que contribuiu para o evidenciamento daquele vetor. Ciente de que as direções tomadas pela religião em 2010 foram extremamente controversas, procurei enfatizar o modo de organização que o catolicismo carismático desenvolveu para lidar com as eleições, criando um órgão especializado em política; como as candidaturas de membros desse segmento se fabricaram dentro de limites e possibilidades inerentes a suas inserções político-religiosas; e como uma mídia vinculada ao segmento carismático conduziu uma cobertura política em sua programação televisiva. A maneira como esses setores foram observados levou em conta a existência de uma situação multiposicional, evidenciada diante da impossibilidade de se perceber uma atitude verticalizada e uniforme no envolvimento político do catolicismo carismático. As articulações que atravessam suas ações e atitudes permitiam a visualização de algumas conexões e pontualizações provisórias, difíceis de serem generalizadas. É esse processo que tentarei demonstrar. / This thesis discusses the insertion of the Charismatic Catholicism in the Brazilian elections in 2010. Faced with a political and academic setting that saw the religion vector as part of this political scene, the intention is to focus the attention on the political practices made by people who were part of Charismatic Catholicism, one of the segments that contributed to evidence that vector. Aware that the directions taken by religion in 2010 were extremely controversial, I tryed to emphasize the organization way that the Charismatic Catholicism developed to handle the elections, creating a specialized organ in politics; how the candidacy of members of this segment are fabricated within the limits and possibilities of their political-religious inserts; and how a media linked to the charismatic segment directed a political coverage on its television broadcast. The way that these sectors were observed took into account the existence of a multiposicional situation, evidenced toward the impossibility of realizing a vertical and uniform attitude in the political involvement of the Charismatic Catholicism. The articulations that pass through their actions and attitudes allowed the visualization of some provisional connections and points, difficult to generalize. This is the process that I will attempt to demonstrate.

A propaganda eleitoral e especificamente o Horário Gratuito de Propaganda Eleitoral (HGPE) são temas de numerosa quantidade de trabalhos no Brasil, mas poucos consideram analisar os spots eleitorais e mais raro ainda é o estudo de seu impacto sobre o voto. Considerando essa lacuna na literatura, esta tese visa entender como os diferentes tipos de spot eleitorais de TV (positivo, negativo e comparativo) afetam a decisão do voto no Brasil. Para tanto, o caso estudado se restringe à análise da eleição presidencial de 2010, tendo como objeto empírico os spots veiculados pelos dois principais candidatos da disputa: Dilma Rousseff e José Serra. Com base no modelo de inteligência afetiva (MARCUS; MCKUEN; NEUMAN, 2000) e uma vasta literatura dos efeitos da comunicação política sobre o voto (BRADER, 2007; TINKHAM; WEAVER-LARISCY,1993; JOHNSON-CARTEE; COPELAND,1991; MERRITT, 1984; PINKLETON, 1997), foi realizado um estudo experimental para avaliar como esses diferentes tipos de spot interferiram na escolha dos eleitores. Dentre os resultados, observa-se que os spots positivos foram eficientes em aumentar a vontade de votar nos candidatos do spot, mas pouco eficientes para diminuir a vontade de votar no candidato adversário. Em segundo lugar, verificou-se que os spots comparativos tiveram impacto mais parecido aos spots positivos do que aos negativos para a tomada de decisão do voto, o que contraria a literatura sobre o tema, que considera esse tipo de spot como negativo. Observou-se também que os spots negativos não apresentaram efeito bumerangue, o que denota grande capacidade estratégica desse tipo de spot para minar a intenção de voto do adversário sem que isso signifique necessariamente perdas para o candidato que o veicula. / The electoral propaganda and specifically the Free Time Electoral Propaganda (HGPE) on TV are the subject of a great amount of works in Brazil, but few of them consider analyze the electoral spots and rarer still is the study of its impact on the vote. Given that gap in the literature, this thesis aims to understand how the different types of electoral TV spots (positive, negative and comparative) affect the vote decision in Brazil. Therefore, the case study is restricted to the analysis of the presidential election of 2010, having as empirical object the spots served by the two main candidates of the dispute: Dilma Rousseff and José Serra. Based on the emotional intelligence model (Marcus; McKuen; Neuman, 2000) and a vast literature of the effects of political communication on the vote (Brader, 2007; Tinkham; Weaver-Lariscy, 1993; Johnson-Cartee; Copeland, 1991; Merritt 1984; Pinkleton, 1997 etc.), an experimental study was carried out to evaluate how these different types of spot influenced the choice of the voters. Among the results, it is observed that the positive spots were effective in increasing the intention to vote in the candidate of the spot, but not efficient to reduce the intention to vote in the opponent candidate. Second, the comparative spots were more like impact to the positive spots than negative ones to influence the decision making of the vote, which is contrary to the literature on the subject, which considers such spot as negative. It was also observed that negative spots showed no boomerang effect, which shows great strategic capacity of this type of spot to undermine the intent of the opponent\'s vote without necessarily mean losses for the candidate that conveys.

Recognizing that the standards for leasing accounting do not meet current needs, IASB and FASB published jointly, in August 2010, the Exposure Draft ED/2010/9 Leases, including important changes in the standards of the leasing contracts recognition, measurement and disclosure. This study had the objective to confirm the applicability of the recognition proposed by the exposure draft and to investigate the way the changes of ED/201019 would impact the financial statements and the financial indicators of the traded Brazilian companies with operating leasing operations. The study was made in a population of 665 companies that published their financial statements in 2010, which 119 disclosed the existence of operating lease transactions, from which 32 were selected to compose the sample. The results confirmed the applicability of the recognition of a right to use the leased asset and an obligation to perform the leasing payments as well as revealed that the initial recognition of ED/2010/9 had significant impacts in the financial statements and the financial indicators of the companies with operating lease operations, increasing the indebtedness perception and reducing the liquidity and profitability perceptions of the lessees. / O arrendamento mercantil é tema de um projeto conjunto do IASB (International Accounting Standards Board), responsável por desenvolver e publicar os pronunciamentos IFRS(International Financia/ Reporting Standards), com o FASB (Financia/ Accozmting Standards Board), entidade responsável por estabelecer os padrões de contabilidade reconhecidos pelo órgão Norte Americano SEC (Securities and Exchange Commission). Por reconhecerem que os padrões de contabilização dos contratos de arrendamento mercantil não atendem as necessidades atuais, o IASB e o FASB publicaram conjuntamente, em agosto de 2010, o Exposure Draft ED/2010/9 Leases, incorporando mudanças importantes nos padrões de reconhecimento, mensuração e divulgação dos contratos de arrendamento mercantil. Este trabalho teve por objetivo confirmar a pertinência dos registros contábeis propostos pela minuta do novo pronunciamento e investigar como as mudanças propostas no ED/2010/9 impactariam as demonstrações contábeis e os indicadores financeiros das companhias abertas brasileiras arrendatárias de operações de arrendamento mercantil operacional. O estudo abrangeu uma população de 665 empresas que publicaram suas demonstrações contábeis em 2010, das quais 119 divulgaram a existência de contratos de arrendamento mercantil operacional, sendo 32 arrendatárias selecionadas para compor a amostra. Os resultados confirmaram a pertinência do reconhecimento do direito de uso do ativo arrendado e de uma obrigação com as parcelas do arrendamento nas empresas arrendatárias do leasing operacional e revelaram que o reconhecimento inicial do ED/2010/9 afetou significativamente os demonstrativos contábeis e os indicadores financeiros das empresas com operações de arrendamento mercantil operacional, aumentando a percepção do endividamento e diminuindo a percepção de liquidez e de rentabilidade das arrendatárias.

No. of bitstreams: 1 Goncalves_Tatiana_M.pdf: 896686 bytes, checksum: 839ccb1816462739bc4fb18dc3e63385 (MD5) Previous issue date: 2014 / Resumo: A presente pesquisa tem como objetivo a análise do processo de conformação da Coordenação Nacional de Lutas (Conlutas) e da Intersindical, duas agremiações que surgem no marco de uma reorganização sindical que ocorre no interior da Central Única dos Trabalhadores (CUT) a partir da eleição de Lula, representante do Partido dos Trabalhadores (PT), ao governo federal, em 2003. Desde as transformações programáticas que se desenharam nos congressos desta central em resposta ao advento do neoliberalismo no Brasil a partir da década de 1990, as divergências entre as diversas correntes que compunham a CUT já se verificavam claramente; mas é a partir de 2003 que se caracteriza uma inflexão mais profunda no interior da CUT, dado que esta central, que sempre se localizou enquanto oposição ao governo federal, passa a se tornar um importante ponto de apoio do governo Lula, gerando um impasse interno fundamentalmente a respeito das propostas de reformas apresentadas pelo PT ao Congresso Nacional, como as Reformas da Previdência, Trabalhista e Sindical. Estas dissonâncias levam a um processo comum de discussão sobre novas alternativas sindicais, no qual se insere o surgimento da Conlutas e da Intersindical. Nesse sentido, buscamos compreender as proximidades e diferenças na conformação destas duas agremiações e o porquê destas terem resultado em duas alternativas distintas, dado que ambas são oriundas de um mesmo processo político a respeito dos rumos da CUT nesse novo cenário nacional / Abstract: The current research aims to analyze the merging process of Coordenação Nacional de Lutas (Conlutas) and Intersindical, two organizations that arise in a moment of union reorganization, which occurs inside the Central Única dos Trabalhadores (CUT) since the presidential election of the head of the Partido dos Trabalhadores (PT), Lula, in 2003. From the programmatic transformations that were eveloped in the CUT¿s Congress as a response to the advent of neoliberalism in Brazil since 1990, a wide divergence of groups that compose CUT were clearly noticed. However, it was only after 2003 that a remarkable change inside CUT could be seen. While this organization had always been an opponent to the federal government, it then became one of the most important supportive groups of President Lula. Consequently, it reached an impasse inside CUT, ultimately, regarding PT¿s proposals for new reforms such as Pension, Labor and Union Reforms. These dissonances bring up a common discussion about new union alternatives, in which the upcoming of Conlutas and Intersindical is inserted. Taking this into consideration, we aim to comprehend the similarities and differences in the merging process of these two union organizations and understand the reason why they have ended up into two distinct alternatives, since both are originated from the same political process concerning CUT¿s future in today¿s national scenario / Mestrado / Ciencia Politica / Mestra em Ciência Política

A escolha do caso leva em conta a potencialidade desse Ministério no que tange à incorporação de pautas gestadas na sociedade civil, em especial a da gestão democrática, historicamente absorvidas pelo Partido dos Trabalhadores (PT) em seus programas de governo e gestões municipais. Para tanto, analisamos a trajetória de construção institucional do Ministério e sua relação com os atores e principais pautas do Fórum Nacional da Reforma Urbana (FNRU), em especial as que se referem à participação da sociedade e construção da gestão democrática. A partir de um tratamento teórico que visa articular os debates sobre participação, instituições e políticas públicas, extraímos as contribuições deste caso específico ao debate atual sobre participação e democratização da gestão federal. O caso ilumina fatores relevantes a serem considerados na avaliação da capacidade de incorporação, pelas instituições, das demandas e pautas construídas pela sociedade civil. Dentre eles, destacam-se: a posição estratégica dos espaços participativos ou outras práticas menos formais de participação e diálogo no âmbito do órgão estudado; a posição estratégica do próprio órgão estudado na estrutura de governança tanto setorial quanto no nível de governo analisado; as distintas visões dos atores que compõem as instituições em relação a determinadas pautas e práticas participativas, além de suas capacidades de disputar internamente a condução das políticas e processos de gestão; a maturação das pautas no seio das próprias organizações da sociedade civil e, por fim, características específicas das políticas setoriais a que se referem, com dependência da trajetória, e sua posição estratégica no programa de governo / Abstract: This research aims to contribute to the analysis of the relations established between State and society under Lula in Brazil (2003-2010), based on a case study of the Ministry of Cities. The case was chosen due to the potentials of that particular Ministry to incorporate the platforms built by civil society, especially those relating to democratic management, which were historically absorbed by the Workers' Party (PT) in its government projects and municipal experiences since the late 80's. For this purpose, we analyse Ministry of Cities' institution-building process and the Ministry's relation to the main actors and platforms of the National Urban Reform Forum (FNRU), especially those referring to citizen participation and democratic management building. Through a theoretical frame that aims to articulate the debates about participation, institutions and public policies, we present the contributions of this specific case to the discussion about participation and democratization of the federal management model. The case shows relevant elements to be considered on the assessment of the institutional capacities of incorporating the demands and platforms built within civil society. Among these elements are: the strategic position of participatory spaces or less formal participatory practices at the institution; the strategic position of the institution itself at the governance structure, both sectoral and inside the level of government; the different visions that actors occupying places at institutions carry out relating to participation practices and platforms, as well as their capability to internally dispute the authority to conduct policies and management processes; the development of the platforms among civil society organizations into concrete proposals; and the specific characteristics of the sectoral policy under analysis, as well as its strategic position among the government priorities / Doutorado / Ciencias Sociais / Doutora em Ciências Sociais

Der im Dezember 2009 fertiggestellte Ausstellungsraum der Bibliotheca Albertina erlebt seine erste große Ausstellung, die sich mit den Judentümern in Stadt und Universität befasst. Darunter befinden sich 70 Bücher und sechs Videofilme zur Betrachtung. Zur Ausstellung gibt es einen 80-seitigen farbigen Katalog.

Die Ausstellung „Color continuo 1810 – 2010 System und Kunst der Farbe“ der SLUB und der AltanaGalerie der TU Dresden erinnert an die Wirkung der Farbenlehre Goethes. Die TU Dresden besitzt einen große historische Farbstoffstammlung. Goethe und Runge forschten zur Farbenlehre, und Schopenhauer arbeitete in der Königlichen öffentlichen Bibliothek in Dresden, um Goethes Farbenlehre zu vollenden. Die Ausstellung würdigt diese Arbeiten und stellt sie in einem gedruckten Katalog vor.
