Tales ambigüedades se inician con la definición del adolescente por el criterio de la edad. Ellas se desdoblan en la exigencia con la celeridad de los procedimientos en la definición del acto infraccional, en la internación, en el modo con los agentes judiciales piensan y evalúan el adolescente, en las condenas y en los significados del tiempo vivido por los adolescentes y por los agentes judiciales. Como estrategia metodológica, además de las referencias analíticas, la construcción de los datos se ha hecho por medio de experiencia como abogado en este contexto, de entrevista de fuentes primarias, como documentos oficiales y proceso que iniciaron tramitación en la Jurisdicción de la Infancia y Juventud de Foz do Iguaçu entre los años de 2012 y 2014. / A partir da análise do sistema socioeducativo comandado pela Vara da Infância e da Juventude da comarca de Foz do Iguaçu, foi possível compreender ambiguidades entre as práticas e saberes jurídicos para o adolescente em conflito com a lei e o disposto na Constituição da República Federativa do Brasil e na doutrina da proteção integral ao adolescente. Tais ambiguidades se iniciam com a definição do adolescente pelo critério de idade. Elas se desdobram na exigência com a celeridade dos procedimentos na definição do ato infracional, na internação, no modo como os agentes judiciários pensam e avaliam o adolescente, nas condenações e nos significados do tempo vivido pelos adolescentes e pelos agentes judiciários. Como estratégia metodológica, além das referências analíticas, a construção dos dados foi feita por meio da experiência como advogado nesse contexto, de entrevistas e de fontes primárias, como documentos oficiais e processos que iniciaram tramitação na Vara da Infância e da Juventude de Foz do Iguaçu entre os anos de 2012 e 2014.

A pesquisa tem como objetivo analisar o discurso sobre o ato infracional materializado no Estatuto da Criança e do Adolescente (ECA, 1990) e nos outros artigos jurídicos que se relacionam ao tema, sob a perspectiva teórica e metodológica da Análise do Discurso Pêcheutiana e da Psicanálise lacaniana. Para essas duas áreas do saber, a linguagem é estruturada por um furo, apresentando como composição lógica a equivocidade e a ambiguidade. Seguindo essa concepção, primeiramente, analisamos o funcionamento do discurso do Direito, especificamente no que se refere ao conceito de lei, de infração e de sanção; na sequência, apresentamos o processo sócio-histórico sobre a transgressão na adolescência, conforme as legislações, ao mesmo tempo em que delimitamos o corpus da pesquisa (recorte dos artigos jurídicos). Consideramos que esta lei opera como um dispositivo de controle da prática de ato infracional e que o funcionamento do discurso do Direito mascara a estrutura faltante da Lei e da linguagem. Essas observações nos levaram a traçar o fio discursivo dos outros capítulos - o sujeito do direito, o sujeito do desejo e a forma-sujeito-, já que todo discurso não é sem sujeito. Analisamos as posições ocupadas pelo adolescente que comete o ato infracional na visão dos regulamentos jurídicos, que têm como finalidade estabilizar o funcionamento social. Na continuação, articulamos o sujeito do direito, o ato infracional e as medidas socieducativas como manifestações do discurso capitalista, onde a norma jurídica ganha um estatuto de fetiche, assim como as mercadorias. Ao supormos a existência do sujeito do desejo, não tomamos o ato infracional somente como produto e condição do contexto social e econômico, pois há a singularidade do autor do ato. Concluímos que as legislações não produzem um lugar Simbólico para o sujeito, apenas um lugar Imaginário, como conferem o Estado e o ECA ao ofertar a ideologia de um sujeito de direito e a forma-sujeito de pessoa em desenvolvimento. Desse modo, a criação dos termos ato infracional e medida socioeducativa são interpretadas como efeitos de sentido do eu idealizado proposto pela ideologia capitalista e pela concepção psicológica de desenvolvimento. Nas condições de produção do ECA o adolescente é concebido como alguém passível de ser educado e cujo lugar de sujeito do desejo é ignorado. Portanto, o ato infracional configura-se como um sintoma social e um mal-estar na sociedade pós-moderna e a medida socioeducativa apresenta-se como um fracasso no que diz respeito a uma normalização do sujeito. / This research aims to analyze the discourse on infraction act embodied in the Statute of the Child and Adolescent (ECA, 1990) and other legal articles that relate to the theme, from the theoretical and methodological perspective of Pêcheutiana Discourse Analysis and Lacanian Psychoanalysis. For these two areas of knowledge, language is structured by a hole, presenting as logic composition the equivocality and ambiguity. First, we analyze the functioning of the discourse of law, specifically with regard to the concept of law, the offense and sanction; following, we present the socio-historical process of transgression in adolescence, according to the legislation, while we delimit the research corpus (clipping of legal articles). We believe that this law operates as a control device of the practice of an offense and that the operation of the discourse of law masks the missing structure of law and language. These observations led us to trace the discursive thread of the other chapters - the subject of the right, the subject of desire and form-subject - since all speech is not without a subject. We analyzed the positions occupied by the adolescent who commits the offense in view of the legal regulations, which are intended to stabilize the social functioning. In continuation, we articulated the subject of law, infraction and educational measures as manifestations of capital.ist discourse, where the legal norm gains a fetish status, as well as goods. By assuming the existence of the subject of desire, we do not take offense only as the product and condition of the social and economic context, because there is uniqueness of the author of the act. We conclude that the laws do not produce a symbolic place for the subject, just an imaginary place, as conferring the State and the ECA to offer the ideology of a \"subject of law\" and the form-subject \"developing person\". Thus, the creation of the terms offense and socio-educational measures is idealized sense of the idealized \"I\" suggested by capitalist ideology and concept of development. Inside conditions of production of the ECA, adolescent is conceived as someone capable of being educated and whose place of subject of desire is ignored. Therefore, the infraction act configures itself as a social symptom and malaise in postmodern society and the socio-educational measures constitute a failure when it comes to a normalization of the subject.

O trabalho O ato suicida e sua falha traz como questão central, a partir do escopo psicanalítico, o estatuto de ato do suicídio e o a posteriori de sua falha. Aposta-se na possibilidade de abordagem pela via da psicanálise de um fato que pode se manifestar de forma extrema e disruptiva e que, em um primeiro momento, aproxima-se daquilo que se caracteriza por uma extração considerável de palavra. Segue-se assim o objetivo de estruturar um campo conceitual orientado por Freud e Lacan, desde o qual se torna hábil organizar a questão acerca do momento do ato suicida e o estatuto disto que falha. Dada a amplitude dessa problemática, busca-se, por meio de uma redução encaminhada pela seleção de elementos específicos, traçar um percurso que permite situar uma teoria freudiana do suicídio que toma como pontos de firmamento o campo do ato e a metapsicologia da melancolia. Na sequência, tendo como pontos balizadores o Seminário, livro 10 A angústia (1962-63) e o Seminário, livro 15 O ato psicanalítico (1967-68), considera-se o suicídio circunscrito por Lacan aos parâmetros do ato pela conceituação de passagem ao ato e acting out. A hipótese de uma teoria freudiana do suicídio, firmada sobre os pilares conceituais de ato e melancolia, tem como eixo aquilo que escapa ao que é da ordem do representável e que se apresenta como um insuportável. Assim, recorre-se a Lacan com o objetivo de aprofundar esta problemática defendendo uma continuidade teórica entre a teoria freudiana do suicídio e a conceituação de passagem ao ato e acting out desde a asserção do objeto a. Este insuportável que perpassa a teoria freudiana do suicídio como da ordem de um irrepresentável encontra na conceituação lacaniana de objeto a um articulador. Este objeto como protagonista é definidor de uma temporalidade em que são diferenciados o momento do ato, do triunfo do a, e o depois em que o Outro se espraia como horizonte e onde o sujeito se reposiciona. É neste horizonte que a falha do ato pode ser viabilizada enquanto significante e isso apenas pode ser feito por aquele que sobre isso fala. Propõe-se que o ato suicida só pode ser valorado tal como pelo sujeito que, após a ruptura, se posiciona frente a seu ato e tem a possibilidade de então se implicar de maneira singular / The thesis \"The suicidal act and its failure\" brings as its central proposition, from the psychoanalytic scope, the suicidal act statute and the posteriori of its failure. It is considered the possibility of an approach through Psychoanalysis of a fact which can manifest in an extreme and disruptive way and that, at first, approaches what is characterized by a considerable words extraction. It is followed by the objective of structuring a theoretical field oriented by Freud and Lacan, from which enables it to organize the question regarding the suicidal act and its statute that fails. In consideration of such extent of this problematics, it is aimed, supported by a reduction directed by the selection of specific elements, to delineate a journey which allows locating a Freuds theory of suicide that considers as cornerstones the field of the act and the metapsychology of melancholy. Further, setting as landmarks the Seminar, book 10 The Anguish (1962-63) and the Seminar, book 15, - The Psychoanalytic act (1967-68), it is considered the suicide conditioned by Lacan to the act parameters by conceptualization of passage to the act and acting out. The hypothesis of a Freudian theory of suicide, consolidated over the conceptual pillars of act and melancholy, has its axis on that which escapes to what belongs to the representable range and which presents itself as unbearable. Therefore, Lacan is called upon aiming to deepen this problematics advocating a theoretical continuity between Freuds theory of suicide and the passage to the act and acting approach starting with the object a proposition. This unbearableness which permeates Freuds suicide theory in the order of a non representable encounters an articulator at Lacans concept of object a. This object as protagonist determines a temporality in which are differentiated the moment of the act, the triumph of a, and the afterwards in which the Other spreads as horizon and where the subject repositions itself. It is within this horizon that the act failure can be enabled as significant and only this can be executed by the one who speaks about it. It is proposed that the suicidal act can only be valued as such by the subject who, after the disruption, positions himself towards his act and has the possibility of at that time imply himself in a unique way

Nossa intenção com o presente trabalho foi pesquisar o estatuto teórico-clínico da sublimação ao longo do ensino de Lacan, enfatizando os momentos em que se detém no tema, fazendo avançar suas elaborações do conceito e partindo da hipótese de que a sublimação é um tratamento possível do gozo. Após o seminário em que se dedica de forma mais extensa ao tema da sublimação, em 1959-1960, no qual propõe a sublimação como elevação do objeto à dignidade da Coisa, o conceito aparece aqui e ali ao longo dos seminários subsequentes. Mas é em 1966-67 que a sublimação detém novamente a atenção de Lacan, que passa então a articulá-la com outros conceitos bastante importantes da teoria, quais sejam: alienação, repetição, acting out e passagem ao ato. Além disso, discute a articulação da sublimação com o ato sexual e, consequentemente, com a castração. Para isso, fará uso articulado do quadrângulo de Klein, das leis de Morgan e dos círculos de Euler, de modo a demonstrar a relação lógica entre os elementos. Desde as primeiras referências ao termo, passando pelas elaborações do seminário VII, nos anos de 1959-60, entendemos que é possível sustentar a vocação eminentemente clínica do conceito de sublimação como tratamento possível do gozo, em articulação com outros conceitos importantes no ensino de Lacan, como gozo, fantasia e ato. Partindo da sublimação definida como elevação do objeto à dignidade da Coisa, Lacan discute nos anos de 1966-1967 sua presença como satisfação ligada à repetição, mas que dela pode se afastar. A sublimação também se apresenta como saída do impasse do paradoxo da fantasia, que busca encobrir a relação sexual que não há. Propomos desde Lacan que a sublimação é um tratamento do gozo que permite que o sujeito, a partir da repetição, avance até um limiar, ainda que não o ultrapasse. O avanço está relacionado à sua possibilidade de prescindir do recalque, o que diferencia a sublimação do sintoma. A proximidade da sublimação com a relação sexual que não existe já se evidencia desde o seminário XIV e, no seminário XVI, proferido nos anos de 1968-1969, a sublimação retorna pela última vez no ensino de Lacan como estando do lado da mulher, articulada a não existência da relação sexual e como possibilidade privilegiada na perversão, o que deixa ainda mais claro, de nosso ponto de vista, seu estatuto de tratamento de gozo mortífero, na medida em que alude ao vazio da Coisa, criando a partir desse vazio. A partir desse percurso na sublimação, empreendemos uma discussão do documentário Elena, lançado no ano de 2013, sustentando que, com tal discussão, não se trata de aplicar a psicanálise à arte, mas sim de aplicar a arte à psicanálise, na medida em que a primeira permita à segunda avançar. Por evidenciar como toda a estrutura do filme se organiza em torno do vazio, ele permite que avancemos no debate sobre a sublimação e em sua elucidação como possibilidade de tratamento do gozo, em articulação com o ato em suas variáveis de acting out e passagem ao ato, tal como Lacan apresentara com os quadrângulos de Klein. Por último, propomos comentários suplementares que visam propor articulações que apontam caminhos pelos quais entendemos que a discussão sobre o tema da sublimação poderia ter continuidade. Aqui, propomos a articulação da sublimação com a psicose, com o sinthoma, tal como Lacan discute no seminário XXIII, e por último a relação da sublimação com o fim de análise. Nesse ponto, as discussões de Lacan sobre o quadrângulo de Klein nos fornecem indicações sobre a relação da sublimação com o ato analítico, que buscamos problematizar / Our intention with this paper was to research the theoretical and clinical status of sublimation throughout the teachings of Lacan, emphasizing the moments when he dwells on the topic, advancing his elaborations of the concept and working on the hypothesis that sublimation is a possible treatment of jouissance. After the seminar he most extensively dedicates to the topic of sublimation, in 1959-1960, when he proposes that sublimation raises an object to the dignity of das Ding, the concept appears sporadically throughout his subsequent seminars. But it is in 1966-67 that sublimation once again captures the attention of Lacan, when he begins to articulate it with other important concepts of the theory, namely: alienation, repetition, acting out and passage to the act. Additionally, he discusses the articulation of sublimation with the sexual act and, consequently, with castration. For this, he makes articulated use of Kleins quadrangle, De Morgans laws and Eulers circles to demonstrate the logical relation between the elements. From the very first references to the term through to the elaborations of seminar VII in 1959-60, we can see that it is possible to assert the eminently clinical vocation of the concept of sublimation as a possible treatment of jouissance, in articulation with other important concepts in the teachings of Lacan, such as jouissance, fantasy and act. Based on the definition that sublimation raises an object to the dignity of das Ding, Lacan in 1966-1967 discusses its presence as satisfaction that is linked to repetition, but that can be separated from it. Sublimation is also presented as a solution to the impasse of the paradox of fantasy, which seeks to disguise the sexual relationship that does not exist. We propose, drawing on Lacan, that sublimation is a treatment of jouissance that enables the subject, based on repetition, to advance towards a threshold, but not pass it. This advance is related to the subjects possibility of dispensing with repression, which distinguishes sublimation from the symptom. The proximity of sublimation to the sexual relationship that does not exist was evident since seminar XIV and, in seminar XVI, delivered in 1968-1969, sublimation returns for the last time to Lacans teachings as being feminine, articulated with the non-existence of the sexual relationship and as a privileged possibility in perversion, which further clarifies, in our opinion, its status as treatment of lethal jouissance, in that it alludes to the emptiness of das Ding, creating from this emptiness. Based on this analysis of sublimation, we embark on a discussion of the documentary Elena, released in 2013, asserting, through this discussion, that it is not about applying psychoanalysis to art, but instead art to psychoanalysis, since the former permits the latter to advance. By demonstrating how the entire structure of the film is organized around emptiness, it permits us to move forward the debate on sublimation and its elucidation as a possible treatment of jouissance, in articulation with the act in its variables of acting out and passage to the act, just as presented by Lacan with Kleins quadrangles. Finally, we make some additional comments that are intended to identify paths along which we consider the discussion on the topic of sublimation could be continued. Here, we propose the articulation of sublimation with psychosis, with the sinthoma, just as Lacan discusses in seminar XXIII, and finally the relationship of sublimation with the end of analysis. On this point, the discussions of Lacan on Kleins quadrangles provide us with indications about the relationship of sublimation with the analytical act, which we aim to address

A grelina é um hormônio potente de ação central e periférica, que possui um importante papel na regulação do apetite, consumo alimentar e balanço energético. Fatores genéticos têm sido estudados para explicar as alterações do comportamento alimentar nestes pacientes e os polimorfismos do gene da grelina humana (GHRL) têm sido investigados como importantes fatores de risco para estas doenças, mas os achados ainda são inconclusivos. O presente trabalho objetivou avaliar os polimorfismos do sistema grelina relacionados aos genes GHS-R e MBOAT4 e seu envolvimento na etiologia dos TA no Brasil. Foram coletadas amostras de sangue (10 ml) de 128 indivíduos (76 pacientes e 52 controles) para a análise genética (extração do DNA genômico e posterior genotipagem através do PCR tempo real), e realizadas outras avaliações: psiquiátrica, clínica e nutricional e revisão de prontuário. Não foi encontrada associação entre a frequência dos genótipos do SNP rs495225 no gene GHS-R e dos genótipos do SNP rs10096097 no gene MBOAT4 e os diagnósticos de AN, BN e TCA. Estes genes são fortes genes candidatos para a obesidade e outros distúrbios da alimentação em virtude de suas funções biológicas e localizações, no entanto, outros estudos são necessários para esclarecer se suas variantes podem interferir na regulação do apetite e/ou possam ser um fator de risco para o desenvolvimento dos TA. Não há registro, até o momento; desta investigação ter sido realizada anteriormente na população brasileira / Ghrelin is a potent hormone, and has central and peripheral action that has an important role in the regulation of appetite, food intake and energy balance. Genetic factors have been studying to explain the changes in feeding behavior in these patients and polymorphisms of the gene of human ghrelin (GHRL) are investigated as important risk factors for these diseases, but the findings are still inconclusive. This study aimed to evaluate the polymorphisms of ghrelin system related to GHS-R and MBOAT4 genes and their involvement in the etiology of eating disorders in Brazil. Blood samples were collected (10 ml) of 128 subjects (76 patients and 52 controls) for genetic analysis (extraction of genomic and subsequent DNA genotyping by real-time PCR), and evaluations: psychiatric, clinical and nutritional and review record. No association was found between the frequency of SNP rs495225 genotype in the GHS-R gene and SNP rs10096097 genotypes in MBOAT4 gene and AN, BN and TCA diagnostics. These genes are strong candidate genes for obesity and other eating disorders because of its biological functions and locations, however, further studies are needed to clarify whether its variants may interfere with the regulation of appetite and / or may be a risk factor for the development of ED. Partimos da pergunta: “nos quadros de dificuldades de aprendizagem trata-se de um Outro que não sabe, ou um Outro que sabe demais”? O nosso caminho para responder a essa questão partirá da verificação lógica da sugestão de Lacan (1967): a segregação do real pelo Ideal. Com esse percurso, pretendemos avançar nesse ponto da segregação que a dimensão do Ideal coloca em jogo. Subsequentemente, visaremos a uma interlocução entre a abordagem psicanalítica e a teoria piagetiana das aprendizagens, discutindo a noção do egocentrismo infantil reivindicado por Piaget. Também, visaremos posteriormente uma interlocução com uma abordagem crítica das políticas públicas educacionais que denuncia uma forte dimensão idealizante no fundamento dessas políticas. Tal interlocução se dará no sentido de verificar se essa visada é a mesma da visada psicanalítica, avançando um pouquinho mais nesse tema. O passo seguinte será a investigação detida das dificuldades de aprendizagem na psicanálise a partir da abordagem da inibição neurótica da qual a inibição na aprendizagem faz parte, à luz da tragédia “Hamlet”, de Shakespeare, onde podemos encontrar a inibição de Hamlet intimamente articulada com um Outro que sabe demais. Trabalharemos com a hipótese de uma dimensão excessivamente idealizante no cerne de quadros de séria inibição na aprendizagem. Dimensão de um saber idealizado demais que obstrui o ato de aprender. É justamente essa hipótese que será investigada. / This dissertation aims at investigating learning difficulties at the intersection of Psychoanalysis and Education. We begin with the following question: “Learning difficulties pictures: the Other does not knowledge or knowledge too much”? To deal with this question we will begin with the logical verification for Lacan’s suggestion (1967) about the segregation of the real order comprised by Ideal dimension. With this approach, we aim at advancing in this segregation notion introduced by the Ideal. Subsequently, we will be concerned with the conversation between psychoanalysis and Piaget’s theory about learning, discussing child’s egocentrism claimed by this researcher. After, we will also be concerned with the conversation with a critical approach of educational public policies denounces a strong Ideal dimension in the core of these policies. Such a conversation will take place in the sense of verifying whether this reading and psychoanalytical one are the same, advancing a bit more, in this theme. The following step will be the learning difficulties detailed investigation from the neurotic inhibition approach from which the learning inhibition takes part, on the lights from Shakespeare’s Hamlet, where we can find the Hamlet’s inhibition closely related to an Other that kowledges too much. We will be concerned with the excessively idealized dimension hypothesis in the core of the learning difficulties pictures. Dimension which comprises an idealized knowledge that prevents the act of learning. It is justly this hypothesis which will be investigated.

The subject of this thesis is a study of requirements related to the creation of an approved organization for flight training (ATO), including the design of organizational structure and staffing in the conditions of the Brno University of Technology. The first part of the thesis maps relevant legislative sources and all possible types of training organizations. The next part of the thesis is focused on the selection of the appropriate type of training organization, organizational and personal integration into the structure of BUT, description of the aircraft fleet, selecting the appropriate airport and calculating the expected price of the flight hour Cessna C172S license plate OK-VUT. The conclusion of the thesis deals with the competitiveness of the created training organization and possible possibilities of expanding the provided training.

This master´s thesis deals with flight training to obtain the qualification CPL(H). In the introduction part of this thesis are specified the requirements for obtaining this qualification and there is a description of the type of modular flight training. Other chapters are focused on the type rating for helicopters, the use of helicopter simulators and the choice of an appropriate flight training school. The regulation of short chain fatty acid metabolism has been examined. Metabolism of acetoacetate, and short chain fatty acids such as butyrate and valerate, is predicated upon the expression of genes of the ato operon. Acetoacetate induces expression of a CoA transferase (encoded by the atoDA genes) and expression of a thiolase (encoded by the atoB gene). Metabolism of saturated short chain fatty acids requires the activities of the transferase and thiolase and enzymes of 6-oxidation as well. Spontaneous mutant strains were isolated that were either constitutive or that were inducible by valerate or butyrate instead of acetoacetate.

Acute promyelocytic leukemia (APL) is a clinically distinct and rare type of acute myeloid leukemia and represents an oncologic emergency. Even rarer is the incidence of APL in pregnancy with less than 60 cases described in the literature. A 33-year-old pregnant female at 34 week gestation presented to hospital with reports of abdominal pain. On admission she was found to have acute onset pancytopenia with a WBC count of 1.2, Hemoglobin of 9.7g/dl, and platelet count of 26000. Initial history, exam, and investigations including a peripheral smear, coagulation panel, liver function, vitamin b12 and folate levels did not reveal possible etiology of pancytopenia. Given worsening pancytopenia, bone marrow biopsy was done which showed 58% promyelocytes and 11% blasts with numerous Auer rods present. Cytogenetics showed abnormal female karyotype with t(15:17) and FISH analysis revealed PML/RARA fusion in 76.5% of analyzed cells. The above findings were diagnostic of APL. After multidisciplinary discussion with high risk obstetrics physician, it was decided to immediately induce labor for immediate initiation of treatment of APL. She had a prolonged labor requiring aggressive blood product support and initiation of All trans retinoic acid (ATRA) before delivery given concerns of coagulopathy. Induction treatment with Arsenic trioxide (ATO) was started the day after her delivery. Repeat bone marrow biopsy on day 24 showed complete morphologic remission. Shortly thereafter, she started cycle 1 of consolidation with ATRA and arsenic trioxide. APL is characterized by a translocation between chromosome 15 and 17. Coagulopathy is a pathognomonic feature of this leukemia and often the reason for high mortality in early course of disease. APL when treated with ATRA and ATO, has excellent remission rate and 99% overall survival at 2 years. APL in pregnancy is associated with increased risk of preterm delivery, perinatal mortality, and miscarriage. Following pregnancy, there is an increased risk of bleeding, infection, or placental abruption. ATRA, one of the pillars around which treatment of APL revolves, is highly teratogenic during the first trimester and has low risk later in pregnancy. Treatment is directed by the trimester of pregnancy. Termination of pregnancy or treatment with single agent conventional chemotherapy is preferred in the first trimester whereas treatment with ATRA prior to delivery and use of chemotherapy after delivery is the preferred approach in the 2nd and 3rd trimester. This case is an example of individualized approach with a multidisciplinary team need in the setting of scarce data.
