Реализация проекта направлена на усиления контроля информационной безопасности. / The relevance of the research topic is due to the lack of an integrated approach to preventing threats to information security of federal executive authorities and the continuous growth of the volume of processed information in tax authorities. The methodology for preventing threats to information security is appropriate for operation in practice, and will contribute not only to the rational use of working time, but also to maintain the state of information security at the informatization facility. The implementation of the project is aimed at strengthening information security control.

Объектом исследования является – обеспечение информационной безопасности в исполнительных органах власти. Цель магистерской диссертации – исследование особенностей информационно-аналитической деятельности по информационной безопасности в исполнительных органах власти и разработка рекомендаций по ее совершенствованию в Управлении Федеральной службы государственной статистики по Свердловской области и Курганской области (далее – Свердловскстат). Решение поставленных в работе задач осуществлялось на основе применения таких методов исследования, как анализ теоретических и нормативно-правовых документов, анализ статистических данных. Проведено социологическое исследование методом анкетирования и экспертного интервью. При проектировании применены календарное, сетевое, ресурсное планирование. В процессе исследований были рассмотрены нормативно-правовые и методические документы по обеспечению информационной безопасности в Свердловскстате; проведен анализ текущего состояния информационно-аналитической деятельности по обеспечению информационной безопасности в Свердловскстате; были выявлены основные проблемы информационно-аналитической деятельности по обеспечению информационной безопасности. Результатом работы стали рекомендации по совершенствованию информационно-аналитической деятельности по обеспечению информационной безопасности. / The object of the research is to ensure information security in the executive authorities. The purpose of the master's thesis is to study the features of information and analytical activities on information security in executive authorities and develop recommendations for its improvement in the Office of the Federal State Statistics Service for the Sverdlovsk Region and the Kurgan Region (hereinafter - Sverdlovskstat). The solution of the tasks set in the work was carried out on the basis of the application of such research methods as the analysis of theoretical and regulatory documents, analysis of statistical data. A sociological research was carried out by the method of questionnaires and expert interviews. When designing, we used calendar, network, resource planning. In the process of research, the regulatory and legal and methodological documents on information security in Sverdlovskstat; the analysis of the current state of information and analytical activities to ensure information security in Sverdlovskstat; the main problems of information and analytical activities to ensure information security were identified. The work resulted in recommendations for improving information and analytical activities to ensure information security.

Tidigare forskning har i stor utsträckning fokuserat på de traditionella personlighetsdimensionerna i Big Five-modellen (extraversion, omtänksamhet, samvetsgrannhet, neuroticism och öppenhet) och visat att finns ett samband mellan vissa av dessa dimensioner och en känsla av samhörighet (KASAM). Till exempel att extraversion och omtänksamhet relaterar till KASAM. I föreliggande studie så undersöktes relationen mellan de mer subtila aspekterna av Big Five (t.ex. självsäkerhet och entusiasm som aspekter av extraversion) och KASAM. Vidare så undersöktes relationen mellan KASAM respektive Big Five aspekterna (BFA) och sex bakgrundsvariabler (yrke, tjänstgöringstid, typ av tjänst, ålder, kön och civilstånd). 135 personer med anställning inom polismyndigheten eller kriminalvården deltog genom att svara på enkät som bestod av Big Five Aspect Scale och Sense Of Coherence-13 scale. Syftet med studien var att bidra till en mer nyanserad bild av personlighetsstrukturen jämfört med tidigare forskning. Resultaten i föreliggande studie visade på få samband mellan KASAM, BFA och de sex bakgrundsvariablerna.

This document presents the findings and methodology of a bachelor’s thesis project that aimed to understand the challenges and strategies associated with certificate manage- ment practices and revocation processes among domains and certificate authorities (CAs). Initially, the goal was to gain insights into the intricacies of certificate management through a comprehensive survey. To achieve this, a survey comprising relevant questions was designed and distributed to both CAs and domains. The survey focused on four main areas: issuance, certificate management and revocation, and other. The top 30 CAs were identified using Tranco’s list, and 20 domains associated with each CA were selected to receive the survey, which was then sent out by email. After reviewing the responses, it became evident that the project encountered chal- lenges in attracting sufficient participation from both CAs and domains. Despite our efforts to engage participants, the low response rate was anticipated and provides insight into the level of engagement and transparency within the industry. Consequently, the report also investigates the reasons behind the low response rate and the various types of non-answers received from domains. The report explores various factors contributing to the low response frequency and ex- amines the implications of this limitation on the study’s original objectives. The responses received from CAs still provide valuable insights into certificate management practices and highlight the need for improved communication strategies for future surveys. In conclusion, while the primary aim of the project was to understand certificate man- agement challenges and strategies, the report evolved to include a discussion on the im- plications of the low response rate and the potential for redesigning surveys to enhance participation. Additionally, the findings suggest avenues for future research, such as ex- ploring certificate transparency, certificate authority accountability, and the influence of emerging technologies on certificate management.

Våld i nära relation är ett utmanade samhällsproblem och präglas av komplexa känslomässiga relationer. Studiens syfte är att undersöka hur förtroende för och stöd från myndigheter samt privata sociala relationer kan ha påverkat kvinnor som lever eller har levt med våld i nära relation. Syftet berör även hur kvinnorna upplevde våldet och relationen till våldsutövaren. För att uppnå syftet har studien genomförts med kvalitativ metod, genom intervjuer med åtta kvinnor. Empirin har analyserats med hjälp av teorierna Sociala band, Socialt kapital, Livsvärld och system samt Beroende och medberoende. Sammanfattningsvis visade resultatet att stöd från både privata sociala relationer och myndigheter har varit avgörande för kvinnornas situation. Förtroendet som presenteras i resultatet påverkades genomgående av stöd och kunskapsnivån hos både privata sociala relationer och myndigheter. Upplevelserna som fångats upp via intervjuerna har även bidragit med en ingående förståelse av våldet och relationen till våldsutövaren, vilket har format kvinnornas upplevda stöd och förtroende. / Domestic violence is a challenging societal problem and is characterized by complex emotional relationships. The aim of this study is to investigate how trust in and support from authorities as well as private social relationships have influenced women who are or have been living with domestic violence. The purpose also includes how the women experienced the violence and their relationship with the perpetrator. To achieve this aim, the study was conducted using a qualitative method, through interviews with eight women. The empirical data has been analyzed using the theories of Social Bonds, Social Capital, Lifeworld and System, as well as Dependency and Codependency. In summary, the results showed that support from both private social relationships and authorities has been crucial for the women's situations. The trust presented in the results was consistently influenced by the level of support and knowledge of both private social relationships and authorities. The experiences captured through the interviews have also contributed to an in-depth understanding of the violence and the relationship with the perpetrator, which has shaped the women's perceived support and trust.

De nos jours, la coopération entre les superviseurs financiers dans l’Union européenne constitue une nécessité apparente. En effet, l’harmonisation progressive des législations des Etats membres, la mise en place du passeport européen pour faciliter la libre circulation des acteurs au sein de l’Union, la compétence nationale fondée sur le principe du pays d’origine, ainsi que la reconnaissance mutuelle des agréments et des contrôles ont rendu nécessaire la coopération entre les superviseurs financiers des Etats membres. Cette nécessité constitue une conséquence logique de l’intégration financière. D'une part, l'existence de règles communes exige une approche cohérente dans leur mise en oeuvre à travers de l'Union européenne. D'autre part, la portée croissante d'activités transfrontalières, ensemble avec l’émergence de grands établissements financiers prestant des services dans plusieurs secteurs d’activité, exige la coopération étroite entre les superviseurs financiers. En effet, dans un contexte transfrontalier et intersectoriel, la coopération constitue le principal outil de surveillance des autorités de contrôle financier. Ce processus est en plein mutation depuis l’avènement de la crise financière. Ainsi, la coopération est renforcée et centralisée à l’échelle de l’Union depuis la mise en place des Autorités européennes de surveillance. En outre, la centralisation de la supervision dans le secteur bancaire au niveau européen ne supprime pas la nécessité de coopération, en particulier en raison de l’expertise des autorités nationales, de leur connaissance des marchés bancaires nationaux, régionaux et locaux, des ressources importantes dont elles disposent déjà et de considérations géographiques et linguistiques. / Nowadays, the cooperation among the financial supervisors in the European Union is a visible necessity. The progressive harmonisation of the legislations of the Member states, the establishment of the European passport in order to facilitate the free movement of actors within the Union, the national competence based on the principle of the country of origin, as well as the mutual recognition of the authorisation procedure and of the controls made necessary the cooperation among financial supervisors in Europe. This necessity is a logical consequence of the financial integration. First, the existence of common rules requires a coherent approach in their implementation thought the European Union. Second, the increasing number of cross-border activities, as well as the emergence of big financial institutions active in several business sectors requires a close relationship between financial supervisors. In a cross-border and intersectoral context the cooperation becomes the main tool of supervision of the financial authorities. This process is in height transformation since the advent of the financial crisis. The cooperation is strengthened and centralised on European level since the establishment of the European Supervisory Authorities. In addition, the centralisation of the supervision in the banking sector at European level does not eliminate the necessity of cooperation, due in particular to the expertise of national authorities, to their knowledge of national, regional and local banking markets, their significant existing resources and to locational and language considerations.

Ämnet som denna studie behandlar är nyanländas integrering i det svenska samhället. Det framställs ett samhälleligt problem som teorier konkluderar är en följd av ett organisatoriskt problem bland de involverade parterna inom etableringsreformen. Syftet med denna uppsats är att studera hur de samverkande myndigheterna och kommunerna arbetar för att påverka nyanländas integrering och etablering i samhället, samt huruvida användningen av starkare styrmedel skulle påvisa sig bidra till en effektiv integrering av nyanlända. Två utvalda kommuner och samtliga myndigheter, förutom Migrationsverket, har intervjuats för att besvara på uppsatsens frågeställningar. Resultatet pekar på en god samverkan mellan parterna samtidigt som det även förekommer otydlighet kring ansvarsfördelning och arbetsuppgifter. Med tidigare erfarenheter som utgångspunkt kan det hävdas att det finns en stor sannolikhet att starkare styrmedel skulle kunna vara en effektiv åtgärd i att integrera nyanlända genom att förhindra att en stor andel nyanlända flyttar till segregerade områden där det inte råder goda förutsättningar för integration. / The following study deals with the integration of new arrivals in Sweden. A societal problem is depicted which theories conclude is the result of an organizational problem among the partners in the establishment reform. The purpose of this essay is to study how the collaborating authorities and municipalities work together to influence the integration and establishment of new arrivals and also whether the use of more forceful means of actions would prove to contribute to an effective integration of newcomers. Two designated municipalities and all administrative authorities, with the exception of the Swedish Migration Agency, were interviewed to answer the essay questions. The results point towards a good cooperation between the parties; however, a lack of clarity of the partners' responsibilities and duties has been found. With previous experiences as a basis it can be argued that there is a high probability that the usage of more forceful means of actions could be an effective means of integrating newcomers by preventing large proportions from moving to segregated areas, where poor conditions for integration is prevalent. The study is written in Swedish.

This thesis aims to examine the importance of the organization Process Kedjan regarding youth’s termination of delinquency and drug abuse. It also aims to examine in which extent the organization helps the youths in different ways than authorities, as well as how the organization can function as a complement to authorities. The thesis is designed as a case study and is based on the perspective of the organization’s members. The study was performed by using qualitative interviews with five boys who have received or still are receiving help from the organization. Three of them are still receiving support and two of them are now working in the organization. They are all in the ages between 18 and 25, and has been active in delinquency and drug abuse in the ages between approximately 12 and 20. The theory of age-graded informal social control by Laub and Sampson was applied in the analysis. In the processing of the empirical material it emerged that Process Kedjan has been of great importance for the youths in their desistance of delinquency and drug abuse. Other factors of significance has been: close relationships, daily routines and activities and a sense of guilt for the harm they have caused other human beings. Another finding in the study was that Process Kedjan has qualities that cannot be found in authorities. These qualities are summarized in four different terms: identification, reliance, accessibility and fellowship. By the result we could find that Process Kedjan is an important complement to the authorities work regarding to prevent relapse in delinquency and drug abuse among youths, but collaboration between the organization and different authorities is required to be able to help a youth. The organization has contributed to a better view on authorities among the youths, they now understand the importance of dealing with for instance social services. / Denna uppsats syftar till att undersöka vilken betydelse organisationen Process Kedjan har för ungdomars upphörande av kriminalitet och missbruk. Den syftar även till att undersöka i vilken utsträckning organisationen hjälper ungdomar på andra sätt än myndigheter samt hur organisationen kan fungera som ett komplement till myndigheter. Uppsatsen är utformad som en fallstudie och utgår från medlemmarna i Process Kedjans perspektiv. Empirin har insamlats genom kvalitativa intervjuer med fem unga män som får eller har fått hjälp av organisationen. Tre av dem tar fortfarande emot hjälp och två arbetar numera i organisationen. I analysen tillämpades Laub och Sampsons teori om upphörandeprocesser, vändpunkter och sociala band. Vid bearbetning av det empiriska materialet framkom det att Process Kedjan har varit av stor betydelse för att ungdomarna ska kunna upprätthålla ett liv utan brott och missbruk. Andra viktiga faktorer har varit: nära relationer framför allt med familj, dagliga rutiner och aktiviteter samt en skuldkänsla av att ha orsakat skada hos andra människor. Det framkom också att Process Kedjans verksamhet innehåller delar som inte går att finna hos myndigheter. Dessa har sammanfattats i fyra olika begrepp: identifikation, tillit, tillgänglighet och gemenskap. I resultatet går det att utläsa att Process Kedjan är ett viktigt komplement till det arbete som myndigheter utför angående att förebygga återfall i kriminalitet och missbruk bland ungdomar, men för att kunna hjälpa en ungdom krävs ett samarbete mellan organisationen och olika myndigheter. Med hjälp av stöd från organisationens personal har ungdomarna fått en förändrad syn på myndigheter och ser nu vikten av att ha en kontakt med exempelvis socialtjänsten.
