Diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem marketingové strategie pro vstup společnosti UGO Trade s.r.o. na zahraniční, konkrétně na polský trh. Návrh je reakcí na silné postavení společnosti na českém trhu s čerstvými šťávami a snaží se najít cestu k dalšímu rozvoji společnosti. V práci je za pomocí analýz vyhodnoceno jak interní, tak i externí prostředí společnosti. Finální návrh řešení je čerpán především z uvedených analýz, kde jsou navrženy kroky, dle kterých by se společnost měla držet, aby na zahraniční trh úspěšně vstoupila. Dále je v návrzích vypracovaný zjednodušený finanční plán pro první rok působení společnosti na trhu a plán pro další rozšíření restaurací do ostatních měst.

S’inspirant de réflexions sociologiques sur la dialectique évaluation-construction qui accompagne les outils de mesures, cette thèse cherche à faire la lumière sur l’utilisation des indices et des palmarès comme instruments disciplinaires du néolibéralisme. La mondialisation témoigne d’une multiplication des mesures, imposant une pression permanente sur une multitude d’entités qui ont le fardeau de la performance dans l’application des normes véhiculées. Le Forum économique mondial (FEM) et l’International Institute for Management Development (IMD) produisent annuellement des rapports sur la compétitivité des États, contribuant à les mettre en concurrence dans la conversion de leur logique interne au modèle colporté par les critères pris en compte dans la construction des indicateurs. Nommant ce modèle, la compétitivité est pourtant un concept assez flou sur le plan scientifique. D’abord appliquée aux entreprises pour désigner leur capacité à affronter la concurrence, elle a ensuite été importée dans l’univers des États. La compétitivité est double, désignant à la fois un projet intérieur et la concurrence existant entre les États pour établir ledit projet. Paradigme d’abord centré sur l’exportation, il est principalement relié aujourd’hui à l’attractivité, assignant à l’État une mission de séduction des capitaux et investissements à une époque d’hypermobilité, où ils sont ainsi particulièrement difficiles à capturer. Le projet de la compétitivité colporte un interventionnisme indirect, où chaque État doit mettre en place le cadre optimal au monde des affaires. Après avoir défini théoriquement le sens de la compétitivité comme projet politique, social et économique, notre thèse déconstruit les critères et méthodologies des grands classements chargés de mesurer son implantation dans chaque pays. Nous aspirons ainsi à faire la lumière sur une institution économique colportant la vision néolibérale du monde, et nous nous inscrivons dans l’étude de traduction quantifiée de la réalité, questionnant la prétendue neutralité normative et scientifique de cette dernière. / Inspired by sociological analysis on the evaluation-construction dialectic of measurement tools, our thesis seeks to study the use of charts as disciplinary instruments of neoliberalism. Globalization has shown a important multiplication of measures, imposing permanent pressure on a multitude of entities that bear the burden of performance in the application of the conveyed standards. The World Economic Forum (WEF) and the International Institute for Management Development (IMD) produce annual reports on the competitiveness of States, putting them in competition in the conversion of their internal logic to the model built by the criteria taken into account in the construction of indicators. Competitiveness is a rather vague concept on the scientific level. First applied to companies to designate their ability to compete, it was then applied to the State universe. The competitiveness is twofold, designating both an internal project and the competition existing between the States to establish the said project. As a paradigm initially centered on the export, it is mainly connected today with attractiveness, assigning to the State a seduction mission destined to capital and investments at a time of hypermobility, where they are thus particularly difficult to capture. The competitiveness project can be considered as indirect interventionism, where each state must establish the optimal framework for the business. After theoretically defining the meaning of competitiveness as a political, social and economic project, our thesis deconstructs the criteria and methodologies of the major classifications responsible for measuring its implementation in each country. We thus aspire to shed light on an economic institution promoting a neoliberal vision of the world. Our thesis is part of the study of quantified translation of reality, questioning the alleged normative and scientific neutrality of the latter.

Die Wettbewerbsfähigkeit ist von einigen Wirtschaftswissenschaftlern lediglich als ein Schlagwort betrachtet worden, weil es keinen Konsens darüber gibt, wie dieses Allerweltswort zu definieren ist. Jedoch wird es häufig von Politikern und Geschäftsleuten benutzt, um die Position von Ländern, Sektoren, Firmen und/oder Produkten im internationalen Handel zu beschreiben. Aus diesem Grund befürwortet eine weitere Gruppe von Wirtschaftswissenschaftlern eine Verwendung des Begriffs mit der Absicht, dadurch die Defizite der klassischen Außenhandelstheorie und der Theorie des Komparativen Vorteils aufzufangen. Diese Dissertation unterstützt diese zweite Gruppe, indem die Theorie der Wettbewerbsfähigkeit auf eine bestimmte Fallstudie angewendet wird: die Wettbewerbsfähigkeit des Bananenexports ausgewählter Hersteller- bzw. Exportländer in die Europäische Union.Die vorliegende Studie ist des weiteren ein Beitrag zur Debatte über die Auswirkungen der Handelspolitik auf den Agrarsektor, insbesondere in Entwicklungsländern. Sie besteht aus zwei Teilen und vier Kapiteln. Im ersten Teil (die ersten beiden Kapitel) wird der theoretische Rahmen für die Theorie der Wettbewerbsfähigkeit und die Handelspolitik dargestellt. Im zweiten Teil (das dritte und vierte Kapitel) wird eine empirische Studie über den Bananenhandel durchgeführt, wobei mit dem cluster-value chain Modell die Bedingungen der Wettbewerbsfähigkeit analysiert werden. Das weiteren werden anhand eines partial equilibrium Modells die Auswirkungen der Handelspolitik auf die Marktanteile von Hersteller- bzw. Exportländern analysiert. Die theoretische und empirische Analyse der Wettbewerbsfähigkeit stützten folgende Hypothese: Die Handelspolitik ist lediglich einer von zahlreichen Faktoren, die bei der Analyse der Wettbewerbsfähigkeit von Bananenexporten in Betracht gezogen werden müssen.

Byggbranschen står inför ett generationsskifte och en industrialisering. Produktivitetsutvecklingen har varit låg i jämförelse med tillverkningsindustrin vilket är ett tecken på att nya arbetssätt och metoder behöver utvecklas. VeidekkeMAX är ett koncept som riktar sig att bemöta detta problem. I och med ett mer industrialiserat arbetssätt öppnas möjligheten att utarbeta en struktur för en fungerande erfarenhetsåterföring. Målet med det här examensarbetet är att utvärdera arbetet med och hanteringen av den tekniska erfarenhetsåterföringen inom konceptet VeidekkeMAX. Analysen av insamlad data visade att det genomförs en erfarenhetsåterföring på de projekt som undersökts i detta arbete. Erfarenheterna skickas därefter in och behandlas centralt där de sammanställs och en lösning arbetas fram. Problematiken idag är att de dokumenterade erfarenheterna inte används. Vidare framkom flera problemområden som påverkar erfarenhetsåterföringen där avsaknaden av en tydlig struktur och tydliga rutiner anses som det mest avgörande. Ytterligare påverkande faktorer är den bristfälliga feedbacken tillbaka till projekten och avsaknaden av resurser i den centrala organisationen. Viktiga framgångsfaktorer för en fungerande erfarenhetsåterföring är att det finns en tydlig struktur och tydliga rutiner som samtliga är väl införstådda med. Det är även viktigt att inom företaget ha en kultur som uppmanar och uppmuntrar medarbetarna att prioritera erfarenhetsåterföringsarbetet. Veidekke bör prioritera arbetet med bland annat rutiner och struktur, ta fram personliga- och gruppincitament samt utarbeta en metod för spridning av positiva erfarenheter då erfarenhetsåterföring är starkt förknippat med problem och negativa upplevelser. / The construction industry is facing a change-of-generation and an industrialisation. At the same time the productiondevelopment has been very low compared to the manufacturing industry over the past years. This indicates that new methods of work is needed. This is something the concept VeidekkeMAX is trying to address. With a more industrialized method of work the possibility of a functional experiance feedback is created. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to evaluate how VeidekkeMAX is managing and working with the technical experiences. The analysis done by collected data shows that expericne feedback is being done by the reviewed projects. This is then being processed by the headquarter and a final solution is assessed. The major problem today is the fact that the collected experineces is not used in coming projects. The lack of a clear framework and rutines regarding the working method of experience feedback is a major problem area. Other factors affecting this matter is the low amount of feedback to the ongoing projects and the inadequate amount of resources  within the headquarter. It is important to have a clear framework and rutines to achieve a succussfull expericence feedback. The company needs to have an organizational culture that encourage the employees to practis and prioritate the work with experience feedback. Veidekke should create a clear framework and rutines, find personal- and groupincentives and develope a method to spread positive experiences since experiense feedback is strongly conected with negative experienes and problems.

The Master's thesis "Swedish innovation policy: success or paradox?" focuses on Sweden's public policy for innovation during the past two decades. It, however, deviates somewhat from the conventional notion that places Sweden in the forefront when it comes to innovation. On the contrary this study follows the line of thought that believes there is an imbalance between the inputs to innovation in terms of R&D investments, which are truly outstanding, and the economic outputs that have been rather unimpressive and could be higher. Using the innovation systems perspective, a theoretical framework that has grown popular with academics and policymakers alike, the thesis analyzes Sweden's innovation policy, aiming to find out, whether the government really performs the activities, that the innovation systems theory views as vital. While it can be said that the innovation policy truly fulfills a wide range of activities that the theory views as key, there is still room for improvement in several areas, due to which the innovation paradox is still in operation, albeit we can view it less as an acute problem but a rather an opportunity, which policy has not been able to capitalize on.

La presente investigación busca determinar la relación que tiene la gestión administrativa en la competitividad de las mypes comerciales de Tingo María 2021. Se presenta como parte de la investigación, las definiciones de la gestión administrativa, la competitividad, así como las dimensiones que contiene cada variable. Asimismo, se desarrollan distintos modelos teóricos que analizan las variables dependiente e independiente. Además, se analizan las mypes del sector comercial ubicadas en la ciudad de Tingo María. Se empleó una investigación básica no experimental de carácter cuantitativo y con alcance explicativo a través de una encuesta a nuestro público objetivo, donde se recolectó data que fue analizada en el SPSS; asimismo, se analiza cada dimensión de la gestión administrativa con cada dimensión de la competitividad, dando como resultado una relación positiva entre las variables. / This research seeks to determine the relation that administrative management has on the competitiveness of the commercial MSMEs of Tingo Maria 2021. As part of the research, the definitions of administrative management, competitiveness, as well as the dimensions contained in each variable will be presented. Also, different theoretical models that analyze the dependent and independent variables are developed. In addition, the mypes of the commercial sector located in the city of Tingo Maria are analyzed. Non-experimental quantitative research with an explanatory scope was used. Through a survey to our target public where data was collected and analyzed in SPSS. The Role of Strategic Leadership in Banking Profitability

A study on corporate leadership failure in America by Vugt and Ronay has shown that the failure rate of business leadership in meeting profitability targets is as high as 60%. Most organizations fail to attain profitability targets due to limited experience and exposure to strategic leadership. The aim of this single case study design was to explore the role of strategic leadership in banking profitability. Twelve purposively selected senior bankers and members of the board of directors with over 10 years of experience in banking and profitability and 3 years in the top management team participated in the study in western Tanzania. The resource-based view framed the discussion regarding strategic leadership skills needed to enhance banking profitability. Data were collected through semistructured interviews using open-ended questions to elicit in-depth responses from the participants. Other data sources included social media, company websites, and annual reports. The modified van Kaam approach was used in the data analysis. Meaningful statements were grouped into larger units to form themes. Findings confirmed that strategic leadership skills development had an important influence on banking profitability. Five themes emerged from the study results including strategic leadership and organization performance, planning, risk management, training and skills development, and the unique resources. Findings may also help to improve banking profitability, create employment, and contribute to social change to the poor and unbanked communities in Tanzania.
