El propósito del siguiente estudio es examinar la relación entre la imagen institucional de la Policía Nacional y el Síndrome de Burnout de los efectivos policiales de la Policía Nacional del Perú (PNP). Se considera que la profesión policial está asociada con el estrés laboral debido a diversos factores estresantes, en los que se ven involucrados, la falta de soporte de la comunidad y la imagen de la institución a la que pertenecen, entre otros. En respuesta a estos factores, el oficial policial puede desarrollar estrés prolongado conocido como el síndrome de burnout que se refleja en una tendencia de estar insatisfecho con su trabajo. Los métodos de investigación empleados para retratar la situación serán de enfoque cualitativo y cuantitativo realizadas a efectivos policiales / The purpose of the following study is to examine the relationship between the organizational image of the National Police and burnout syndrome or the "burn for work" syndrome of law enforcement officers of the National Police of Peru (PNP). The police profession is considered to be associated with work stress due to various stressors in which they are involved, the lack of community support, the image of the institution to which they belong. In response to these factors, the police officer may develop prolonged stress known as burnout syndrome and is reflected in a tendency to be dissatisfied with his work. El propósito de esta investigación fue identificar el rol que cumple la comunicación en la formación, mantenimiento y progreso de una comunidad de blogueros peruanos. Para ello, se ha utilizado la perspectiva teórica de los grupos de buena fe, de las investigadoras estadounidenses Putnam y Stohl en 1990, que permitieron estudiar a grupos que se crean naturalmente y que están compuestos por miembros voluntarios, para así comprender sus procesos comunicativos teniendo en cuenta los límites del grupo y el contexto donde se desenvuelven. El enfoque de investigación fue cualitativo y la técnica de recolección de datos ha sido la entrevista semiestructurada. Los participantes del estudio fueron tanto los miembros fundadores como los nuevos miembros. En total, se realizaron dieciséis entrevistas virtuales. El estudio encontró que la comunicación cumple un papel articulador dentro de la comunidad a través de todas sus etapas de desarrollo junto al dinamismo de su contexto interno y externo. La comunicación grupal de la comunidad de blogueros se caracteriza por ser fundamentalmente horizontal y estar basada en la amistad y la confianza, lo cual permitió no solo la creación de la comunidad, sino también el establecimiento de objetivos consensuados, las normas de convivencia, así como los límites y la identidad de grupo. / The purpose of this research was to identify the role that communication plays in the formation, maintenance and progress of a community of Peruvian bloggers. For this, the theoretical perspective of the groups in good faith has been used, of the American researchers Putnam and Stohl in 1990, which allowed the study of groups that are created naturally and that are composed of voluntary members, in order to understand their communication processes having take into account the limits of the group and the context in which they operate. The research approach was qualitative and the data collection technique has been the semi-structured interview. The study participants were both the founding members and the new members. In total, sixteen virtual interviews were conducted. The study found that communication plays an articulating role within the community throughout all its stages of development together with the dynamism of its internal and external context. The group communication of the blogging community is characterized by being fundamentally horizontal and based on friendship and trust, which allowed not only the creation of the community, but also the establishment of consensual objectives, the norms of coexistence, as well as limits and group identity. / Tesis

Esta investigación tiene como objetivo dar a conocer los efectos sociales, económicos y ambientales de los hoteles sostenibles en el desarrollo de las comunidades rurales de Latinoamérica. Para poder realizar esta investigación, se optó por la revisión bibliográfica, tomando en cuenta documentos como: tesis, revistas y artículos electrónicos. Esta investigación está enfocada en estudios realizados sobre diversos destinos en Latinoamérica, que demuestran cómo la hotelería sostenible, genera un vínculo muy fuerte en relación directa con el desarrollo y la mejora de la calidad de vida de las comunidades rurales. Existen muchas investigaciones que abordan temas relacionados a la forma en que el desarrollo hotelero aplica políticas sostenibles, genera distintos efectos sociales, económicos y ambientales en las comunidades aledañas, logrando dar a muchos pobladores de la zona la oportunidad de educarse, obtener acceso a servicios médicos y conseguir oportunidades laborales en el sector hotelero. En la presente investigación se analizarán tres efectos que se relacionan directamente con el desarrollo de comunidades rurales por causa de la hotelería sostenible, los cuales son: sociales, económicos y ambientales. La oferta hotelera en Latinoamérica se está haciendo mucho más fuerte cada año y ello sumado a la aplicación de la sostenibilidad como política de los propios hoteles, viene generando un efecto muy positivo en las comunidades. / This research aims to publicize the social, economic and environmental effects of sustainable hotels in the development of rural communities in Latin America. In order to carry out this research, a bibliographic review was chosen, taking into account documents such as: theses, magazines and electronic articles. This research is focused on studies carried out on various destinations in Latin America, which demonstrate how sustainable hotel management generates a very strong link in direct relation to the development and improvement of the quality of life of rural communities. There is a lot of research that addresses issues related to the way in which hotel development applies sustainable policies, generates different social, economic and environmental effects in the surrounding communities, giving many residents of the area the opportunity to educate themselves, obtain access to medical services. and get job opportunities in the hotel sector. El proyecto es un colegio de educación básica regular que brinda los grados instrucción: inicial, primaria y secundaria, en el distrito de San Juan de Lurigancho. El proyecto revisa cómo la tipología educacional ha ido evolucionando conforme las sociedades y las propuestas pedagógicas lo han hecho también; y tras contrastar ello con el modelo educativo que por años ha implantado el estado, llega a la pregunta: ¿Cómo generar un nuevo esquema espacial para una nueva educación? Si somos una nueva sociedad y una nueva cultura. Así, el proyecto se gesta como una primera respuesta a esta pregunta. Centrándose particularmente en las necesidades sociales y físicas del contexto en el que se emplaza. Es así que la propuesta arquitectónica concluye en un colegio que propone el uso de sus techos como un nuevo paisaje y extiende sobre él las cualidades de espacio público del parque, generando nuevas relaciones con el entorno. A su vez se acomoda formalmente a la premisa de conservar la vegetación existente como parte de la identidad del lugar y ubica sus usos en torno a 3 grandes zonas: zona de usos comunes (pública), zona de talleres (semi-público) y zona académica (privada), facilitando la flexibilidad y dinámicas de uso con la comunidad. Finalmente revisa la composición básica del aula y la modifica según la antropometría específica de cada grupo etéreo, para luego centrarse en el desarrollo de los espacios educativos complementarios al aula, como los de encuentro y educación experiencial. En este documento se podrá encontrar el trabajo de investigación previo al desarrollo del proyecto arquitectónico y una exposición general de los planos y vistas a las que llega la propuesta. / The project is about a school that provides the following stages of education in the district of San Juan de Lurigancho: early childhood education (kindergarten), elementary school, and high school. It reviews how the educational typology has been evolving as the societies and pedagogic proposals have done the same. Then, after contrasting it with the educational model that the state has implemented for years, it comes to the question: how to generate a new spatial scheme for modern education? In this way, the architectonic proposal concludes in a school that proposes the use of the roofs as a new landscape and extends the qualities of the park's public space on it, generating new relationships with the environment. At the same time, it formally accommodates the premise of conserving the existing vegetation as part of the identity of the place and locates its uses around the following areas: common use area (public), workshop area (semi-public) and the academic area (private), facilitating flexibility and dynamics of use with the community. Finally, it reviews the classic composition of the classroom and modifies it according to the specific anthropometric needs of each age group, and then focuses on the development of complementary educational spaces of the classroom like those for meetings or experiential education. El presente trabajo analiza la influencia que tienen las películas en la creación de comunidades, usando cómo referencia el caso de la película “Call me by your name” y la creación del grupo de Facebook: “Call me by your name global”. Asimismo, se analizarán las características que comparten los integrantes del grupo, los valores y normas creados a partir del fanatismo hacia la película y la interacción que se mantiene presente entre los participantes que provienen de diferentes culturas y países desde el año 2017 / 2018. La investigación tiene un diseño etnográfico y de tipo cualitativo, y se pondrá en práctica a través de entrevistas a los participantes de la comunidad virtual en Facebook: Call me by your name global. A partir del grupo de Facebook analizado: “Call me by your name global”, se pudo observar que la comunidad de fans se mantiene unida y activa a través de los años debido a su fanatismo por la película y que comparten valores y normas especificadas al momento de entrar al grupo y a través de diferentes publicaciones. En síntesis, la investigación demuestra que las películas tienen una gran influencia en la creación de comunidades formadas por los fans, sobre todo de manera online. / This investigation analyzes the influence that films have on the creation of communities, using as a reference the case of the film “Call me by your name” and the creation of the Facebook group: “Call me by your name global”. Likewise, the characteristics shared by the members of the group, the values ​​and norms created from the fanaticism towards the film and the interaction that remains present between the participants who come from different cultures and countries since 2017/2018 will be analyzed. The research has an ethnographic and qualitative design, and will be put into practice through interviews with the participants of the virtual community on Facebook: Call me by your name global. From the analyzed Facebook group: "Call me by your name global", it was observed that the fan community remains united and active over the years due to their fanaticism for the film and that they share values ​​and norms specified when entering the group and through different publications.In summary, the research shows that films have a great influence on the creation of communities formed by fans, especially online. / Trabajo de investigación

La presente investigación tiene como objetivo general desarrollar un proyecto de diseño de indumentaria a partir del análisis teórico y visual de los cambios evolutivos del arte textil yine. Desde la época preincaica, los yine han tenido contacto con diversos grupos que han influido en la evolución de sus técnicas textiles. El primer contacto fue con los matsiguengas, con quienes aprendieron a hilar y tejer algodón en telar. Luego, los yanesha les enseñaron a usar el tlipi, un vegetal que al hervirlo segrega un tinte amarillento que es utilizado como líneas base antes del pintado de la iconografía. Finalmente, los misioneros llevaron pinceles, mostacillas, nuevas prendas (blusas de popelina) y tintes a la comunidad. Para el desarrollo de la investigación, se han desarrollado dos entrevistas. La primera fue a Emily Urquía, presidenta de la Asociación de artesanías Mashko Yine, la cual brinda información importante de su experiencia y convivencia en la comunidad Yine. Y la segunda entrevista fue a Sumy Kujon, autora del libro Ajuar Amazónico: Rescate textil e indumentaria Harakmbut y Yine, la cual contribuyó con su percepción sobre el arte textil yine actual. Asimismo, se escogieron diez antecedentes de investigación y seis de diseño que aportan información y son una guía para el desarrollo del presente trabajo. Del mismo modo, se trabajaron referencias visuales como los moodboards, collage y bocetos para cumplir con el objetivo general. Se buscaron referencias de color, texturas, tipologías, siluetas, entre otros, que se reflejan en los diez figurines finales. / The general objective of this research is to develop an apparel design project based on the theoretical and visual analysis of the evolutionary changes of yine textile art. Since pre-Inca times, the Yine have had contact with various groups that have influenced the evolution of their textile techniques. The first contact was with the Matsiguengas, with whom they learned to spin and weave cotton on a loom. Later, the Yanesha taught them to use tlipi, a vegetable that, when boiled, secretes a yellowish tinge that is used as baselines before the iconography is painted. Finally, the missionaries brought brushes, beads, new clothes (poplin blouses), and dyes to the community. For the development of the research, two interviews have been developed. The first went to Emily Urquía, president of the Mashko Yine Handicrafts Association, which provides important information about her experience and coexistence in the Yine community. And the second interview was with Sumy Kujon, author of the book Ajuar Amazónico: Rescate textile e indumentaria Harakmbut y Yine, which contributed with her perception of current yine textile art. Likewise, ten research and six design antecedents were chosen that provide information and are a guide for the development of this work. In the same way, visual references such as moodboards, collage and sketches were worked to fulfill the general objective. La educación a distancia o e-learning ha tomado mayor notoriedad durante los últimos años y se ha potenciado aún más gracias a la tecnología dejando a lado la educación tradicional. Ello ha permitido que muchas personas se inscriban en un curso sin importar las barreras de espacio y tiempo, por lo cual, muchos jóvenes y adultos puedan trabajar y potenciar sus conocimientos otorgándoles la facultad de crecer dentro de sus empresas en la cual laboran e incluso emprender nuevos negocios. En este contexto, la investigación tiene como objetivo estudiar la satisfacción que presentan los jóvenes dentro de las comunidades virtuales a base de la experiencia, expectativa y usabilidad que tienen sobre los cursos e-learning. El cual se realizará mediante un estudio de tipo correlacional, con un enfoque cuantitativo y de carácter concluyente, la cual se tomará como muestra a 400 estudiantes limeños que se hayan inscrito por lo menos en 1 curso virtual. / Distance education or e-learning has gained greater notoriety in recent years and has been further enhanced thanks to technology, leaving aside traditional education. This has allowed many people to enroll in a course regardless of the barriers of space and time, for which many young people and adults can work and enhance their knowledge, giving them the ability to grow within their companies in which they work and even undertake new business. In this context, the research aims to study the satisfaction that young people present within virtual communities based on the experience, expectation and usability that they have on e-learning courses. El presente trabajo aborda el rol de agencia del diseñador gráfico a través de tres casos donde se ha trabajado con la comunidad y planteado determinadas metodologías para desarrollar el discurso visual en el objetivo de cada proyecto. Se parte de la hipótesis que el vínculo del diseñador gráfico con su comunidad y la identificación de una metodología con involucramiento social posibilita su impacto como agente de cambio social. La investigación está diseñada a partir de la revisión de fuentes bibliográficas, análisis de las respectivas piezas gráficas y las entrevistas a los/las diseñadores/as que los llevan a cabo. Los principales resultados indican que el trabajo que el diseñador realiza con la comunidad y materializa en su producción visual parte de la aplicación de dinámicas participativas donde se revela una metodología y discurso visual específico. Por tanto, se concluye que el impacto del rol del diseñador/a gráfico/a como agente de cambio en su comunidad tiene distintos alcances de acuerdo a su respuesta frente a un objetivo específico, que se centra en su acción discursiva y visual a un nivel comunicacional, o de un objetivo integral, en el cual la metodología del diseñador intenta sustentabilizar a la comunidad, encaminarla y capacitarla para su autogestión. / This work addresses the agency role of the graphic designer through three cases where the community has worked and proposed certain methodologies to develop the visual discourse in the objective of each project. It is based on the hypothesis that the graphic designer's link with his community and the identification of a methodology with social involvement enables his impact as an agent of social change. The research is designed from the review of bibliographic sources, analysis of the respective graphic pieces and interviews with the designers who carry them out. The main results indicate that the work that the designer carries out with the community and materializes in her visual production starts from the application of participatory dynamics, where a specific visual methodology and discourse is revealed. Therefore, it is concluded that the impact of the role of the graphic designer as an agent of change in their community has different scopes according to their response to a specific objective, which focuses on their discursive and visual action at a level communicational, or an integral objective, in which the designer's methodology tries to sustain the community, direct it and train it for its self-management. / Trabajo de investigación

La comunidad Indígena Shawi, es parte del distrito de Yurimaguas, además de una de la más representativa de la Región Loreto, ya que parte de la población Amazónica, desciende a partir de esta cultura. Además, generan recursos económicos y una representación cultural hacia la zona. Pese a esto, se encuentran en peligro de extinción, debido a que sus territorios y modo de vida se ven afectados por las industrias que los invaden, así como también, la falta de identidad cultural en esta zona, respecto a esta comunidad. De este modo, se pretende contribuir con el desarrollo y sensibilización mediante la apreciación de sus expresiones culturales. Asimismo, incentivar a la concientización, aprovechando también, la potencialidad Shawi para el crecimiento turístico en el distrito. / The Shawi Indigenous community is part of the Yurimaguas district, in addition to one of the most representative of the Loreto Region, since part of the Amazonian population descends from this culture. In addition, they generate economic resources and a cultural representation towards the area. Despite this, they are in danger of extinction, because their territories and way of life are affected by the industries that invade them, as well as the lack of cultural identity in this area, with respect to this community. In this way, it is intended to contribute to the development and awareness through the appreciation of their cultural expressions. El Centro de Difusión de Cultura Viva Comunitaria es un proyecto ubicado en Lima-Perú, en el distrito de Villa el Salvador. Se trata de un equipamiento cultural-comunitario encargado de identificar, promover y difundir la cultura existente de su pueblo según su historia, costumbres y tradiciones. Tiene como función principal impartir la enseñanza de actividades artísticas, culturales y laborales, satisfaciendo la demanda existente del distrito por medio de una infraestructura y espacialidad adecuada. Alberga actividades y espacios que permiten el desarrollo personal y social de cada poblador, tales como: danza, música, teatro, psicología, carpintería, costura, biblioteca, comedor, áreas de encuentro colectivo, etc. Asimismo, se brinda a la zona aportes a nivel cultural, urbano y económico. Los cuales, se complementan para desarrollar un punto de participación social, cuyo fin es ayudar a que la comunidad se integre, mejoren sus condiciones de vida y logren identificarse con su cultura, el proyecto y el lugar. / Center for the diffusion of Cultura Viva Comunitaria is a project located in Lima-Peru, in the district of Villa el Salvador. It is a cultural-community facility responsible for identifying, promoting and disseminating the existing culture of its people according to their history, customs and traditions. Its main function is to teach artistic, cultural and labor activities, satisfying the existing demand of the district through adequate infrastructure and space. It houses activities and spaces that allow for the personal and social development of each inhabitant, such as: dance, music, theater, psychology, carpentry, sewing, library, dining room, collective meeting areas, etc. Likewise, the area is provided with cultural, urban and economic contributions.
