However does the most punctual is the passage of good public right to an essentially private good. Regarding the public squares, this phenomenon occurs both in the light of Law, where the state by virtue of their prerogatives donates the squares, and illegally, though, if studied with the government contribution. Thus, this work aims at the comprehension of public spaces privatization process nowadays. In this context, our research was conducted in three places in the city of Goiania, in an attempt to reveal the mechanisms used by the State in the transformation of a good common use in private equity. Therefore, this work is based on the study of public space for the production of capital. The pretext of urban development, public squares are being decimated. Now fractionated, now suppressed, now privatized. In Goiania, a number of squares that privatized. The public squares are usually located in the central points of the neighborhoods, being object of fierce local real estate speculation, clearly demonstrating the lack of state control over public spaces in Goiania, and also revealing the inapplicability of the Master Plan, regarding the urban planning. A phenomenon seen in 1950, when the state (before solely responsible for urban installment) gave local business pressures. Given this situation, it is increasing in the city, new ways of living and leisure, such as shopping centers, residential and others. Thus, the lack of patrons in public areas, can compromise severely the existence of the squares and the privatization of squares is by far concern because it disrupts social relations, with the quality of life of a group, and transforms public spaces in goods. / A privatização dos bens públicos pode ter vários entendimentos. Contundo, o mais pontual é a passagem do bem de direito público para um bem essencialmente privado. No que tange as praças públicas, esse fenômeno ocorre tanto à luz da Lei, onde o Estado por força de suas prerrogativas faz doação das praças, como ilegalmente, porém, no caso estudado com o aporte do governo. Desse modo, este trabalho tem por objetivo a compreenção do processo de privatização dos espaços públicos na contemporaneidade. Dentro desse contexto, nossa pesquisa foi realizada em três praças na cidade de Goiânia, na tentativa de revelar quais os mecanismos utilizados pelo Estado na transformação de um bem de uso comum do povo em patrimônio privado. Assim sendo, este trabalho baseia-se no estudo do espaço público pela produção do capital. Ao pretexto do desenvolvimento urbano, as praças públicas estão sendo dizimadas. Ora fracionadas, ora suprimidas, ora privatizadas. Em Goiânia, são várias as praças que privatizadas. As praças públicas, geralmente estão localizadas em pontos centrais dos bairros, sendo objeto da acirrada especulação imobiliária local, demonstrando claramente a falta de controle do Estado sobre os espaços públicos em Goiânia, e também, revelando a inaplicabilidade do Plano Diretor, no que tange o planejamento urbano. Fenômeno este percebido a partir de 1950, quando o Estado (antes único responsável pelo parcelamento urbano) cedeu às pressões empresariais locais. Diante desse quadro, é crescente na cidade, novas formas de viver e lazer, tais como os shoppings centers, residenciais e outros. Desse modo, a falta de frequentadores nos espaços públicos, pode comprometer severamente as existência das praças e a privatização das praças é de longe preocupante, pois rompe com as relações sociais, com a qualidade de vida de um grupo, bem como transforma os espaços públicos em mercadorias.

We have tried to describe the conditions of the virtual experience that are favorable to the generation of a bond, to analyze its evolution and the possibilities of convergence and divergence between expectations and realizations after the transposition to real life. This study, defined as qualitative, was conducted by the application of investigative psychoanalytical method. Three couples have participated in this study, with ages between 29 and 33 years old, all with graduation degrees. One interview was conducted with each couple, the Content Analysis proposed by Mathieu was applied to the results, which were interpreted according to psychoanalysis reference of bonding configurations and group psychoanalysis. The research led us to recognize that, despite the possibility of knowing traces of the other s personality in a virtual bond, it is the physical presence that will define its realization. We conclude that, for the realization of a romantic bond, the internet is characterized as a condition, from which the bond is constructed by stages like identification of intentions and values, mutual desire, confirmation of data as reality and the establishment of the first face to face encounter, in a process where good or bad results depend mostly of the maturity of the ones involved as well as of its physical presence contact. / A presente pesquisa tinha por objetivo estudar experi?ncias emocionais de casais que transformaram v?nculos virtuais em v?nculos conjugais. Dentre os objetivos espec?ficos, buscamos descrever as condi??es na viv?ncia virtual favor?veis ? gera??o de um v?nculo, analisar a evolu??o do mesmo, e as possibilidades de converg?ncia e de diverg?ncia entre as expectativas e as realiza??es decorrentes de sua transposi??o. De cunho qualitativo, este estudo foi conduzido com a aplica??o do m?todo psicanal?tico. Participaram da pesquisa tr?s casais, com idades de 29 a 33 anos, todos com forma??o superior. Realizamos uma entrevista ?nica com cada casal. Sobre o material, aplicamos a t?cnica de An?lise de Conte?do proposta por Mathieu, e o interpretamos de acordo com o referencial da psican?lise das configura??es vinculares e da grupan?lise, aplicada ao casal. Esta pesquisa possibilitou reconhecermos que apesar da possibilidade de conhecer tra?os da personalidade do outro numa viv?ncia virtual, a presen?a ? parte constitutiva do v?nculo. Conclu?mos que, para a realidade dos v?nculos amorosos, a Internet caracteriza-se como uma condi??o, a partir da qual o v?nculo ? constru?do por etapas que passam pela identifica??o de valores e desejos m?tuos, pela confirma??o dos dados de realidade, e pela marca que faz o primeiro encontro face a face, num processo onde o bem ou o mal suceder est?o condicionados ? maturidade das pessoas envolvidas tanto quanto est?o em suas rela??es presenciais.

Esta tese se insere na temática da crise dos grandes discursos, reconhecendo que ao contrário do colapso ou do fim das metanarrativas, eles se abriram, possibilitando a reapropriação de uma outra ideia de homem. Uma ideia que traz como base a gramática trágica. Trágico, aqui, é o que vislumbra o real como idiota, simples, aprovador de todos os acontecimentos, suficiente para reconfigurar a imageria contemporânea e identificar, no âmbito de sua gramática, a presença do sujeito idiotès (vulgar e idiota), uma presença que foi negligenciada ao longo de toda modernidade. Para tratar dessa reapropriação do homem e do sujeito , este estudo se desenvolve a partir de três esferas de observação: a) o advento da racionalidade e a construção de um modelo de sujeito forte, que se tornará a base de uma tradição; b) a crise deste modelo e o seu encontro com o pensamento fraco (Vattimo); e c) o reordenamento da gramática moderna que, intensificando-­se idiota, aponta para um outro imaginário. Na primeira, exponho a preferência da racionalidade moderna por um homem e um sujeito fortes e sua consequente reprovação das narrativas que desprezam a noção de natureza ou afirmam o homem vulgar, fruto do acaso e da idiotia humana; na segunda, analiso a época contemporânea apontando para uma reconfiguração conceitual que, a partir da crise das noções de ser e de natureza (impostas por Nietzsche), aponta para o surgimento do pensamento fraco/débil; no terceiro, com foco na filosofia trágica rossetiana, fixo os desdobramentos de suas noções de acaso, de convenção, de aprovação, de um real idiotès, para a constituição do sujeito contemporâneo. Por fim, aponto para a liberação da imageria trágica e sua expressão idiota, que aproximam o homem de sua condição mais humana: essa idiotia. Ou seja, o objetivo é reapropriar-­se de uma gramática e de um homem que nunca apareceram como aspiração no âmbito dos discursos hegemônicos e que agora evidenciam-­se no campo da contemporaneidade. / This theses stands on the theme of the crisis of great discourses, acknowledging that instead of a collapse or an ending of metanarratives, they unfasten, allowing the reappropriation of another idea of man. An idea that brings as groundwork the tragic philosophy. Tragic, here, is seeing the real as idiot, simplistic, an accepter of everything, enough to reconfigurate the contemporary imagery and identificate, on its own grammar, the presence of an idiots subject (vulgar and idiot), a presence that was neglected all through the modernity. To approach such reappropriation of man and of subject , this research develops departing of three spheres of observation: a) the advent of rationality and the construction of a strong subject model, that will became the base of a tradition; b) a crisis of such model and its clash with the weak thought (Vattimo); and c) the reordering of the modern grammar that, becoming more idiot, points to another imaginary. On the first, I Expose the preference of modern rationality for a strong man and a subject and its Consecutive reprobation of narratives that despises the notion of nature or asserts the vulgar man, product of chance and of human idiocy; the second, I analyse the contemporaneity pointing to a conceptual reconfiguration that, departing from the crisis of notions of being and nature (imposed by Nietzsche), points to the emergence of weak thought; on the third, focusing on the rossetian tragic philosophy, assert the developments of its notions of chance, of convention, of approval, of a idiots real, for the constitution of the contemporary subject. Lastly, I point to the liberation of tragic imagery and its idiotic expression that approximates the man to its most human condition: this idiocy. In other words, the aim is reappropriate a grammar and a man that never appear as ambition on scope of hegemonic discourses and now come to light in the field of contemporaneity.

A análise do campo de constituição dos princípios da reforma educacional dos anos de 1990, possibilita a investigação do mundo, da sociedade e do sujeito pressupostos no enunciado estética da sensibilidade, apresentado como princípio filosófico dessa nova concepção da educação. Este trabalho visa a analisar, particularmente, o princípio, aqui tomado como enunciado, estética da sensibilidade proposto nas Diretrizes Curriculares Nacionais. A fim de se verificar o que possibilitou a eleição da estética da sensibilidade como um princípio da educação, considerou-se neste trabalho que a resposta a esta pergunta é indissociável da análise das condições de possibilidade do enunciado, o que implica análise do campo de constituição do enunciado estética da sensibilidade, que pode ser compreendida como parte de uma analítica da contemporaneidade. A problemática da sensibilidade em educação, na atualidade, diz respeito ao agenciamento da sensibilidade pelos dispositivos capitalistas de estetização da vida cotidiana: publicidade, marketing, industria cultural. Dentre as esferas da vida estetizadas, à educação é reservado um lugar estratégico pois ela foi convertida num dos mais importantes dispositivos do processo de reestruturação do capitalismo avançado. Assim, este trabalho questiona de que modo a nova concepção de educação opera na fabricação de sujeitos aptos a esta tarefa. / Analyzing the establishment field of educational reform principles in 1990s enables the investigation of the world, the society, or the individual, presupposed in the statement aesthetics of sensibility, presented as a philosophical principle of this new conception of education. This is a study, in special, on the principle of asthetics of sensibility, assumed here as a statement, proposed in the National Curriculum Guidelines. The attempt of understanding how this concept has been chosen as the principle of education made us understand that the answer to this question is not apart from the condition of possibilities the statement, what implies the analysis of the establishment field of the statement aesthetics of sensibility, which can be seen as well as part of an analysis of contemporary times. Publicity, marketing, and cultural industry - capitalist mechanisms which try to aestheticise life - have negotiated with the concept of sensibility. This is the problem of sensibility in education now-a-days. Education takes an essential place among the aestheticised life spheres, once it was converted in one of the most important mechanisms of advanced capitalism restructuring. Thus, this work inquires how the new conception of education operates on the shaping of individuals capable for this task.

Este trabalho tem como objetivo a análise exploratória da automutilação, com o intuito de investigar as representações mentais e os significados presentes neste ato, sob os referenciais teóricos da Psicanálise segundo as perspectivas de Sigmund Freud e autores correlatos, que utilizam este referencial para argüir sobre os sintomas na contemporaneidade. O objeto de estudo são os relatos e informações expostas por um grupo brasileiro que se denomina praticante de automutilação com objetos cortantes e perfurantes, encontrado em uma rede de relacionamentos amplamente divulgada e de domínio público, o Orkut, sob o nome de Self-Mutilation Addicts. A coleta de dados foi dividida em: dados de variáveis descritivas (home dos integrantes desse grupo) que contam com requisitos básicos impostos pelo site para inclusão no Orkut; coleta dos relatos expostos na comunidade Self-Mutilation Addicts (algumas citações da home destes integrantes além da escolha de alguns livros e filmes, que posteriormente foram analisados segundo o referencial psicanalítico). Para os relatos analisados segundo a interpretação psicanalítica, usou-se como parâmetros os fundamentos teóricos sobre a formação do sintoma, da angústia, da ritualização e da compulsão à repetição, descritos por Freud e outros autores como Lacan e Laplanche, assim como a análise do período sócio-histórico e cultural exposta por autores como Slavoj Zizek, Joel Birman, Nelson da Silva Junior, Gilles Lipovetsky e outros. Esta pesquisa visa trazer maior compreensão do sintoma de automutilação e espera-se assegurar a continuidade dos estudos mesmo após sua conclusão / The goal of this work is the exploring analysis of the self-mutilation, in order to investigate the mental representation and the meanings within this act, over the referential theory of Psychoanalysis according to Sigmund Freuds perspectives and correlated authors that use this referential to question about the symptoms on modern society. The study subjects are stories and information from a Brazilian group that proclaim to practice self-mutilation with razor edge and piercing objects, found in a widely publicized and under public domain social network, known as Orkut, under the nickname Self-Mutilation Addicts. The gathering of data will be divided between Variable Descriptive Data (Group homepage), that illustrates the basic requirements held by the website for the inclusion on Orkut; collection of exposed data on the web community Self-Mutilation Addicts; some members quotations from the homepages and the choice of some books and movies that further more will be analyzed according to the psychoanalytic interpretation, using fundamental theory parameters over symptoms formation: the torment, the rite and the repetition urge described by Freud and other authorities such as Lacan and Laplanche, as well as historical, social and cultural time analysis described by authors such as Slavoj Zizek, Joel Birman, Nelson da Silva Junior, Gilles Lipovetsky and others. This research seeks to find greater understanding on the self-mutilation symptom and hopes to assure its ongoing studies even after its conclusions

Imediatismo, tecnologia, conectividade, transformações econômicas e a complexidade do mundo do trabalho influenciam a construção das trajetórias profissionais na contemporaneidade, estabelecendo novas configurações de carreira que modificam e ampliam as relações de trabalho. Partindo da premissa que os trabalhadores buscam um sentido no trabalho, o desenvolvimento da carreira é priorizado nesta tese, sob a perspectiva da pessoa, acreditando que o trabalhador tem consciência da sua responsabilidade no desenvolvimento da carreira e anseia através de um trabalho significativo, construir a sua trajetória no mundo do trabalho. Não obstante os modelos tradicionais das carreiras ainda se façam presentes é surpreendente a velocidade com que as novas configurações, representadas principalmente pelas carreiras proteanas e sem fronteiras, se estabelecem. Não é suficiente ter consciência dos desafios na construção da carreira, é preciso entender e coordenar ações para enfrentá-los. É neste contexto de incertezas que surge a indagação desta pesquisa: a compreensão e a aceitação da responsabilidade pessoal impulsionam o desenvolvimento da carreira na contemporaneidade? Considerando, no desenvolvimento profissional, o propósito de realizar um trabalho significativo, o objetivo geral desta pesquisa é compreender o desenvolvimento da carreira na contemporaneidade e a aceitação da responsabilidade pessoal, a partir dos desafios enfrentados e dos modelos construídos pelos trabalhadores pesquisados. No intuito de estudar o processo de construção de carreira realizou-se uma pesquisa qualitativa com a técnica da entrevista semiestruturada, com 21 trabalhadores brasileiros, com idade entre 26 e 38 anos. Para investigar as narrativas destes trabalhadores, utilizou-se o método de análise de conteúdo, que envolveu a definição e compreensão de 7 categorias de análise para a construção das carreiras: concepções de trabalho, definição de carreira, objetivos profissionais, desafios enfrentados no desenvolvimento da carreira, responsabilidade e ação pessoal em prol do desenvolvimento da carreira, significação de sucesso profissional e importância da rede de relacionamentos para o desenvolvimento da carreira. Os principais resultados da pesquisa demonstram unanimidade na valorização da rede de relacionamento e que independentemente do modelo de carreira construído, tradicional, multidirecional, proteana ou sem fronteiras, os trabalhadores pesquisados têm consciência, assumem a responsabilidade e desenvolvem ações em prol do desenvolvimento de suas carreiras, construindo, na maioria, suas trajetórias profissionais dentro dos modelos das carreiras contemporâneas, destacando-se as carreiras proteanas e as carreiras sem fronteiras. Apesar da constatação de que a compreensão e aceitação da responsabilidade pessoal impulsionam o desenvolvimento da carreira, são muitos os desafios a serem enfrentados pelo trabalhador na busca de um trabalho significativo que harmonize realização pessoal e profissional / Immediacy, technology, connectivity, economic transformation and the complexity of the world of work influence the building of the professional careers in the contemporaneity, settling new configurations of career which modify and expand the working relationship. Assuming that the workers search a meaning in the work, the career development is prioritized in this thesis, under the perspective of an individual, believing that the worker is aware of his/ her responsibility in the career development and yearns through a meaningful work to build his/ her career in the world of work. Notwithstanding the traditional models of careers is still present, it is amazing the speedy at which the new configurations, represented especially for the protean career and boundaryless career, get settled. Be aware about the challenges in the career building is not enough; you need to understand and coordinate actions to face the challenges ahead. It is in this context of uncertainties that arises the question of this research: do the understanding and the acceptance of the personal responsibility drive the career development in the contemporaneity? Considering in the professional development the purpose of executing a meaningful work, the general objective of this research is to understand the career development in the contemporaneity and the acceptance of the personal responsibility from the challenges faced and the models built by the workers surveyed. Aiming to study the process of career building, a qualitative research was done with the technique of semi-structured interview, with 21 Brazilian workers aged between 26 and 38 years old. To investigate the narratives of these workers, it was used the method of content analyses which involved the definition and the understanding of 7 categories of analysis to the careers building: conceptions of work, definition of career, professional objectives, challenges faced in the career development, responsibility and personal action for the career development, significance of professional success and the importance of the relationship network for the career development. The main results of the research show unanimity in the enhancing of the relationship network and that independent of the built career model, traditional, multidirectional, protean or boundaryless, the surveyed workers are conscious, they take responsibility and develop actions for the development of their careers, building in the majority, their professional careers within the contemporary career models, highlighting the protean careers and the boundaryless careers. Despite the finding that the understanding and acceptance of the personal responsibility drive the career development, many are the challenges to be faced by the worker in the search of a meaningful work which harmonizes professional and personal accomplishment

A partir do atendimento de um caso de tentativa de infanticídio, buscou-se discutir algumas das condições para a construção da função materna. Entre as possíveis formas de se abordar um caso em pesquisa, optou-se pela construção de caso, privilegiando um olhar que parte da clínica, na qual entendemos fundar-se a descoberta psicanalítica em sua vocação de retroalimentar a teoria. Foram privilegiados três eixos: a experiência corporal, o lugar do sujeito e o laço social. Para tal, trabalharam-se estes aspectos: o percurso histórico antecedente ao que se entende hoje por maternidade, incluindo-se a psicanálise no seu início, os diferentes discursos sobre o corpo que desembocam no discurso médico, conforme proposto por Clavreul, e as questões do laço social na constituição da função materna, a partir do conceito de contrato narcisista de Piera Aulagnier. Dessa forma, pôde-se apontar como a função materna é atravessada pela lógica dessubjetivante da contemporaneidade e, ao mesmo tempo, reafirma-se a escuta do sujeito como condição para a superação dos impasses da atualidade / From the discussion of a case of attempted infanticide, we tried to discuss some of the conditions for the construction of the maternal role. Among the possible ways to approach a case in research, we chose to build a case, favoring a look that starts from the clinic, in which we understand is the base of the psychoanalytic discovery in its vocation to provide feedback for theory. Three main aspects were privileged: a bodily experience, the place of the subject and the social bond. To this end, these aspects have been worked up: the historical background antecedent to what is meant by motherhood today, including psychoanalysis in its early stages, the different discourses on the body leading into the medical discourse as proposed by Clavreul, and issues of the social bond in the constitution of the maternal role, from the concept of narcissistic contract of Piera Aulagnier. Thus, one could point out how the maternal role is crossed by the deconstructive logic of the subjective of contemporaneity and at the same time reaffirming the listening to the subject as a condition for overcoming the impasses of the present

A proposta desta dissertação é analisar os aspectos relacional, performático e experimental na obra de Itamar Assumpção músico, compositor, instrumentista, arranjador, ator e performer , que chegou à cidade de São Paulo ainda na década de 1970 e trouxe à cena musical brasileira a desenvoltura do showman. Seu trabalho, ligado a uma atitude de renovação estética e de independência, ficou conhecido por romper com as formas tradicionais de compor, interpretar e, principalmente, de apresentar suas canções. Além de as diversas camadas de significação que iam desde as textuais até às sensoriais , sua obra apresentou também importantes aspectos cênico e performático, tornando marcante a presença de vários personagens em seu cancioneiro. Considerado inadvertidamente maldito por não se submeter às regras \"disciplinantes\" da indústria cultural, Itamar Assumpção permaneceu à margem e desconhecido do grande público durante toda a sua carreira, mas graças à sua autonomia intelectual e criativa pôde construir uma obra multiculturalista e polissêmica. Na primeira parte desta dissertação, exploramos pontualmente os aspectos performáticos de seu trabalho especialmente em seus primeiros três álbuns , como sua voz, suas canções, sua banda e seus personagens, bem como a relação que estabeleceu com o público e a crítica. Na segunda parte, mapeamos algumas de suas principais influências culturais e artísticas, além de investigar como Itamar Assumpção se relacionava com a contemporaneidade e suas identidades em trânsito. Por sim, aproximamos seus trabalhos experimentais da década de 1980 às produções contemporâneas do movimento Afrofuturista. / The purpose of this study is to evaluate the relational, performativity and experimental aspects of Itamar Assumpção\'s work as a musician, composer, instrumentalist, arranger, performer and actor. He arrived in São Paulo in the 1970s and brought the resourcefulness of the showman to the Brazilian music scene. His work is linked with aesthetic renewal and independent attitude. In addition, he has been known to break with the traditional ways of composing and interpreting especially the way in which his songs are represented. Besides various layers of meaning, ranging from the textual to the sensory, his work also presented important scenic and performative aspects, making a remarkable presence of several characters in his repertoire. Considered inadvertently cursed by not submitting to the \"disciplinants\" rules of the cultural industry, Itamar Assumpção remained uncovered by and unknown to the general public throughout his career, yet thanks to his creative and intellectual autonomy he could build multicultural and polysemic work. In the first part of this study, we explore the timely performative aspects of his work, especially in his first three albums. In particular aspects of his voice, songs, band and his personality in addition to the relationship he established with audiences and critics. In the second part, some of the main cultural and artistic influences are mapped while investigating Itamar Assumpção in relation to contemporary times and identities in transit. Finally, we approach the experimental works of the 1980s to Afrofuturism movement\'s contemporary productions.

A presente dissertação propõe uma análise ética e estética do espaço urbano em busca de um território de Pertencimento na cidade de São Paulo. Trata-se de uma pesquisa interdisciplinar que, fazendo uso do método da cartografia e da arte como busca epistemológica, observou, no cotidiano da autora migrante, diferentes perspectivas de estar no mundo e de construir formas potentes de pertencer a um lugar na contemporaneidade. Além de abordagens teóricas, foram utilizados experimentos poéticos que resultaram na criação de uma obra Instalação chamada Cidade/Labirinto, que mescla vídeo performances, esculturas, um ato performativo e uma publicação montada com colagens feitas a partir de impressos coletados nas derivas. / This paper proposes an ethical and aesthetic analysis of urban space in search of a territory of Belonging in the city of São Paulo. It is an interdisciplinary research, that uses the method of cartography and art as an epistemological search to observe in everyday migrant author, different perspectives of being in the world and to build powerful forms of belonging to a place in the contemporary time. They were used in addition to theoretical approaches, poetical experiments that resulted in the creation of a work installation called Cidade/Labirinto that mixes video performances, sculptures, a performative act and a publication mounted with collages made above printed collected in drifts.

A pesquisa se dedica as temáticas relacionadas à rede virtual da internet, contexto em que se desenvolve o eixo temático central: a política e estética (no sentido comunitário) deste grupo do CMI. A pesquisa conta com as imbricações do movimento cidadão global, na cidade de Seattle como o lugar onde ?tudo? começou lugar de inspiração ao primeiro coletivo CMI, posteriormente ao primeiro coletivo, e em uma grande velocidade, se consolida outros coletivos por diversos países do mundo. Por considerar as mudanças no cerne do grupo político de mídia, dedicamos uma reflexão pautada nos seus ?primeiros períodos?, onde podemos acompanhar suas atividades, em comparação ao ?segundo ciclo? do CMI, que demonstra em relação ao primeiro ciclo diferenças notáveis em suas atividades, estas equivalentes às transformações da comunicação, do acesso á rede na sociedade contemporânea. A pesquisa conta com uma entrevista de um ex-voluntário do coletivo de Porto Alegre-RS, dedicada à aproximação das atividades e da participação dos ativistas dentro do coletivo. A pesquisa perpassa por conceitos de redes, internet, ciberespaço, coletivos e culturas da internet. / This paper seeks to understand a political group of independent media that was created in 1999 and is called Indymedia - IMC. The research is dedicated to related themes such as the Internet's virtual network, context in which the main theme develops: the politics and aesthetics (in the community sense) of the IMC group. The research counts with the imbrications of the global citizen movement, in the city of Seattle as the place where "everything" started, as a place of inspiration to the first IMC collective, and latter the first collective, and in a great speed, consolidates more collectives in many countries. Considering the changes in the core of the political group of media, we dedicated a reflexion based on the "first times", where it can follow the relation between the first period and it's notable differences of activities, the in which are equivalent to the transformations of communications, form the access of the network in the contemporary society. The research counts with a interview with the ex-voluntary of the Porto Alegre-RS collective, dedicated to bring together the activities and the participation of the activists with in the collective. The research goes through the concept of network, cyberspace, Internet culture and collectives.
