O adolescente em conflito com a lei e a escola: criminaliza??o e inclus?o perversa

The research was developed in the Community-based Assisted Freedom Program of Pastoral do Menor , in Fortaleza (capital city of Cear? State, Brazil). The study has engaged 21 adolescents, eight program professionals, three members of the Center for Defense of Child Rights in Cear?, five teachers and eight school principals and education managers from the schools attended by the adolescents in the neighborhoods of Pirambu, Tancredo Neves, Jardim Iracema e Bom Jardim. It intends, based on dialectical and historical method, to define the investigated adolescents as persons with a very singular insertion into the social structures of neoliberal capitalism. Their adolescence is subject to consumerism appeals, to the limits imposed by these appeals and to perverse ways of insertion in the system, such as criminalization, segregation and marginalization. It reveals that the school attended by the adolescents reproduces such conditions of insertion. At the same time, these conditions are elements of identity, by which the adolescents are characterized. / O presente estudo trata de uma investiga??o que visa identificar a rela??o entre adolescentes em conflito com a lei, cumprindo medida socioeducativa de liberdade assistida, e a escola. Foi desenvolvido no Programa de Liberdade Assistida Comunit?ria da Pastoral do Menor de Fortaleza CE -, e dele participaram 21 adolescentes, sete familiares, oito t?cnicos do Programa, tr?s membros do Centro de Defesa da Crian?a e do Adolescente do Cear?, cinco professores e oito diretores e coordenadores das escolas freq?entadas pelos adolescentes, nos bairros Pirambu, Tancredo Neves, Jardim Iracema e Bom Jardim. Busca-se, fundamentados no m?todo hist?rico e dial?tico, caracterizar os adolescentes estudados enquanto pessoas que t?m uma inser??o particular na estrutura social do capitalismo neoliberal, em que sua adolesc?ncia se encontra sujeita aos apelos de consumo, aos limites em face deles, e ?s formas perversas de inser??o no sistema, como a criminaliza??o, a segrega??o e a marginaliza??o. Cette thèse s’intéresse à trouver des solutions informatiques à certains problèmes de l’optimisation combinatoire, à savoir les problèmes de tournées de véhicules. Elle aborde les problèmes de Transport A la Demande (TAD). L’objectif principal visé dans cette thèse fait appel à certaines approches exactes et certaines approches méta-heuristiques pour résoudre des problèmes d’optimisation multi-objective de Transport A la Demande avec plusieurs véhicules. En effet, nos principaux objectifs de recherche consistent à : -I) Résoudre un problème multi-objectif de Transport A La Demande multi-véhicules basé sur la qualité de service ; - II) Résoudre un autre problème de Transport A la Demande multi-objectifs multi-véhicules. Ce problème traite un cas spécifique et qui consiste à l’application de ce problème aux domaines de l’Hospitalisation A Domicile (HAD). Nous avons appliqué des algorithmes exacts de "Branch and Bound" et des méthodes méta-heuristiques telles que l’algorithme évolutionnaire "Algorithme Génétique" et l’algorithme de "Colonie de Fourmis" pour apporter des solutions efficaces à ces différents problèmes. Un ensemble de résultats numériques est présenté pour chacune de ces méthodes pour montrer leurs capacités de produire des solutions de haute qualité en temps de calcul raisonnables. / This thesis focuses on finding computer science solutions for some combinatorial optimization problems, namely Vehicle Routing Problems (VRP). The thesis addresses the Dial A Ride Problems (DARP). Its main objective is to use some exact and meta-heuristics approaches to solve multi-objective optimization of Dial A Ride Problem with multi-vehicles. Hence, our main research aims are : - I)Solve a multi-objective Dial A Ride Problem with multi-vehicles based on quality of service, this problem treats a general case ; - II) Solve another multi-objective Dial A Ride Problem with multi-vehicles, this problem deals with a specific case which is an application of the Dial A Ride Problem in Home Health Care (HHC). We have also applied exact algorithms "Branch and Bound" and meta-heuristic algorithms such as evolutionary algorithms "Genetic Algorithm" and "Ant Colony" algorithm to provide effective solutions to these different problems. A set of numerical results are presented for each of these methods. Our results show that they produce high quality solutions in a reasonable execution time for all the treated problems.

Assuming that the teaching of Portuguese language is still centered on grammaticalization, we feel the need to develop pedagogical practices that give this teaching through dialogic and interactive activities, the role of training professionals able to discuss, understand and interpret society in which it is inserted. Aimed to contribute to improving the quality of the teaching of Portuguese Language and to resolve technical rationality ? which is supported by the traditional teaching and practice of claiming a guided education in communicative action ? inspired by the ideas of Habermas?s theory, from an experience teaching/learning innovation. We review the literature that came to corroborate the thesis that the teaching of Portuguese language is still marked out in a traditional pedagogy, forming young people with low level of understanding and reasoning. Subsidized this research the theoretical framework of Habermas (The communicative action), Geraldi, Orlandi, Zilberman, Marcuschi, and others who argue the research object. To answer our concerns and guide the development work on the difficulties that students have in relation to reading comprehension, we chosen an approach based formulations in Habermas, but also a qualitative approach. The survey was conducted with a group of thirty-seven students from third grade, "D" of the Technical Course Integrated Farming Campus-Barreiros-IFPE in the period from May to October 2010, carried out activities to read five texts, selected by the researcher, to the exercise of democratic dialogue, every practice reading and interpreting the work consequently the oral arguments. For data collection, made twenty-meeting classes, we use the MP3, to record the responses of all students, and later made the transcripts to analyze the data. The results were discussed in light of Habermas' theory of communicative action and also in line with the conception of Geraldi on text in the classroom. In discussing the results, we realized that the dialogical approach involving teachers and students, collaborated, undoubtedly, to the personal and intellectual growth of each participant, once in the student dialogical work exposes his ideas, he is not just enunciating spectator, all interactants are, where they build and are built, modify and are modified. Despite being a method of teaching for interactionism, there were participants who acted timidly, or failed to participate in some language difficulties and other difficulties of interaction, or socialization. This result demonstrated the need for continuity of practices like these and / or others that encourage students to think, speak, hear and be heard. / Esta pesquisa investigou a capacidade de compreens?o, interpreta??o textual e argumentativa de educandos do Ensino M?dio Integrado ao Curso T?cnico em Agropecu?ria do Campus-Barreiros-IFPE por meio de um programa inovador de ensino de L?ngua Portuguesa, alicer?ado no texto, direcionado para a dial?gica textual, a partir de pr?tica interativa de leitura baseada na teoria do agir comunicativo referenciada nas ideias de J?rgen Habermas. Partindo do pressuposto de que o ensino de L?ngua Portuguesa continua centralizado na gramaticaliza??o, sentimos a necessidade de desenvolver pr?ticas pedag?gicas que deem a esse ensino, por meio de atividades dial?gicas e interativas, a fun??o de formar profissionais aptos a argumentar, compreender e interpretar a sociedade na qual est?o inseridos. Para a coleta de dados, foram realizadas vinte aulas-encontro, utilizamos o MP3 para gravarmos as respostas de todos os alunos e, posteriormente, foram feitas as transcri??es para analisar os dados. Os resultados foram discutidos ? luz da teoria habermasiana do agir comunicativo e tamb?m em conson?ncia com a concep??o de Geraldi sobre texto em sala de aula. Ao discutir os resultados, percebemos que a pr?tica dial?gica envolvendo professores e alunos colaborou, indubitavelmente, para o crescimento intelectual e pessoal de cada um dos participantes, uma vez que, no trabalho dial?gico, o aluno exp?e suas ideias, ele ? enunciador e n?o apenas expectador, todos s?o interactantes, onde constroem e s?o constru?dos, modificam e s?o modificados. Apesar de ter sido um m?todo de ensino voltado para o interacionismo, houve participantes que atuavam timidamente, ou deixavam de participar, alguns por dificuldades lingu?sticas, outros por dificuldades de intera??o, ou seja, de socializa??o. Tal resultado evidenciou a necessidade da continuidade de pr?ticas como estas e/ou outras que estimulem o aluno a pensar, falar, ouvir e ser ouvido.

Modélisation et Optimisation d’un Système de Transport à la Demande Multicritère et Dynamique / Modeling and Optimization a Dynamic and Multicriteria Dial a Ride Problem

Le Problème de Transport à la Demande (PTD), consiste à prendre en charge le transport des personnes d'un lieu de départ vers un lieu d'arrivée. Il est caractérisé par un ensemble de demandes de transport et d'un nombre de véhicules disponible. L'ultime objectif dans ce travail de thèse est d'offrir une alternative optimisée au déplacement individuel et collectif. Le PTD est classé parmi les problèmes NP-difficile, la majorité des travaux de recherche ont été concentrés sur l'utilisation des méthodes approchées pour le résoudre.Ce problème est également multicritère, la solution proposée dans ce travail permet à la fois une réduction du temps de voyage et également de la distance parcourue. Dans cette thèse, nous proposons notre contribution à l'étude et à la résolution du problème de transport à la demande multicritère et dynamique en appliquant l'algorithme de recuit simulé multi-objectif. Une grande partie de notre travail concerne la conception, le développement et la validation des approches qui permettent de donner des solutions optimales ou quasi optimales, pour un PTD. Ces approches utilisent une méthode multicritère qui s’appuie sur l’algorithme de recuit simulé. La modélisation du PTD est représentée par une architecture multi-acteurs. Cette architecture met en évidence l’aspect distribué du système ainsi que les interactions et les relations qui peuvent avoir lieu entre les différents acteurs. Nous présentons dans ce travail un Système Multi-Agents pour la planification des itinéraires des véhicules affectés au transport des voyageurs. Les agents de ce système utilisent le module d’optimisation développé dans la première partie / The Dial a Ride Problem (DRP) is to take passengers from a place of departures to places of arrivals. Different versions of the dynamic Dial a Ride Problem are found in every day practice; transportation of people in low-density areas, transportation of the handicapped and elderly persons and parcel pick-up and delivery service in urban areas. In the DRP, customers send transportation requests to an operator. A request consists of a specified pickup location and destination location along with a desired departure or arrival time. The ultimate aim is to offer an alternative to displacement optimized individually and collectively. The DRP is classified as NP-hard problem that’s why most research has been concentrated on the use of approximate methods to solve it. Indeed the DRP is a multi-criteria problem, the proposed solution of which aims to reduce both route duration in response to a certain quality of service provided. In this thesis, we offer our contribution to the study and solving the DRP in the application using a multi agent system based on the Multi-Objective Simulated Annealing Algorithm

A Comparison of Evaluation Models for Handicap Intervention in a Head Start Program

The Model A and Model C Title I evaluation options were compared by using both options to measure the effectiveness of handicap intervention in a Head Start program. Two hundred three children in Jackson County (Oregon) were pretested with the Developmental Indicators of Learning Test (DIAL), the Peabody Picture Vocabulary Test (PPVT), the Visual-Motor Integration Scale (VMI), and the Carrow Elicited Language Inventory (CELI). The 43 children who scored below the predetermined cut-off level were placed in a six-month intervention program. One hundred forty-nine children remaining in the Head Start program in May were posttested with the same tests. Model A analysis of mean scores of the intervention group indicated significant score change on all three testing instruments. Model C analysis indicated no positive score change. It was posited that the Model A effect in this project was large because it combined a positive intervention effect with a positive general program effect. The Model C option showed no effect because the estimated nonintervention scores were very large due to the large positive score change in the nonintervention group.

Etude et résolution d'un problème de transport à la demande multicritère / Study and solving an multicriteria demand responsive transport problem

Les travaux présentés dans cette thèse visent à proposer des méthodes permettant de résoudre un problème de Transport à la Demande multicritère. Le premier travail réalisé dans cette thèse est l'étude d'un problème de Dial-a-Ride (DARP) statique multicritère. Trois critères qui peuvent être conflictuels ont été définis : le premier consiste à minimiser le coût de transport, le deuxième critère consiste à minimiser l'insatisfaction des passagers et enfin le troisième critère consiste à minimiser la quantité de CO2 émise par l'ensemble des véhicules. Nous avons développé une méthode évolutionnaire NSGA-II pour chercher un ensemble approximatif d'optimas de Pareto. Le second travail réalisé est l'étude d'un problème d'Optimal Timing dans une tournée. Ce problème consiste à calculer les dates de début de service optimales des points d'arrêts d'une tournée afin de minimiser l'insatisfaction des passagers. Le dernier travail de cette thèse a porté sur l'étude d'un problème de Transport à la Demande dynamique dans lequel de nouvelles requêtes à traiter arrivent en cours de journée. Deux méthodes ont été proposées pour résoudre ce problème : la première est une heuristique d'insertion rapide et la seconde est une méthode arborescente tronquée connue sous le nom de Recovering Beam Search. / The work presented in this thesis aims to propose methods to solve a multicriteria dial-a-ride problem (DARP). Three objective functions that have to be optimized in order to measure the potential efficiency of the DARP solution on different aspects : the cost for the transportation operator, the quality of service for users and the impact on the environment. The first work in this thesis is the study of static DARP for which a NSGA-II algorithm is developped to identify a good approximation of the Pareto optimal set. The second work deals with an optimal timing algorithm which computes pickup and delivery dates when the requests are sequenced on the vehicles, the objective is to minimize the total customer' dissatisfaction. The last problem studied in this thesis aims to solve the dynamic version of DARP for which two methods are proposed. The first one is a fast insertion heuristic based on an attractive index. However, the second methode uses a recovering beam search heuristic which unlike the insertion heuristic allows to modify the structure of the routes previously scheduled in order to schedule the new requests.

In this work is created a module for creating efficient routes for a system using the approach Dial-a-Ride Problem. The DARP is a vehicle routing problem that belongs to NP-complete class. It aims is to minimize operating costs while maintaining quality of service to the client. It is presented an algorithm that uses the metaheuristics Iterated Local Search with the Variable Neighborhood Search to solve the DARP. Compared to related work in the area, the results were better regarding to distance traveled and average travel time of customers. / Problemas de congestionamentos, falta de vagas em garagens e carros subutilizados fazem parte do cenário atual das grandes cidades. Neste trabalho é criado um módulo para criação de rotas eficiente para sistemas de caronas utilizando a abordagem Dial-a-Ride Problem. O DARP é um problema de roteamento pertencente a classe NP-Completo. Este tem como objetivo minimizar os custos operacionais, mas mantendo uma qualidade de serviço para o usuário. É apresentado um algoritmo que utiliza as metaheurística Iterated Local Search juntamente com a Variable Neighborhood Search para solucionar o DARP. Comparados com outros trabalhos relevantes na área, os resultados encontrados foram melhores no que se refere à distância percorrida e no tempo médio de viagem dos clientes.

It was used symbolic cartography to organize and present data from reality. It started on the approach of Health Education and knowledge transformation practice, aiming at the development of autonomy and responsibility of individuals and healthcare, publicized by the appreciation of the interpersonal relations area established in services, such as educational emancipator practices contexts. Individual and collective interviews were realized, conducted with health professionals and users of ESF, about themes, activities, membership, the difficulties, the potential and the design of health education that permeate everyday Family Health Strategy. From what was apprehended, thematic maps were done with the analysis of educational practices of professionals belonging to the Family‟s Health. Links are built with the wires of conceptions of education reflected on themes and activities of family health teams. The storylines are rebinded by voices about the difficulties and the potential of educational processes for emancipator postures. For users, health education means proper care and information on disease prevention. Professionals understand that it is all information that is given to users, about health, social well-being, economic and general condition of human being as a way of preventing and treating disease. Mark printed on voices denote that activities and themes worked don‟t motivate users enough for their participation, being that physicians and dentists also get excluded themselves from educational practices. Elderly groups are those who get most involved with the activities. The size of the contained area and its seclusion from community make harder the access of users, as well as diminishing the quality of educational actions and links users-professionals. Therefore, the searching for medicines, medical consultations and wish to be well served are trademarks of voices from the users that interconnect with enlightening information and guidelines offered by professionals to users. It brings out practices that need to incorporate the social, the subjective and act with practices of prevention and health promotion, on the basis of lifestyles. The dialogical model, which needs to be approached since planning phase of health education actions could arouse interest of involved groups; promoting a relationship of dialogue and listening; discussing the local reality; stimulating practical methodological dialetics; promoting processes of deconstruction of concepts, values and attitudes, as more necessary than construction, using multiple languages. The defended thesis denotes paths to other studies aimed at understanding a dialogical template committed to exchanges of knowledge, and discover strategies that encourage formation of critical consciousness and the discovery of how is the training of new generations of healthcare professionals to belong to the project of society, in its technical, scientific, pedagogical, ethical, political and humanistic dimensions / Esta pesquisa qualitativa buscou compreender as atividades educativas, realizadas em Unidades de Sa?de da Fam?lia, do Munic?pio de Mossor?-RN. The emergence of Administrative Law has particular importance for the understanding of its institutions and, of course, for the different fields of public administration. The authoritarian profile of this area of law still exists as a clear recollection of their origin, mainly based on a relationship of superiority of the state over the individuals. Indeed, does not even modern constitutionalism could print a true democracy administrative, since the constitutions were not properly observed by the Government. Furthermore, only the process of constitutionalization of administrative law legal relations took a more democratic profile. That is, the creation of an environment of dialogue with civil society is a recent achievement of the Brazilian government. As the administrative process involves dilemmas and solutions of state action, because it is revealed the expression government, the strengthening of institutions and principles related to the administrative procedure is important for role in making a more participatory relationship between state and citizen. Thus, administrative participation can be considered not only a mechanism of control and legitimacy of state action, but also for improvement and reduction of administrative costs, as a requirement of the principle of efficiency. The objective of this investigation is to assert as the administrative legal relation, the administrative legality, the administrative jurisdiction, the processuality administrative, the consensuality administrative and administrative justice, together with administrative participation, can contribute to a more democratic role of the Public Administration and, therefore, more dialogic and consolidator of the fundamental rights of citizens. Therefore, we highlight the importance of the administrative process and administrative participation as mechanisms for improving public policy and thus as a means of reducing administrative costs mediate the state / A disserta??o, elaborada com base no m?todo dedutivo, mediante utiliza??o de conceitos gerais da teoria da participa??o administrativa no processo administrativo, trata da import?ncia do fortalecimento da atividade processual administrativa e do envolvimento do cidad?o na Administra??o P?blica para a consolida??o da democracia administrativa no Brasil. O surgimento do Direito Administrativo possui particular import?ncia para a compreens?o dos seus institutos e, claro, para a forma de atua??o da Administra??o P?blica. O perfil autorit?rio desse ramo jur?dico ainda persiste como clara reminisc?ncia de sua origem, notadamente pautada numa rela??o de superioridade do Estado em face dos particulares. Ali?s, nem mesmo o constitucionalismo moderno conseguiu imprimir uma verdadeira democracia administrativa, porquanto os textos constitucionais n?o foram devidamente observados pelo Poder P?blico. Desse modo, a participa??o administrativa pode ser considerada n?o apenas um mecanismo de controle e de legitima??o da atua??o estatal, mas, tamb?m, de aperfei?oamento e de redu??o dos custos administrativos, como exig?ncia do princ?pio da efici?ncia. A dial?tica do amor em pigmale?o, de G. B. Shaw.

However, this study brings a new interpretation to Shaw s play based on Harold Bloom s theory and methodology, that is, the anxiety of influence and the dialectic of revisionism. Through the analysis of poetic influence and the dialectic of love, we can see that Pygmalion represents an apophrades in relation to William Shakespeare s The Taming of the Shrew (1593) and Ovid s myth of Pygmalion and Galatea in Metamorphosis (c. 14), which creates a family romance between the three stories. Shaw s play surpasses The Taming of the Shrew when it shows the possibility of the relation between this parent poem and Ovid s myth, which it is also its parent poem, and because it represents a strong misreading of Shakespeare s play as well as of Ovid s myth. / Pigmale?o (Pygmalion, 1913), de George Bernard Shaw (1856-1950), possui uma grande fortuna cr?tica. Entretanto, o presente estudo oferece uma nova interpreta??o para a pe?a de Shaw, com base na teoria e metodologia do cr?tico norte- mericano Harold Bloom (1930- ), a saber, a ang?stia da influ?ncia e o revisionismo dial?tico. Atrav?s da an?lise da influ?ncia po?tica e da dial?tica do amor ? que se pode perceber que Pigmale?o representa uma apophrades em rela??o ? pe?a A megera domada (The Taming of the Shrew, 1593) de William Shakespeare (1564-1616) e ao mito de Pigmale?o e Galat?ia encontrado em Metamorfoses (c. 14) de Ov?dio (43 a.C.-17), formando um romance familiar entre as tr?s. A pe?a de Shaw supera seu poema pai (A megera domada) ao mostrar a possibilidade de rela??o deste com a hist?ria de Ov?dio (sendo assim seu poema pai) e por fazer uma desleitura forte n?o s? da obra de Shakespeare, como tamb?m do mito de Ov?dio.
