Siekiant pagerinti kuriamų programinių produktų kokybę, IT įmonės taiko skirtingus proceso modelius. Populiariausi iš jų gebėjimo brandos modelis (CMMI) ir ISO 15504. Šie modeliai nusako, kas (kokie procesai) turi būti vykdoma brandžioje organizacijoje, tačiau neatsako į klausimą: kaip tai turi būti daroma. Komandinis programų kūrimo procesas (TSP) pateikia strategiją, kartu su procedūrų rinkiniu, skirtą disciplinuotų programų kūrimo metodų naudojimui komandos lygyje. Pagrindinė su TSP susijusi problema – oficialios dokumentacijos trūkumas. Pirmas darbo tikslas yra rekonstruoti TSP metodiką. Antras tikslas yra sukurti TSP diegimo metodiką. Pirmoje darbo dalyje yra aprašyta bendra TSP struktūra, TSP ryšys su asmeniniu programų kūrimo procesu (PSP) ir brandos modeliu CMMI. Antroje dalyje yra pateiktas rekonstruotas TSP modelis ir TSP diegimo metodika apibrėžtam projekto komandos tipui. / IT organizations use different models to guide their software process improvement efforts. The most popular are the Capability Maturity Model Integration for Software (CMMI-SW) and ISO 15504. Still these organizations often struggle with implementation details. Both the CMMI-SW and ISO 15504 describe what an organization at a high level of process maturity should be doing, but do not says how it should be implemented. The Team Software Process (TSP) provides a framework as well as a set of processes, procedures, guidelines, and tools for project teams to use in the mature software development process. The main problem of the Team Software Process is the lack of official documentation. So the first goal of this master thesis is to reconstruct TSP methodology. The second goal is to produce TSP implementation guide. This master thesis contains the main structure of the TSP, it’s relation with the Personal Software Process (PSP) ant the Capability Maturity Model (CMMI), reconstructed TSP model and TSP implementation guide for defined project team type.

In the final of magistral work I investigate to create model of Lean manufacturing implementation. I am mostly concentrated in studying of reasons Lean manufacturing implementation failure in Lithuanian industry. In the thirst part there is analysis of scientific – methodic literature on theme of Lean manufacturing implementation, lean manufacturing tools, main problems and difficulties implementing Lean manufacturing. In the second part there is information about surveys of trend f Lean manufacturing implementation in Lithuanian industry. Questionnaire has been concluded and sent to industrial companies. Also was made interview in 5 different companies. And for reasons identification of Lean manufacturing implementation failure I performed test in one company, where participate 5 persons. In the third part I performed the Lean manufacturing implementation model suitable for Lithuanian industry. Advantage of new model is that there is a new stage – preparation, implementing Lean manufacturing. This stage is necessary in our industry, because staff is not ready for total changes. I mind that my model would be very helpful for the beginning companies for installment Lean. The final work is consisted of four parts: introduction, analysis of scientific literature, empiric surveys and description of the new created model including the implementation. Labiausiai koncentruotojos ties Lean gamybos valdymo sistemos diegimo Lietuvos pramonės nesėkmės priežasčių nustatymu ir Lean gamybos valdymo sistemos diegimo modelio sukūrimu, kuris atitiktų Lietuvos pramonei. Pirmoje dalyje atlikta mokslinės – mėtodinės literatūros analizę Lean gamybos valdymo sistemos diegimo tema, aprašiau pagrindines sąvokas. Išnagrinejau įvairius Lean gamybos valdymo sistemos diegimo aspektus. Įsisgilinau į Lean gamybos valdymo sistema bei išanalizavau Lean gamybos valdymo sistema ir Lean instrumentų pritaikimas. Antroje dalyje yra pateikiama Lietuvos pramonės įmonių Lean gamybos valdymo sistemos plėtros tendencijų tyrimus. Buvo sudaryta klausimų anketa ir išsiustos į pramonės įmonės. Taip pat atlikta interviu aplkausa ir atliktas testas su personalu. Remiantis gautais rezultatais pateikiami pasiūlymai Lean gamybos valdymo sistemos diegimui Lietuvos pramonės įmonėse. Trečioje dalyje aprašytas mano sukurtas Lean gamybos valdymo sistemos diegimo modelis Lietuvos pramonės įmonėse. Taip pat nubraižytas ir suskirstytas į modelis į diegimo etapus. Kiekviename etape yra įvardijami diegimo žingsniai. Modelio privalumas yra tame, kad jis skirtas Lietuvos pramonės įmonėms. In this master thesis is going to be considered how the CSR is implemented into company’s activities and strategy as well the benefits of CSR for companies, employees, clients and partners are analyzed. The center of attention is on the CSR integration. There are numerous studies emphasize on the antecedents and post internationalization behavior while there is not much study to indicate the actual mechanism of CSR integration into company’s strategy. To gather data for the research analysis were chosen sources as primary and secondary data. Primary data: the information that was gathered in the research are based on individually responds. The interviews were got from respondents by emails one on one. Secondary data: The information was collected from web sources about CSR situation in selected countries. In the end of this thesis there are given suggestions in order to increase efficiency of CSR implementation into corporate strategy. / Baigiamajame magistro darbe nagrinėjama kaip Socialinė Atsakomybė (CSR) yra diegiama į įmonės strategiją. Taip pat yra aptariama, kokius privalumus CSR suteikia įmonėms, jos darbuotojams, klientams bei partneriams. Dėmesio centre yra CSR diegimas į įmonės strategiją. Yra atlikta daug tyrimų, tačiau nėra apibrėžto aiškaus mechanizmo, kaip CSR integruoti į įmonės strategiją. Atliekant tyrimą buvo naudojama pirminiai bei antriniai duomenys. Pirminiai duomenys sudaro CSR specialistų iš skirtingų pasaulio valstybių atsakymai į klausimyną apie CSR diegimą į įmonės strategiją. Antriniai duomenys buvo surinkti interneto naršyklėje, apie pasirinktų 8 pasaulio valstybių pasiekimus CSR integracijos į verslą srityje.

Šiame darbe nagrinėjama įmonės verslo plėtros galimybės koncentruojantis į gamyboje naudojamų įrenginių atnaujinimą, naujų pažangių technologijų įsigijimą, kokybės valdymo ir aplinkosaugos sistemų įsisavinimą. Tyrimui naudota mokslinės literatūros, ūkinės patirties ir statistinių duomenų analizė. Ekonominiai duomenys analizuoti matematinės statistinės analizės metodais, santykinių dydžių skaičiavimo, palyginimo, vidutinių dydžių skaičiavimo, grafinės išraiškos ir kitais. Analitinėje dalyje analizuota įmonės gamybinės bei ekonominės veiklos raida, valdymo organizacinė struktūra bei jos tobulinimas, vadovaujantis UAB „Vilnista“ finansinės atskaitomybės duomenimis. Taip pat nagrinėta, kokią įtaką turės pelningumui bei konkurencingumui gamybos modernizavimas. / In this work there is analyzed the company business development's opportunities to concentrate beside the refreshed equipment used in manufacturing, the acquisition of new advanced technologies, the reclamation of Qualities management and environment systems. The analysis of nonfiction, agriculture practice and statistical information is used to the research. The economical information is analyzed using the methods of mathematical statistical analysis, the count of comparative size, comparison, the count of medium size etc.

Magistro darbe yra išanalizuotos naujosios viešosios vadybos kilmės prielaidos bei sampratos raida, įvertinti naujosios viešosios vadybos elementai, atlikta naujosios viešosios vadybos Lietuvoje raidos ir perspektyvos analizė. Baigiamajame darbe, pasitelkiant ekspertinį tyrimą išsamiai analizuojama ir vertinama naujosios viešosios vadybos principų diegimo Mažeikių rajono savivaldybėje būklė, išryškinant problemas bei numatant diegimo galimybes. Patvirtinama autorės suformuluota mokslinio tyrimo hipotezė, kad Mažeikių rajono savivaldybė racionaliau įgyvendins Konstitucijos nuostatą, jog visos valdžios įstaigos turi tarnauti žmonėms tenkinant bendruomenės viešuosius poreikius bei interesus, identifikuodama ir diegdama naujosios viešosios vadybos principus savo veikloje. Pagrindinės NVV principų diegimo Mažeikių rajono savivaldybėje problemos: biurokratinis valdymas, formalus požiūris į savivaldybės veiklos administravimą, neefektyvi administracijos organizacinė struktūra, iniciatyvių specialistų trūkumas, neskatinamas bendruomenės narių įsitraukimas į sprendimų priėmimo procesą; sudėtingas daugelio procedūrų reglamentavimas, funkcijų dubliavimas, nepakankamai lanksti orientacija į geresnį bei spartesnį bendruomenės poreikių tenkinimą tiekiant viešąsias paslaugas. / This master’s final paper is formulate the new public management and the origin of the concept of presumption of development, to evaluate the new public management elements that made the new public management developments in Lithuania and perspective analysis. Thesis through a detailed analysis of an expert study and assessment of the new public management principles in Mažeikiai district municipality status, highlighting problems and providing opportunities for the deployment. Confirm that the author formulated the research hypothesis that Mažeikiu district municipality will implement more rational constitutional provision that all public institutions must serve the people to meet community needs and interests of the public, identifying and introducing the new public management principles in their activities. Basic principles of NPM installation problems: bureaucratic management, a formal approach to the management of municipal activities, inefficient organizational structure, lack of proactive professionals, discourage involvement in decision-making process of community, regulation of many complex procedures, duplication of functions, inflexible orientation to a better and stronger community needs the supply of public service.

Magistro darbas yra skirtas elektroninio verslo diegimo poveikio veikiančioje mažoje-vidutinėje įmonėje problemai spręsti. Tyrime remtasi atskiro atvejo studijos ir apklausos metodais. Darbe nagrinėjamas konkretus elektroninio verslo integravimo atvejis – aviabilietų rezervavimo sistemos įdiegimas. Internetu apklausti 78 respondentai. Darbe teigiama, kad elektroninio verslo diegimas yra reikšmingas veikiančios įmonės efektyvumo didinimui. Tezė įrodoma remiantis mokslinėmis publikacijomis, konkrečiu atveju įmonėje diegiant elektroninį verslą ir atlikta internetine apklausa. Darant tyrimą buvo atsižvelgiama ir į kitus veiksnius, kurie taip pat įtakoja elektroninio verslo diegimo efektyvumą įmonėje, t.y. tikslingesnis Lietuvos gyventojų interneto vartojimas, populiarėjanti elektroninė bankininkystė, didėjantis gyventojų pasitikėjimas elektroninėmis paslaugomis. Augantys interneto vartotojų rodikliai priverčia įmones iš naujo pažvelgti į tam tikrus verslo aspektus, įvertinti vartotojų elgsenos pokyčius, jų inspiruojamus pasikeitimus ir įtaką šiuolaikiniam verslui. Šis darbas turėtų būti aktualus inovatyviems verslininkams, įmonių savininkams, marketingo ir pardavimų specialistams, ieškantiems būdų, kaip efektyviai konkuruoti rinkoje, rasti naujas išeitis globalizacijos veikiamoje verslo terpėje. / The Master’s paper is designed to address the problem of implementing electronic business in an active small-to-medium sized enterprise. The study was based on the case study and on the survey approach. The thesis deals with a specific case of e-business integration – the implementation of a system for reservation of airplane tickets. A total of 78 respondents were questioned over the Internet. The paper presumes that the implementation of e-business is important for the increase of efficiency of an operating enterprise. This thesis is proved through reference to scientific publications, the specific case of implementing e-business in the enterprise and the Internet survey. The study also took account of other elements that are relevant in terms of the efficiency of e-business implementation in a company, i.e. the increasingly purposeful use of the Internet among people in Lithuania, the e-banking that is becoming more and more popular, the people’s growing confidence in electronic services. The growing figures of Internet users are making companies reconsider certain aspects of their business, evaluate the changes in consumer behaviour, the new things they inspire and their influence on contemporary business. This work is likely to be relevant for innovative businessmen, company owners, marketing and sales specialists who are looking for ways to compete efficiently on the market, to find out new ways in the business environment under globalisation.

Verslo valdymo sistemos (VVS) Lietuvoje jau gana ilgą laiką yra intepretuojamos kaip būtina inovacija įmonėms, norinčioms konkuruoti šiuolaikinėje ekonominėje terpėje. Todėl šiuo metu vis daugiau įmonių pasiryžta įdiegti VVS, o tai didelių investicijų reikalaujantis projektas, kuris nevisada sulaukia norimų rezultatų. Tokių situacijų atsiradimas didina poreikį atlikti nesėkmingų VVS diegimo priežasčių išsamų tyrimą. Šiame darbe išanalizuota verslo valdymo sistemų raida, diegimo modeliai, svarbiausi veiksniai, lemiantys diegimo projekto sėkmę. Atlikta Lietuvos ekspertų ir vartotojų apklausa padėjo įvertinti esamą VVS diegimo projektų situaciją Lietuvoje ir išanalizuoti veiksnių svarbumą atsižvelgiant į respondetų pateiktus atsakymus. Tai įgalino pasiūlyti Lietuvos smulkaus ir vidutinio verslo (SVV) įmonėms naująjį VVS diegimo modelį, kuriame sukaupta geriausia VVS diegimo praktika panaudojus užsienio literatūrą ir Lietuvos ekspertų patirtį. Darbą sudaro 6 dalys: įvadas, verslo valdymo sistemos įmonės valdyme, verslo valdymo sistemų diegimo procesas ir lemiantys veiksniai, verslo valdymo sistemų diegimo modelis, išvados, literatūros sąrašas. Darbo apimtis – 73 p. teksto be priedų, 9 iliustr., 13 lent., 71 bibliografiniai šaltiniai. / Enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems in Lithuania have been already used for a long time and they are interpreted as a necessary innovation for enterprises which want to compete in the contemporary economic environment. Thus, currently more enterprises resolve to implement ERP systems. This project requires large investments and it does not always produce the desired result. Situations like this increase the necessity to do a proper research of reasons for unsuccessful implementation of ERP systems. In this final work enterprise resource planning system‘s development, models of implementation, most important factors which influence project’s success are analyzed. Performed Lithuanian specialists’ and consumers’ survey helped to evaluate an existing situation of ERP systems implementation in Lithuania and to analyze the importance of factors according to respondents’ answers. That enabled to offer a new ERP system’s implementation model which contains the best ERP system’s implementation practice in foreign scientific literature as well as the experience of Lithuanian experts for Lithuanian small and medium enterprises. Research methods and extent: After analyzing the latest Lithuanian and foreign scientific literature and legal acts, the form was made and anonymous survey of heads of Lithuanian health keeping and nursing hospitals was performed. 72 forms were sent to all Lithuanian health keeping and nursing hospitals. 58 answered forms were received back. Statistical analysis methods: MS Excel and statistical data analysis package SPSS 9.0 was used to analyze data.
