Centrada numa perspectiva discursiva - a da análise do discurso - esta pesquisa trabalha tendo como foco teórico a constituição/identidade das formações discursivas e relações interdiscursivas de caráter polêmico. Além disso, indagações como as dimensões interdisciplinares da análise do discurso e a concepção de análise do discurso político ficaram também contempladas na trajetória. Para efeito de averiguação da conformação do foco teórico, escolhemos como corpus a diversidade dos discursos escritos que se confrontaram, durante o processo de privatização da Companhia Vale do Rio Doce - CVRD - maior companhia do mundo em atividade de extração mineral. Esse processo não se deu de forma pacífica e consensual, mas sob exaustivos debates de confronto entre governo e sociedade civil. Esse confronto levou a um questionamento: o fato de o processo ter se dado sob exaustivos debates, configurou-lhe uma aparência democrática, no entanto, o discurso \"vencedor\" é aquele identificado com o discurso governamental o qual propõe e efetiva a privatização. Se houve estratégias de condução do processo, como está caracterizado o perfil do discurso \"vencedor\": persuasivo, convincente ou simplesmente hegemônico? Esse questionamento, em linhas gerais, levou aos seguintes objetivos: confrontar os argumentos verificando a força de um em relação ao outro; verificar o mecanismo de refutação e como as identidades e as imagens discursivas são construídas. A questão subjacente é buscar compreender, através de formas de produção de sentidos como os fenômenos políticos se instalam ou se constituem discursivamente numa confluência de espaços e poderes nem sempre passíveis de clareza e visibilidade. / Centred around a discursive perspective - the discourse analysis - this research has as theoretical focus the constitution/identity of the discursive formations and controversial interdiscursiviness relations. Furthermore, inquiries such as the discourse analysis interdisciplinary dimensions and the conception of the political discourse analysis were also observed. In order to verify the theoretical focus , we have chosen as corpus the written discourses diversities that confronted during Companhia Vale do Rio Doce - CVRD privatization process. CVRD is the largest mining company in the world. Its privatization process did not happen in a peaceful and consensual way, but with exhaustive confrontational debates between government and civil society. This confront led to a question: as the process has occurred with exhaustive debates, it happened to have a democratic appearance, nevertheless, the \"victorious\" discourse is the one identified with the governmental discourse, that proposes and effects the privatization. If there were strategies of how to conduct the process, how is the appearance of the persuasive \"victorious\" discourse characterized, convincing or simply hegemonic? On the whole, this question, has led to the following objectives: confront the arguments verifying the strength of one in relation to the other; verify the refutation mechanism and how the identities and discursive images are built. The underlying question is to understand, how the political phenomena are settled or if they are established discursively in a space and power confluence not always liable to clarity and visibility.

The search for the process of electrification in Turkey and how it is materialized in urban space in different scales in indoor and outdoor is the aim of this thesis. Looking for the effects of electrification by means of making a discursive analysis and taking into consideration the objects in substance, concerning the practice itself, and searching for the transformations in the urban space and in urban living are the main objectives of this research. Consequently, popular media will be the main source to look for how electrification was materialized and depicted in the publicity. The popular publications of the period like / magazines, newspapers, films are going to be investigated and re-read in order to decipher how discursive formations were constructed. The intervals of the research period are theheydays of these Modernist discursive formations, mainly the 1930s / starting from 1928 the foundation of Ankara Gas and Electricity Factory which is the symbol and generator of electrification in the new capital Ankara, and ending with 1938 with Mustafa Kemal Atat&uuml / rk&amp / #8217 / s death which can be considered a major turning point in the discursive formations. The theoretical framework of the thesis will take the modernity project in the Turkish Republic, focusing on how collective memory and social identity was constructed at that time.

Any form of language that takes place in an act of oral, pictorial or written communication will disseminate discourses, and those discourses are associated to the socio historical context in which the discursive materiality is produced. Thus, since the stories of the fictional character Superman are discursive production, they reflect the relations of power and games of truth that exist in the society where they are produced. In this paper, we analyzed a corpus formed by stories of the fictional character Superman taking as reference knowledge of the discipline Discourse Analysis (DA) and the principles of proliferation and appropriation of the discourses, as proposed by Foucault, as well as the notions of games of truth and relations of power in a foucaultian perspective. Through such stories were disseminated discourses that were voiced in the United States in times marked by historical changes in the relations of power. We show, through our analyses, that these stories of Superman, although originally inserted in a discursive formation of resistance to the power exercised by the ruling class, moved into a discursive formation that aligns discourses in support of the political and ideological positions of the U.S state, which reflect the attitude of America towards its own people and the world. The investigation of how did this process of transition of the discourses of Superman happened took us to the conclusion that any discursive production, even a seemingly innocuous as the stories of a comic book hero, is a strategic element in the struggle for power between antagonistic social classes. / Na visão de Michel Foucault, o discurso pode ser compreendido como todo conjunto de enunciados que estão em regularidade uns com os outros, tendo em comum a mesma produção de sentidos e estando inseridos na mesma formação discursiva. Toda forma de linguagem que se realiza em um ato de comunicação oral, pictórica ou escrita será disseminadora de discursos, e estes discursos estão atrelados ao contexto sócio-histórico em que as materialidades discursivas são produzidas. Desta forma, uma vez que as histórias do personagem de ficção Super-Homem constituem produção discursiva, elas refletem as relações de poder e os jogos de verdade que estão em operação na sociedade em que são veiculadas. Em nosso estudo, tomando como referenciais saberes inscritos na disciplina Análise do Discurso (AD) e os princípios de proliferação e apropriação dos discursos, propostos por Foucault, bem como as noções de jogos de verdade e relações de poder na perspectiva foulcaultiana, analisamos um corpus constituído por histórias do personagem Super-Homem através das quais foram difundidos discursos que circularam nos Estados Unidos em momentos históricos marcados por mudanças nas relações de poder. Evidenciamos, por meio de nossas análises, que estas histórias do Super-Homem, embora originalmente inseridas em uma formação discursiva de resistência ao poder exercido pela classe dominante, transitaram para uma formação discursiva que alinha discursos de suporte aos posicionamentos político-ideológicos do Estado norte-americano, passando a refletir a postura da própria América perante seu povo e o mundo. A investigação de como se deu esse processo de transição dos discursos do Super-Homem nos levou à conclusão de que qualquer produção discursiva, mesmo uma aparentemente inócua como as histórias de um herói dos quadrinhos, constitui elemento estratégico nas disputas pelo poder entre classes sociais antagônicas.

To achieve our goal, we analyze discursive sequences present the following documents: World Declaration on Education for All (1990), Law of Directives and Bases of National Education (LDBEN 9394/96), Salamanca Statement (1994), Law 10,098 / 2000 and 10,436 / 2002, Decree 5626/2005 and the National Policy for Special Education in the Perspective of Inclusive Education 2008 (MEC). Are official documents legislate on inclusive / special education and, inserted this educational proposal, the deaf education . The corpus of our work is composed of sequences discursive selected constants in those mentioned documents. To development of research we have considered in concepts of Discourse Analysis French line, therefore, we rely primarily FD notion of Pêcheux (2009), however, other notions that overlap with the notion of FD were worked such as speech, subject, sense, ideology, interdiscourse and discursive paraphrase. Reflecton questions related to the inclusion of deaf having as reference the research Skliar (2010), Dorziat (1999), (2009), Sardagna (2007), Lopes (2011), Lodi (2013) and others. We also use the cultural identity of notions of Stuart Hall (2006) and constituted identity and marked by the difference as Tadeu Silva (2009). Terms used in deaf education were considered according Dorziat (1999) and analyzed by Possenti (2009b) from the perspective of political correctness movement. Analyses were taken from discursive sequences organized in paraphrastics families groups. Each group of these families was individualized in a specific FD, however, treated with a methodological organization, so during the whole development research, we emphasize the constitutively interdiscourses character of FD found because the interdiscursive relations between the companies make the already-said is constantly resumed, making possible the paraphrastics relations and the explanation of the character intrinsically heterogeneous discourses. The theoretical framework at work in allowed the identification of some speeches, among others, of public policies inclusion for deaf education. They are: the discourse of inclusive school redeeming, economic discourse, the discourse of disability and the cultural discourse. Therefore, found placements, contradictions and dialogues in covenant relationship and opposition in legal texts, and we ascertain, testing, that a speech to constitute relies on other highlighting the continuing relationship maintained between them. / O propósito dessa pesquisa é analisar os discursos presentes nas políticas inclusivas sobre a educação do sujeito surdo, observando as formações discursivas que os sustentam. Para atingirmos nosso objetivo, analisamos sequências discursivas presentes nos seguintes documentos: Declaração Mundial sobre Educação para Todos (1990), Lei de Diretrizes e Bases da Educação Nacional (LDBEN 9394/96), Declaração de Salamanca (1994), Leis 10.098/2000 e 10.436/2002, Decreto 5626/2005 e a Política Nacional de Educação Especial na Perspectiva da Educação Inclusiva 2008 (MEC). São documentos oficiais que legislam sobre a educação inclusiva/especial e, inserida nessa proposta educacional, a educação do surdo. O corpus do nosso trabalho se constitui, portanto, de sequências discursivas selecionadas constantes nos documentos mencionados. Para o desenvolvimento da pesquisa nos fundamentamos em conceitos da Análise de Discurso de linha francesa, para tanto, nos valemos principalmente da noção de FD de Michel Pêcheux (2009a), contudo, outras noções que se imbricam com a noção de FD foram trabalhadas, tais como: discurso, sujeito, sentido, ideologia, interdiscurso e paráfrase discursiva. Refletimos sobre as questões voltadas à inclusão do surdo tendo como referências as pesquisas de Skliar (2010), Dorziat (1999), (2009), Sardagna (2007), Lopes (2011), Lodi (2013) e outros. Utilizamos também as noções de identidade cultural de Stuart Hall (2006) e de identidade constituída e marcada pela diferença conforme Tadeu Silva (2009). Termos utilizados na educação do surdo foram considerados de acordo com Dorziat (1999) e analisados conforme Possenti (2009b), pelo viés do movimento do politicamente correto. As análises foram empreendidas a partir de sequências discursivas organizadas em grupos de famílias parafrásticas. Cada grupo dessas famílias foi individualizada em uma FD específica, contudo, tratou-se de uma organização metodológica, por isso, durante o desenvolvimento de toda pesquisa, ressaltamos o caráter constitutivamente interdiscursivo das FD encontradas, pois as relações interdiscursivas mantidas entre elas fazem com que o já dito seja constantemente retomado, possibilitando com isso as relações parafrásticas e a explicitação do caráter intrinsecamente heterogêneo dos discursos. O referencial teórico utilizado no trabalho nos possibilitou a identificação de alguns discursos, entre outros, presentes nas políticas públicas de inclusão em relação a educação do surdo. São eles: o discurso da escola inclusiva redentora, o discurso econômico, o discurso da deficiência e o discurso cultural. Diante disso, verificamos posicionamentos, contradições e diálogos em relação de aliança e oposição nos textos legais, além de constatarmos, nas análises, que um discurso para se constituir se vale de outros evidenciando a constante relação mantida entre eles.

Nosso trabalho propõe-se a compreender como é formulado o discurso das empresas acerca da responsabilidade social, por meio do entendimento das formações discursivas em conflito, reconhecendo potencialidades e limitações deste discurso. Discute a heterogeneidade de vozes em diálogo, a constituição da cena enunciativa e busca delinear como são construídos os sentidos do discurso das empresas acerca da responsabilidade social. A consecução dos objetivos se deu por meio do método de análise do discurso de linha francesa (AD), a partir de três conjuntos de dados: um conjunto de textos jornalísticos, com ênfase na mídia especializada em negócios; série longitudinal de documentos (balanços sociais) de uma organização com destacada ação socioambiental; entrevistas realizadas com profissionais que atuam nas áreas de responsabilidade social de grandes organizações. Os resultados indicam que o discurso das empresas a respeito do social constitui-se a partir da oposição entre duas formações discursivas concorrentes, a gerencial e a política, e tem sua identidade definida pela negação e construção de simulacros do marketing, da filantropia, e, sobretudo, do conflito, como forma política de lidar com as questões sociais. / Through the study of conflicting discursive formations this work aims at understanding how corporate discourse on social responsibility is constructed, taking into account its potentialities and limitations. It discusses the heterogeneity of dialogic voices and the constitution of the enunciative scene in an effort to outline how meaning is produced within such discourse. These objectives were attained by applying the methodology of Discourse Analysis (DA), particularly the French tradition in this field, to three types of data: journalistic texts, especially those from the business media; a series of documents (reports on social impact) from an organization widely known for its environmental concern; and interviews with professionals involved with social responsibility policies in large organizations. The results indicate that corporate discourse on social issues is constituted by two opposing discursive formations, one managerial and the other political. Its identity is defined by negation and construction of marketing simulacrum, by philanthropy, and above all by conflict as the political path to deal with social issues.

Ainda, como efeito das for?as pol?ticas vigentes, entendemos que nesse processo h? uma tentativa constante de apagar a heterogeneidade, para que essa l?ngua universal se sustente na ilus?ria homogeneidade / This dissertation has as its background the theoretical perspective Discursive Analysis, which considers language as constitutive of the subject and, at the same time, embedded in history. The main goal is to get to understand how English Language representations emerge and how they are sustained by different discourses, that surround a university (Universidade Federal da Fronteira Sul), from the social place public server. Thus, for the analysis of the discourse strings that we have articulated in this study, our reference is a dimensioning questionnaire answered by servers, whose objective was to take place in an English Language Course, provided by the institution. Furthermore, based on the regularities, the main discursive properties that we questioned are: English Language as a tool for personal/professional rising; the time and space linked to the subject mobility in contemporary times; and the emerging subject in relation to the fluency and domain of the language named as universal. Based on the net mobilized, we interpreted that the discourse about English Language points out a toollanguage that supports different demand, subject-position, whose illusionary 'domain' works as a bridge between time and fluid spaces. Still, as an effect of current policies strength, we understand that in this process there is a frequent attempt to decline the heterogenic, so that this universal language can be supported in the illusionary homogeny.

The aim of this thesis is to create knowledge on discursive formations surrounding literature that is being produced and/or reproduced in Sweden today. This is achieved by studying how the project group members responsible for writing the Gothenburg application to become a UNESCO City of Literature, and other key players involved in this process, argue for the values of literature and why a membership in the UNESCO creative cities network would be beneficial for Gothenburg city, its citizens and the literary field. To this end, both documents related to the process of getting Gothenburg’s candidature approved by UNESCO and interviews with the project group members responsible for writing the application to UNESCO are studied and analyzed. Eight interviews were conducted with members of the project group using a semi-structured qualitative interview methodology. The theoretical framework for this thesis consists of a foucauldian discourse analysis, ideology and studies of institutional logics in Swedish cultural politics. While analyzing the collected material, I was able to identify several dominating discursive formations about literature and literary work, as well as minor, competing discursive formations, that can all be recognized in how Swedish cultural policy have been discussed historically. These are later related to overarching ideological and political structures that are connected to them. Key findings include that literature is portrayed as a human right, as essential to a healthy, sustainable democracy and as something with inherent value. The project group members navigate predominant discursive formations and ideological understandings of literature, creating an environment where literary work is prioritized.

Esta pesquisa contextualiza a formação da disciplina escolar Língua Portuguesa, as transformações ocorridas no ensino de literatura e investiga os discursos que circulam em documentos curriculares oficiais voltados para o ensino de língua portuguesa sobre o conceito de literatura. Para tanto, analisa-se o currículo de literatura para o ensino médio, etapa final da educação básica no Brasil, a partir das discussões propostas pelas teorias pós-críticas do currículo, sobretudo pelos Estudos Culturais e Multiculturalismo Crítico, além das formulações de Foucault sobre as formações discursivas e os mecanismos que (des)autorizam a emergência de enunciados. São foco da investigação documentos curriculares oficiais de âmbito nacional, particularmente os Parâmetros Curriculares Nacionais Ensino Médio Linguagens, Códigos e suas Tecnologias (MEC, 2000), as Orientações Educacionais Complementares aos Parâmetros Curriculares Nacionais PCN+ Ensino Médio Linguagens, Códigos e suas Tecnologias (MEC, 2002), as Orientações curriculares para o ensino médio: linguagens, códigos e suas tecnologias (MEC, 2006) e a Base Nacional Comum Curricular (MEC, 2018). A pesquisa indica que, nos documentos oficiais, o discurso oficial se sobrepõe aos discursos pedagógicos e acadêmicos. Quanto ao ensino de literatura, nota-se um movimento de deslocamento de o que e por que se ensina, procurando-se abarcar não apenas o estudo de obras canônicas, social e culturalmente valorizadas. Especificamente em relação aos conceitos de Literatura/literatura, e de literário e não literário, duas formações discursivas coexistem: a primeira, ligada à tradição escolar e aos saberes hegemônicos do cânone literário; e a segunda, associada a saberes não hegemônicos, cujos textos nem sempre tiveram o estatuto de obra literária / This research contextualizes the formation of the Portuguese language school discipline, the transformations occurred in the teaching of literature and investigates the discourses that circulate in official curricular documents aimed at the teaching of Portuguese language on the concept of \"literature\". The literature curriculum for high school, the final stage of basic education in Brazil, is analyzed from the discussions proposed by the post-critical theories of the curriculum, especially by Cultural Studies and Critical Multiculturalism, in addition to Foucault\'s the discursive formations and the mechanisms that (des)authorize the emergence of statements. National Curricular Parameters - Secondary Education - Languages, Codes and their Technologies (MEC, 2000), the Complementary Educational Guidelines to National Curricular Parameters - PCN + Secondary Education - Languages, Codes and their technologies (MEC, 2002), Curricular Guidelines for High School: languages, codes and their technologies (MEC, 2006) and the National Common Curricular Base (MEC, 2018). The research indicates that, in official documents, official discourse overlaps pedagogical and academic discourses. As for literature teaching, there is a movement of displacement of \"what\" and \"why\" is taught, seeking to encompass not only the study of canonical works, socially and culturally valued. Specifically in relation to the concepts of Literature / literature, and literary and non-literary, two discursive formations coexist: the first, linked to the school tradition and the hegemonic knowledge of the literary canon; and the second, associated with non-hegemonic knowledge, whose texts have not always had the status of literary work
