Based on the historic studies about the powers and the knowledges, submitted in those two books and in other texts by the author, during the period of 1975-1976, considered the questions how is it possible to resist? which perspectives of resistance Foucault proposed? This started from the dynamic aspect of the conception of power sustained by him, understood as relations of forces, and the critical stance they take their genealogical analysis, to try to build models of resistance. It defends the rapprochement between the two books, through the link of modalities of power they exhibit the disciplinary power and the biopolitics. The term resistance means pointing out the openings in the power relations that could carry out the transformative struggles. This work contributed to the reconstruction of various forms of resistant attitudes, perceived at two levels. A most exemplary level of perception, in Surveiller et punir, gathers forms of possible reactions to the attributes of disciplinary power. In another more general, in La volonté de savoir, the types of resistance are constituted as key to intelligibility situations in opposition to power, as an instrument for interpreting the strategic positioning of the discourses and also as inspiration for renovating attitudes. The elements of the art of living, inserted in the reflections on biopolitics, refer to later developments in the thought of Michel Foucault, concerning the theme of the resistances / O objetivo desta dissertação é compreender o significado da resistência a partir de uma leitura de Surveiller et punir e de La volonté de savoir: Histoire de la sexualité 1, de Michel Foucault. Com base nos estudos históricos sobre os poderes e os saberes, apresentados nestes dois livros e em outros textos do autor, no período de 1975-1976, considerou-se as perguntas como é possível resistir? quais perspectivas resistentes Foucault propôs? Partiu-se do aspecto dinâmico da concepção de poder sustentada por ele, compreendida como relações de forças, e do posicionamento crítico que tomam suas análises genealógicas, para tentar construir modelos de resistência. Defende-se a aproximação entre os dois livros, através da articulação das modalidades de poder que apresentam o poder disciplinar e a biopolítica. O termo resistência designa a assinalação das aberturas nas relações de poder que poderiam levar adiante as lutas transformadoras. O presente trabalho contribui para a reconstituição de várias formas de atitudes resistentes, percebidas em dois níveis. Um nível de percepção mais exemplar, em Surveiller et punir, reúne formas de reações possíveis aos atributos do poder disciplinar. Noutro mais geral, em La volonté de savoir, os tipos de resistência são constituídos como chave de inteligibilidade para as situações de oposição ao poder, como instrumento de interpretação do posicionamento estratégico dos discursos e, ainda, como inspiração para atitudes renovadoras. The methodology referrer to analysis through Discursive Semiotics of the artistic device Voraxidade Máxima in assemblage / enunciation from the homosexual segment represented for ten Latinos immigrants engaged in prostitution in a city of Barcelona and analysis of reception from the art work. A metodologia se refere à análise pela Semiótica Discursiva do dispositivo artístico Voracidade Máxima no agenciamento / enunciação do segmento homossexual representado por 10 imigrantes latinos, engajados na atividade da prostituição em Barcelona e análise de recepção da obra. A presente tese tem como objetivo geral analisar as linhas do dispositivo da Numeramentalidade na constituição das práticas avaliativas em larga escala, mais especificamente, tomando a Avaliação Nacional da Alfabetização – ANA – como foco empírico. Metodologicamente, analisam-se documentos referentes à ANA com inspiração na maneira foucaultiana de fazer pesquisa, utilizando algumas das ferramentas teórico-analíticas criadas pelo autor. Dessa forma, busca-se mostrar o funcionamento do dispositivo da Numeramentalidade através de suas linhas constitutivas, isolando as estratégias e os jogos de verdade na produção de saberes, as táticas ou técnicas para condução das condutas de si e dos outros e os modos de constituição de subjetividades. Ao colocar em funcionamento esse conceito, entendido como um dispositivo de nossa época, foram traçadas tramas discursivas entre as suas linhas, as mesmas que constituem os resultados e as análises da tese. A primeira trama aborda a produção do risco do analfabetismo infantil e as estratégias de produção numérica das práticas avaliativas para comparar. A segunda trama trata da metodologia adotada nos testes de desempenho da ANA, marcada pela medição e por processos classificatórios, a partir dos quais é possível discutir a construção de níveis de leitura e escrita proposta pelas escalas de proficiência. Na terceira trama argumenta-se que o dispositivo da Numeramentalidade, através dos saberes estatísticos, dos processos classificatórios e das verdades que coloca em jogo, produz formas-sujeito e subjetividades numeramentalizadas. Por fim, considera-se a produtividade do conceito de Numeramentalidade para analisar as práticas avaliativas em larga escala. Através da analítica desenvolvida, formula-se a tese desta pesquisa: as linhas do dispositivo da Numeramentalidade que operam nas práticas avaliativas em larga escala, mais especificamente, na Avaliação Nacional da Alfabetização, produzem visibilidades e dizibilidades sobre a alfabetização das crianças através dos jogos de verdade das estatísticas e dos processos classificatórios, em articulação com discursos pedagógicos e psicológicos, produzindo tipos de sujeito e subjetividades numeramentalizadas. / This thesis has as main purpose to analyse the lines of Numeramentality dispositif in the composition of assessment practices on a large scale, more specifically, taking the “Avaliação Nacional da Alfabetização.” – ANA – as empirical focus. Methodologically, we analysed documents related to ANA with inspiration in Foucault's way of doing research, using some of the theoretical and analytical tools created by the author. Thus, we seek to show the functioning of Numeramentality dispositif through its constituent lines, isolating strategies and the truth games in the production of knowledge, the tactics and techniques for conducting the conduct of others and one’s self, as well as the subjectivities constitution modes.Once this concept was put into operation, which is understood as a dispositif of our time, discursive plots were drawn between its lines, which are the same presented in the results and analyses of this thesis. The first plot deals with the production of the risk of child illiteracy and the numerical production strategies of assessment practices to be compared. The second plot deals with the methodology used in performance tests of ANA, marked by measurement and qualifying processes, from which it is possible to discuss the construction of reading and writing levels proposed by the proficiency scales. The third plot argues that the Numeramentality dispositif through the statistical knowledge, the qualifying process and the truths that puts at stake, produces form- subject and a “numeramentalized” subjectivity. Finally, it is taken into account the productivity of the Numeramentality concept to analyse assessment practices on a large scale. Through the developed analytics, the thesis of this research is formulated: the lines of the dispositif of Numeramentality that operate in the evaluative practices in large scale, more specifically, in the “Avaliação Nacional de Alfabetização”, produce ways of being and ways of saying on children's illiteracy through the truth statistical games and qualifying processes in conjunction with pedagogical and psychological discourses, producing discursively types of subject and “numeramentalized” subjectivity.

Nas exposições, galerias de arte, espaço urbano, observamos atualmente a presença de numerosas obras de imagens em movimento projetadas. Estas obras se utilizam em sua construção do dispositivo cinema: projeção, tela, espaço escuro, filmes, mas produzem alterações na forma padrão dominante de apresentação associada a esse dispositivo: espectador sentado, duração imposta de observação de aproximadamente 1 a 2 horas, sala escura, projeção única e frontal sobre uma única tela, apresentada em uma sala com a arquitetura semelhante à do teatro italiano. A presente pesquisa destina-se a estudar a migração de imagens e do dispositivo cinema, para os espaços de arte e as alterações que estão sendo feitas com esse dispositivo. Essas alterações embora mais intensas atualmente, não são inéditas. Observaremos as modificações realizadas nesse dispositivo e focaremos na tela, através do estudo desse elemento. Para isso, faremos um breve histórico dela, análises e descrições de várias obras, que façam uso da tela de forma diferenciada do padrão, alterando sua quantidade, disposição no espaço, formato e materialidade. / Exhibitions, art galleries, urban space, today observed the presence of numerous works of projected images in motion. These works are used in its construction of cinema device: projection screen, dark space, movies, but produce changes in the dominant standard form of presentation associated with this device: spectator sitting, imposed duration of observation of approximately 1 to 2 hours, dark room , and single front projection on a single screen, displayed in a room similar to the Italian theater architecture. This research intended to study the migration of images and movie device for art spaces and the changes that are being made with this device. These changes although more intense now, are not unprecedented. Observe the changes made to the device, and will focus on the screen, through the study of this element. For this, we will make a brief history of it, analyzes and descriptions of various works, making use of the screen differently from the standard by changing its quantity, disposition space, form and materiality.

It pursues some of its possible lines drawn by the current Public Policies, by the different teens in the different social classes, with their different social insertions, by the biopolitical dispute that causes passerby segregations, privileges of circulations or urban operations of sorting of social strata by its characteristics of economic power and color of skin. It goes through the diagrams of the drug as a device and the function of the War on Drugs in the crystallization of these forms of life. It pays a certain tribute to the minor literature and to the narratives of itself, as a trench in the dispute for territories-languages. All territory is psychic.

In addition, the number of viruses and attacks by malicious people to mobile devices grows every day, mainly due to behavioral actions of users who do not properly configure the mobile device, leaving it vulnerable. Actions such as to: do not put password on your home screen, do not encrypt the memory card, do not use an antivirus, do not download unofficial applications and others are examples of risky user configuration. Therefore, in order to support the user in the properly configuration of your mobile device, this work aims to propose a strategy to minimize security risks on mobile devices. This strategy is focused on the development of a solution called MSC Mobile Security Check, which aims to help the user in search of risky settings in the mobile device in security terms, and is based on 16 pre-configured items related to common misconfigurations. These 16 items were chosen based on scientific research, security articles and books related to security issues arising from risky configuration by the high-level user. This solution was implemented based on the Android operating system and is available on its associated virtual store. The evaluation of the proposed solution has shown that even with users with high level of security knowledge on mobile devices, it is common to find several configuration risks, and the proposed solution works directly for the presentation of these risks and subsequent notification to the high-level user. After that, the user is able to take corrective measures to reduce these security risks of the mobile device. / Atualmente, os dispositivos móveis já fazem parte da vida dos usuários, principalmente para verificar e-mails, acessar as redes sociais, fazer pagamentos, acessar contas bancárias ou navegar na Internet, e também pela necessidade de estarem conectadas 24 horas por dia. Adicionalmente, o número de vírus e ataques por pessoas mal intencionadas aos dispositivos móveis cresce a cada dia, fruto principalmente de ações comportamentais dos usuários que não configuram corretamente o dispositivo móvel, deixando-o vulnerável. Ações como: não colocar senha na tela inicial, não criptografar o cartão de memória, não utilizar um antivírus, baixar aplicativos não oficiais e outros são exemplos da má configuração do usuário. Portanto, com o intuito de auxiliar o usuário a configurar corretamente o seu dispositivo móvel, este trabalho objetiva a elaboração de uma estratégia para a minimização de riscos de segurança em dispositivos móveis. A estratégia consiste no desenvolvimento de uma solução denominada MSC- Mobile Security Check, que tem como objetivo ajudar o usuário na busca de más configurações do dispositivo móvel em termos de segurança com base em 16 itens pré-configurados em relação à má configuração. Esses 16 itens foram escolhidos tendo como base pesquisas científicas, artigos e cartilhas de segurança relacionadas com problemas de segurança advindos de má configuração por parte do usuário final. Esta solução foi implementada baseada no sistema operacional Android e está disponível na loja virtual deste ambiente. A avaliação da solução proposta mostrou que, mesmo com usuários com bom nível de conhecimento de segurança em dispositivos móveis, é comum a existência de diversas vulnerabilidades de configuração, e a solução proposta atua diretamente para o levantamento dessas brechas e posterior divulgação ao usuário final. Desta forma, o usuário está apto a tomar medidas corretivas para diminuir os riscos de segurança associados ao uso do dispositivo móvel.

A ASTR&C utiliza uma plataforma VHDL-AMS como interface gráfica do usuário (Graphical user interface - GUI) para desenvolver a simulação do sistema elétrico e a linguagem VHDL (Very High Speed Integrated Circuit Description Language) para o desenvolvimento do sistema de gerenciamento e controle da rede de distribuição (Distribution Management System and Control - DMS&C), através de um dispositivo FPGA (Field Programmable Gate Array). Ambas as linguagens de descrição de hardware VHDL e VHDL-AMS (VHDL analog and mixed-signal), juntamente com as informações do sistema elétrico de distribuição, tornam possível a simulação em tempo real e controle de alimentadores de distribuição de energia elétrica. A GUI na plataforma VHDL-AMS, além de executar a simulação do sistema elétrico de distribuição, envolve dois processos: 1) Importação de todos os parâmetros do sistema de distribuição real, a partir de um arquivo de texto, possibilitando a alteração de quaisquer dados deste alimentador de distribuição em ambiente VHDL-AMS e 2) Envio dos dados de controle necessários para o dispositivo FPGA. For this reason, the objective of this work is to develop a Real-Time Simulation and Control (RTSC) architecture of electrical distribution feeders, in order to analyze power quality and improve the control actions in distribution systems, to increase power system reliability, and sustainability. The RTSC architecture uses VHDL-AMS platform as graphical user interface (GUI) to develop the simulation of the electrical system and VHDL (Very High Speed Integrated Circuit Description Language) language for developing the Distribution Management System and Control (DMS&C) through a FPGA device. Both VHDL and VHDL-AMS (VHDL analog and mixed-signal) hardware description languages along with electric distribution system information make possible the real-time simulation and control for electrical distribution feeders. The GUI in VHDL-AMS platform, which, besides running the simulation of the electrical distribution system, involves two processes: 1) Import of all parameters of the distribution system from a text file, making it possible to change any data of this distribution feeder into a VHDL-AMS environment, and 2) Sending necessary control data to the FPGA device. The developed DMS&C is focused on voltage profile management of admitted feeder as a case study, performed through a FPGA device, which provides as priority control of the distribution system voltage regulator, based on the voltage regulator TAP switching. É preciso ganhar e recolher os filhos dos gentios, diz uma máxima jesuítica. Isso resultou numa multiplicidade de práticas educativas, gerando uma ordem pedagógica aplicável aos meninos tupinambás no Brasil-Colônia. Visamos, então, saber que elementos compõem essa ordem pedagógica quinhentista, pois tal ordem foi o tipo de discurso aplicado aos meninos indígenas durante sua educação. Como os jesuítas já recolhiam estudantes antes de vir para o Brasil, resolvemos panoramicamente saber como isso se dava. Denominaremos recolhimento dos meninos o dispositivo que materializou a prática educativa, própria do Ocidente. Tal dispositivo, retira esta tese do passado e a lança como problematizadora do presente, pois recolher e entregar são mais do que simples palavras, são discursos que ajudaram a construir, nesse caso, uma certa ordem pedagógica. Sobre isso, Foucault nos orienta. Afinal, por que razão, em meio a tantos descasos, entregamos e recolhemos as crianças às escolas? Sem meta explícita, esta tese acabou por questionar a noção de recolhimento como a primeira etapa da educação no Brasil. Porém, num exame mais apurado, descobrimos que o recolhimento é muito mais um dispositivo, uma prática, do que uma instituição em si. Se a escolarização brasileira só vai ganhar força no século XX, parece-nos, que o recolhimento foi uma prática que cotejou os primeiros anos desse século, fazendo, por exemplo, professores irem até as fazendas levantar o censo dos meninos para abrir escolas públicas. O recolhimento é a base discursiva da ordem pedagógica que atravessou a colônia brasileira e, quiçá, mesmo abandonado nos dias de hoje, ainda é utilizado pelos profissionais da área de educação, servindo, inclusive, como justificativa para barganhar as verbas públicas. / Its necessary to gain and retire the heathens sons: its a Jesuit axiom. That resulted in a great number of educational practices, conceiving a pedagogical order, applicable to the Tupinambas boys of Brazil-Colony. Then, we have aimed at knowing which elements made up this pedagogical order in the sixteenth century, for such an order was the kind of speech applied to the indigenous boys throughout the course of their education. Jesuits had already retired students before coming to Brazil, therefore we have decided to know it happened, why this became a western educational practice, removing this thesis from the past and throwing it to the present, because to retire and to give are move than simple words: they are speeches that have helped to set a pedagogical order up. On this we have Foucault guidance. After all, why we give and retire children to the schools? Without an explicit goal, this thesis has come to question the notion of retiring as the first stage of the education in Brazil. Yet, through a more refined analysis, we have found out that retiring is much more a device, a practice, than an institution. Insofar as Brazilian schooling will get strength during the twentieth century, we think that retiring made teachers go to farms to count boys in order to open public schools. Nowadays, retiring and guarding is still of use by the educations staff and may justify the bargain for public budget.
