Orientador: Juliana Presotto Pereira Netto / Resumo: De acordo com o censo realizado pelo Instituto Brasileiro de Geografia e Estatística em 2010, identificou-se que 18,8% da população nacional são pessoas com alguma espécie de deficiência visual. Ante a esse expressivo número, figura-se ser importante para o mundo jurídico a análise do conceito de pessoa com deficiência visual e suas modificações ao longo do tempo, principalmente, quando, na práxis forense e administrativa previdenciária, observa-se a segregação de pessoas detentoras de deficiência visual monocular deste conceito jurídico. Há também ainda, a interpretação de legislações vigentes, que ainda trazem um conceito superado do que se considera pessoa com deficiência. Para conceituá-la, inicialmente, se utilizou o modelo exclusivamente médico lastreado em limitações físicas; passo seguinte se adotou o modelo social, cujo enfoque era a opressão social sofrida pelas pessoas com deficiência; e, atualmente, o modelo utilizado é o biopsicossocial, analisando-se a pessoa com deficiência por intermédio de perícia médica e social, conjugando a análise dos impedimentos corpóreos de longo prazo, frente às barreiras sociais, ambientais e atitudinais existentes. Para as legislações que usam o modelo médico restritivamente, o possuidor de visão monocular não se enquadra no conceito de pessoa com deficiência. Contudo, por todos os modelos, o médico, social ou biopsicossocial, é possível se considerar a pessoa com visão monocular como pessoa com deficiência visual. Nesse contexto, e... The doctoral thesis deals with the finding of a suitable approach for predicting the development of the residential real estate market, which would also be applicable in the practice of Experts and further develop the appraisal field. It has been found that a delayed multiple linear regression model appears to be appropriate, as confirmed by the verification of this model. The resulting model is also suitable for use in routine Expert practice, thanks to the simplicity of calculation without ownership of any computing program. Expert thanks to the created model is able to predict the development of the real estate market. The result is bound to the accuracy of the input data. All assumptions of regression models have been tested, optimal explanatory variables were selected based on backword regression. The doctoral thesis explains all input data, methods, tests, procedures and detailed modeling.

This dissertation describes the issue of a complex system for analyzing the collision of a motorcycle with another vehicle and suggests a suitable methodology for solving this type of traffic accident. It summarizes the current knowledge in the field of motorcycle accidents withother vehicles, including their statistics and categorization. The author statistically evaluates accidents by their causes and proposes a methodology for solving individual types of motorcycle collisions with vehicles. To supplement and refine the input data for the analysis of road accidents involving motorcycles, a set of author’s own measurements made on different types of motorcycles is included. The thesis contains measurements of their acceleration, deceleration and avoidance maneuvers. Other actual contributions of the thesis are represented also by flowcharts, offering a comprehensive approach to solving individual types of colissions of motorcycles with other vehicles.

The Diploma thesis deals with general issues in the environment of Czech expertise from the view of ordinary experts. The study fosuses on a critical analysis of expert activities with special regards to remuneration issues, timing of expert fees, expertise, experts‘ inauguration and dismissal from a post and cooperation with government authorities. The methodology used is an array of reactions by experts to individual and specific points, which are then evaluated and possible methods of solution are proposed. The end of the thesis statistically summarises all problems in a graph and highlights the most critical ones.

The thesis deals with the institution of expropriation and explanation of basic terms. Subsequently is explained the enactment of the institution of expropriation focusing the role of the investor and the expert. Expert sets according to the expertise report the amount of compensation for expropriation and expenses connected with it. It also specifies the participation and tasks of the investor, who enters the expropriation. The aim of this thesis is to take into account questionable aspects of participation of the investor and the expert in the expropriation proceedings and to adumbrate their possible solutions.

This dissertation is based on a research of luxury gastronomy conducted in two luxury restaurants in Prague. The main focus of analysis is on gastronomic experience as an affective commodity and a vehicle of social, economic and political transformation. The study examines how affect is produced, commodified and how value is generated in luxury "experiential gastronomy." It also analyzes the role of affect in transformation of individuals, the society, consumption practices, entrepreneurial practices, and labor. It shows how experts on gastronomy educate the public on appropriate consumption practices and eating habits. Eating and dining serve as "technologies of the self" (Rose 2004) through which individual and social health and well-being are achieved. Cultivated affect becomes a vehicle of the "purification from socialism" (Eyal 2003) and also plays an important part on the formation of ethical consumer and citizen (Muehlebach 2011). The aim of this thesis is an analysis of activities of the Parliamentary Institute (PI) which serves as an expert base for the Parliament of the Czech Republic. The Parliamentary Institute resolves the tasks of scientific, informative and educational nature for the Chamber of Deputies as well as the Senate. The PI originated from an initiative of deputies who lacked apolitical and unbiased information of a professional nature in the early 1990s. Nevertheless, the need for objective information persists to this day. The importance of the PI thus lies primarily in the fact that it enables legislators to create good quality laws and control the executive by providing them with the specific unbiased information. The text focuses on the establishment, development, structure, functions and outputs of the institute.

<p>This thesis presents research in the field of secure<br />software engineering. Two methods are<br />developed that, when combined, facilitate the<br />integration of software security design analysis<br />into the agile development workflow. The first<br />method is a training framework for creating<br />workshops aimed at teaching software engineers<br />on how to perform security design analysis. The<br />second method is a process that expands on the<br />security design analysis method to facilitate better<br />integration with the needs of the organization. The<br />first method is evaluated through a controlled<br />experiment, while the second method is evaluated<br />through comparative analysis and case study<br />analysis, where the process is tailored and<br />implemented for two different software vendors.</p> / <p>U sklopu disertacije izvr&scaron;eno je istraživanje u<br />oblasti razvoja bezbednog softvera. Razvijene su<br />dve metode koje zajedno omogućuju integraciju<br />bezbednosne analize dizajna softvera u proces<br />agilnog razvoja. Prvi metod predstavlja radni okvir<br />za konstruisanje radionica čija svrha je obuka<br />inženjera softvera kako da sprovode bezbednosnu<br />analizu dizajna. Drugi metod je proces koji<br />pro&scaron;iruje metod bezbednosne analize dizajna<br />kako bi podržao bolju integraciju spram potreba<br />organizacije. Prvi metod je evaluiran kroz<br />kontrolisan eksperiment, dok je drugi metod<br />evaluiran upotrebom komparativne analize i<br />analize studija slučaja, gde je proces<br />implementiran u kontekstu dve organizacije koje<br />se bave razvojem softvera.</p>
