O presente trabalho de tese consiste em uma abordagem ao problema do fundamento da subjetividade na fenomenologia a partir da hipótese interpretativa de que podemos identificar neste um movimento que se desdobra na transformação da concepção inicial de subjetividade constituinte na questão da constituição da subjetividade. A leitura aqui proposta assume a premissa de que essa transformação tem por base as modificações do programa inicial da fenomenologia em novos paradigmas metodológicos nos quais o método se volta para uma abordagem ontológica, e que é a partir desta que temos o problema posto então não mais nos termos da subjetividade como fundamento do conhecimento mas do problema ontológico do ser da subjetividade. O caminho que as análises aqui propostas pretendem apresentar é assim a tentativa de responder a questão de como se torna possível uma ontologia do sujeito na fenomenologia. / The present work of thesis consists of an approach to the problem of the foundation of subjectivity in phenomenology from the interpretative hypothesis that we can identify in this a movement that unfolds in the transformation of the initial conception of constituent subjectivity in the question of the constitution of subjectivity. The reading here proposed assumes the premise that this transformation is based on the modifications of the initial program of phenomenology in new methodological paradigms in which the method turns to an ontological approach, and that is from this that we have the problem put then no more In terms of subjectivity as the basis of knowledge but of the ontological problem of being of subjectivity. The way that the analyzes proposed here intend to present is thus the attempt to answer the question of how an ontology of the subject becomes possible in phenomenology.

Esta Tese possui como objeto teórico de investigação a experiência de jogo a partir de um viés fenomenológico, compreendendo o fenômeno lúdico e suas manifestações – no caso, o jogo – em nós, humanos, em seus aspectos ontológicos e relacionados à nossa capacidade de estabelecermos relações significativas com nosso próprio ser, com os outros e com as coisas do mundo em sua totalidade enquanto um processo de abertura de mundo. Partimos das premissas fenomenológicas e, em especial, da obra de Martin Heidegger, para caracterizar a existência, a natureza e a estrutura da experiência de jogo como um processo de afinação do homem no que chamamos de tonalidade afetiva ou Stimmung lúdica. O percurso teórico é iniciado pela abordagem do fenômeno lúdico e do jogo como problema ontológico, relacionado aos modos a partir dos quais estamos no mundo; em seguida, apresentamos o Ingress (2012), LARG utilizado para exemplificar e aplicar os possíveis efeitos que a afinação lúdica que a Stimmung pode desencadear na experiência de jogo em relação ao contexto urbano material, social, espacial e temporal no qual o jogo digital em questão ocorre. Deste modo, abordamos a experiência e a percepção também a partir da fenomenologia, principalmente relacionadas à espacialidade humana Para demonstrar o efeito que a Stimmung lúdica pode desencadear no Ingress, situamos o processo de desencantamento do mundo e suas tensões em relação às possibilidades de reencantamento a partir das experiências do jogador neste LARG. Ao aprofundar o conceito de tonalidade afetiva em Heidegger, também estabelecemos a sua estrutura existencial tríplice: um a priori lúdico; o comprometimento humano com o fenômeno lúdico enquanto antecipação futura; e a concretização da experiência de jogo na afinação da tonalidade afetiva lúdica enquanto atualização dos dois primeiros. Após, apresentamos o exercício de aplicação do conceito de Stimmung lúdico no Ingress, identificando possibilidades de reencantamento, utilizando uma metodologia inspirada na etnografia, com um questionário online e entrevistas presenciais com outros jogadores, além do relato do autor em relação ao mesmo. Por fim, são apresentadas as considerações finais e as referências bibliográficas consultadas para a realização desta Tese. / This Thesis has, as theoretical object of investigation, the experience of play from the phenomenological bias, comprising the play phenomenon and its manifestations - in this case, the game - in us, humans, in their ontological aspects and related to our ability to establish meaningful relationships with our own being, with others and with the things of the world as a process of world-opening. We start from the phenomenological premises, and especially from the work of Martin Heidegger, to characterize the existence, the nature and the structure of the game experience as a process of man's attunement in what we call playful attunement or Stimmung. We start our theoretical framework approaching the play phenomenon and the game as an ontological problem, related to the ways from which we are in the world; and so we introduce the LARG Ingress to exemplify and apply the possible effects that the playful Stimmung can trigger in the players’ experience in relation to the material, social, spatial and temporal urban context in which this game occurs. Therefore, we approach the experience and the perception also from the phenomenology, mainly related to the human spatiality In order to characterize the effect that the playful Stimmung can trigger in Ingress (2012), we approach the idea of the disenchantment of the world promoted by Modernity and situate its tensions in relation to the possibilities of re-enchantment from the players’ experiences in relation to this LARG. With the presentation of the concept of Stimmung in Heidegger, we establish the existential threefold structure of the same: an a priori ludic; the human commitment to the playful phenomenon as future anticipation; and the realization of the game experience as an attunement of the playful Stimmung as an concretion of the first two. After this, we present an exercise of application of the concept of playful Stimmung in the Ingress (2012), identifying the ways in which the re-enchantment it can trigger in the players’ experience, using an methodology inspired by ethnography, with an online survey and also interviews with other players, in addition to the author's report in relation to it. Finally, we present the final considerations and bibliographical references consulted for the accomplishment of this Thesis.

Esta investigação busca aproximar as vivências da privação de liberdade em pacientes detentos num hospital penitenciário e compreende--las à luz da questão da liberdade segundo Hannah Arendt. Ela surge a partir da percepção da existência de muitas formas de se estar preso, além do que comumente se compreende como o encarceramento. Inicia--se com uma descrição fenomenológica do Centro Hospitalar do Sistema Penitenciário em que se busca compreender as peculiaridades deste lugar onde duas instituições complexas, o hospital e a prisão, se encontram; passa por uma aproximação das atividades do homem segundo Hannah Arendt (trabalho, obra e ação) no contexto do hospital penitenciário; e chega a narrativas de encontros entre a investigadora e quatro pacientes detentos, nos quais suas histórias e a maneira como vivem a privação de liberdade se acercam. Por fim, a partir de uma discussão teórica acerca da questão da liberdade, conclui--se, através dos encontros narrados e das transformações que a pesquisadora sofreu ao longo de dois anos de trabalho no hospital penitenciário, que a liberdade é restrita nesse contexto não como inicialmente havia se pensado, mas principalmente de outras maneiras. Se a liberdade é compreendida como o início de algo novo, acostumar--se à prisão significa sua restrição. A impossibilidade de encontro com o outro observada em pessoas que perpetraram alguns tipos de crime também impossibilita a liberdade enquanto ação entre os homens. Ainda assim, em situações muito específicas se pode avistar na prisão a possibilidade da ação que instaure o novo singular, principalmente quando a vida de quem está preso pode ser transformada numa história que se possa contar / This study examines experiences of liberty deprivation by inmates in a penitentiary hospital through the prism of Hannah Arendts question of liberty. It offers a broader scope of inmates perception of their own imprisonment, beyond the usual understanding of incarceration as simply deprivation of freedom. The first part presents a phenomenological description of the Penitentiary Systems Hospital Center, examining the peculiarities of this space, where two complex institutions, the hospital and the prison, meet. The second part explores Hannah Arendts human activities (labor, work and action) in the context of the penitentiary hospital. The third part analyses the narratives of the encounter between the researcher, and her transformations over the two years conducting field research, and four inmates, in which their account and their experience of liberty deprivation come near. These clinical results examined within the elaborated theoretical framework clearly indicate that freedom, understood as starting something new, may actually take place in a prison, even if circumscribed

O presente trabalho pretendeu justificar a fundamental importância do contato com o mundo da literatura para a formação do psicólogo. Para isso, partimos de uma breve reflexão a respeito da formação em psicologia nos dias de hoje. Realizamos, em seguida, uma compreensão fenomenológica daquilo que caracteriza a literatura enquanto experiência da leitura; entendemos a experiência literária como o diálogo que se estabelece entre leitor e livro, no qual o leitor apreende o livro a partir de seu mundo particular e tem sua vida atravessada pelo universo do livro. Explicitamos, a partir disso, a relação entre expressões literárias e condição existencial, evidenciando a proximidade essencial entre vida e poesia. Em seguida, analisamos a relação entre literatura e conhecimento, demonstrando como o conhecimento pode ser afetado por expressões poéticas. Por último, evidenciamos a aproximação entre experiência literária e clínica psicológica. Defendemos a literatura como agente humanizador, capaz de cultivar no psicólogo a sensibilidade para o outro e também de fornecer a base para um pensamento livre de dogmatismos teóricos / This study aimed to justify the fundamental importance of contact with literatures world for the psychologist formation. For this, we began with a brief reflection on psychology formation nowadays. We conducted a phenomenological understanding of what characterizes the literature while reading experience; we understood the literary experience as the dialogue established between reader and book, in which the reader captures the book from his personal world and has his life crossed by the books universe. We explained, from that, the relationship between literary expressions and existential condition, showing the essential proximity between life and poetry. Next, we analyzed the relationship between literature and knowledge, demonstrating how knowledge can be affected by poetic expressions. Finally, we developed the approximation between literary experience and clinical psychology. We defend literature as humanizing agent, able to cultivate the psychologist sensitivity to each other and, also, to provide the basis for a thought without theoretical dogmatism

Apresentamos um estudo fenomenológico de algumas extensões do modelo padrão da física de partículas no LEP e no LHC. Concentramos nossa atenção, em particular1 na busca por evidências de supersimetria com violação de paridade--R no LEP I, LEP II e LHC. Estudamos um modelo supersirnétrico com violação espontânea de paridade-R bem como um modelo efetivo onde a violação ocorre explicitamente. Realizamos, também, um estudo independente de modelo para leptoquarks no LHC a partir de colisões eq baseado em uma lagrangiana efetiva. Mostramos que os efeitos destas duas extensões do modelo padrão poderão ser visíveis no intervalo de energia dos aceleradores considerados. / We present a phenomenologic study of some extensions of standard model of elementary particles at LEP and LHC. We concentrate our attention, for instance, on the search of R-parity violating supersymmetry evidences at LEP I, LEP II and LHC. We study a spontaneous R-parity violating model as well an effective one where the violation occurs explicitly. We also perform an independent model study on leptoquarks at LHC coming from e q collisions, in the frame of an effective lagrangian. We show that the effects of these two standard model extensions can be visible in the range of energy of the chosen colliders.

Determinamos a tensão superficial de um defeito do tipo parede de domínio, utilizando a aproximação semiclássica no contexto da teoria de campos à temperatura finita para o modelo ? (?2)2 com interação invariante por simetria O(N), obtendo em seguida a temperatura crítica Tc de transição de fase e cálculo dos expoentes críticos ? e ?, aplicando então os resultados obtidos para a descrição de um modelo fenomenológico descrevendo o ferromagnetismo. / We determine the surface tension of a domain wall defect by using the semi classical approach in the context of field theory at finite temperature for the ? (?2)2 model with O(N) invariant interaction obtaining the critical temperature Tc of phase transition and the calculation of the critical exponents ? and ? applying then the obtained results to a description of a phenomenological model describing ferromagnetism.

Este trabalho trata do direito ao desenvolvimento como direito-do-ser-humano pela via da fenomenologia existencial. E, para um pensamento crítico do fenômeno do desenvolvimento mundial, a preocupação recai sobre a questão da sustentabilidade no sentido de um re-pensar da condição da existência humana como modo de existir planetário. / This work deals with the right to development as a right-of-human-being by means of existential phenomenology. O desenvolvimento local é um assunto controverso e pouco estudado no Brasil, assim como no debate internacional. A despeito das opiniões divergentes, autores da área concordam com a emergência do tema do desenvolvimento de localidades e regiões, impulsionado pelo novo contexto globalizado, marcado por paradoxos, incerteza e complicações, em que os benefícios gerados permanecem restritos a poucas regiões. Assumindo a relevância do tema acerca do desenvolvimento, é crescente a atenção às abordagens em âmbito local, já que nessa esfera os problemas são mais bem identificados, além de haver maior possibilidade de integração entre os diferentes setores e atores envolvidos. Nesse contexto, a complexidade é apontada como característica das dinâmicas de desenvolvimento, o que exige um tratamento a partir de um fundamento epistemológico coerente. Somente com a compreensão da dinâmica que envolve o próprio processo de desenvolvimento é que se pode pensar em formas de impulsioná-lo por meio das ações dos seus atores. Assim, este esforço de pesquisa busca verificar se a dinâmica do desenvolvimento local envolve características que justifiquem seu tratamento tendo por base uma abordagem epistemológica compatível com os paradigmas científicos contemporâneos acerca da teoria da complexidade. Partindo de uma discussão teórica, este trabalho realiza uma revisão conceitual, embasado em uma análise do problema, segundo a fenomenologia de Husserl. Os resultados foram submetidos a um processo analógico, realizado por meio de pesquisa bibliográfica em obras que tratam da teoria da complexidade, em busca de conceitos básicos fundamentais, que foram transpostos à essência do desenvolvimento local. Como resultado, a essência do fenômeno do desenvolvimento foi descrita em um esboço, configurando uma rede formada pelas interações entre seus subsistemas. Esta configuração foi analisada a partir dos conceitos da teoria da complexidade, em uma descrição de sua dinâmica que caracteriza o desenvolvimento local como um fenômeno complexo, considerando esta base teórica como abordagem adequada ao seu tratamento. / Local development is a controversial and poorly studied matter in Brazil, as well as in the international debate. Despite differing opinions, authors agree that the emergence of the theme of development of localities and regions has been driven by the new globalized context, characterized by paradoxes, uncertainty and complications, in which the generated benefits remain restricted to a few regions. Assuming the relevance of the development issue, there is growing attention to approaches at the local extent, since in the local scope problems are better identified, beyond the greater possibility of integration between different sectors and stakeholders. In this sense, complexity is seen as a feature of the development dynamics, requiring a coherent epistemological foundation for studies. The only alternative for finding ways to promote the development process through the actions of agents/actors, such as business organizations, is by understanding the dynamics surrounding it. Thus, this research aims at verifying if the local development dynamics involve characteristics that justify its treatment based on an epistemological approach consistent with the contemporary scientific paradigms of complexity theory. From a theoretical discussion, this work performs a conceptual revision, based on an analysis of the problem, according to Husserl\'s phenomenology. Results were submitted to an analog procedure, performed through a bibliographic research in literature dealing with the complexity theory, in pursuit of fundamental basic concepts, transposed to the essence of the local development. As a partial result, the essence of the development phenomenon was described in a sketch, setting up a network constituted by interactions between its subsystems. This configuration was analyzed based on the concepts of complexity theory, in a description of the dynamics that characterizes the local development as a complex phenomenon, considering this theoretical basis as a suitable approach to its treatment.

As mudanças ocorridas após o diagnóstico de câncer são sentidas em todos os níveis da vida da criança, mesmo antes de ter a confirmação definitiva de sua doença. Ameaças e mudanças no estilo de vida começam a ocorrer criando uma situação de estresse para crianças e familiares. Assim, mesmo que os avanços da medicina tenham possibilitado a descoberta de formas de tratamento mais eficazes, o câncer continua a ser uma das doenças mais temidas do nosso tempo. O nítido aumento da sobrevida e cura exige cuidados mais amplos em relação à qualidade de vida desses pacientes, os quais têm início logo após o diagnóstico da doença. Sendo assim, devido ao impacto que a doença causa, torna-se pertinente o estudo do ajustamento emocional e do modo como as crianças lidam com a mesma, visando à qualidade de vida e o bem-estar da pessoa mesmo quando a cura não é possível. Desse modo, o presente estudo tem como objetivo compreender quais estratégias de enfrentamento crianças com câncer utilizam para lidar com as vivências do tratamento oncológico e como fazem uso destes recursos. Foram colaboradores, oito crianças em tratamento quimioterápico do Hospital de Base da Faculdade de Medicina de São José do Rio Preto. Os dados foram obtidos por meio de uma entrevista iniciada por uma questão norteadora: Como está sendo para você fazer o tratamento de sua doença?. Esta foi gravada para garantir que toda informação seja preservada. Perguntas adicionais foram feitas para clarificar e ampliar as falas dos participantes. Desse modo, demonstraram que enquanto buscam compreender o que está acontecendo consigo, vivenciam várias situações de modo positivo, apesar de ser-no-mundo com câncer. E para isso revelaram alguns modos de existir que apareceram no decorrer da análise fenomenológica. Assim, a partir dos dados obtidos nas entrevistas e organizados em categorias temáticas, as falas das crianças foram articuladas de acordo com a abordagem fenomenológica em Psicologia, a fim de construir uma compreensão acerca do fenômeno estudado. Dessa forma, no presente estudo, de acordo com as respostas das crianças entrevistadas, os modos de enfrentamento positivo das vivências do câncer infantil parecem envolver: a aquisição de respostas de adesão ao tratamento médico; comportamento colaborativo em procedimentos invasivos; participação ativa em processos de tomada de decisão; e uso da brincadeira como recurso. / The changes occurred after the diagnosis of cancer are felt on all levels of the childs life, even before the definitive confirmation of its illness. Threatening and changes in the lifestyle begin to happen originating a stress situation to the children and the relatives. So, even though the Medicine Advancements have gotten the possibility of the discovery of forms of more effective treatment, cancer still continues to be one of the most feared illnesses of our time. The clearly increase of afterlife and healing demand more vast care takings in relationship to the life quality of these patients; and these care takings have their beginning right after the diagnosis of the illness. Therefore, due the impact that the illness causes, it makes relevant the study of the emotional adjustment and the way how the parents and the children deal with it, to aim to the quality of life and the well-being of the person even when the healing is not possible. This way, the present study has as aims to understand which are the strategies of coping that children with cancer use to deal with the experience of the oncological treatment and how they make use of these resources. There were as collaborators, eight children under chemotherapeutic treatment of the Hospital de Base da Faculdade de Medicina de São José do Rio Preto. The data were obtained by means of an interview beginning with a guided question: How is it being for you undergoing the treatment of your illness?. These answers have been recorded to guarantee that all and any information will be kept. Additional questions were made to clarify and to extend the speeches of the participants. This way, the children demonstrated that while they look for understanding what is happening with themselves, they experiment several situations on a positive way, in spite of this to-be-in-the-world with cancer. And for that they revealed some ways of to be that were shown in the course of the phenomenological analysis. Therefore, henceforth the obtained data in the interviews which were organized on category topics, the childrens speeches were articulate according to the phenomenological approach in Psychology, in order to establish the comprehension about the studied phenomenon. Accordingly, this present study, conform to the childrens answers of the interviewed children, the ways of positive coping of the experiences of infant cancer seem to involve: the acquisition of responses of adhesion to the medical treatment; cooperative behavior at invasive procedures; active participation in making a decision; and the use of playing as a resource.

O Modelo Padrão (MP) da Física de Partículas é uma descrição extremamente bem sucedida dos dados experimentais com que contamos hoje. No entanto, as suas limitações são aparentes pelo fato dele possuir um grande número de parâmetros arbitrários. Mais importante ainda, no MP a escala eletrofraca é instável, o que dá lugar ao chamado problema da hierarquia de escalas. A solução desse problema requer nova física na escala TeV, que é precisamente a escala de energia a ser explorada no Large Hadron Collider (LHC) do CERN. Neste trabalho foi estudada a fenomenologia de Teorias Quiver, que são extensões do Modelo Padrão (MP) que descrevem nova física na escala TeV. Foram investigadas teorias da escala eletrofraca onde a hierarquia com a escala ultravioleta, ou seja, a escala de Planck, é gerada por uma estrutura de cadeia de grupos de gauge espontaneamente quebrados em cascata. Essas teorias, também geram a hierarquia das massas dos férmions de forma natural, mas são puramente quadridimensionais. Porém, elas podem ser construídas a partir de teorias com uma dimensão extra curva, com métrica anti de Sitter. Desta forma, as teorias resultantes tem várias propriedades boas das teorias com dimensões extras, mas são mais gerais e melhor comportadas no ultra-violeta. Foram calculados os acoplamentos do primeiro estado excitado dos bósons de gauge com quarks do MP. É possível determinar a localização dos férmions no Quiver, analogamente à localização na dimensão extra. Deste modo, define-se os acoplamentos para um certo número de sítios. Esse trabalho tem como objetivo o estudo da fenomenologia das chamadas Teorias Quiver no LHC. Foram obtidos vínculos de massa para ressonâncias na escala TeV. Tanto dados vindo de experimentos de precisão eletrofracos quanto de detecção direta restringem a teoria para a massa do estado excitado do bóson de gauge a MG > 3 TeV. Dados vindos da próxima fase do LHC, com maior energia e luminosidade, irão resultar em vínculos de detecção direta que ultrapassam os limites dos vínculos indiretos de sabor e precisão eletrofraca. / The Standard Model of Particle Physics (SM) is a very successful description of the experimental data gathered until now. However, this model has limitations due to the large number of arbitrary parameters. More importantly, the electroweak scale is unstable, which results in the scale hierarchy problem. The solution to this problem requires new physics at the TeV scale, which is precisely the energy scale to be explored at the Large Hadron Collider (LHC) at CERN. We have studied the phenomenolgy of Full Hierarchy Quiver Theories (FHQT), which is an extension of the Standard Model (SM) that describes new physics at the TeV scale. We have investigated theories of the electroweak scale, where the hierarchy with the ultraviolet scale (e.g. Plank scale) is generated by a chain of gauge groups spontaneously broken by ordered vacuum expectation values. These four-dimensional quantum field theories also generate the fermion mass hierarchy in a natural way. They can be obtained by deconstruction of models with a curved extra dimension in an anti-de Sitter backround. Thus, the resultant four-dimensional theories have many of the desired properties that extra dimensional theories have, alas without some of its problems. We have calculated the couplings acquired from the interaction between the first excited mode of the gauge boson with SM quarks. It is possible to obtain the localization of the wave function of the fermion zero modes in a similar way it is done in extra dimensional theories. Thus the couplings depend on the number of sites in the theory. This project has the purpose of studying the phenomenology of what we call full hierarchy quiver theories (FHQT). We obtained bounds of resonance masses at the TeV scale. Both data from electroweak precision measurements and direct detection result in MG > 3 TeV. Data from the next run at the LHC, at higher energies and luminosities, will result in the first direct search bounds that surpass indirect flavor and electroweak precision limits.
