[pt] A presente pesquisa se propõe a estudar o significado das expressões paulinas: um vaso para honra, e outro para desonra [...] vasos de ira, que foram preparados para a destruição, [...] vasos de misericórdia, os quais preparou de antemão para a glória, no texto de Rm 9,19-29. O objetivo é entender se, nesta passagem bíblica, o Apóstolo Paulo trataria realmente de predestinação dupla ou absoluta, como foi compreendido pela maioria dos reformadores protestantes do século XVI. Para a pesquisa, primeiramente foi levantado o status quaestionis (estado da questão), com a interpretação de vários exegetas sobre estas expressões difíceis da perícope. Em seguida, é realizada a exegese do texto de Rm 9,19-29, lançando-se para isso mão dos seguintes dois métodos: Histórico-Crítico e Análise Retórica Bíblico-Semítica. Finalmente, é feito um comentário bíblico-exegético-teológico da perícope, com aplicação do Método do Uso do Antigo Testamento no Novo Testamento. / [en] The present thesis proposes to study the meaning of the Pauline expressions: a vessel for honor, and another for dishonor [...] vessels of wrath, which were prepared for destruction, [...] vessels of mercy, whose were prepared for glory beforehand, in the text of Rm 9,19-29. The objective is to understand whether, in this biblical passage, the Apostle Paul would really deal with double or absolute predestination, as was understood by most Protestant reformers of the sixteenth century. For research, the status quaestionis (state of the matter) was first raised, with the interpretation of several exegetes on these difficult expressions of the pericope. Then, the exegesis of the text of Rm 9,19-29 is carried out, using the following two methods: Historical-Critical and Biblical-Semitic Rhetorical Analysis. Finally, a biblical-exegetical-theological comment is made on the pericope, applying the Method of the Use of the Old Testament in the New Testament.

The relevance of the work surfaces from the influence that the cultural production, directed towards the mass exerts has in the setting of ideologies and the maintenance of the legal institutions as source of coordination of the conviviality in society. Through the analysis of the simulacrum of judgments personified in the films and it focus on the tension between justice and law, the work reconstructs the different impressions of reality produced by our senses and discuss how the reception of this effect of sense of justice is made by the spectator. Considering that the central problematic of the work was the analysis of the sense produced in the films, it was proved that the methodology of the gerative course of sense based on the Discursive Semiotics from Algirdas Julien Greimas and its collaborators, would be of great use as a source for our investigation process. We privilege as selected corpus, the deconstruction of the films, displaying sequences that summarized the essence of all the sense of the text, those were occur the description of the legal facts in ponder and its developments until the outcome of the workmanship. The selection and cuts of the research corpus uses as parameters: the similarity of themes between the pictures, corroborating with the proposal of scientific interdisciplinary; the production s reach (public); the model of construction; the explicit invariable aspects and dissimilarities in the discursive level between the films. For this reason, the searched corpus is composed by the films A Few Good Men (Questão de Honra, 1992), And Justice for All (Justiça para Todos, 1979) and Primal Fear (Duas Faces de um Crime, 1996), Sacco e Vanzetti (Sacco e Vanzetti, 1971). By the film analyses, for the effect of sense of justice, the category of just must became a evidence of the truth inside the legal procedure. Moreover, it was observed that, independent of the effect of sense of justice enunciated in the basic level, the values that the social ordinance always keeps are gifts / O presente estudo investiga a construção de efeitos de sentido de justiça nos filmes hollywoodianos com temática de julgamento. A relevância do trabalho surge da influência que a produção cultural voltada para a massa exerce na fixação de ideologias e na manutenção das instituições jurídicas como fonte de coordenação do convívio em sociedade. A partir do simulacro de julgamentos reproduzidos pelos filmes, focando na tensão entre justiça e direito, o trabalho revela a construção das diferentes impressões de realidade produzidas pelos nossos sentidos, discutindo como se dá a recepção desses efeitos de sentido de justiça. Uma vez que a problemática central do trabalho foi a análise da produção de sentido nos filmes, evidenciouse a necessidade de se estudar o percurso gerativo de sentido. Assim, a pesquisa teve como fundamento o arcabouço teórico e metodológico da Semiótica Discursiva, proposto por Algirdas Julien Greimas e seus colaboradores. Privilegiamos neste estudo, para a análise do corpus selecionado, a desconstrução dos filmes, elencando a sequência fílmica que resumisse a essência do todo de sentido do texto, aquela em que se tem uma descrição dos fatos jurídicos em discussão e seu desenvolvimento até o desfecho da obra. A seleção e recorte do corpus de pesquisa teve como parâmetros: a temática semelhante entre os filmes, corroborando com a proposta de interdisciplinariedade científica; o alcance da produção; o modelo de construção; as invariantes e dessemelhanças explícitas no nível discursivo entre os filmes. Dessa forma, o corpus pesquisado compreende os filmes Questão de honra (A Few Good Men, 1992), Justiça para todos (... And Justice for All, 1979) e Duas faces de um crime (Primal Fear, 1996) Hollywood e Sacco e Vanzetti (Sacco e Vanzetti, 1971). Por meio das análises fílmicas, atestou-se que, para o efeito de sentido de justiça, o justo deve estar ligado à evidência da verdade dentro do procedimento legal. Além disso, observou-se que, independente do efeito de sentido de justiça enunciado, no nível fundamental os valores que mantém a ordenação social sempre estão presentes

Ele também teve por foco avaliar como foi produzida uma ordem social disciplinar a partir dos discursos médicos sobre o corpo feminino no final do século XIX e seus efeitos no início do século XX; discutir o discurso jurídico sobre a honra e as relações de gênero nos discursos presentes nos processos-crime, problematizando as identidades femininas; registrar o embate entre o discurso jurídico e discurso cultural na construção da identidade cultural da mulher durante os processos crimes e analisar os discursos nos processos-crime sobre o corpo feminino, refletindo um modelo de normatização social. Para a construção desta dissertação foi utilizada como metodologia a perspectiva de análise do discurso sobre as narrativas presentes nos processos-crime. Para tanto, foram catalogados quatro processos nos quais foram selecionados por se apresentarem significativos para os questionamentos levantados e requererem, dessa forma, maior atenção. Nesse cenário, por meio dos relatos distintos de réus, vítimas, testemunhas e da justiça, elaboramos inferências que compõem o diálogo com as fontes bibliográficas. A análise trouxe importantes vestígios sobre a normatização social na vida das mulheres no período pesquisado e sobre as restrições a que estavam submetidas, evidenciando, nesses processos crime, que muitas não estavam dispostas a se submeter aos discursos moralizantes e disciplinadores. A dissertação está constituída de quatro capítulos nos quais está presente uma discussão com vários conceitos, dentre eles, o de gênero, corpo, sexualidade, norma e identidade. / This academic text aims to analyze the deflowering of criminal legal processes and seduction during the years 1933 to 1954 analyzing the discourses of justice and medicine as producers of a standard model from the female body. It also was to focus evaluate how a disciplinary social order was produced from the medical discourses on the female body in the late nineteenth century and its effects in the early twentieth century; discuss the legal discourse about honor and gender relations in the discourses present in criminal cases, questioning the female identities; register the clash between the legal discourse and cultural discourse in the construction of the cultural identity of the woman during the criminal legal processes, and analyze the discourses in criminal processes on the female body, reflecting a model of social regulation. For the construction of this dissertation it was used as methodology the discourse analysis perspective on these narratives in criminal processes. Thus, we cataloged four cases that were selected because they were considered meaningful to the questions raised and, for this reason, required more attention. In this scenario, through the different reports of defendants, victims, witnesses and justice, we made inferences that integrated the dialogue with the literature sources. The analysis provided important traces about the social norms on women's lives in the period surveyed and on the restrictions that they were submitted, showing, in these criminal cases, that many of them were not willing to submit to moralizing and disciplinary discourses. This dissertation is composed of four chapters in which it is present a discussion with several concepts, including gender, body, sexuality, identity and standard.
