The thesis deals with the design and implementation of Business Intelligence solution for evaluation of cash flow in organization. In the theoretical part, author introduces the reader with theoretical knowledge of Business Intelligence, cash flow and analysis of enterprise information system Helios Green. In the practical part is description of the design and implementation of data warehouse and ana-lytic database. In the part of implementation is explained strategic planning of cash flow, enabled using writeback to the data warehouse. Next chapter is about building financial reports. Thesis is finished by evaluating of the solution in terms of its benefits in comparison with the previous situation.

A presente Dissertação analisa o problema da teleologia na obra de Schopenhauer. Em nosso trabalho, buscamos compreensão sobre a modulação existente do \"como se\" kantiano, ao mostrar como o jogo entre vontade e representação modifica o sentido do juízo teleológico da Crítica do Juízo. Nessa chave de leitura, procuramos construir uma argumentação que permita pensar a existência de um horizonte regulativo aliado à intuição primordial da vontade. Como consequência, encontramos, nessa modulação, uma expansão do problema do organismo para uma questão sobre a essência da natureza. Como resultado, o deslocamento da teoria do juízo de reflexão kantiana transforma essa leitura sobre o mundo natural em uma questão da teleologia na metafísica da vontade, transformando o problema da finalidade na natureza em problema a respeito da finalidade no campo da ética. É nela que se apresenta o paradoxo da individualidade, na crise entre a afirmação do indivíduo e a destinação do mundo / This dissertation examines the problem of teleology in Schopenhauer\'s work. In our work, we seek an understanding of the existing modulation of the Kantian\'s \"as if\", to show how the interplay between will and Representation modifies the sense of teleological judgment of the Critique of Judgment. In this reading key, we seek to set up an argument to suggest the existence of a regulative horizon coupled with the primordial intuition of will. As a consequence, we find, in this modulation, an expansion of the problem of organism onto a question about the essence of nature. As a result, the displacement of the Kantian\'s theory of judgment reflection transforms this reading about the natural world in a question of teleology in the metaphysics of will, and transforming the problem of purpose in nature in issue as to the purpose in the field of ethics. För att uppfylla kraven på kvalitetssäkring samt evidensbaserad praktik måste hörapparatanpassning utvärderas objektivt. Syftet med studien är att redovisa nya forskningsresultat gällande objektiv utvärdering av hörapparater med hjälp av hörselgångsmätning, samt att beskriva en modern, evidensbaserad och kliniskt användbar metod för de vanligaste typerna av elektro-akustiska hörapparater med olika typer av insats. Studien består av en allmän litteraturstudie som beskriver tidigare rekommendationer samt en systematisk litteraturstudie där nya rön gällande metodiken vid hörselgångsmätning presenteras. Utifrån hörselgångsmätningens olika delmoment undersöker studien vilka konsekvenser de nya rönen har för utförandet vid hörselgångsmätning. I slutsatsen presenteras en metod för objektiv utvärdering av moderna hörapparater.

My research focuses on the philosophy of imagination. Within the analytic tradition, there recently has been a growing interest in imagination. The current research lies at the crossroads of various sub-disciplines of philosophy, including aesthetics, moral psychology, ethics, epistemology, and philosophy of mind. My work joins this choir as a voice from within philosophy of mind. My dissertation addresses two questions within philosophy of imagination. What I call the Relation Question asks what is the proper relation between supposition and imagination, and what I call the Unification Question asks what is the imagination. With regards to the Relation Question, philosophers answer it in one of two ways: either supposition and imagination are distinct mental capacities (what I call two-nature views) or supposition is a kind of imagination (what I call one-nature views). I argue that both views fail to explain all of the features central to the relation. With regards to the Unification Question, many philosophers doubt it has an answer because there is no clear way to unify the disparate activities of imagination. I argue that this skepticism is the result of mischaracterizing the relation between imagining and supposing. Thus, I answer both the Relation and Unification Questions by arguing that both imagining and supposing (as we typically understand these terms) are both instances of what I call the as-if-true attitude. I call this the as-if-true attitude view of imagining. The explanatory payoff of this is that my view can explain all of the features central to the relation without positing two distinct mental capacities (as two-nature views do) and without getting facts about supposition wrong (as one-nature views do). It also gives us a way of seeing how we might unify the different activities of imagination. Finally, I demonstrate that my view has application to what is known in the literature as the phenomenon of imaginative resistance. This phenomenon has to do with competent imaginers failing to comply with invitations to imagine certain propositions. It has been noted in the literature that there is variation to this phenomenon, where some people experience it and some do not. Some philosophers attempt to explain this by appealing to contextual factors. Thus, I call them Contextual Variant Views. I argue that these views fail to account for all of variation. I show that from my as-if-true attitude view comes another view that I call Constraint Variant View. I argue that this view can account for all of the variation of imaginative resistance.

Ce travail a pour but d’étudier les effets des longueurs internes, comme la taille des grains, sur le comportement mécanique des aciers IF par le biais de modélisations micromécaniques. Après une revue bibliographique des différents effets d’échelle observés en plasticité (effet taille des grains) et de quelques méthodes de transition d’échelle existantes, ce travail se décompose en trois étapes. Dans un premier temps, un schéma auto-cohérent écrit dans le cadre de l’élasto-viscoplasticité est utilisé afin d’étudier les effets de la dispersion de taille de grains sur le comportement mécanique d’agrégats polycristallins, en négligeant les hétérogénéités d’origine cristallographique. Ces effets sont aussi importants que ceux de la taille moyenne des grains et de la texture cristallographique. Dans un second temps, le même schéma de transition d’échelle est utilisé afin d’étudier les effets combinés de la dispersion de taille de grains et des orientations cristallographiques. Il apparaît alors que l’effet de la dispersion de taille de grains est effectivement plus important que l’effet de la texture cristallographique sur le comportement mécanique en traction. Néanmoins, la dispersion de taille de grains n’a que peu d’effet sur l’anisotropie plastique des aciers IF. La troisième étape consiste à développer de nouvelles approches, à champs de déformation non uniformes dans les grains, afin de capter des effets de taille de grains par le biais de nouvelles lois d’interaction. Ainsi, deux différentes modélisations à longueurs internes sont proposées : l’une “discrète”, considérant des distributions de dislocation contrainte au joint de grains, et l’autre “moyenne”, avec la prise en compte d’un gradient de déformation plastique dans une zone près du joint de grains. Ces nouvelles approches permettent de reproduire les effets de taille de grains sur le comportement mécanique des matériaux métalliques, en particulier pour les aciers IF / The objective of this work is to study the effects of internal lengths, as the grain size on the mechanical behavior of IF steels with micromechanical models. After a literature review about different length scale effects observed in plasticity (grain size effects...) and existing scale transition methods, this work is divided into three steps. First of all, a self-consistent scheme written for heterogeneous elastic-viscoplastic materials is used to study the grain size dispersion effects on the mechanical behavior of polycrystalline aggregates, ignoring the heterogeneities of crystallographic orientations. These effects are as important as those due to the average grain size and crystallographic texture. In a second time, the same transition scale scheme is used to study the combined effects of grain size dispersion and crystallographic orientation. It appears that the effect of the grain size dispersion is larger than the effect of crystallographic texture on the tensile behavior. The third step is to develop new approaches with non-uniform plastic deformation inside the grain, in order to capture the effects of grain size through new interaction laws. Thus, two different models are proposed : a “discrete” one, considering dislocation distributions constrained by grain boundaries, and, an “averaged” one, accounting for plastic strain gradient in the region close to grain boundaries. These new approaches allow to reproduce the grain size effects observed on the mechanical behavior of metallic materials, in particular for IF steels

This diploma thesis describes the design of a device for measuring stress in thin films – laser deflectometer, realization of its design and its experimental testing. The thesis is divided into five chapters. The first chapter deals with the stress in thin films and its influence on substrate – thin film system. The second chapter provides an overview of devices widely used for measuring stress in thin films and describes some their advantages and disadvantages. In the third chapter some design possibilities of the device are presented. The final solution of device called deflectometr is introduced in the fourth chapter. The last chapter includes the functional testing the device.

Syftet med uppsatsen har varit attundersöka Östers Ifs talangutvecklingsmiljö.Detta har gjorts genom en fallstudie på fotbollsföreningen Östers IFvia Henriksens holistiska Athletic Talent Development Modell. En kvalitativ metod via semi-strukturerade intervjuer på olika roller inom föreningen har tillämpats för att få en djupare förståelse på hur föreningen arbetar kring talangutvecklingsmiljön. Resultatet visar att Östers IF har ett holistiskt perspektiv på sin talangutvecklingsmiljösamtidigt som de aktivt arbetar mot framtida utmaningar gällande att förbereda spelare för transaktionen från junior till senior.

Syftet med vår studie är att undersöka hur grundskolor i två kommuner identifierar och beskriver det stöd som utformas för att möta läs- och skrivsvårigheter hos två distinkta elevgrupper, flerspråkiga- samt integrerade elever, alltså elever med intellektuell funktionsnedsättning (IF) som inkluderas i grundskoleklass. Studien är uppdelad i två delstudier som undersöker varje grupp separat och belyser relevanta delar i den specialpedagogiska verksamheten. I analysens diskussion kontrasterar dessa mot varandra. På så sätt synliggör vi och förmedlar utmaningar inom specialpedagogiken. Med vår studie vill vi även bidra till mer kunskap om identifiering av samt stöd till flerspråkiga- och integrerade elever genom att undersöka hur arbetet organiseras på skolorna. Semistrukturerade intervjuer genomfördes med 8 pedagoger för att ge inblick i skolvardagens komplexitet kring dessa två olika elevgrupper. För att snäva in och avgränsa studiens syfte utifrån våra två breda målgrupper valdes fenomenografi som analysmetod.  Studiens teoretiska ansats är Nilholms (2020) tre specialpedagogiska perspektiv, nämligen det kategoriska-, det kritiska- samt dilemmaperspektivet. Empirin tyder på att det kategoriska perspektivet är vanligt förekommande vid beskrivningar av utformande av stödåtgärder och det kritiska lyfts som en viktig faktor i utformandet av en inkluderande lärmiljö. Dilemmaperspektivet uppträder som tydligt hos alla respondenter vid arbete med identifiering av elevgrupperna samt i fråga om samarbete med modersmålslärare samt studiehandledare. Även respondenternas beskrivningar av konflikter, spänningar och avvägningar på arbetsplatsen mellan olika pedagoggrupper med skilda ansvarsområden tolkar vi som ett dilemma. Implikationer för detta kommer att diskuteras.

Att jobba med sitt varumärke och sin identitet har blivit en vardag för de svenska idrottsföreningarna. Under säsongen 21/22 påbörjade Djurgården IF Hockey ett förändringsarbete kring varumärket vilket efter degraderingen från SHL blev alltmer påtagligt. Syftet med studien har varit att belysa Djurgården IF Hockeys varumärkesbyggande, mer precist har det handlat om hur klubben arbetar med att ta fram och kommunicera sitt varumärke och hur detta uppfattas av partners och supportrar. För att precisera studien, har vi valt att avgränsa oss till Djurgården IF Hockey, dess partners och supporterföreningen Järnkaminerna. Studiens frågeställning är följande: 1.     Hur arbetar Djurgården IF Hockey med sitt varumärke, och varför? 2.     Hur upplevs Djurgården IF Hockeys varumärke av sina intressenter? 3.     Hur ser målbilden för Djurgården IF Hockeys varumärke/identitet ut?  För att besvara studiens frågeställningar, har vi arbetat utifrån en kvalitativ forskningsmetod, där vi som forskare intervjuat respondenter från Djurgården IF Hockey, Järnkaminerna, XXL, RSS samt en extern varumärkesexpert via semistrukturerade intervjuer. Resultatet av studien visar att Djurgården IF Hockey har ett starkt varumärke där framgångarna och den starka och långa historiken utmärker sig. Däremot upplever föreningen, supportrarna och till viss del sponsorerna att föreningen måste hitta tillbaka sina historiska attributer som gjort de sportsligt och varumärkesmässigt framgångsrika. I framtiden spelar Djurgården IF Hockey i en verksamhetsanpassad Avicii Arena med en god relation till sina supportrar och en uppdaterad affärsmodell.
