The research problem/question aims to understand how ecological practices are related to innovation in education, in a general way and, specifically, in the schools of the "Map of Innovation and Creativity in Basic Education" from the Ministry of Education (BRASIL, 2015) in S?o Paulo/SP. The specific questions are: how does this public policy understand innovation in education; what are the perspectives of the schools selected for the Map regarding their practices; how does the innovative character point to the position of "environmental" indicators such as sustainability and ecology. The general objective is to investigate how the relationships between educational innovation and ecological practices are experienced in the schools of the Map of Innovation and Creativity in Basic Education in the city of S?o Paulo/SP. The specific objectives of the research are: a) to describe how the conception of innovation is transposed from the corporate field to that of education; b) analyze the criteria used by the Evaluation Committee of the MEC for the selection of innovative and creative schools; c) to observe the perspectives of the selected schools on their innovations and how they articulate them in their daily life; d) identify the presence/ absence of an environmental approach in these institutions, describing their particularities. The theoretical framework dialogues with the concepts of innovation and education as they emerge in the literature, but, mainly, how they are received and re-signified from the empirical field. The methodology used includes documentary analysis and participant observation. As ethical care, it was used a letter of presentation directed to the school and verbal consent of the people contacted, obtained by telephone. The identity of schools and interlocutors has been preserved. Results: it was possible to identify different relationships between education, innovation and ecology in the schools studied. From the recurrent themes that emerged from empirical research, nine categories of analysis were generated. Of these categories, a new division into three major groups proposes an integrated view of schools and their interactions with the central themes of the research. / O presente trabalho est? inserido na Linha de Pesquisa Teorias e Culturas em Educa??o, do Programa de P?s-gradua??o em Educa??o da Pontif?cia Universidade Cat?lica do Rio Grande do Sul - PUCRS. O problema de pesquisa pretendeu compreender de que forma as pr?ticas ecol?gicas est?o relacionadas ? inova??o no campo da educa??o, de um modo geral e, em particular, nas Escolas pertencentes ao ?Mapa de Inova??o e Criatividade na Educa??o B?sica? (BRASIL, 2015) em S?o Paulo/SP. As perguntas espec?ficas s?o: de que forma essa pol?tica p?blica entende inova??o na educa??o; quais as perspectivas das escolas selecionadas para o Mapa a respeito de suas pr?ticas; como o car?ter inovador aponta para a posi??o dos indexadores ?ambientais? como a sustentabilidade e a ecologia. Objetivo geral: investigar como as rela??es entre inova??o educacional e pr?ticas ecol?gicas s?o experienciadas nas escolas pertencentes ao Mapa da Inova??o e Criatividade na Educa??o B?sica do Minist?rio da Educa??o localizadas. Os objetivos espec?ficos s?o: a) descrever como a concep??o de inova??o ? transposta do campo corporativo para o da educa??o; b) analisar os crit?rios utilizados pela Comiss?o Avaliadora do MEC para a sele??o das escolas inovadoras e criativas; c) observar as perspectivas das escolas selecionadas sobre suas inova??es e como as articulam em seu cotidiano; d) identificar a presen?a/aus?ncia de uma abordagem ambiental nessas institui??es, descrevendo suas particularidades. O marco te?rico dialoga com os conceitos de inova??o, educa??o e perspectivas ecol?gicas tal como emergem na literatura, mas, sobretudo, como s?o recebidos e ressignificados desde o campo emp?rico. A metodologia utilizada incluiu an?lise documental e observa??o participante. Como cuidados ?ticos foi utilizada carta de apresenta??o da pesquisa dirigida ? escola e consentimentos verbais das pessoas contatadas, obtidos por telefone. A identidade das escolas e dos interlocutores foi preservada. Resultados: foi poss?vel identificar diferentes rela??es entre educa??o, inova??o e ecologia nas escolas estudadas. A partir dos temas recorrentes que emergiram da pesquisa emp?rica, foram geradas nove categorias de an?lise. Dessas categorias, uma nova divis?o em tr?s grandes grupos prop?e uma vis?o integrada a respeito das escolas e suas intera??es com os temas centrais da pesquisa.

MPI/UFRN. Tais conceitos foram aplicados em sistemas de produ??o agr?cola com a cultura da Moringa oleifera, realizados em diferentes regi?es do Rio Grande do Norte. Houve o reflorestamento de ?reas degradadas, que passaram a ser destinadas ? produ??o de alimentos oriundos das folhas cultivadas, bem como ?leo vegetal e bioprodutos obtidos a partir do processamento de suas sementes. Com o intuito de diversificar as fontes de renda, foram desenvolvidos e elaborados produtos de potencial inovador com derivados desta planta. Os modelos propostos foram adequados a diferentes regi?es edafoclim?ticas e procuraram atender aos tr?s pilares da sustentabilidade: viabilidade econ?mica, responsabilidade social e conformidade ambiental. A pr?tica da agricultura org?nica ? uma atividade que concerne a estes par?metros e depende da aplica??o de compostos org?nicos, geralmente residuais, de origem animal e vegetal. Esta pr?tica, quando certificada por institui??es autorizadas, valoriza o produto em rela??o ?queles provenientes da agricultura convencional. Para alcan?ar os objetivos pretendidos, foram desenvolvidas duas a??es de extens?o junto a pesquisadores da UFRN, trabalhos de assist?ncia t?cnica e implanta??o de cultivos adensados e agroflorestais durante est?gio gestor realizado na empresa agr?cola ?Hortaviva Produtos Org?nicos?, localizada na Zona Rural de N?sia Floresta/RN e certificada pelo Instituto Biodin?mico ? IBD. Durante o est?gio gestor, a propriedade expandiu sua ?rea cultivada para que fosse introduzida a cultura da moringa em cons?rcio com hortali?as e leguminosas, em diferentes modalidades de plantio. No que se refere aos produtos desenvolvidos, as folhas e flores desidratadas foram comercializadas nas formas de farinha, ch? e c?psulas. As sementes oleaginosas foram processadas e deram origem a um ?leo vegetal utilizado na fabrica??o de biodiesel em escala laboratorial. O coproduto das sementes, denominado ?torta de moringa?, foi desenvolvido em purificador de ?guas (biocida) natural. Deste coproduto foi desenvolvido um bioproduto inovador denominado Biolarv ? Larvicida Natural, cuja marca foi registrada no Instituto Nacional de Propriedade Industrial - INPI pelo N?cleo de Inova??o Tecnol?gica ? NIT/UFRN. O ?Biolarv? ? um produto de baixo custo que foi desenvolvido para atuar no exterm?nio de larvas do mosquito Aedes aegypti. / The current work sought to develop a Canvas Business Model using the concepts of technological innovation and entrepreneurship learned in the MPI. Such concepts were applied to agricultural production systems in different regions of Rio Grande do Norte state, using the Moringa oleifera cropping promoting the reforestation of degraded areas, with turned to be useful for production of food derived from moringa leaves, in addition to vegetable oil and byproducts for the treatment of water, which were obtained from the their processed seeds. For diversifying the income resources, products of innovative potential were elaborated with the moringa derivatives. The proposed models were replicated those regions, taking into account the three pillars of sustainability: Economic viability, Social Responsibility and Environmental Compliance. Organic agriculture is an activity that concerns these parameters and, to do so, it depends on the production of agricultural fertilizers that comes from both animal and vegetable wastes. This practice, when certified by authorized institutions, enhances the value of the product in relation to those coming from conventional agriculture. For accomplishing the desired objectives, there were performed a couple of extension actions, carried out with researchers and farmers, including a managing internship that was turned into a entrepreneurship project in the rural property of the organic farm ?Hortaviva?, located in the Rural Area of N?sia Floresta-RN and properly certified by the Biodynamic Institute ? IBD audits. During the internship, the farm expanded its cultivated area so that the culture of the moringa could be introduced, intercropping with several short cycle plants, using different agro ecology methods. Dehydrated leaves were marketed in the form of leaf powder, tea and capsules. The oily seed, once processed, gave rise to a vegetable oil used in the production of biodiesel and a byproduct so called "moringa oilcake", from which a water purifying agent (biocide), branded as Biolarv ? Natural Larvicide. A brand mark was registered at the Instituto Nacional de Propriedade Industrial -INPI by the N?cleo de Inova??o Tecnol?gica (NIT / UFRN). This natural biocide was developed to exterminate larvae of the mosquito Aedes aegypti, transmitter diseases such as Dengue, Zika and Chikungunya virus.

The university is an innovative environment for exploring one?s potential, because it provides a space where knowledge can be built and disseminated. Therefore, the university occupies a fundamental role in the growth of regions and countries. In this context, the concept of the enterprising university emerges, of which the mission is economic and social development. From this point of view, this study proposes to investigate whether the Federal University of Jequitinhonha and Mucuri Valleys (UFVJM) in Diamantina, Minas Gerais, possesses the characteristics of an enterprising university. The study was based on the five elements of transformation of an enterprising university observed by Clark (1998). This study also proposes an analysis of the region where the university is located. The proposed methodological procedure has a qualitative approach, based on a case study done on Juscelino Kubitschek Campus (Campus JK of UFVJM). Although UFVJM has some features that fit into the proposed elements for the analysis, it still cannot be considered, in its totality, an enterprising university. It was observed that the area where Campus JK is located has some peculiarities. These peculiarities highlight that UFVJM needs to build a relationship focused on the specificities of the local community and production sectors, keeping in mind their characteristics and different possibilities of partnership. It is clear from the results that the study intends to contribute to a better understanding of university-community interaction, aimed at regional development.

Nessa perspectiva, este estudo tem como objetivo geral propor considera??es que possam contribuir para o debate junto ? comunidade universit?ria visando o aperfei?oamento do marco regulat?rio das pol?ticas de propriedade intelectual e inova??o tecnol?gica da UFVJM. Visando alcan?ar esse prop?sito, foram estabelecidos como objetivos espec?ficos aferir a conformidade da regulamenta??o das pol?ticas de propriedade intelectual e inova??o tecnol?gica da UFVJM com a Lei n? 10.973/2004 e discutir sua rela??o com as principais quest?es tratadas no escopo metajur?dico deste trabalho; e avaliar a compatibilidade entre a regulamenta??o das pol?ticas de propriedade intelectual e inova??o tecnol?gica da UFVJM com as necessidades dessa universidade, tendo como base o Plano de Desenvolvimento Institucional- PDI da institui??o. Nesse sentido, metodologicamente esta pesquisa ? descritiva, com vi?s bibliogr?fico e documental, efetivada em livros, revistas, artigos e p?ginas da internet. A pesquisa bibliogr?fica, que fundamenta este estudo, foi desenvolvida com a contribui??o de diversos autores, precipuamente no referencial te?rico denominado Escopos Jur?dicos e Metajur?dicos. Concluiu-se pela necessidade de a UFVJM regulamentar a sua pol?tica de propriedade intelectual e inova??o tecnol?gica, de forma integral em um ?nico documento. Ponderou-se ainda que a constru??o e regulamenta??o de tais pol?ticas levem em considera??o as principais necessidades da UFVJM dispostas em seu Plano de Desenvolvimento Institucional (PDI). Por fim, recomenda-se que a regulamenta??o de tais pol?ticas busque fomentar e consolidar o desenvolvimento socioecon?mico da regi?o de abrang?ncia da UFVJM. Programa de P?s-Gradua??o em Educa??o, Universidade Federal dos Vales do Jequitinhonha e Mucuri, 2017. / The present work constitutes a case study and has as object of study the regulation of the institutional policy of intellectual property and technological innovation of the Federal University of the Jequitinhonha and Mucuri Valleys (UFVJM). With the advent of the regulatory framework for science, technology and innovation (Law n? 13.243 / 2016), which amended the current innovation law (Law 10.973 / 2004), the so-called Scientific, Technological and Innovation Institutions (ICTs) in the case of the UFVJM, were challenged in order to establish their innovation policy, according to legally established goals and guidelines. In this perspective, this study has as general objective to propose considerations that can contribute to the debate with the university community aiming at perfecting the regulatory framework of the intellectual property policies and technological innovation of the UFVJM. In order to achieve this purpose, it was established as specific objectives to verify the compliance of the regulation of intellectual property policies and technological innovation of UFVJM with Law 10,973 / 2004 and discuss its relationship with the main issues addressed in the metajuridic scope of this work; and to evaluate the compatibility between the regulation of intellectual property policies and technological innovation of UFVJM with the needs of that university, based on the Institutional Development Plan - PDI of the institution. In this sense, methodologically, this research is descriptive, with a bibliographic and documentary bias, carried out in books, magazines, articles and internet pages. The bibliographical research, which bases this study, was developed with the contribution of several authors, mainly in the theoretical framework called Juridical and Metajuridic Scopes. On the other hand, documentary research was carried out with the foundation of the Constitution of the Federative Republic of Brazil of 1988, Law 9,279 / 1996, Law 9,394 / 1996, Law 10,973 / 2004, Law 17,348, of January 17, 2008 (Mining Law for Innovation), Determination of the Foundation for Support of Research of the State of Minas Gerais (Fapemig) n? 72, of August 13, 2013, Law n? 13.243 / 2016 and resolutions of the UFVJM. It was concluded by the need for the UFVJM to regulate its policy of intellectual property and technological innovation, in an integral form in a single document. It was also pointed out that the construction and regulation of such policies take into account the main needs of the UFVJM set forth in its Institutional Development Plan (IDP). Finally, it is recommended that the regulation of such policies seek to foster and consolidate the socioeconomic development of the UFVJM's region. Thus, it is expected that this work can contribute to the scientific, technological and intellectual development of this federal institution of higher education.

In the analysis of the occured institucional changes in the carcinicultura the Guara?ra Estuary is overcome as space reference, located in the eastern coast of the Rio Grande of the North. The analysis proposal has for base the adoption of the conceptual support of the innovative institucionalistas and neoshumpterianas theories, for understanding that these bring complementary and enriching elements that will allow an analysis, not static, but, dynamics of the carcinicultora activity. It was verified that the crisis brought up for the antidumping action, for the problems of the illnesses that had abated the shrimp, for the depreciation of the Real, among others it led to an overturn in the productive conjuncture of market and forced the alteration of the effective institutions. The legislation after the Law of Directives and Bases for Education (LDBE), from 1996, is characterized by the fragmentation in its implementation, raising a concern with flexibility and innovation in several normative devices as well as aspects that must be incorporated to its organizational structure. The policies examined in this thesis are: Distance Education (DE); Law of Innovation and the Program of Support to Restructuring and Expansion of Federal Universities (PSREFU). This thesis aims to observe to what extent the characteristics of innovation and flexibility, which mark the new post- LDBE educational legislation, influence the organizational redesign of the Federal University of Cear? (UFC). For being about implementation policies, using contingency approach in order to collect the internal dynamics permeating the redesign of higher education institutions, the thesis focuses on the impacts caused by flexibility and innovation. This is a qualitative research, with case study methods, archive research and semi-structured interviews with members of the university administration. The results don t allow us to confirm the adoption of a more flexible and innovative configuration in the university but it is possible to identify the presence of those elements in the implementation changes, characterizing the hybrid structure. The changes mainly expose the extension of the management of projects to the administrative and academic components related to the institution. In terms of projection, the study found changes in the elements which characterize the current setting and the tendency of the university for adopting a diverse organizational structure. However, if the decentralization of management persists, the academic units may adopt their own structural solutions, but with no evidence of changes in the professional organization in most units. In this perspective, this thesis states that there are difficulties when incorporating innovation and flexibility to their organizational structure, which lead to improvised solutions, superposing skills through the redundancy of structures created with the same purpose or copying exogenous solutions / O trabalho posiciona-se em um cen?rio no qual as institui??es de educa??o superior sofrem press?es externas para o aumento de efici?ncia. O objeto de pesquisa deste estudo consta das 26 funda??es estaduais de amparo ? pesquisa associadas ao Conselho Nacional das Funda??es Estaduais de Amparo ? Pesquisa ? CONFAP, assim como as 102 funda??es de apoio ?s IES associadas ao Conselho Nacional das Funda??es de Apoio ?s Institui??es de Ensino Superior e de Pesquisa Cient?fica e Tecnol?gica ? CONFIES, totalizando 128 entidades. Como estrat?gia de pesquisa, este estudo se caracteriza como uma pesquisa aplicada, de abordagem quantitativa. Os dados prim?rios desta pesquisa foram coletados com o uso do procedimento e-mail Survey. Foram coletadas 75 observa??es, que correspondem ? 58,59% do universo de pesquisa. Cabe ponderar o uso do m?todo bootstrap com vistas a validar o uso da amostra nas an?lises de resultados. Para a an?lise dos dados foram utilizadas t?cnicas de estat?stica descritiva e de an?lises multivariadas de dados: a an?lise de conglomerados; a correla??o can?nica e a regress?o log?stica bin?ria. A partir das ra?zes can?nicas obtidas, os resultados indicaram que a rela??o de depend?ncia entre as vari?veis de rela??es (com os atores da Tr?plice H?lice) e os recursos financeiros investidos em projetos de inova??o ? baixa, admitindo a hip?tese nula deste estudo, que as rela??es da Tr?plice H?lice n?o t?m interferido positivamente ou negativamente na capta??o de recursos para investimentos em projetos de inova??o. Por outro lado, os resultados obtidos com a an?lise de conglomerados apontam que as entidades que possuem maiores quantitativos e montantes financeiros de projetos constam em sua maioria de funda??es de grande porte (mais de 100 funcion?rios), que apoiam at? cinco IES, publicam relat?rios de gest?o e utilizam em sua estrutura de capital, maior financiamento do setor p?blico. Por fim, ? pertinente destacar que o poder de classifica??o do modelo log?stico obtido neste estudo demonstrou alta capacidade preditiva (80,0%) facultando ? comunidade acad?mica replica??es em ambientes de an?lise similares. / Foundations support constitute one of the types of legal entities of private law forged with the purpose of supporting research projects, education and extension and institutional, scientific and technological development of Brazil. Observed as links of the relationship between company, university, and government, foundations supporting emerge in the Brazilian scene from the principle to establish an economic platform of development based on three pillars: science, technology and innovation ? ST&I. In applied terms, these ones operate as tools of debureaucratisation making the management between public entities more agile, especially in the academic management in accordance with the approach of Triple Helix. From the exposed, the present study has as purpose understanding how the relation of Triple Helix intervenes in the fund-raising process of Brazilian foundations support. To understand the relations submitted, it was used the interaction models University-Company-Government recommended by S?bato and Botana (1968), the approach of the Triple Helix proposed by Etzkowitz and Leydesdorff (2000), as well as the perspective of the national innovation systems discussed by Freeman (1987, 1995), Nelson (1990, 1993) and Lundvall (1992). The research object of this study consists of 26 state foundations that support research associated with the National Council of the State Foundations of Supporting Research - CONFAP, as well as the 102 foundations in support of IES associated with the National Council of Foundations of Support for Institutions of Higher Education and Scientific and Technological Research ? CONFIES, totaling 128 entities. As a research strategy, this study is considered as an applied research with a quantitative approach. Primary research data were collected using the e-mail Survey procedure. Seventy-five observations were collected, which corresponds to 58.59% of the research universe. It is considering the use of the bootstrap method in order to validate the use of the sample in the analysis of results. For data analysis, it was used descriptive statistics and multivariate data analysis techniques: the cluster analysis; the canonical correlation and the binary logistic regression. From the obtained canonical roots, the results indicated that the dependency relationship between the variables of relations (with the actors of the Triple Helix) and the financial resources invested in innovation projects is low, assuming the null hypothesis of this study, that the relations of the Triple Helix do not have interfered positively or negatively in raising funds for investments in innovation projects. On the other hand, the results obtained with the cluster analysis indicate that entities which have greater quantitative and financial amounts of projects are mostly large foundations (over 100 employees), which support up to five IES, publish management reports and use in their capital structure, greater financing of the public department. Finally, it is pertinent to note that the power of the classification of the logistic model obtained in this study showed high predictive capacity (80.0%) providing to the academic community replication in environments of similar analysis.

Assim, este trabalhou buscou avaliar o impacto de fatores estrat?gicos e da inova??o sobre o desempenho exportador em uma empresa de alimentos no setor de candies no Rio Grande do Norte, a partir dos fundamentos te?ricos e emp?ricos discutidos pelos estudiosos da ?rea. A pesquisa tem car?ter descritivo com m?todos qualitativos e quantitativos, quanto ao planejamento da pesquisa optou-se pela pesquisa bibliogr?fica e pelo estudo de caso, na forma de levantamento apoiado por question?rio, e procurou-se testar o modelo e identificar fatores positivamente correlacionados com desempenho nas atividades de exporta??o da empresa objeto de estudo. As inova??es implementadas foram avaliadas, confrontadas com as estrat?gias de internacionaliza??o adotadas pela empresa. Atrav?s de uma matriz import?ncia desempenho pudemos observar v?rios fatores e sua import?ncia no caseestudado. Para an?lise qualitativa utilizamos a matriz import?ncia desempenho, onde pudemos sugerir melhorias nas estrat?gias adotados pela empresa estudada. Para a an?lise quantitativa, o uso do survey mostrou a correla??o entre os fatores pesquisados atrav?s da an?lise de vari?ncia (ANOVA) que ? um teste param?trico usado para verificar se existe uma diferen?a significativa entre as m?dias e se os fatores est?o influenciando na vari?vel resposta. Dessa forma, esta t?cnica estat?stica permite que v?rios grupos sejam comparados. A an?lise das estrat?gias e da iniciativas de inova??o na empresa estudada indicam que h? uma correla??o entre elas e a import?ncia dessa intera??o para o seu desempenho exportador.

Innovation has become an essential component for tourism and convention centers. Considering the impact of the meetings centers in the tourism sector and constant innovation as a competitive advantage strategy of the last decade, this study used the innovation management as a key to changing challenge in the center of Natal conventions. Factors in innovation management for meetings centers were investigated by means of information in organizational and technological structure of the equipment such as the state of the art innovation. The main aspects of innovation management reflecting in the meetings industry of construction is the ability to create and change to the conference and convention centers. It is a descriptive exploratory qualitative research with case study method, which relate to innovation management and tourism to Natal and Fortaleza conventions centers. The results show that there is still no at convention center of Natal , a satisfactory innovation management level, for the planning, leadership, skills, strategies and implementations for innovative processes in our times are absent.

(2010) para pensarmos o conceito de inova??o e, sobre as tecnologias nos apoiamos em Pretto (2011), Moran et al (2012) e Buzato (2010). Sobre as tecnologias emergentes, consultamos as principais publica??es internacionais, com vistas a compor um quadro atualizado. Como resultado, foi poss?vel verificar que os professores n?o utilizam de forma satisfat?ria as tecnologias digitais na sua pr?tica, mas est?o constantemente conectados; s?o motivados pelos pares, alunos, documentos oficiais e pela coordena??o pedag?gica; h? pol?ticas de fomento ? inser??o das TDICs em sala de aula e que a literatura cient?fica sobre tecnologias emergentes na educa??o ainda ? muito recente, sem especifica??es das tecnologias, suas aplica??es educacionais e crit?rios objetivos de avalia??o. TTATI, modelo de forma??o permanente, aberto e colaborativo que busca melhorar o acesso e utiliza??o das TDICs, em especial as tecnologias emergentes, na pr?tica docente e, em ?ltima inst?ncia, a melhoria da qualidade da educa??o. / Digital information and communication technologies - TDICs have been taking up more and more space in human relations. This fact has fed the production in this area causing new technologies to emerge and new ways of adding them to the daily life of people. The educational field, historically, has been incorporating social changes in a more gradual way. This work sought to understand how the TDICs have been inserted in the school context, especially in the pedagogical practice of teachers. We established as a parameter the emerging technologies, in order to understand the degree of distance / approximation between access to these technologies and the practice of teachers. We chose the objective of this work, to verify the extent to which teachers use the emerging technologies and, from this diagnosis, we elaborate a platform model that provides permanent and collaborative training that, in the social network format, can help teachers to exchange information about knowledge produced in their practice. We used as qualitative-methodological references the quali-quanti research, which enabled the analysis of statistical data, as well as the qualitative reading of the context of the research. From the theoretical point of view, we used the bibliographic review. In order to discuss teacher education, we have used the studies, mainly by Ramalho, N??ez and Gauthier (2003), Perrenoud (2000) and Marcelo Garcia (2001); (Morro et al., 2012) and Buzato (2010). In this paper, we present a case study of the concept of innovation. We carried out a documentary review, taking into account the legal framework, especially, based on the Law of Guidelines and Bases of National Education n. 9394/1996, the National Curricular Parameters, the National Curricular Guidelines and the current National Education Plan, in addition to the specific legislation focused on the TDICs, which underpin public policies in the area. We still use the state of the art as a research technique, whose survey was based on the compilation of the main empirical research carried out with Brazilian teachers about the use of TDICs in their pedagogical practice. On emerging technologies, we consult the main international publications, with a view to compiling an updated table. As a result it was possible to verify that teachers do not use digital technologies in their practice satisfactorily, but are constantly connected; are motivated by peers, pupils, official documents and pedagogical coordination; there are policies to promote the insertion of TDICs in the classroom and that the scientific literature on emerging technologies in education is still very recent, with no specifications of the technologies, their educational applications and objective evaluation criteria. In addition, the main factors that hamper its use gravitate around the lack of infrastructural conditions to use the technologies in the classroom; difficulty in accessing a greater diversity of technological resources, with adequate infrastructure and competence to carry out this didactic mediation, and curricular matrices of initial and continuing training courses that privilege other skills to the detriment of teaching with digital technologies. In order to solve some of these difficulties, we explain the Three - Dimensional Technological Approach to Innovation in Teaching - TTATI, a model of permanent, open and collaborative training that seeks to improve the access and use of TDICs, especially emerging technologies, teaching practice and, ultimately, improving the quality of education.
