This thesis deals with the design and implementation of car computer with multi-user mode and data recording. The measurement is performed by using a direct connection to the sensors and fuel injector of engine. The measured signals are processed and evaluated by Atmel Atmega128A microcontroller. Measured and recorded data are displayed on the graphical LCD.

Contents of the thesis is to design and create an expansion board for the BeagleBoard computer one plate . The first and very important part was to find out all the possibilities for an extension of the computer itself . Choose the right expansion port . To study the possibility distribution of individual pins . Followed by the appropriate extension election districts that demonstrate the function of each enlargement . Test was designed PCB that contains circuits that change the voltage level of the BeagleBoard to protect a mini computer to the testing of each gusset periphery prevent damage to itself or part of the BeagleBoard . The peripherals themselves bind different parts of theoretical introduction. More specifically the extension of the LCD display is selected segment and includes two lines of 16 characters . When the possibility to add additional components were necessary to deal with the shortcomings of the output pins , this problem was solved by using an expander . He extends itself BeagleBoard by another 16 pins . On these pins are connected together on the LCD matrix keyboard . The creation of the board are two circuit temperature sensors , but have a different type of communication using I2C and one second using 1 -Wire bus . The board also contains various other bus outputs , for example, UART bus. It also contains an output pin which can be controlled PWM modulation . The remaining pins are versatile GPIO pins which can be programmed to define a function using the Linux operating system . The result is a final board of the package control programs which make it possible to verify the individual peripherals.

This diploma thesis describes modernization of the master clock HN 50 created by company ELEKON, s.r.o. Master clock can be used for controlling of analog or digital slave clock or for switching school bells. Exact differences between old and new version of the clock are described and ways of synchronization and controlling of slave clock are explained. Main goal of modernization is applying the SMT technology for automation of production. Another problems and shortcomings of previous version are developed, such as new power supply structure, selection of a new microcontroller and usage of several different displays. Every problem is developed and new solutions are chosen. Last part of the document describes the software which is clarified on several flowcharts. Outputs of the thesis are complete schematics, printed circuit boards and 3D models of the modernized device.

台灣TFT-LCD產業上市公司投資價值之研究

TFT-LCD產業特性之ㄧ為投資支出龐大,並且由於其遞延效果,故需要經過一兩年後才能量產並由其投資成果中獲利;另外,產業有明顯的週期性景氣波動。目前TFT-LCD產業正值逐漸景氣的階段,各家面板廠商的股價也在2003年至2004年間逐漸走揚,然而這些公司的真實價值應該多少才合理?唯有一套好的評價模式客觀評估,將各公司的未來獲利性考量進去,投資人才不致在景氣波動時無所適從,也才能為股價快速上漲的面板公司,給予合理的解釋。 本研究以友達光電、奇美電子、中華映管、瀚宇彩晶及廣輝電子等五家上市櫃面板公司為研究對象,根據1999年至2003年之財務數據作為預估個案公司未來成長率及獲利率的依據,利用現金流量折現法採銷售導向與盈餘導向兩種模式,依照最樂觀、最可能及最悲觀等三種情境,估算其真實價格區間,並與各股目前的實際股價比較,以推論目前股價的合理性以及目前股價所隱含的銷售成長率及盈餘成長率,另以敏感度分析將各個評價因子繪製成龍捲風圖來觀察個別關鍵評價因子對股價的影響程度。 實證研究顯示,友達光電、奇美電子、中華映管、瀚宇彩晶及廣輝電子之合理股價分別為47.40元~86.20元、52.33元~101.87元、16.95元~41.71元、19.45元~45.64元以及20.60元~57.70元,將其與最近十個月(2003年8月至2004年5月)之股價走勢比較發現,友達光電與奇美電子最近的股價在合理範圍,而中華映管、瀚宇彩晶及廣輝電子之股價略微低估;在敏感性分析方面,經由個案公司的龍捲風圖發現各家公司對於股價影響幅度最大的評價因子都是邊際利潤率。

Étude des applications des micro-afficheurs pour le phototraçage massivement parallèle de structures submicroniques

Ce travail de thèse s'est inscrit dans la recherche et développement de la photoinscription directe massivement parallèle. L'utilisation d'un masque reconfigurable dans un phototraceur combine la rapidité de la photolithographie par projection et la flexibilité intrinsèque du modulateur spatial de lumière. Le premier axe de travail était d'améliorer la résolution, la vitesse d'écriture et la précision d'un phototraceur existant à Télécom Bretagne et à base d'un modulateur spatial de lumière à cristaux liquides afin d'atteindre la résolution limite possible avec ce système. Nous avons ainsi fabriqué des éléments optiques diffractifs (EOD) dans la photorésine de dimension critique 1 µm à 32 niveaux de phase avec une efficacité de diffraction à l'ordre 0 inférieure à 1% et celle de l'ordre +1 aux alentours de 80%. Le second volet consistait à mettre en place un nouveau phototraceur à l'aide d'un modulateur spatial de lumière à micro-miroirs et d'utiliser des nouvelles longueurs d'onde d'écriture aux alentours de 365 nm, afin d'élargir la gamme de matériaux photosensibles utilisables et d'accéder à une résolution sub-micronique. Ce phototraceur permet la fabrication des EODs binaires par écriture directe dans le matériau sol-gel hybride Ormocer avec une résolution de 700 nm. La dernière partie concernait l'étude et la première démonstration expérimentale de faisabilité de la combinaison de cette technique de phototraçage massivement parallèle avec celle de la photopolymérisation à deux photons qui permet de dépasser la limite de diffraction des systèmes de photoinscription classiques.

Even though TFT-LCD is a high-tech industry, it is a highly competitive business and the average selling price has been dropping year over year. The high technology no longer guarantees high profit margin due to intensive direct competitions among overflowing TFT-LCD makers. Every TFT-LCD maker is aggressively migrating to next generation fabrication and working rapidly to vertically integrate component suppliers to lower the cost. It is believed that in the manufacturing industry such as TFT-LCD is facing the toughest competition ever and all TFT-LCD companies are thinking of possible ways enhance their competitiveness regardless of their scales. To analyze the current industry situation and provide suggestions to current players in the field, this research proceeds with the approach of case study. Using Porter’s Five Forces Model as competitive advantage measuring factors, we apply Value Analysis Tear-down method to see how it can influence each force. Based on the case analysis, the author has reached the following findings: 1.Creating sustainable competitive advantages is very difficult by using cost reduction strategy only 2.Top management’s involvement of a new method or strategy can expedite the execution process and stimulate more innovative ideas 3.Future improvements derived from Value Analysis Tear-Down process must be constantly monitored and implemented to create sustainable advantages

兩兆雙星之液晶面板產業是台灣近期的明星產業。動輒上仟億的投資金額與高技術的進入門檻,卻常承擔著巨額的損失與價格下跌的憂慮。這麼龐大的產業,目前獲利卻相當微薄停止投資又無法延續競爭,原因是整體產業的供需平衡問題一直存在。 液晶面板的應用愈來愈多的新應用產生,也造成面板廠不斷的擴大新世代廠的投資。這需求與供給的平衡交叉點,不斷著因時間、價格在跟著變動著。原本有中、日、韓、三個國家數家面板供應商,到只剩少數指標性廠商還有擴廠的計劃。面板產業目前正處於寡佔競爭的市場局面,如經濟學的賽局理論來分析,這幾家激烈競爭的面板大廠所面臨挑戰,在於各家紛紛投資設廠而造成了供過於求、殺價競爭,產品價格快速下滑等惡性循環的結果。 本研究是就各家面板的現有產能及未來擴產計劃,並考慮到周邊上下游重要零主件,新產品應用及各家廠商市場面的佈局與開發,未來價格走勢,品牌優勢等來探討需求面和市場均衡與液晶週期性,並就新技術發展前景與整體競爭環境及策略發展探討面板業的未來。 台灣的面板產業所謂的面板五虎,從各家的財務獲利、資本支出,到之後的產能規劃與擴建計劃,已經明顯的成為兩個不同層級的競爭態勢與格局。面板產業的規模正在迅速擴張中,面板產業龍頭友達與奇美在公司規模、營收的表現上,已正式超越各家成為產業龍頭。因此本研究以這兩家面板大廠為代表,針對其發展沿革之策略進行分析與比較,以對映台灣面板廠的競爭策略與未來發展。 / The TFT LCD industry is the star business in Taiwan recently. With billions investment and high-tech entry barrier, however, this industry usually suffers huge loss and worries the price drop. So far, the profit rate of LCD is still limit but the new Fab investment can’t be stopped to lose competition in this giant field. The main reason is balance of supply-demand issue still existing in the whole TFT LCD industry. From demand point of view, there are more and more new applications in LCD products; on the other hand, LCD makers must keep investing new Fab in supply. The equilibrium of supply line and demand line has been varied by different timing and various price. The original TFT LCD manufacturers are from Japan, Koran, and Taiwan but only few companies have capability to extend production line. Now, the LCD industry is in the kind of competitive olig-monopolistic market. To analyzing by the game theory of economics, the severe competition among few LCD makers, who bear the critical challenge, have to face up to surplus, price war, and product devaluation due to unbalanced investment. This research is to study the current capacity and their new Fab outputs of all LCD makers as well as to consider vertical and key component sources. Meanwhile, the new application, marketing plan and strategy, future price trend, and brand competence can be reviewed from supply-demand, market equilibrium, and crystal cycling. Further, to study what is the LCD future according to the new strategy, technologic development and competitive environment. Taiwan TFT LCD makers have so-called “Five Tigers”. The LCD business is rapid growing. From each company financial profit, capital investment, capacity plan and new Fab investment, there are two main distinguished level and scale. The leading companies are AUO and CMO, no matter in economic scale, and revenue performance, which are on the top position. This report is also studied these two companies as benchmark to cross-check each company stage and compare each own strategy in order to reflect Taiwan TFT LCD industry and future.
