Bakalauro baigiamajame darbe analizuojama UAB „Televizoriai“ patirtos sąnaudos. Darbas sudarytas iš dviejų dalių – teorinės ir tiriamosios. Teorinėje darbo dalyje, remiantis lietuvių ir užsienio autorių moksline literatūra, apžvelgiama sąnaudų esmė, jų klasifikavimas ir požymiai, sąnaudų analizės būtinumas ir kryptys, išlaidų apibūdinimas, reikšmė bei klasifikacija išlaidų skirstymas ir reikšmė tiriant sąnaudas, sąnaudų mažinimo galimybės. Tiriamojoje darbo dalyje pateikiama UAB „Televizoriai“ charakteristika, valdymo struktūra, pardavimo rinka ir pristatoma gaminama produkcija, atlikta išsami gaminamos produkcijos savikainos analizė už 2005-2009 metus. Nustatyti sąnaudų mažinimo rezervai, pateiktos išvados. / The aim of bachelor thesis is to analyze the costs of true partnership of Ltd „Televizoriai“. The work composed of two parts – theoretical and research. In the theoretical part of the work, based on the Lithuanian and foreign literature, the significance definitions of outlay and cost are described, also their classification and value, the importance of outlay analysis, the opportunities of outlay reduction. In the research part of the work provided the Ltd “Televizoriai” characteristic, structure of management, sales dynamics. Production cost of 2005 – 2009 are properly submitted and analyzed. Determined the alternative for reduction of manufacturing cost, findings are submitted.

Komandinio darbo tobulinimas turizmo organizacijoje / Improvement of teamwork in the tourism organisation

Komandinis darbas – tai tam tikrą kokybinės brandos lygį pasiekusi komandos narių sąveika, kurioje pagrindiniai darbo principai grindžiami komandos narių bendradarbiavimu, parama, pagarba ir pasitikėjimu, vaidmenų pasiskirstymu bei aukšta motyvacija paremtais tarpusavio santykiais. Atlikus tyrimą, galime spręsti, kad darbuotojai, dirbdami komandinį darbą, susiduria su tam tikromis problemomis. Daugelis teigia, jog komandos nariai labiau siekia savų tikslų, o ne organizacijos, komandos nariai vengia prisiimti atsakomybę. Taip pat įvardijamas nesusikalbėjimas su komandos nariais, aiškaus lyderio nebuvimas, laiko trūkumas. Tyrimas parodė, kad kelionių centro ,,Megaturas“ komanda yra ketvirtajame komandos gyvavimo cikle. Tai yra integracijos etapas, kuriame vyrauja efektyvus komandinis darbas, akcentuojamas tinkamas, produktyvus laiko panaudojimas, problemos sprendžiamos kūrybiškai, vadovavimo funkcijos perduodamos kitiems komandos nariams. Norint patobulinti komandinį darbą kelionių centre „Megaturas“ bei pasiekti brandžios komandos statusą, reiktų gerinti organizacijos klimatą komandoje, didinti komandos bendradarbiavimą, tobulinti vadovavimą, stiprinti komandos normas ir didinti jos vaidmenį bei statusą. / Teamwork - is an interaction between team members of qualitative maturity level. The main working principles are based on team member’s cooperation, support, respect and trust, roles, and high motivation-based relationships. The study showed that the team of travel center “Megaturas” is in the fourth team life cycle. It is in the integration phase, which is dominated by effective teamwork, the emphasis at appropriate, productive use of time. Issues are solved creatively and functions of management are delegated to other team members. A large proportion of workers identified these characteristics as most descriptive of their team. The research suggests that staff members faced with certain problems. Many say that the team members are more likely to reach their own goals, rather than the organization, they avoid taking responsibility. The staff also named a lack of communication between team members, non existence of proper leader, shortage of time. To improve teamwork Travel Center ,,Megaturas“ as well as a team to achieve a mature status, the organization should improve the climate for the team, improve team collaboration, improve governance, strengthen the team's standards and to enhance its role and status.

The Master's degree paper provides the analysis of pay system in State owned company Telšiai Region Roads; theoretical and practical aspects of its creation and implementation. The survey data allowed us to identify and evaluate employees’ expectations and state the drawbacks. To improve employees’ interest towards work an empirical research was carried out during which the main functions of work organization in a company were evaluated, related problems were identified as well as their causes and possible solutions to them. The research results confirmed the author's hypothesis that there are some considerable problems regarding creation and implementation of pay system in an organization, which hinders the state enterprise from successful further development.

Nedarbas – sudėtinga socialinė problema, tiesiogiai ir stipriai veikianti tiek atskirus asmenis, tiek ir visą šalį. Darbo rinkoje jaunimas, dažniau susiduria su nedarbo problema bei gauna santykinai mažą darbo užmokestį. Todėl visos Europos Sąjungos šalys, tarp jų ir Lietuva, turi vieningai spręsti jaunimo nedarbo problemą. Šio mokslinio darbo tikslas – išanalizuoti Jaunimo darbo centrų veiklą, nustatyti problemas ir pateikti rekomendacijas joms spręsti. Teorinėje šio darbo dalyje apžvelgiama darbo pasaulio kaitos tendencijos, jaunimo situacija Lietuvos ir Europos Sąjungos darbo rinkoje, analizuojami specifiniai jauno bedarbio bruožai, įsidarbinimo gebėjimai. Šioje dalyje pateikiama informacija apie Lietuvos Jaunimo darbo centrus, jų veiklą, paslaugas. Siekiant išanalizuoti Jaunimo darbo centrų veiklą, dviejuose JDC (Vilniaus ir Panevėžio) atliktas tyrimas, kurio metu apklausti 107 respondentai (JDC lankytojai). Darbe naudojamas tyrimo metodas – anketinė apklausa. / Unemployment is a very difficult social problem, directly and strongly affecting not just separate people but the whole country as well. Youth in the job market oftenly faces unemployment and gets relatively small salary. That is why all European Union countries including Lithuania must solve youth unemployment problems unitely. The aim of this study is to analize Youth Labour Centers’ (YLC) activities, determine problems and give recommendations how to solve them. In the theoretical part of this study labour work tendencies, youth situation in Lithuania and EU labour market are described, specific young uneployed persons features and employment capabilities are analized. Information about Lithuanian Youth Labour Centers, their activities and services is presented also. Seeking to analize Youth Labour Centers’ activities deeper research was made in 2 Сenters (Vilnius and Panevezys). 107 respondents were interviewed (YLC clients), research type is questionnaire. Research showed that Youth Labour Centers activities like organizing special sessions, informing youth about changes in the labour market help solving youth unemployment problems. Thus YLC activities do have some problems and in order to solve them, time, human and financial resources are needed. SANTRAUKA Kiekviena valstybės, tame tarpe ir Lietuvos Respublika, yra suinteresuota reguliuoti užsieniečių darbą savo teritorijoje, siekiant, visų pirma, apsaugoti savo vidinę darbo rinką, iš kitos pusės, pripažįstant užsieniečių teisę į darbą ir vykdant prisiimtus pagal tarptautinius teisės aktus įsipareigojimus, garantuoti galimybę dirbti jos teritorijoje bei užtikrinti tinkamas darbo sąlygas. Atsižvelgiant į aktualijas, pastaruoju metu įvyko ne mažai reikšmingų pasikeitimų, įtvirtinant diferencijuotą užsieniečių darbo teisinį reguliavimą. Šiame darbe yra pateikiama sisteminė užsieniečių iš Europos Sąjungos ir trečiųjų valstybių įdarbinimo ir darbo Lietuvoje teisinio reguliavimo analizė. Lately many changes of legal regulation have taken place and various legal acts are being planed to accept, which provide for the differentiated legal regulation of employment and work conditions of foreigners, coming from European Union and third countries. This work, first of all, presents the analysis of legal regulation of work, based on the employment contracts. The purpose was to determine the peculiarities of employment of foreigners, the execution of the employment contracts and their termination. Besides that, this work also presents the analysis of legal regulation of work of temporary posted workers, aimed at determining the specific regulation of such king of work and exposing some of the positive sides and the shortcomings of national regulation. Pastarąjį dešimtmetį dėl vis didėjančio globalizacijos tempo vienu iš aktualiausių debatų ekonomikos srityje tapo konkurencingumas. Jis dažnai siejamas su valstybių ekonominio potencialo vystymu, kurį įtakoja ne tik atskiros ekonomikos šakos ar įmonės, tačiau ir valstybinis sektorius, pasitelkdamas reguliacinę politiką. Ji sukuria tam tikrą veikimo rėmą – nustato privačių veikėjų elgesio taisykles, ir tokiu būdu įtakoja atskirų rinkų, tokių kaip prekių, kapitalo, darbo jėgos funkcionavimą bei patrauklumą. Siekiant įvertinti, palyginti valstybių konkurencingumą bei atitinkamai jas pozicionuoti, tarptautinės organizacijos (Pasaulio Bankas; Pasaulio ekonomikos forumas) bei ekspertai, remdamiesi tam tikrais kriterijais, kasmet teikia palyginamojo pobūdžio konkurencingumo studijas. It is often being associated with the development of countries economical potential, influenced not only by the different economical branches or enterprises, but also by public sector, which is empowered with regulatory policy. This policy is meant to create a certain framework for actions – by setting the rules for the behaviour of private actors, thus influencing the functioning and attractiveness of different kind of markets (goods; capital; labour force). Each year such economic and social research giants as The World Bank, The World Economic Forum announce “the leaders and the loser” of economic potential and attractiveness. For example, based on the “Doing Business” (2006) assessment Lithuanian ranks as a 16th country as regards the ease of doing business. However based on one of the detailed indicators – employing workers - Lithuania ranks only as a 119th country out of 175 countries. Pendant la recherche expérimentale on a essayé de trouver les raisons des diplômés du département de la technologie de l’élévage d’animaux de l’Académie Vétérinaire Lituanienne que empêchent de concurrencer librement dans le marché du travail. On a aussi essayé de découvrir l’attitude des employeurs potenciaux et de analyser et de comparer les résultats de l’employement des diplômés des ans 2003 avec les résultats de l’employement des diplômés des émissions précédentes. La technique de la récherche a consisté des études de la litérature scientifique, de l’enquête des étudiants et des professeurs, de l’analyse des données statistiques, de la sistemation et des conclusions. La recherche des diplômés des ans 2003 du département de la technologie de l’élévage d’animaux de l’Académie vétérinaire lituanienne (LVA) a confirmé essentiellement la notre hypothèse que la position des experts cadets de qualification haute de l’élévage d’animaux dans le marché du travail s’améliore. Le niveau de l’employement des diplômés de 2003 a augmenté de 33 pour cents des points en comparant avec les données des diplômés de 1999-2002; le nombre des employées de la spécialité acquérie a augmentéde 16 pour cents. Malgré les changements positifs, l’intégration des experts cadets de qualification haute de l’élévage d’animaux au marché du travail reste encore problématique.
