Education is a particular field of culture and its basis is human being and his culture, therefore the human being can not be educated in isolation without considering needs of particular nation and culture. The documents of Education of Lithuania indicate that the main purpose of education is to guarantee development of human physical, mental and unseen power to be as universal as possible as well as to create conditions for revealing individuality. Seeking for this purpose it is necessary to cognize the human being. Seeking to protect individuality of the leaner, to help in spreading and expression of the features of personality, individual attitude to each human being plays especially important role. Individualization of the process of teaching is important in teaching each separate subject and especially in teaching technologies, because their basis is comprised of independent activity of schoolchild. Aktualumas: Profesinio mokymo teikėjas: vykdo profesinio mokymo įstaigos vadybinės ir pedagoginės veiklos vidinį vertinimą; atsako už profesinio mokymo kokybę. Darbo tikslas: Išanalizuoti mokymo kokybės profesinėje mokykloje sampratą ir realijas. Darbo uždaviniai:  Išstudijuoti, pedagoginę, psichologinę, sociologinę literatūrą bei įvairius dokumentus, nagrinėjančius švietimo įstaigos vertinimo nuostatų teorinę bazę.  Ištirti mokytojų nuostatas vertinant profesinio parengimo kokybę.  Atskleisti mokinių įsivertinimą profesinio pasirengimo kokybės požiūriu.  Nustatyti darbdavių požiūrį į profesinio parengimo kokybę.  Aptarti respondentų grupių vertinimų dermę, diagnozuojant profesinį pasirengimą praktinei veiklai. Study task is to analyze the conception and the reality of teaching quality in a professional school. The study consists three parts. Theoretical aspects of educational institution assessment are analyzed in the first part of this study. The point of professional school audit context is revealed in the second part. The empirical results of the study are presented in the third part. The conclusions follow that professional study quality depends on many factors: economical status of the country, adequate material basis of education institution, qualification of pedagogy, organization of teaching and a contingent of students. There is no unique and reliable system underlying the professional studying quality in Lithuania. The result of this study let us state that the main valuators of studying quality are employers. Study data show that employers are wanly ranking the professional preparedness of their trainees than the trainees themselves. The quality analysis shows that statistically reliable relation between evaluation of professional preparedness level or teaching quality and that dementias like motivation, success during the practice, also education institution system of knowledge evaluation. Study results indicate that mostly pupils agree with the statement that their professional preparedness depend only on their own effort. Atvirojo kodo kompiuterinių programų elektroninio mokymo sistema / Open source software electronic learning system

Lithuanian society isn’t enough informed about open-source computer software, witch fully can change commercial products. In this work e-learning system and main problems of their implementation were analyzed. The open-source software e-learning system was created available for all users. We can find in it the information about the open-source software, usage tutorials, tests for knowledge examination and all related news. This e-learning system is implemented so that further its development is relied on users, with a minimal system administrator intervention. The created system was compared with ideal and now existing e-learning systems, its advantages and disadvantages were identified. According to the users opinion, the system passes all main requirements of internet systems. During implementation of this e-learning system the software configuration and implementation problems were encountered. The recommendations of experts and knowledge found in different forums were very helpful. There is the promise that the developed e-learning system will help to promote the open source software in Lithuania, for Lithuanian users.

MA paper “Improvement of efficiency of teaching pupils of primary grades of music school to play musical instruments through optimum combination of age peculiarities and individual working methods" analyses efficiency of individual working methods of teaching pupils of primary grades of different ages to play piano. As children of different ages having different physical and mental capacities, and different musical background study in a music school, this paper focuses on teaching psychology with consideration of individual properties and age peculiarities of pupils. Subject of the study – efficiency of individual working methods of teaching pupils of primary grades of different ages to play piano. Goal of the study – to evaluate efficiency of individual methods of delivering piano lessons for pupils of primary grades of different ages. In order to achieve this goal, the following objectives are set: to determine which individual work at the lessons stimulates pupils of primary grades to learn; to discover peculiarities of pupils of different ages of primary grades of a music school; to check efficiency of individual teaching model through questionnaire survey. Magistro darbe nagrinėjamos mobilios technologijos bei ju naudojimas mokyme. Šio darbo tikslas – aprašyti mobilias mokymui tinkamas technologijas, atlikti ju naudojimo mokyme analize. Pirmiausia aprašomos ir nagrinėjamos mokymui tinkamos mobiliosios technologijos, lyginamos šiu priemoniu galimybės pagal ju sudėtinguma, patoguma vartotojui ir funkciju ivairove. Pateikta praktinio mobiliuju technologiju naudojimo mokyme analizė – atlikta vykdomu Europoje ir pasaulyje mobiliuju technologiju taikymo mokyme projektu ir ju ataskaitu apžvalga. Atlikta Lietuvos moksleiviu nuostatu apie mobilias technologijas ir ju naudojima mokymui anketinė apklausa ir gautu duomenu analizė. / Modern technologies and the usage of them in teaching are being analysed in the Master’s thesis. The aim of this work is to describe mobile technologies suitable for teaching, to have the analysis of their usage in teaching. First of all mobile technologies suitable for teaching are being discussed, the possibilities of these means, having in mind their complexity, convenience for the user and the range of their functions are being compared. Practical analysis of mobile technologies is presented – a review of reports on the projects of mobile technologies which are applied in Europe and in the world is made. The analysis of the attitude of Lithuanian schoolchildren towards modern technologies and their usage in teaching as well as a questionnaire and the analysis of all the data was made.

SUMMARRY In hodiernal primary class meet the schoolchild who have the different ability, different practice chance, the schoolchild who have different training requirements. The heterogeneous group is formed in that variety of individual differences and requirements and necessity of special training are showed up. In that group conceptualize situation, when teacher must satisfy different individual requirements during the short lesson time. Galkiene (2003, 2005), Juozaitytė (2003), Melienė, Ruškus, Elijošienė (2003), Dabrišienė, Narkevičienė (2002), Kaffemanienė, Lusver (2004) point up that successful study of child who have special training requirements in heterogeneous group asociate with necessity of new pedagogical technologies.
