Šio darbo tikslas – pasiulyti nauja algoritma muzikos kuriniu indeksacijai ir paieškai. Tikslui pasiekti formuluojami uždaviniai ir reikalavimai naujai pasiulytam algoritmui. Taip pat darbe išnagrinejami šiuo metu naudojami algoritmai muzikos indeksacijai ir paieškai. Kitoje darbo dalyje pateikiamas algoritmas, kuriam naudojami Teiloro koeficientai padeda išskirti muzikos požymius. Išskirtu muzikos požymiu palyginimui pateikiamos dvi algoritmo versijos: greitoji versija, kuri naudojasi hash raktais, ir letoji versija, naudojanti daugiau duomenu muzikos palyginimui. Rasti algoritmai testuojami eksperimentineje darbo dalyje – tikrinamas algoritmu atsparumas triukšmui, ju priklausomybe nuo užklausos trukmes. Taip pat algoritmu rezultatai lyginami ir su kitais algoritmais. Gauti rezultatai parodo, kad algoritmai geba atpažinti muzikos kurini esant trisdešimt penkiu decibelu triukšmui tik iš trisdešimties sekundžiu irašo. / The goal of this work is to propose a new algorithm for music indexing and searching. To achieve this, objectives and requirements were formulated for the newly proposed algorithm. State of the art algorithms for music indexing and searching were also examined. Following that, an algorithm that uses Taylor coefficients to distinguish music features was suggested. To compare music features, two algorithm versions were suggested: a quick version th at uses hash keys, and a slow version, using more data to compare the music. The suggested algorithms are tested in the experimental part. Noise immunity and their dependence on the length of the query are checked. The results are compared with those of th e state of the art algorithms. They show that the algorithm is able to recognize a music that has thirty - five decibel noise and only from a thirty seconds query.

SUMMARY The uniqueness of folklore is in the provided possibility of self – express for everyone. Folklore is not only singing, but also playing musical instruments, dancing, and acting. This way children can be involved into dynamic activities. It cannot be achieved only by singing, though, as there can be some children in a class whose ear for music and voice are weaker developed. The demand for a student to express himself or herself can be met referring to those musical abilities, which are stronger expressed. However, pupils prefer entertaining music, where rhythm dominates; while historically valuable musical compositions remain incomprehensible, therefore they do not become a part of one’s individuality. Students of senior forms become uninterested both in folk music and in the subject of music itself. The study analyses the tendencies of Lithuanian folk music in education of students of the 9th -12th forms. The aim of this research work is to base the importance of folk music in musical education as a relevant prerequisite for intensive interface between national culture and a person. Lithuanian comprehensive schools have got original textbooks of Music. They represent a complex of different musical activities joined into units. Containing a wide range of teaching material on offer they provide a variety of choices that can be served in a menu determined by the teacher's taste. Purposeful and accurate selection is the necessary condition for effective teaching. The aim of the Graduation Dissertation of Master‘s Degree is to explore how much material of textbooks of Music on average can be taught and learnt throughout the school year having one lesson a week. Finding out how to make the picking of textbook’s material approachable to accomplish curriculum of Music is another goal of the investigation. For survey I have chosen the textbook of Music V-VII grades (last published 2004) by E.Balcytis. The educational experiment has been done in V.Macernis secondary school of Seda, district of Mazeikiai, also most teachers of Music and students of V-VII grades have been tested. The results show that working in a consistent, thoughtful way combined with a standart condition can give clearly indicated ‘desirable outcomes’ , namely, the fulfilment of the most important curriculum items. However, the teacher has to select carefully a musical compositions suitable to each theme and grade. It is the first dissertation in which such a research has been made.

Darbe nagrinėjama tikėjimo kaip santykio su tikrove praradimo patirties problema bei jos raiška šiuolaikinėje muzikinėje kūryboje. Estetinė žiūra čia suprantama kaip galimybė šią patirtį medijuoti skirtingai nuo mokslinio jos traktavimo būdo, ir taip problemą aktualizuoti meno kūrinį išgyvenančioje sąmonėje. Ši meno geba atskleidžiama remiantis A. Schopenhauer’io, F. Nietzsche’s ir M. Heidegger’io mąstymu. Išskirtinė vieta čia tenka muzikinei kūrybai, kuri suprantama kaip apjungianti savyje du prasmės medijavimo elementus: kalbinį (poetinį) ir garsinį (muzikinį). Abu šie elementai yra traktuojami kaip vienas kitą papildantys; kalba suteikia kontekstą garsui, o muzika praturtina poetinį kūrinio skambesį. Per vokiečių grupės Sapnų dienoraštis albumo Vienas iš 18 angelų hermeneutinę interpretaciją siekiama parodyti tikėjimo problemos aktualumą šiandienos kontekste. Tikėjimo problema pasirodo kaip Nietzsche’s filosofijoje konceptualizuotos nihilistinės sąmonės bruožų turinti laikysena. Albume susiduriama su pasaulio, kurį yra apleidusi dieviškoji tikrovė, įvaizdžiu, kuris suprantamas kaip modifikuotas Nietzsche’s „Dievo mirties“ skelbimas. Santykio su tikrove praradimo situacijoje pagrindinis dėmesys atitenka gyvenimo įprasminimo paieškai. Netiesioginė Nietzsche’s nihilistinio mąstymo adaptacija interpretuojamame albume suprantama kaip tebesitęsiantis iššūkis Vakarų kultūrai susiorientuoti savyje. / In this research the problem of faith as an experience of loss of relation with reality is approached through its manifestation in modern musical creation. Aesthetical point of view is understood as a possibility to mediate this experience in a different way than it is treated in science, and by doing so, it can actualize given problem in an art recepting consciousness. This art’s capacity is revealed in the philosophy of A. Schopenhauer, F. Nietzsche and M. Heidegger. Exclusive attention in this research is given to musical creation, which is understood as interconnecting two elements of sense mediation: linguistic (poetic) and sound (musical). Both these elements are treated as complementing one another; speech gives context to music, and music enriches poetical sound. The relevancy of problem of faith in modern context is shown through hermeneutical interpretation of German musical band Diary of Dreams’ album One of 18 angels. The problem of faith reveals itself in nihilistc way, which was conceptualized in the philosophy of Nietzsche. The album presents a vision of the world which is abandoned by divinity. Such vision is understood as a modified Nietzsche’s statement of „God’s death“. In a situation of loss of relation with reality main attention goes towards the search for the sense of existence. Recognition of indirect adaptation of Nietzsche’s thinking is understood as a continuing challenge for the Western culture to understand itself.

Magistro darbe analizuojamas V – VI klasių mokinių kūrybiškumo ugdymas muzikos pamokoje improvizuojant, siekiama atskleisti šio proceso kryptis ir metodiką, tobulinimo galimybes. Tyrimo objektas – mokytojų ir mokinių nuomonė apie muzikinį kūrybiškumo ugdymą improvizuojant. Darbo uždaviniai: atskleisti kūrybiškumo proceso teorinį aspektą, įvertinant improvizavimą kaip kūrybiškumą įtakojančią muzikinę veiklą. Empirinio tyrimo uždaviniai: išaiškinti svarbiausius kūrybišką asmenybę lemiančius veiksnius, pateikti rekomendacijas, kokiomis kryptimis galima vystyti muzikinio ugdymo improvizuojant strategiją. Tyrimas atliktas taikant pokalbio, anketinės apklausos metodus. Darbe iškeliama pedagoginė problema – mokinių nenoras giliau domėtis muzika. Improvizuojant ši problema pasireiškia mokinių iniciatyvos stoka, susikaustymu, nemokėjimu ir nenoru išreikšti save. Tai ypač būdinga paaugliams. Tyrimas parodė, kad mokytojai kūrybiškumą nelaiko prioritetine muzikinės veiklos sritimi. Jie kūrybiškai asmenybei priskiria šias savybes: mokėjimą fantazuoti, atkaklumą įgyvendinant savo idėjas, laisvumą, pasitikėjimą, emocingumą, jautrumą, originalumą, nepriklausomumą. Ištirta, kad svarbiausi veiksniai, lemiantys improvizavimo sėkmę, yra muzikinės klausos ir muzikinės atminties lavinimas, saviraiškos ir pažinimo poreikių tenkinimas, sugebėjimas operuoti muzikos išraiškos priemonėmis. Research subject - teachers and pupils’ opinion of musical creativity education through improvization. Research objectives: to review the theoretical aspect of creative process, assessing improvization as creativity which influence musical activity. Empiric research objectives: to analyse the most important activities of a creative personality; to present recommendation on the ways of music education through improvization strategy. The research is based on oral and written questions. Pedagogical problem of the research – pupils’ unwillingness to understand music deeper. This especially concerns teenagers. The research has demonstrated that teachers do not consider creativity to be the priority ir music education. According to them a creative personality possesses the following qualities; ability to imagine and realise ideas, freedom, self - confidence, emotions, sensitivity, originality, independence. Definition of strategy, analysis of main concepts, conception, phases and steps of strategical planning, structure of strategical management are being presented in Master’s work. Analysis of how educational tendencies in other European countries influence on strategy of education in Lithuania, changes and reforms in education, issues of musical education in context of education reform are being provided in this work. Analysis of main musical education systems in different countries and conceptions of various authors are being presented in Master’s paper. External and internal factors of musical education system at Balbieriškis basic school are being analyzed. Analysis of conditions in education shows demographic crisis. Decreasing number of children is conditioned by low number of births. Level of unemployment is getting lower. However, more young people leave country. Positive rates are as follows: more children aspire to secondary education, more young people aged 7-24 study, many schools use computers in process of education, sponsorship for educational institutions is growing, there are more certified teachers – supervisors and experts at schools. Diplominio darbo autorius - Eglė Mėgelaitytė, aprašo baigiamąjį darbą pavadinimu – „Spalvotoji fuga“. Diplominio darbo tema – spalvotoji fuga – apibendrina dailės ir muzikos meno šakų siejimąsi tarpusavyje, darbo tikslas – išnagrinėjus šių meno šakų sąsajas, sukurti tekstilės kompoziciją, kurioje būtų vizualizuojama muzikos kūrinio forma. Teorinė ir kūrybinė baigiamojo darbo dalys susideda iš keturių tarpusavyje susijusių dalių. Pirmoji darbo dalis yra apie meno šakų – muzikos ir dailės tarpusavio sąsajas ir vaidmenį mokymo procese. Čia apžvelgiama ir analizuojama dviejų meno šakų samprata ir reikšmė. Antroje dalyje nagrinėjama anketinė apklausa pagrindinėje mokykloje, čia analizuojamas dailės ir muzikos meno šakų ugdymas ir mokinių požiūris į šias meno šakas. Pateikiama apklausos esmė ir metodika, apžvelgiami rezultatai ir išvados. Trečioje dalyje pateikiama muzikos formų vizualios interpretacijos įvairių menininkų darbuose. Thesis colligates the visual art and music inter-connection with each other, aiming at creating of textile art composition visualizing musical piece after an examination of artistic ties between these two art forms. Thesis consists of four sections. The first part deals with ties, bonds and role in education between music and visual art. It analyses significance and cognition of these two branches of art. The second part examines the polled survey performed in high school. It analyzes education of music and fine arts of students as well as attitudes towards these disciplines. Provides questionnaire type and methodology; an overview of the results and conclusions. The third section presents various forms of visual interpretations of music in different works of fine art. This part looks into artists and their created visual art that was based on musical themes. The fourth part provides insight into milestones of the creative work realization – shaping the idea of musical form – the idea of fugue, composition sketches, examples of technology, photos of work in progress and finished artwork. Thesis conclusions are provided in the end, along with used literature, school surveys; examples of music form interpretations in various types of visual works of art. Designed and realized the textiles art composition (140x230), created using glue and shibori technology.

Šiame magistriniame darbe nagrinėjamas muzikos kūrinių autorių teisių administravimas, kuris yra aktualus kiekvienam muzikos atstovui, tiek pačiam kūrėjui, tiek vartotojui. Analizuojama muzikos kūrinių autorių teisių administravimo sistema bei teoriniai muzikos autorių teisių apsaugos modeliai, aptariama pasaulyje bei Lietuvoje autorių teisių apsaugą užtikrinanti institucinė bei įstatyminė sistema, akcentuojant autorinio atlyginimo pasiskirstymą, bei jo įtaką kūrėjams. Taikant kokybinio ir kiekybinio tyrimo metodikas analizuojamas autorinio atlyginimo pasiskirstymas, palyginant ir su kitomis valstybėmis, tokiomis kaip Danija, Belgija, Prancūzija, tiriamos Lietuvos autorių teisių problemos bei aptariama bendra tiriamos srities situaciją Lietuvoje. Darbe atsakoma į svarbius klausimus, kurie iškyla eiliniam žmogui: kaip yra atlyginama meno kūrėjams už jų intelektualaus kūrybinio darbo rezultatus, skatinančius visuomenės pažangą? There is also analyzed copyright management system of music and theoretical copyright protection models and discussed copyright protection institutional and legitimate system, emphasizing the distribution of royalties and its impact on creators in Lithuania and worldwide. In the qualitative and quantitative researches there is analyzed the distribution of royalties and there is a comparison with other countries such as Denmark, Belgium and France. There is studied copyright issues and discussed the overall situation in the investigated area in Lithuania. This work answers to important questions which arise for ordinary people: how to reward the artists for their intellectual and creative results of works which also promotes social progress? How to balance the rights of holders and the rights of users' interests in the growing commerce of intellectual property and in the progress of modern technology in society?
