Orientador: Maurizio Babini / Banca: Ieda Maria Alves / Banca: José Horta Nunes / Banca: Manoel Messias Alves da Silva / Banca: Marilei Amadeu Sabino / Resumo: O presente trabalho tem como objetivo principal proceder à análise do subconjunto vocabular da Biotecnologia detectando neônimos do domínio, encontrando seus equivalentes em língua inglesa para a elaboração de um Dicionário Terminológico Onomasiológico Eletrônico dos Neônimos da Biotecnologia com Equivalências em Inglês. Para tanto, nosso trabalho consiste na elaboração de um dicionário Terminológico Onomasiológico eletrônico dos neônimos do domínio da Biotecnologia no Brasil, buscando a realização do tratamento dos dados em português e seus equivalentes em inglês; para o qual, seguimos os pressupostos propostos por Babini (2001). Entende-se por dicionário onomasiológico todo dicionário que permite encontrar uma unidade lexical ou terminológica a partir de seu conteúdo semântico. A metodologia empregada no tratamento terminográfico e na pesquisa terminológica bilíngue foi norteada pela TCT (Teoria Comunicativa da Terminologia), que nos auxiliou a lidar com as diferenças existentes entre os dois idiomas estudados. As principais referências metodológicas e teóricas que guiaram nossas buscas, especialmente no que tange aos neônimos, à formação de palavras e à busca equivalentes lexicais, foram Alves (2009, 2008, 2007, 2001), Felber (1984), Dubuc (1985), Rondeau (1984), Alpìzar-Castillo (1995), Cabré (1993, 1999), Barros (2004), Babini (2006, 2001a, 2001). Um ponto inovador do modelo adotado são as possibilidades de buscas. Em particular, nosso dicionário oferece ao usuário o semema (conjunto de semas ou traços semânticos que compõe o conceito de cada termo do dicionário) em língua portuguesa, bem como as equivalências em língua inglesa. (Resumo completo, clicar acesso eletrônico abaixo) / Abstract: The present study aims at carrying out the analysis of a Biotechnology vocabulary subset, detecting domain neonims. To this end, our study relies on the elaboration of an Electronic Onomasiological Terminological Dictionary of the Biotechnology Neonims, searching equivalents in English and performing the data treatment in Portuguese; for which we followed the ideas proposed by Babini (2001). An onomasiological dictionary can be understood as any dictionary that allows to find a lexical or terminological unit from its semantic content. The methodology employed in the terminographic treatment and in the terminological research was guided by the CTT (Communicative Theory of Terminology), which served to handle the existing differences between the two languages studied. The main methodological and theoretical references that guided our searches, specially when it comes to neonims, word formation and the search for lexical equivalents were Alves (2009, 2008, 2007, 2001), Felber (1984), Dubuc (1985), Rondeau (1984), Alpìzar-Castillo (1995), Cabré (1993, 1999), Barros (2004), Babini (2006, 2001a, 2001). An innovative feature in the adopted model are the search possibilities. Specifically, our dictionary offers to the user the sememe (set of semes or semantic traits that compose each term in the dictionary) in the Portuguese language, as well as the equivalents in the English language. As for the electronic platform for the dictionary, we created a database in MS Access, and the information was stored in tables, what allowed a better organization and treatment of the information. Inicialmente, apresentamos uma explanação teórica sobre o estudo do léxico, além da sua ampliação e utilização na língua escrita, sob as perspectivas teóricas de Alves (1994), Barbosa (1981) e Biderman (2001), entre outros. Coletamos e organizamos os textos jornalísticos do caderno Ilustrada, no período de janeiro a dezembro de 2003, perfazendo um total de 289 seções de artigos em formato word, que resultaram em aproximadamente 300 neologismos. Essa base lingüística foi armazenada no programa computacional Folio Views® 4.1, gerando assim, o corpus de nossa pesquisa, a partir do qual resgatamos e apresentamos o contexto, a ocorrência de itens lexicais, como por exemplo, lulanês, que se trata de um neologismo sintático formado por derivação sufixal e faz parte da linguagem empregada pelo atual presidente da república do Brasil, Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva. Essas novas criações lexicais foram classificadas em campos semânticos, a saber: televisão, política e cotidiano. Oferecemos, além disso, uma apresentação, por meio de gráficos, dos recursos neológicos mais utilizados por José Simão, com o intuito de observamos a vivacidade do processo de criação neológica que esse escritor exibe em seus textos. / The following work proposed to study and show some neologisms presented in the communication system by a columnist of Folha de São Paulo newspaper, José Simão. First, we showed a theoretical explanation about lexical studies beyond its application and use in the written language, using the perspectives theoricals of Alves (1994), Barbosa (1981) and Biderman (2001), etc. We collected and organized the journalistic texts of the Ilustrada paper, from this columnist, in the period of January to December of 2003, totaling 289 sections of articles in the word format, ending in approximately 300 neologisms. This linguistic base was kept in a computer program called folio views® 4.1. giving the corpus of our survey, and then we took back and showed the context, the occurrence and we classificated the lexical items, as for example, the neologism lulanês, which is a syntactic neologism formed by suffixal derivation and makes part of the spoken language used by our actual republic president of Brazil, Luis Inácio da Silva. These new lexical creations were classificated in semantic fields like: television, politics, and everyday. We proposed, moreover, a presentation by graphics of the neologics resources more used by José Simão which were more used to verify the vivacity of the neological processes that he presented in his texts.

Thus, the purpose of this study is to describe and analyze borrowed English-based neologisms (which contain at least one English-language morpheme in its composition) that have their occurrence verified in one of the indicated social networks. For this, it is anchored theoretically in the domains of lexical studies, since part of the premise that neology is not grammar, neology is lexical, lexical phenomenon, more specifically, is lexical expansion. This paper is based on Barbosa (1990), Biderman (1996), Nebot (2001), Welker (2004) Camacho (2008), Basílio (2011), Siqueira (2014, 2015) to review concepts and definitions of Lexicology, lexical, lexical unit, in the sense of revising and redirecting conceptions, because within the scope of the ability to create words by the speaker, now in network, linguistic phenomena occur at levels as a whole, depending on the motivation or even the context: morphological, syntactic , semantic, pragmatic. A priori, this study assumes that the lexicon is probably the aggregator of those grammatical aspects that are limited to neologisms, whether simple words or not. The methodology consists of the combination of procedures that have in the methods of qualitative approach their support. Thus, it seeks to combine methods that evidence the internet as "culture", as "cultural artifact", with some steps of the ethnographic research carried out for the Internet environment, andsome procedures of netnography, searching for data that are yet to emerge, expressions brand new in a support also relatively new if it is considered that the internet can be both object of research and place of research as well as the research tool. / O interesse pelo tema adveio, primeiramente da observação da intensa variedade linguísticas que se verifica na internet por usuários de todos os tipos em diversas mídias, especialmente no site de relacionamentos Facebook, assim partindo da importância entre as relações entre léxico, sociedade e cibercultura. Posto isso, o objetivo deste estudo se constitui em descrever e analisar neologismos por empréstimo, de base inglesa, (que contenham pelo menos, um morfema da língua inglesa em sua composição) que tenham sua ocorrência verificada em uma das redes sociais indicadas. Paratanto, ancora-se teoricamente nos domínios dos estudos lexicais, uma vez que parte da premissa que neologia não é gramática, neologia é léxico, é fenômeno lexical, mais especificamente, é ampliação do léxico. Pauta-se assim em Barbosa (1990), Biderman (1996), Nebot (2001), Welker (2004) Camacho (2008), Basílio (2011), Siqueira (2014, 2015), para revisar conceitos e definições de Lexicologia, de unidade lexical, de léxico, no sentido de rever e redirecionar concepções, pois no âmbito da capacidade de criação de palavras pelo falante, agora em rede, ocorrem fenômenos linguísticos em níveis como um todo, dependendo da motivação ou mesmo do contexto: morfológicos, sintáticos, semânticos, pragmáticos. A priori, este estudo assume que provavelmente, o léxico seja o agregador desses aspectos gramaticais que se circunscrevem aos neologismos, sejam palavras simples, ou não. A metodologia consiste da combinação de procedimentos que têm nos métodos de abordagem qualitativa seu suporte. Assim, procura combinar métodos que evidenciem a internet como “cultura”, como “artefato cultural”, com alguns passos das pesquisas de cunho etnográfico levadas para o ambiente da internet, e alguns procedimentos da netnografia, buscando dados que ainda estão por surgir, expressões novíssimas num suporte também, relativamente novo se se considerar que a internet pode ser tanto objeto de pesquisa quanto local de pesquisa como também a ferramenta de pesquisa.

Este trabalho desenvolve um estudo sobre os neologismos encontrados nas revistas especializadas em adolescentes. Considera alguns pontos relacionados com as características físicas e psicológicas dos indivíduos dessa faixa etária. Analisa a linguagem usada pelos adolescentes e a linguagem das revistas que eles lêem. Também se refere à Lexicologia e à Lexicografia enfatizando a relação entre o léxico e o desenvolvimento social. Este trabalho visa ao estudo da dinamicidade linguística do português contemporâneo, por meio da observação de neologismos lexicais coletados na imprensa escrita. Levando em consideração o aspecto ideológco da linguagem, busca acompanhar a atuação do falante em relação à produção de novas palavra, os motivos pelos quais surgem e o grau de resistência ao seu uso. Objetiva analisar os principais processos de formação de vocábulos em língua portuguesa e identificar os mais produtivos no âmbito do corpus. Ademais, pretende demonstrar as etapas distintas dos processos de inovação e adoção dos neologismos, sobre os quais incidem vários fatores de ordem social, ressaltando a importância da contextualização do vocábulo, cujo exame deve ocorrer sempre à luz dos aspectos discursivos. E, como objetivo último, busca analisar até que ponto as mudanças vivenciadas pela sociedade brasileira estão se refletindo em nossa língua / This work seeks to the study of the linguistic renovation in the contemporary Portuguese, through the observation of lexical neologisms collected in the written press. Taking into account the ideological aspect of the language, search to accompany the speakers performance in relation to the production of new words, the reasons for the which appear and the resistance degree to its use. Lens to analyze the main processes of formation of words in Portuguese language and identify the most productive in the extent of the corpus. Porém, por um longo período da história, a Língua Brasileira de Sinais (Libras) foi desvalorizada e forçadamente excluída dos espaços sociais. Em consequência do processo histórico, hoje é comum identificar conceitos de áreas de especialidade que não possuam terminologia específica em Libras. A inexistência de signos incide diretamente sobre o acesso ao conhecimento de forma mais natural ao surdo. Neste sentido, quando se aborda o domínio da terminologia, dois problemas devem ser tratados: (1) a baixa disseminação dos registros da língua; e (2) a dificuldade de interação entre as diferentes comunidades do país, o que tem implicado em criações difusas de sinais ou mesmo compreensões equivocadas sobre conceitos. Ante as constatações, esta tese teve em vista a proposição de um framework conceitual para Comunidades de Prática Virtuais visando a apoiar a ampliação do repertório terminológico da Língua de Sinais. Para tanto, a pesquisa buscou promover um diálogo entre a Teoria de Comunidades de Prática, ao considerar o aspecto social da aprendizagem e construção do conhecimento; a Teoria da Cognição Distribuída ao considerar o uso das Tecnologias de Informação e Comunicação para fomentar a distribuição dos processos cognitivos entre pessoas e artefatos; o domínio da Terminologia por envolver o desenvolvimento de neologismos para designar conhecimentos e a Língua de Sinais enquanto modalidade de comunicação e língua de desenvolvimento dos neologismos. Além das pesquisas sobre o referencial teórico, foi realizado um estudo etnográfico em uma de uma comunidade de prática atuante na produção de neologismos terminológicos em Língua de Sinais, sendo este estudo analisado de utilizando a Teoria da Cognição Distribuída. A análise do estudo culminou na proposta do framework conceitual Términus, o qual foi utilizado como referência para a implementação de um protótipo funcional nomeado como MooBi. As avaliações da proposta validaram a aplicabilidade do framework ao problema identificado.<br> / Abstract : The communication in visuospatial modality marks all the construction of deaf?s culture. However, for a long period of history, the Brazilian Sign Language (Libras) was devalued and forcibly excluded from social spaces. As result of the historical process, it is common identify concepts in specific domains that do not have terminology in Libras. The absence of signs directly affects access to knowledge in a more natural manner to the deaf. In this sense, when discussing the field of terminology, two problems must be addressed: (1) the low dissemination of terminologies in Libras; and (2) the difficulty of interaction between the different communities of the country, which has been implicated in diffuse creations signs or even misunderstandings about concepts. In view of the findings, this research sought to propose a conceptual framework for Virtual Communities of Practice aiming to support the expansion of terminological repertoire of sign language. Therefore, the research sought to promote a dialogue between Communities of Practice Theory, considering the social aspect of learning and knowledge construction; the Distributed Cognition Theory, considering the distribution of cognitive processes among people and artifacts; the domain of Terminology which through neological processes, operates in creation of terms to designate knowledge; and Sign Language, as a mode of communication. In addition to research of the state of art, an ethnographic study was conducted in an community of practice acting in the production of terminological neologisms in sign language which was analyzed according to the Distributed Cognition Theory. The analysis of the study culminated in the proposition of Términus conceptual framework, which was used as reference for the implementation of a functional prototype named MooBi. Assessments of the prototype validated the applicability of the framework to the identified problem.

A proposta de pesquisa tem por base teórica a Análise do Discurso desenvolvida por Pêcheux, na França, nos anos 60. A questão da identidade profissional será investigada, através dos textos produzidos pelos alunos, em três diferentes momentos da aprendizagem nesta escola militar - o ingresso, a promoção a grumete e a formatura de marinheiro. É através do domínio do jargão marinheiro e da identificação com a ideologia militar que o marinheiro se sente pertencente a esta formação ideológica/discursiva / The dissertation objective is to comprehend the subject position occupied by the students from the Navy School which is responsible by graduating seaman-recruit. The purpose of this research is based on the French Discourse Analysis developed by Pêcheux during sixtieth decade, as well as by Eni Orlandi in Brazil from eightieth decade to nowadays. The professional identity question will be investigated by means of texts produced by the students during about three different moments of seaman-recruit learning in this military school: the ingress, the promotion and finally the graduation. The seaman-recruit feels himself included in this ideological and discursive formation due to the fact of dominating the seaman slangs and the military discourse identification as well
