Espaces, voilement et manière de paraître de la femme en Islam : (le cas des Emirats Arabes Unis) / Space, veiling and way of appearing of the woman in Islam : (the example of the United Arab Emirates)

Le débat sur « le voile islamique » qui agite les mondes musulman et européen et dont l’une des dernières manifestations fut la promulgation en France d’une loi interdisant le port du voile intégral, ne laisse d’étonner. Cette recherche tente d’analyser ce phénomène afin d’y apporter des éclaircissements. Pour ce faire, il s’agit d’abord de l’inscrire dans son cadre socio-historique, celui de la société arabe tribale au VIIe siècle de la Péninsule arabique. Les particularités de cette société sont ainsi examinées afin d’évaluer le terrain qui favorisa la prophétie puis les textes fondateurs qui s’ensuivirent. A partir de là, les versets coraniques relatifs à la question du « voilement » de la femme et son statut sont identifiés, leurs termes explicités et leurs différentes traductions exposées. Les textes de la tradition islamique (exégèse et hadîth) sont ensuite examinés et comparés. Les doctrines des différentes écoles jurisprudentielles sont également analysées afin d’en comprendre les articulations et les notions qui les sous-tendent. Les éventuelles divergences entre celles-ci et leurs incidences sur leurs applications en matière de « voilement » sont mises en lumière. Enfin, un examen des éventuels écarts entre les textes et les usages est mené. Il prend appui sur le cas des Emirats Arabes Unis, dont les particularités géographiques, sociologiques et culturelles, en font un cas intéressant. Les pratiques vestimentaires, notamment en matière de « voilement », sont examinées ainsi que le registre linguistique qui leur est rattaché, dans la perspective d’établir un lien entre le passé et le présent. Ainsi, ce travail aspire, à travers une analyse linguistique, théologique, socio-historique et culturelle de la pratique du « voilement » de la femme musulmane, à identifier et à analyser ses origines, ses modalités et ses éventuelles transformations. Plus globalement, il espère pouvoir apporter une contribution aux réflexions portant sur la condition de la femme musulmane, qu’elle vive dans le monde musulman ou dans les pays occidentaux. / The « Islamic veil » debate which is shaking the Muslim and European worlds, the latest manifestation of which was the promulgation of a law forbidding the wearing of an integral veil in France, does not cease to astound. This research aims at analyzing this phenomenon in order to shed some light on it. For that matter, it must be brought to its social and historical framework, i.e. the tribal Arab society of the Arabian Peninsula in the 7th century. The specificities of this society are therefore examined, in order to evaluate the context which favored the prophecy that led to the subsequent founding texts. Starting from here, the quranic verses related to the « veiling » of the woman and her status are identified, their terms explained and their different translations exposed. The texts of the Islamic tradition (exegesis and hadîth) are then examined and compared. The doctrines of the different jurisprudential schools are also analyzed in order to understand their articulations and underlying notions. The eventual discrepancies between these and their consequences on their applications in matter of « veiling » are highlighted. Finally, the examination of the eventual divergences between texts and practices is undertaken. It is supported by the example of the United Arab Emirates, as its geographic, sociological and cultural specificities make it an interesting case. The practices in matter of clothing, namely the « veiling », are examined as well as the related linguistic vocabulary, with the attempt of establishing a link between the past and the present. Hence, this work aims, through a linguistic, theological, social, historical and cultural analysis of the practice of the Muslim woman’s « veiling », at identifying and analyzing its origins, its modalities and eventual transformations. More comprehensively, it aspires at providing a contribution to the thoughts regarding the Muslim woman’s condition, whether she lives in the Muslim world or in Western countries.

Trata-se de uma metodologia investigativa, reflexiva, conceitual e imanente, a partir das filosofias de Gilles Deleuze e Félix Guattari, e, mesmo sendo desenvolvida majoritariamente apoiada na teoria referida, não desconsidera a natureza prática do tema. Na obra Diferença e Repetição, Deleuze faz uma radical crítica à Filosofia da Representação, ou seja, o solo em que surge e se fixa a Identidade, tanto em seu sentido clássico, como em suas derivações contemporâneas. Para defender sua tese acerca da manifestação da Diferença em seu estado puro, Deleuze perverte e ataca todas e quaisquer formas de submissão do diferencial pela representação. Nesse contexto, a identidade, aqui, é abordada em perpétua relação com a Diferença. Ao utilizar a via da Imagem para confirmar esta relação Identidade-Diferença, constata-se que não se revelam mais Identidades em seu sentido estrito, mas produzem-se Imagens Identitárias em cada um dos territórios que vão efetuar a 'captura idêntido-imagética' da Pedagogia e seus profissionais. Nesses mesmos territórios, também são traçadas Linhas de Fuga que permitem, então, a dinâmica de desterritorialização dos elementos em voga. A partir das produções criativas e criadoras dessas fugas, surgem os traçados nômades, que ensejam à Pedagogia não somente a potência intensiva de uma Geopedagogia, como também a força de suas expressões singularmente experienciais. Destas duas forças-potências provêm dois elementos fundamentais nesta dinâmica cartográfica: os elementos variantes advindos do caos da Pedagogia, qual sejam, as ensinagens cotidianas, e seu elemento complementar, o acontecimento do aprendizar. Ambas as particularidades experienciantes surgem de uma Pedagogia em seu estado minoritário, pois advêm de desejos coletivos que estarão em conformidade com a presença de um Pedagogocelibatário em ação. / Abstract: The object of this study is to relocate the problematic of teacher/pedagogue and Pedagogy identity in the contemporary times, according to the latest analytical basis. Na investigative, reflexive, conceptual and immanent methodology will be used, based on the philosophy of Gilles Deleuze and Félix Guattari, and it does not disconsider the practical nature of the theme, even when developed in the majoritarian way. In Difference and Repetition, Deleuze radically criticizes the Philosophy of Representation, the grounds for the growth and the establishment of Identity, in its classical sense and in its contemporary derivations. In order to prove his ideas on the manifestation of Difference in its pure state, Deleuze perverts and attacks each and every form of submission of the differential to representation. In this context, identity is considered in constant relation to Difference. When Images are taken to confirm this relation between Identity-Difference, Identities are no longer revealed in their strict meanings, but Identitary Images are produced in each of the territories that are going to undertake the identity-imagetic captures of Pedagogy and the professionals involved with it. In these territories, Lines of Flight are traced, and these provoke the dynamics of desterritorialization of elements in place. In these creative and creating scapes the nomadic traces take place, and they give Pedagogy not only the Intensity potency of Geopedagogy, but also the strength of expressions that are singularly experiential. These two strengths/potencies come out of two basic foundations of a dynamic mapping: variable elements from the chaos of Pedagogy, or its regular teachings, and its matching element, the event of apprentice-learning. Avec la croissance actuelle du marché des applications de transfert de données multimédia à très haut débit, les bandes de fréquences autour de 60 GHz sont une nouvelle alternative promettant des performances intéressantes en terme de débits mais soulèvent des défis techniques et technologiques au niveau des architectures et circuits. C'est dans ce cadre que s'inscrit cette thèse, qui propose une approche multi bande impulsionnelle MBOOK avec un récepteur à détection d'énergie, et qui analyse plus spécifiquement les verrous au niveau de l'émetteur. L'étude du canal de propagation à 60 GHz, basée sur les modèles de canaux du standard IEEE 802.15.3c, a permis de démontrer la potentialité de cette architecture et permet d'atteindre des débits de 2 Gbps à 2metres dans un environnement de type résidentiel. Le dimensionnement de l'architecture ainsi que des performances des principaux blocs ont conduit à plusieurs possibilités pour l'architecture de l'émetteur MBOOK à 60 GHz. Les critères ont été d'assurer un compromis performances, consommation. Une étude approfondie sur l'étude des imperfections de certains blocs critiques et l'impact sur l'impulsion transmise, et donc sur les performances du système ont été établies. Le banc de filtres, nécessaire à l'émission et à la réception, représente l'un des verrous, et nous proposons une solution de filtrage à base de lignes couplées. L'étude des solutions de génération d'impulsions, des étages de commutation, et des étages d'amplification de l'émetteur sont détaillées et discutées dans les deux derniers chapitres

Déclaration fondée sur l'expérience, ce manifeste de quelques feuillets, rédigés en guise de présentation, est remarquable : simple, enthousiaste et parlant. Tellement prodigue qu'il fut le détonateur de cette thèse. Quatre mille deux cents signes en effet ont suffi à me décider : la nouvelle oralité poétique serait mon sujet. Le terme même d'oralité, trop souvent uniquement appliqué aux griots africains ou aux traditions orales, offre un vaste champ de réalités dès lors qu'il est entendu, non dans son acception moderne, mais bien dans son rapport à la modernité. / It is in his "Orphée Studio", subtitled "Poésie d'aujourd'hui à voix haute", that André Velter really speaks about new poetic orality. O surgimento de novas tecnologias, criadoras de novas possibilidades no lazer, conduzem-nos a um repensar sobre os significados de proximidade, distância, individualidade, sociabilidade, mobilidade, errância, realidade, ficção, meio ambiente e aventura. Nesta perspectiva, o objetivo deste estudo é investigar a idéia de aventura inserida nas atividades realizadas na natureza, refletindo por que este é um termo tão utilizado na contemporaneidade. Esta pesquisa refere-se a uma investigação na área de estudos do lazer, a qual privilegia o enfoque da "razão sensível", enfatizando uma sinergia entre a razão e o sensível, no sentido de potencializar o afeto e o emocional a se tomarem ferramentas metodológicas servindo à reflexão epistemológica e auxiliando na compreensão dos múltiplos fenômenos sociais. Portanto, este estudo constitui-se em uma pesquisa qualitativa, cuja abordagem trabalha com um universo de motivos, aspirações, valores, crenças e atitudes, correspondendo a um espaço mais profundo dos processos, relações e fenômenos, os quais não podem ser reduzidos à operacionalização de variáveis. As fundamentações conceituais sobre a temática abordada foram buscadas, principalmente,junto à Sociologia, Educação Física e Antropologia, áreas estas as quais, conjuntamente, contribuem e sustentam as discussões estabelecidas. Este estudo foi desenvolvido concomitantemente por meio de duas pesquisas complementares: bibliográfica e de campo. Por meio da pesquisa de campo, baseada em dois instrumentos (entrevista semi-estruturada e observação participante) foram investigados: os motivos que fazem as pessoas se deslocarem para ir ao encontro das atividades de aventura na natureza; bem como, seus gostos, comportamentos, valores, etc; as formas de envolvimento dos praticantes com tais práticas e como se dá a interação entre os grupos de praticantes; como se estabelecem as relações das atividades de aventura na natureza com o cotidiano urbano, no trabalho, na família, etc. Todas estas investigações estão atreladas ao interesse principal: como os praticantes percebem a aventura e a natureza. O fio condutor deste trabalho é o levantamento de elementos que, possivelmente, estão presentes nas atividades investigadas para que sejam consideradas aventuras pelos praticantes. ... New technologies create new possibilities of leisure, and lead us to rethink about the meanings of proximity, distance, individuality, sociability, mobility, errantry, reality, fiction, enviromnent and adventure. In this perspective, the purpose of this essay is to investigate the idea of adventure found in activities performed in nature, and to reflect why this is a term so used in contemporary life. This research refers to an investigation in the area of leisure studies, which privileges the focus on the "sensitive reason", emphasizing a synergy between reason and sensitiveness, in the sense of making affection and emotion to be used as methodological tools for epistemological reflection and helping in the understanding of the multiple social phenomena. Therefore, this essay is constituted by a qualitative research, which approaches an universe of reasons, aspirations, values, faiths and attitudes, corresponding to a deeper space of processes, relations and phenomena, which cannot be reduced to the operation of variables. The conceptual basis of the theme was found mainly in Sociology, Physical Education and Anthropology; those areas jointly contribute and support the discussions. This study was developed concurrent1y through two complementary researches: bibliographical and field research. Through the field research, which was based in two instruments (semi-structured interview and participant observation), the following was investigated: the reasons why people go to adventure activities in the nature; people's tastes, behaviors, values, etc; the forms of involvement of participants with such practices and how the interaction among the groups of participants occurs; how adventure activities in nature relates to the urban life, to work, family, etc. All those investigations relate to the main interest: how participants realize adventure and nature. In this context, the development of new systems operating at these frequencies becomes a very attractive research subject. This study focuses on nomadic systems offering high data and reconfigurable rates, low complexity, low power consumption for short communications. One of the important tasks in the millimetre wave architecture design is to consider the channel propagation characteristics simultaneously with the technological performance of integrated circuits and antennas. This requires a co-design of the entire system. Therefore, we begun by studying the characteristics of the channel propagation channel at 60GHz according to the IEEE 802.15.3c and IEEE 802.11.ad models. This PHD thesis proposes a new transceiver architecture based on multi-band impulse mode, with On Off Keying modulation schema and non coherent receiver. This architecture is dedicated to nomadic systems offering high data and reconfigurable rates, low complexity, low power consumption for short communications. Analysis and performances for the proposed architecture are presented. More than 2 Gbps at 2 m are obtained. The imperfections of some critical blocks and their impact on the transmitted pulses were analysed and thus the performance of the system has been established. The potentiality of microstrip band pass filter bank presenting a constant relative bandwidth and reasonable insertion losses is presented in this study.
