Cette thèse s'inscrit dans le domaine de la diagnostic, en particulier de Manufacturing Execution System (MES) . Elle apporte sa contribution au diagnostic de système en présence de défaillances potentielles suit à une variation du TRS, un indicateur de performance qui donne une image de l’état de fonctionnement d’un système de production (équipement, ligne, atelier, usine) à travers l’estimation des pertes selon trois origines : disponibilité, performance, qualité. L’objectif est de fournir le maximum d’informations sur les origines d’une variation du TRS afin de permettre à l'exploitant de prendre la bonne décision. Aussi, sur la base d'un tel modèle, nous proposons une méthodologie de déploiement pour intégrer une fonction de diagnostic aux solutions MES existantes dans un contexte industriel. / This Phd thesis takes place in the diagnostic field, especially in contexte of Manufacturing Execution System (MES). It contributes to the diagnostic system in the presence of potential failures following a triggering signal OEE drift, an indicator performance that gives a picture of the production system state (equipment, production line, site, and enterprise) by estimating downtime from 3 major origins: availability, performance, and quality. Our objective is to provide maximum information of the origins of an OEE variation and to support making the best decision for four categories users of OEE (operator, leader team, supervisor, direction). Also, basis on that model, the purpose will provides a deployment methodology to integrate with MES solution in an industrial context.

In a first phase of the work will be done a bibliographic analysis on information systems called BI - Business Intelligence, which are able to transform the collected data into strategic information that serve as the basis for decision making by the managers of the shop floor. This research will also focus on database management systems that serve to store the data collected on the shop floor. Once collected, data is stored, processed and disseminated in the form of graphs, dashboard, reports, which are made available in strategic locations, thus contributing to the interaction between departments and the shop floor. This process, called visual management, will also be presented along with OEE-Orverall Equipment Efetiveness that is part of the shop floor keys indicators that are numerical data accounted for and used to measure processes, demands or Work of a particular company or institution, and aim to ensure that all the activities of the organization work together to achieve all the desired objectives. The benefits of this type of system are diverse, from productivity gains to improving the organizational climate, through the elaboration of an effective system of indicators that will serve as the basis for the decision-making by the main stakeholders involved in the management of the factory floor. / Esta pesquisa tem como objetivo apresentar um sistema de informação para a gestão do chão de fábrica desenvolvido em uma empresa de injeção plástica do Pólo Industrial de Manaus. Numa primeira fase do trabalho será feito uma análise bibliográfica sobre os sistemas de informações chamados de BI – Business Intelligence, que são capazes de transformar os dados coletados em informações estratégicas que servem de base para tomada de decisões por parte dos gestores do chão de fábrica. Esta pesquisa enfocará ainda os sistemas de gestão de banco de dados que servem para o armazenamento dos dados coletados no chão de fábrica. Uma vez coletados, os dados são armazenados, tratados e divulgados em forma de gráficos, painéis de alerta, relatórios, que são disponibilizados em locais estratégicos, contribuindo assim para a interação entre os departamentos e o chão de fábrica. Este processo, chamado de Gestão a Vista será também apresentado, juntamente com o OEE- Orverall Equipment Efetiveness ou a eficiência global dos equipamentos que fazem parte dos indicadores de desempenho do chão de fábrica que, são dados numéricos contabilizados e utilizados para medir processos, demandas ou trabalhos de uma determinada empresa ou instituição, e têm como objetivo assegurar que todas as atividades da organização trabalhem juntos em prol da conquista de todos os objetivos almejados.Os benefícios desse tipo de sistemas são diversos, desde ganhos na produtividade até a melhoria do clima organizacional, passando pela elaboração de um efetivo sistema de indicadores que servirão de base para a tomada de decisões por parte dos principais envolvidos no gerenciamento do chão de fábrica.

Řízení montážní linky světlometů / Control of headlight assembly line

This thesis deals with design of the reflector assembly line. The document contains the analysis of the customer requirements sheet. In short there is written how to put the parts of the reflector together. The Poka-Yoke method is properly described in this work too. This method is used to design of the actions, which are trying to decrease the risk level of wrong reflector composition as low as it is possible. FMEA and PFMEA methods are explained in theory. There is the plan how to make the analysis too. The instrumentation of one part of the line is designed according to this analysis and according to the customer requirements. The OEE pointer is used to test the right effect of the Poka-Yoke method. The next aim of this thesis is to compare chosen PLCs for control of the assembly line and to choose one of them. On the base of the analysis there is designed the control program in the flowcharts form. One part of this thesis is focused on design of the visualization for the chosen operational panel.

JYSK is one of North Europe's largest furniture suppliers with over 2 800 stores. The central warehouse located in Nässjö delivers to all of Sweden and although the company is well established on the market, there are shortcomings in the maintenance work. This cause for unnecessary breaks in the logistics chain which contributes to a lower availability. The purpose of this study was to bring forth suitable action proposals that could help JYSK in their effort in establishing a functioning maintenance.  To answer the study's purpose three questions had been presented: 1.     What type of stops occurs and what metrics can be used to calculate the availability? 2.     How is the suppliers’ maintenance-plan designed for each equipment? 3.     Which maintenance work should be prioritized by JYSK, based on the existing and suppliers' maintenance plans?  The study´s major demarcation was towards fully automated equipment only as well as no metrics was calculated and presented.  A case study consisting of a literature study was accomplished with the purpose to gather data to be able to answer the questions. Qualitative methods that was accomplished was an interview, observations, and document collection.  The result presented in this study was a well-developed maintenance plan, checklists based on the recommendation of the supplier and suggestions on follow ups that focuses on visualisation and metrics.    The study's conclusion was that JYSK had all the necessary tools and instructions on how to develop and implement a working maintenance plan provided. The company only had to implement the given recommendations in their everyday routine. It was necessary for JYSK to identify the causes behind the stops to be able to eliminate them.

Steelform Scandinavia AB is a company that manufactures fittings for reversible windows. This study has examined the stops that occur at a robot line which accounts for a large part of the company’s assembly. The company’s previous values of the robot lines overall equipment efficiency, OEE, has varied between 45-75%. Today, OEE calculations are no longer made due to the company having problems seeing the reliable ones as it is difficult to get a clear picture of availability. The purpose of this study is to identify which stops that occur at the robot line, how much impact the downtime has on the OEE value and how the stops can be remedied. In order to achieve the purpose of the study, the following questions has been formulated: [1] Which overall equipment efficiency, OEE, has the robot line? [2] What type of stops occurs at the robot line? [3] How can the stop downtimes be remedied and thereby increase the overall equipment efficiency by the robot line? The result of the observations that has been done shows that it is a big amount of stops that occur at the robot line that contributes to a high downtime. This downtime also contributes to the low OEE value that the study estimates that the robot line currently has. If the downtime is divided into necessary and other unplanned stops shows that 62% of the total downtime is time that goes to the other unplanned stops, thus stops that do not have to arise if the reasons for these are remedied. If this time instead can be converted into production time the efficiency and capacity of the robot line will increase. In this study this gives an increase of the OEE value with 13,7%. Proposed actions that are given is that the company should get a better knowledge about OEE and what its values means. Also, be able to use this to know where improvements are needed. The most frequent stops are explained and the reasons why these stops occur turns out to be based on several different things. A number of factors are important for the robot line's function. On the one hand, knowledge and awareness among both operators and management. The way of working in the current situation regarding routines and maintenance work as well as the working environment is also proving to be important.
