This research is a descriptive case study and multiple cases, whose sample is deliberat, and the two portals selected for this research are part of the Digital Library of the Learning Community of the Catholic Institution Chains of the Higher Education (CVA RICESU). The collection of the data was done by a script which identified, in scientific-technical literature, the administrative structure of the university libraries, services and products offered by the portals of the university libraries. After this collection and discussion of datas, it was noticed the organization of the information in those portals does not have any form of organization and the information in them are blended whit other services and products. / Trata-se de um trabalho sobre a organiza??o da informa??o em portais de bibliotecas universit?rias que objetivou identificar par?metros, bem como as vari?veis comuns e espec?ficas utilizadas para a organiza??o da informa??o nos portais de bibliotecas universit?rias. A pesquisa ? caracterizada como estudo de caso descritivo e de casos m?ltiplos, na qual a amostra ? intencional, uma vez que os dois portais selecionados para tal fazem parte da Biblioteca Digital da Comunidade de Aprendizagem da Rede das Institui??es Cat?licas de Ensino Superior (CVA-RICESU). A coleta dos dados se deu por meio de um roteiro onde foram identificadas, na literatura t?cnico-cient?fica, as estruturas administrativas das bibliotecas universit?rias e de servi?os e produtos oferecidos pelos portais das bibliotecas universit?rias. Ap?s a coleta e discuss?o dos dados, observou-se que n?o h? nenhuma forma de organiza??o da informa??o nesses portais, al?m de as informa??es contidas nos mesmos n?o diferenciarem os servi?os e os produtos.

It is interesting to relate the intern audit technics according to the operational evaluantion of the company through the intern control validation. A comparison between Intern Audit and Information Audit was established concluding that the Information Audit may be more one technic of the Intern Audit, specially as a complement of the application and validation of the intern controls and the organizational information flow. The relation and validation of the theorical aspects and a technical research in some intern audit department of several companies in the state of S?o Paulo was featured. Finally it was concluded that the "Information Audit" will be helpful for "organizational management". / Este trabalho consiste em uma pesquisa conceitual sobre auditoria da informa??onas organiza??es e a relev?ncia dela na Ci?ncia da Informa??o. Inicialmente, faz-se uma abordagem a respeito de auditoria, em particular, das t?cnicas de auditoria interna dependentes da avalia??o da operacionalidade da empresa. Compara-se auditoria interna ? auditoria da informa??o, quando se argumenta que a ?ltima ? mais uma t?cnica da auditoria interna, pois se apresenta como complemento da aplica??o e valida??o dos controles internos e do fluxo de informa??o organizacional. Relaciona-se e valida-se o aspecto do levantamento te?rico atrav?s de uma pesquisa t?cnica junto aos departamentos de auditoria interna em algumas empresas no interior do Estado de S?o Paulo. In addition to its macroeconomic effects, the spending policies may reflect the growth by several routes, including its consequences in physical and human capital development. Furthermore, can substantially influence the adoption of sustainable growth, promoting the production and marketing of goods and services more appropriate in social and environmental terms. Public procurement, said sustainable are those by which organizations meet their needs for goods, public works and services by obtaining the best value for the money spent, in terms of generating benefits not only the Organization, but also to society and the economy, while if they minimize environmental damage. The rationality behind the goals of sustainable public procurement is not only the opportunity to leverage the purchasing power of the State as economic incentive for sustainable development, in General, and to promote the sustainability of production and consumption patterns, in particular, but also in the Government procurement constitute a form of evaluation about the consistency with which they operate their own Governments against his constant sustainable development discourse. Due to its importance in national economies, the buying public gain relevance also in job schedule systems and integration mechanisms, such as the Multilateral Treaty public procurement of the World Trade Organization. It is, in this study, the buying public, with delimitation for the analysis of the compatibility between the Brazilian legislation on government procurement and the Multilateral Treaty for public procurement of the World Trade Organization. The intention is to describe the current situation of public procurement in the World Trade Organization, in General, and in the Brazilian legal system in particular, as a starting point to analyze on the difficulties, opportunities and challenges for Brazil next more systematic mode in the process of public procurement, with the North to analysis of the compatibility between the Brazilian legislation and the Multilateral Treaty public procurement of the World Trade Organization, as well as the advantages and disadvantages of the Brazil accedes to the agreement. The aim is to identify best practice internally, as well as the obstacles to the implementation of government procurement and to what extent the accession of Brazil to the mentioned Agreement could contribute to this process. The objective is to contribute to the improvement of the efficiency and transparency of procurement processes. For this, the study elected as a matter central question: What are the implications of Law 11.274 / 2006 in the organization of educational work to care for six year-old children inserted in elementary public schools in Concei??o do Jacu?pe? In dialogue with this issue, this research aimed to analyze the implications of Law 11.274 / 2006 in the organization of educational work to care for six year-old children inserted in elementary public schools of Concei??o do Jacu?pe. The methodology is based on qualitative approach and seeks to articulate policy analysis with the processes experienced by the subjects, taking as main categories of analysis the concepts of childhood and organization of educational work. As data collection instruments, were used analysis of national and local official documents related to the object, particularly those that indicate the guidelines for education policy in the municipality, as well as semi-structured interviews with teachers who work in the first year, teaching managers and coordinators of two municipal schools, and systematic observations of educational relations established in schools in order to care for six year-old child. The data collected allow us to infer that the documents prepared by the Education City of Concei??o do Jacu?pe to implement the basic education of nine years, dialogue with the proposal of the law, with regard to operational aspects: a gradual transition from elementary school from eight to nine years' duration; cutting age for enrollment and the recast proposal of the organization of pedagogical work to care for six year-old children. The analysis of the processes experienced by the subjects in the law implementation process revealed the theoretical and methodological challenges that come into play, especially regarding the vagueness of childhood conception and organization of educational work in the statements of the subjects and the documents of the institutions; the fragility of discussions about the organization of the pedagogical work and its relationship with childhood specificities and the need for a debate, in the municipality, on for what and for whom we are educating. / Esta pesquisa problematiza as implica??es da Lei 11.274/06 na organiza??o do trabalho pedag?gico para atendimento das crian?as de seis anos inseridas no ensino fundamental, em escolas municipais de Concei??o do Jacu?pe, no per?odo de 2007 a 2012. Para isso, o estudo elegeu como quest?o central de investiga??o: Quais as implica??es da Lei 11.274/2006 na organiza??o do trabalho pedag?gico para atendimento das crian?as de seis anos inseridas no ensino fundamental, em escolas municipais de Concei??o do Jacu?pe? E di?logo com esta quest?o a pesquisa teve como objetivo analisar as implica??es da Lei 11.274/2006 na organiza??o do trabalho pedag?gico para atendimento das crian?as de seis anos inseridas no ensino fundamental, em escolas municipais de Concei??o do Jacu?pe. A metodologia dotada baseia-se na abordagem qualitativa e busca articular a an?lise da pol?tica com os processos vividos pelos sujeitos, tomando como principais categorias de an?lises os conceitos de inf?ncia e organiza??o do trabalho pedag?gico. Como instrumentos de coleta de dados foram usados an?lise de documentos oficiais nacionais e locais relacionados ao objeto, particularmente os que indicam as diretrizes para as pol?ticas educacionais no munic?pio, bem como entrevistas semiestruturadas com professores que atuam no primeiro ano, gestores e coordenadores pedag?gicos de duas escolas municipais, al?m de observa??es sistem?ticas das rela??es educativas estabelecidas nas escolas com vista ao atendimento das crian?as de seis anos. Os dados coletados permitem afirmar que os documentos elaborados pelo Conselho Municipal de Educa??o de Concei??o do Jacu?pe para implanta??o do ensino fundamental de nove anos, dialogam com a proposta da lei, no que diz respeito aos aspectos operacionais: transi??o gradativa do ensino fundamental de oito para nove anos de dura??o; idade de corte para matr?culas e proposta de reformula??o da organiza??o do trabalho pedag?gico para atendimento das crian?as de seis anos. A organiza??o sindical dos assistentes sociais no Brasil: dilemas e desafios contempor?neos

The study is supported by the theme in a literature search, especially productions that deal with the trade union movement of workers in the brazilian reality, as well as on field research, which consisted of interviews with national trade union leaders of the CUT and CONLUTA as also representatives of national organizations representing the professional category of social workers, notably CFESS, ABEPSS ENESSO and a labor union and the national category, FENAS. The analysis of the object is oriented in the perspective of totality, considering its founding and contradictory aspects of the current socio-historical dynamics. The inflections occurred in the razilian Labor Movement in the early 1990s, during which the offensive of capital, characterized by the fusion of flexible accumulation and the dictates of neoliberal policy is established in the country, caused a profound shock in life and organization of the class working. The major repercussions of this process are evident today in the form of defensive organization of trade union struggles, notably fragile and fragmented. In the case of the category of social workers is symptomatic of the political backlash, experienced the process of reopening their unions and the creation of FENAS. This definition, part of the analysis that considers more strategic perspective of class organization, corporate antiunionism of the mass of the 1980s, built, largely, by category and expressed by the extinction of their union and unification to the broader struggles of workers with transition to unionization by industry. Given this reality, we analyze the performance of the political perspectives of the brazilian labor movement, from the characterization of organizational arrangements for trade union struggles and situate this process, the motion to reopen union of social workers, from the emergence of FENAS. Therefore, we aimed to identify the particular and the ideological and political perspectives that make up the dilemma of the trade union movement from this reopening, as corresponds to a political trend, largely, overcome within the brazilian social work / Este trabalho discute os dilemas e desafios da organiza??o sindical dos assistentes sociais no Brasil contempor?neo. O estudo da tem?tica est? respaldo em uma pesquisa bibliogr?fica, com destaque para as produ??es que tratam sobre o movimento sindical dos trabalhadores na realidade brasileira; bem como, numa pesquisa de campo, que consistiu de entrevistas com dirigentes sindicais nacionais da CUT e CONLUTAS, como tamb?m de representantes nacionais das entidades representativas da categoria profissional de assistentes sociais, notadamente, CFESS, ABEPSS e ENESSO e da entidade sindical nacional da categoria, FENAS. A an?lise do objeto se orienta na perspectiva de totalidade, considerando os seus aspectos fundantes e contradit?rios na din?mica s?cio-hist?rica atual. No caso da categoria dos assistentes sociais ? sintom?tico o retrocesso pol?tico, vivenciado pelo processo de reabertura dos seus sindicatos e da cria??o da FENAS. Esta defini??o, parte da an?lise que considera mais estrat?gica a perspectiva de organiza??o classista, anticorporativista do sindicalismo de massa dos anos 1980, incorporada, majoritariamente, pela categoria e expressa pela extin??o dos seus sindicatos e unifica??o ?s lutas mais gerais dos trabalhadores com a transi??o para a sindicaliza??o por ramo de atividade. A pesquisa se caracteriza como um estudo de casos m?ltiplos, tendo como cen?rio a Rede Estadual de Educa??o Profissional do Cear?. Os achados dessa pesquisa indicam que a integra??o curricular ocorre principalmente no desenvolvimento de conte?dos semelhantes entre as disciplinas, partindo da Educa??o F?sica, essa inter-rela??o est? mais caracterizada com as disciplinas da forma??o geral com a ?rea das Ci?ncias da Natureza, e nas disciplinas da forma??o profissional com os dos cursos do itiner?rio formativo da sa?de. Professional Education, which integrated high school offering full-time, with the curriculum proposal the development of integrated curriculum in the context of structuring of educational practices from the disruption of dualistic perception between training for work and training for entry to university. Even with significant practical and certainly innovative about the understanding of the integrated curriculum and about the training practices at school, it was observed that, in the context of Physical Education, the intersections between disciplinary knowledge combined with the training proposition of professional courses need to be problematized, especially as the didactic organization in line with the curriculum integration. In this way, this study is organized primarily around the goal of identifying the configuration of Physical Education in the State of Cear? Network Professional Education, from the integrated curriculum design. Therefore, it is claimed in the fundamentals of qualitative research of exploratory and descriptive nature, against the backdrop of the State of Cear? Network Professional Education. The findings of this study indicate that the curricular integration occurs mainly in the development of similar content across disciplines in the case of Physical Education this interrelationship is more characterized with the disciplines of the area of natural sciences and the disciplines of vocational training with the the courses of formation process of health. This scenario indicates the need for development of educational and methodological actions in Physical Education for the Integrated High School, with a view to continuing education proposition built in dialogue with the experiences of teachers in a reflective process that oportunize a transformative praxis.

The adopted methodology was a descriptive research and exploration, using the technique of analysis of Cluster and Box Multiple Plot. The objective of if using descriptive and exploration analysis of the absolute values and the gotten percentages, are to present, on the basis of the studied dimensions, the degree of importance and the agreement related to the organization knowledge in the perception of the interviewed ones. The used instrument of research was a composed questionnaire for two parts: study of the management of the knowledge and profiles of the companies and interviewed. This questionnaire aims at the study of the organization environment, evidencing if the same it propitiates one administrative politics directed for the creation, storage and dissemination of the organization knowledge. Of this form, the general result presented a relationship of the content seen in the bibliography with the activities developed in the hotels, demonstrating that the management of the organization knowledge is of great importance for the development of this activity / Esta disserta??o de Mestrado investiga a influ?ncia das dimens?es organizacionais no desenvolvimento da gest?o do conhecimento nas atividades administrativas desenvolvidas pelo setor hoteleiro da cidade do Natal/RN. A metodologia adotada foi uma pesquisa descritiva e explorat?ria, utilizando a t?cnica de an?lise de Cluster e Box Plot M?ltiplo. O objetivo de se utilizar an?lise descritiva e explorat?ria dos valores absolutos e dos percentuais obtidos, ? apresentar, com base nas dimens?es estudadas, o grau de import?ncia e a concord?ncia relacionada ao conhecimento organizacional na percep??o dos entrevistados. O instrumento de pesquisa utilizado foi um question?rio composto por duas partes: estudo da gest?o do conhecimento e perfis das empresas e entrevistados. Este question?rio visa o estudo do ambiente organizacional, evidenciando se o mesmo propicia uma pol?tica administrativa voltada para a cria??o, armazenamento e dissemina??o do conhecimento organizacional. Aimed to understand the ways of organizational survival, from the actors' perception of the Center for Arts Career Workshops and Lais Aderne, with investments that discuss the theoretical models of management, institutional theory, cultural organization and institutionalization of public education requirement of the municipal light LDB. (1996) used a qualitative approach with a view to RICHARDSON (1985). The data generated were analyzed based on the technique of content analysis, the thematic type [categorical] Bardin (1977). The results indicate that the institutionalization of the arrangement of the Liceu do Paracuri emerges meet the legal requirement of the autonomy of municipal educational administration under the aegis of sustainable development, quality of life and basic education from the municipal H?lio Gueiros (1993-1996 ). More specifically the Center for Arts and Crafts La?s Aderne, the unit of analysis, the subjects said that this space is designed as a link between the demands of school and community searching through interdisciplinary activities educate and train manpower mainly potter. They did mention the existence of institutional factors (history, culture, habits, values) represent a strong socio-cultural element to the actors belonging to the core that guides behavior and actions of these individuals, fueled by a sense of hope, inclusion of future artisans in culture ceramist. It made a shared management, the existence of a unique work through cultural revival. However, over the course of time, the core is faced with dilemmas of managing transitions mainly regarding governmental, technological beyond endurance by the craftsmen for the optimization of their work. The conclusion - that the paths chosen for the organizational survival of the core meaning and guiding their actions in the systematization of conduct, representations, memories and traditions through habits and choices of consensus, the viewpoint of the actors / O objeto deste estudo ? a gest?o organizacional, particularmente o processo relacional organiza??oambiente focado na sobreviv?ncia do espa?o N?cleo de Artes e Of?cios Mestre Raimundo Cardoso vinculado ao arranjo estrutural Liceu do Paracuri. Objetivou compreender os caminhos de sobreviv?ncia organizacional, a partir da percep??o dos atores do N?cleo de Oficinas e Artes Profissionalizantes La?s Aderne, com aporte nos pressupostos te?ricos que discutem os modelos de gest?o, teoria institucional, organiza??o cultural e institucionaliza??o da educa??o publica municipal face exig?ncia da LDB. Fizeram men??o a exist?ncia de fatores institucionais (hist?ria, cultura, h?bitos, valores) representam um forte elemento sociocultural para os atores pertencentes ao n?cleo que balizam o comportamento e as a??es destes indiv?duos, alimentados pelo sentimento de esperan?a, de inser??o de futuros artes?os na cultura ceramista. ? feito uma gest?o compartilhada, a exist?ncia de um trabalho diferenciado via resgate cultural. These dwellings were originally classified (ARA?JO, 2010a) in five categories defined according to the form of their building shells and to their prevailing construction techniques: (1) Brazilian modern legacy (considered as truly Brazilian modern style); (2) Paulista architecture (that refers to the modern production of S?o Paulo, Brazil, from the 1950s through the 1970s); (3) experiences of rationalization and prefabrication ; (4) experiences of adaptation to the climate (referring to a design strongly influenced by the hot and humid climate of North-eastern Brazil); and (5) hybrid (to account for a kind of stylistic hybridism that includes formal attributes, which evoke our colonial past). This study aims to determine, through the analyses of nineteen cases that represent each category, whether this taxonomy corresponds to distinct modes of spatial configuration. This research therefore proposes an approach to the classification of domestic architecture based on topological properties. The dwellings spatial organization was represented, quantified and analyzed, their spatial properties explored in consonance with one another and with the literature. Results pointed out that there is no evidence of a reciprocal relationship between the formal look of the built shells and their respective spatial structures / Assumindo que espa?o e inv?lucro constru?do s?o duas dimens?es distintas da arquitetura - ainda que indissoci?veis e interdependentes -, este estudo enfoca, ? luz da Teoria da L?gica Social do Espa?o (HILLIER; HANSON, 1984), as propriedades intr?nsecas atrav?s das quais o espa?o dom?stico foi estruturado em uma amostra de habita??es unifamiliares constru?das em Jo?o Pessoa (PB) nos anos 1970 - quando o vocabul?rio moderno ainda predominava no Brasil, embora compartilhando espa?o na cena urbana com outras tend?ncias arquitet?nicas -, a fim de investigar regularidades ou diverg?ncias subjacentes ? sua concep??o.
