TEXTOS ORIGINAIS DE CIENTISTAS E TEXTOS SOBRE HISTÓRIA DAS IDEIAS DA CIÊNCIA EM UMA PROPOSTA DIDÁTICA SOBRE ÓTICA NA FORMAÇÃO INICIAL DE PROFESSORES DE FÍSICA / SCIENTISTS ORIGINAL TEXTS AND HISTORY OF SCIENTIFIC IDEAS TEXTS IN A DIDACTIC APPROACH ON OPTICS IN THE INITIAL FORMATION OF PHYSICS TEACHERS

Schirmer, Saul Benhur 26 March 2012 (has links)
Coordenação de Aperfeiçoamento de Pessoal de Nível Superior / Science Teaching in Brazil has been increasingly acknowledged as a research field and has also been seeking for alternatives to improve scientific education in all levels. One of the research fields is the incorporation of History and Philosophy of Science (HFC) in education, which has received significant attention by government guidelines and researchers in the field. This work presents the results obtained by the implementation of a HFC related didactic module with undergraduate students from UFSM s course of Physics. The purpose of this work was to evaluate the use of Scientists Original Texts (TOC) and History of Scientific Ideas Texts (THIC) in Science Teaching, more specifically in Physics Teaching. In order to subsidize the elaboration of the module, we performed a research in the field magazines and events, trying to ascertain to what extent these publications concern class works and which are the resources used. The results were classified in classroom approaches or HFC subsidies. The results show that there is a low number of classroom approaches, and the main resources for HFC use in the classroom are texts. The results also show that there are almost no reports of the use of TOC and THIC in undergraduate courses. Optics was the chosen theme and conceptual aspects, nature of science aspects and the aspects concerning the requirements of teacher formation were considered. The results, obtained by the application of questionnaires during the length of classes, have indicated an advancement concerning students conceptions about science. They also have indicated that few students succeeded in using the discussions about Optics conceptual contents in the questions proposed. According to the research analysis, there was great acceptance about the texts, especially the ones concerning THIC. Based on the results, we propose didactic module changes and other possible research developments.

L’être humain image de Dieu : un thème théologique majeur relu à travers l’anthropologie relationnelle de Jean Ansaldi / Human being as imago Dei : a major thème of theology reread through the relational anthropology of Jean Ansaldi

Laurand, Raphaël François 24 January 2015 (has links)
Theologoumenon true, imago Dei appears as a major theme of theology that allows to develop a theologica anthropology. Imago Dei also could know several interpretations in history. Thus it is possible to identify two broad categories of theological anthropology in contemporary Christianity : a so-called "substantialist" anthropology and called "relational" anthropology. According to theological anthropology that the most frequently encountered, man is defined by a property that is common with God as the intelligence or the ability to love. The aim of this thesis is to show, through the prism of relational anthropology uncompromising Jean Ansaldi who constantly questions the legitimacy of imago Dei as a biblical foundation of a Christian anthropology, anthropology seems that the classic is actually a parenthesis in the history of Christianity, writing of the Bible to contemporary theology sees the human being as primarily vis-à-vis God alterity while representing the Other, which is being relationship as God is in himself relationship.

Charakter původní dramatiky ústeckého Činoherního studia do konce 90. let / Distinctive Features of the Original Drama Works of Činoherní studio Ústí nad Labem Apparent by the End of the 1990s

Majorová, Nikola January 2016 (has links)
Činoherní studio in Ústí nad Labem is a theatre founded in the 1970s; ever since its foundation, it has displayed specific dramatics features. Czech playwright and director Jiří Pokorný became its artistic director in 1993 and it was his aim to perform contemporary, unique and most importantly Czech plays; all the dramaturgic plan for the 1990s was therefore adjusted to this aim. Moreover, he decided to perform his own plays; these plays were considered to be the very first Czech coolness drama texts and as such contributed greatly to the penetration of this specific poetics on Czech theatre stages. This thesis both characterises and interprets the plays performed by the end of the 1990s and therefore reflects the distinctive dramaturgic course which had not had parallel in the Czech Republic up to this period.

Le mutuus dissensus : notion, domaine, régime

Siri, Aurélien 30 September 2011 (has links)
Mutuus dissensus is a latin expression in the French positive law. It has been used by civil doctrine since the end of the nineteenth century to designate a basic notion of Contract Law. The juridic notion of mutuus dissensus may be defined as an agreement between all the parties to rescind their precedent contract. The notion of mutuus dissensus has an unity. It stands on two essentials constituent elements. The first one is a classical procedure: an agreement. Mutuus dissensus agreement is a real subsequent agreement to end a contract, rather than a new identical contract but opposite to the rescinded contract. The second one is an effect of specific right: the rescission. Rescission by mutuus dissensus is the termination of a contract for the future rather than a supposed discharge of a contract with a retroactive effect. The notion of mutuus dissensus has a very wide field in positive law. Rescission by mutuus dissensus is a general principle of law of contracts based on section 1134, subsection 2, of the French civil code, which is to apply to every contract and in every subject. The notion of mutuus dissensus determines a specific juridical system. Parties are free to decide the effects of the rescission by mutuus dissensus. The principle of freedom of parties is limited by law and order. The protection of third parties is ensured by a general protection and special protections which limit the effects of the rescission of contract by mutuus dissensus.

The dissertation presents a descriptive-analytical study of the legal and doctrinal discourse of the weighting technique produced in Brazil, based on the ideals held by Ronald Dworkin and Robert Alexy in the field of study of normative species. From the characterization of the Model of Rules proposed by Dworkin and theories of Argumentation and Fundamental Rights, focusing on Alexy‟s theory, each of which originated in different contexts, will be sought to identify their key concepts and fundamentals, and then proceeding to the descriptive and analytical approach to operational discourses emanating from the Brazilian doctrine, what is conventionally called the Theory of Principles, which takes such foreign authors as a theoretical and dogmatic framework. The dissertation, the work of comparatively speeches coming from the foreign and Brazilian doctrines, will examine both the criticism that detract the balancing technique while the hermeneutical method able to offer a controllable and rational response to the conflicts between constitutional rules on the terms of the recast proposals of Brazilian authors who, while accepting the weighting technique, propose different criteria for distinguishing between rules and principles, with the consequent expansion of balancing technique in search of the solution of the constitutional conflicts. This reformist posture shows a recurring and constant in the Brazilian doctrine that intends to improve the original model, enabling the researcher to speak at an application of the weighting technique that diverges from its original design and is commonly advocated among lawyers who share Dworkin intentions and especially Alexy.

Marvels of the Invisible

Molberg, Jenny, 1985- 05 1900 (has links)
This dissertation is comprised of a collection of poems preceded by a critical preface. The preface considers the consumed animal body as a metaphor in contemporary American poetry, specifically in the works of Galway Kinnell, Li Young Lee, and Brigit Pegeen Kelly. The consumption of the mute creature allows the poet to identify the human self in the animal other, and serves as a metaphor for our continuity with the natural world. I revise Owen Barfield’s notion of “original participation,” positing that through imaginative participation, the poet and the reader can identify the animal within the self, and thus approach a fuller understanding of both the self and the outside world. We identify the animal other within the human self, and in of this act of relating, we are able to temporarily transgress the boundaries of the individual self to create art that expresses continuity with the outside world. This argument brings about a discussion of text as an act of consumption, and the way and which this can symbolize the ways in which the self is altered through the act of reading. The book-length collection of poems, entitled Marvels of the Invisible, won Tupelo Press’s 2014 Berkshire prize for a first or second book of poetry. The poems look to sources like 17th and 18th century scientific letters, modern and contemporary art, and recent studies in biological phenomena in order to parse the intersection between personal experience and the outside world. The title of the collection points to the conceptual interests of the book: through the lens of scientific phenomena, memory, and personal history, one begins to see that what seems very small (the ant under a microscope, a Russian nesting doll, two people on horseback) are, in fact, individual offerings that articulate one’s place in the cosmos. The collective voice I advocate in the critical preface appears in these poems, especially “Echolocation,” “My Name in Sleep,” “Civilization,” and “Narrative,” all of which make use of the animal-as-metaphor. This collective voice is particularly female, and deals with motherhood, loss, and childhood experience. Poetry, as part-myth, longs to transgress the felt boundaries of the self; it must see that self as inextricably dependent on the natural world.

The Piano Variations of Carl Czerny

January 2020 (has links)
abstract: Positioned between Beethoven and Liszt in the golden period, Carl Czerny (1791-1857) played a significant historical role in the area of piano pedagogy. Many pianists are familiar with and have played Czerny’s études, or technical exercises. However, few delve into Czerny’s piano works for performance, including eleven piano sonatas and more than 180 works titled variations. The project at hand examines three of Carl Czerny’s variation works for piano: Opus 33 (on a theme of Rode), Opus 281 (on a theme from Bellini’s Norma, in its solo piano version), and Opus 292 (on an original theme). These works are explored from both compositional and performance perspectives. After a brief biography of Czerny that places his variations into the context of his compositional output, the three variation sets are given analytical description. A chapter on the “Rode Variations” focuses on the technical and musical challenges for the pianist. An important conclusion reached is that these somewhat-neglected works might be attractive to pianists looking to expand their repertoire.

Předběžná a výsledná cena stavebního díla - porovnání a zdůvodnění rozdílů / Preliminary and final cost of the construction - comparing and reasoning of differences

Nowak, Jiří January 2018 (has links)
The aim of this diploma thesis is to compare price differences between preliminary and final price of a given construction. Thus, the basis is the given construction, whose price was increased in pursuance of construction operations from preliminary to final price, supplemented with price variations, which is, in this case, the basic concept. This thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part defines terms and concepts associated with this issue and the practical part deals with an actual case, in which the situation is laid out and the individual prices are described, along with the comparison and explanation.
